The food was average, not good enough for the price. We also waited an hour and a half for food. After an hour someone from service came and explained it would take longer. But a free drink wasn't even offered as an apology...all in all you had to trip up the service staff if you wanted anything else...I'm definitely not going there again.

It's always beautiful and delicious here. The cellars and waiters try very hard to ensure that everything is perfect, even with our numerous special requests.

As always, very good food and nice atmosphere. The staff very accommodating. Prices a little higher, but ok for us. We are there very often. I can fully recommend the Rodez 7.👍

The restaurant is located in an industrial area, so there are no problems with parking. The waitresses are very friendly and accommodating. Even if the prices are a bit high, a visit to the restaurant is definitely worth it.

Perfect steaks, everything great

very great restaurant, not only for steak lovers, pizza and pasta also looked very good. We ate an appetizer plate and the rodez7 premium plate, wading different cuts on it and you could eat several different types. The price is high but the quality is worth the price and we were completely satisfied.

We really loved the steakhouse! The meat was cooked perfectly – juicy, tender and full of flavor. The selection of side dishes and sauces was also excellent and rounded off the dish wonderfully. The atmosphere of the restaurant is particularly noteworthy: the decor is tasteful and inviting, with pleasant lighting that creates a cozy atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, so we felt completely comfortable. A great experience that we would like to repeat!

Food excellent! Very large restaurant with an estimated 200 seats, but somehow the chefs and service staff manage everything very well. We had different types of steaks, all of which were very good in terms of quality and preparation. Very happy again!

Were there on Christmas Day. Despite it being full, service was good and quick. The food was outstanding, from the starters to the steaks and dessert. Small deduction because it was quite drafty on the window front in the winter garden. The blankets provided didn't really help either. Otherwise, I'd be happy to come back at any time. Thank you

This review is my own experience and it is clear that many factors influence it. Updating my other visits to this restaurant. Three times ago it was excellent in terms of service and steak. Second time perfect service but a cold steak in the middle!!!! and the other hard. On this last occasion the steaks were acceptable and unfortunately the service left something to be desired. Based on my previous experiences, I didn't want to visit this restaurant. Someone gave us a voucher. We had a reservation first and arrived just 5 minutes early. The waiter came quickly and gave us the appetizers and two different steaks at once. In 10 minutes they served us the main courses and almost 40 minutes later the rest. My problem is that several tables of 5 or 6 people arrive long after us and are already eating their main courses. I assumed someone had made a mistake in the kitchen and called what appeared to be the main waiter. He responded snippily and said loudly as he walked away from my table that we had to wait because it was Christmas!!!!! and not because it shows me the order of the order... which I don't care about at this point!! I write a lot. To make a long story short, and I say this from my own experience in the service sector: it would be easier to just say "Sorry, I'll take care of it" and punk. The fact that a guest asks why and how long their meal is taking is no reason to be offended, let alone blame me because it occurs to me I'm going out to eat at Christmas! Gentlemen, you work in the service sector and not only sell food, but also an experience.

You can tell that you are genuinely trying to give your guests not only a culinary treat but also a pleasant break for the soul. Although stress and hustle and bustle are always the order of the day for you, neither your politeness nor your hospitality suffer. Since we are certainly constructively critical, but you really never had any reason to complain, we are always happy and always happy to accept the 30km to our favorite restaurant and thank you very much! Simply too expensive for the quality, there are better places

Well, the steak was expensive but still good. However, the beer is served in 0.4 liter glasses, in Franconia... There is no non-alcoholic beer, Jever Fun is served instead? An absolute absurdity for a city with a beer tradition.

Went there for dinner today with my wife. Service top. Food top. Ambience great. I asked if there was grappa on the house since I have 40, and it was there without any ifs or buts. Thank you very much for that and for the great evening. Only recommended. We'll be back.

Here, too, there are double table reservations in the evening. That meant we had to wait at the bar for our table until the other guests had paid and disappeared. Some guests have to wait and others are stressed so that they disappear. The service at the bar was very friendly. The rest of the service was neither friendly nor unfriendly. Stressed would be the right word. A waiter complained to us that there weren't enough tips and that no one wanted to work in the catering industry anymore. But what surprises us is the very expensive prices. When it came to eating, the meat and salad were good but the side dishes weren't great. The potato gratin tasted like nothing and the pepperonata tasted strange. The Mahr Bräu beer is available in small 0.4l glasses for €4.30 each, which corresponds to a beer case price of €107.50. Unfortunately, if you have 4 negative abnormalities, you have to deduct 4 stars. That's a shame because the atmosphere is very nice. Unfortunately no recommendation.

Our team event yesterday at Rodez 7 was simply great! A huge compliment to Federica and Engin, who made the evening unforgettable. Federica was incredibly attentive and even presented us with special steaks, while Engin created a great atmosphere with his humor. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the service perfect and the food first class. We felt completely at home - a huge thank you to the entire team! We'll definitely be back! 🫶🏽

Very good food and good service. There is a slight deduction for the lukewarm espresso after the meal, even though it came directly from the bar, but apparently the cup was not preheated. The place opposite the bar is only recommended to a limited extent in cold temperatures, as cold air, probably from the entrance area, would occasionally hit your legs. The restaurant itself is furnished to a very high standard, with a large selection at the bar and the area is rather large and can accommodate many guests, which is of course also noticeable in the background noise. Nonetheless, a lovely visit that will be repeated.

Top service, top quality meat at a good price.

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience at Rodez 7 in Bamberg. We had ordered several starters - all of them came at the same time, except for one, which was only served after repeated requests and 30 minutes later. Even after repeated requests, we didn't get a glass with the bottle of water we ordered, which made the service seem even more unprofessional. At the end we ordered a cappuccino, but it came with a biscuit that had obviously already been eaten - absolutely unhygienic. When we checked the bill, we discovered that they were overcharging €100 (€350 instead of €250). Instead of helping us sort things out, the waiter left us completely alone and we had to laboriously add up the bill ourselves. Normally I don't see it as my job to add up my own bill! The food was really tasty but the service was a disaster. The waiter looked as if he had had one too many beers at the next table. Overall a big disappointment. We only give the star because the food was actually very tasty. We won't come again.

The experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The service was terrible - despite repeated requests, we didn't get a glass of water. One of the starters came half an hour late and was only served upon request. The waiter was obviously drunk because he was drinking beer at the next table. In the end the bill was €100 too high and we had to do the math ourselves because the waiter left us completely alone. Because of this bad experience I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Very nice location, especially for special occasions! A culinary delight for every gourmet who leaves nothing to be desired.

The service can be expanded. Food is delivered incorrectly, plates are snatched from under your nose as soon as you're done. A football club made the atmosphere unenjoyable and the noise drove us away.

I've spent many lovely evenings in the restaurant, but on our last visit I was in trouble. My table reservation for 7 people was entered on the wrong day, but there was still a free table for us "despite the restaurant being completely booked". However, the service left a lot to be desired that evening 😞. Long waiting time for the orders... and the ladies who brought the drinks and food weren't exactly friendly... (you could at least bring a small smile to your face, even if you were stressed). There was a constant lack of cutlery (well... the shop was full... maybe one had to be washed again 😜) and the drinks could have been better too... I sat there for quite a while without any liquid and... I thought about asking the person sitting next to me for a glass of wine, as they had it by the bottle. Maybe that was also the reason why there was so little time for us?!? A few things also went wrong with the meal... Forgotten starters... Complained twice... Forgotten bread for the main course... etc. But when everything was finally at the table, it was good and tasted good. We will definitely continue to go to this restaurant, of course hoping that things will go better next time.

After we reserved a table specifically for the winter garden, we were seated in the interior despite there being a few free tables. The next disappointment came when we had to wait over 30 minutes to even be able to order drinks, even though a table visibly arrived after us and was served immediately. We would have liked to have stayed longer after our meal and, for example, had a coffee or Aperol. Unfortunately, we were once again ignored and were unable to order any more drinks. Unfortunately it's not worth a repeat visit for us.

Been here again for a long time. Because of our positive experiences in the past, we were really looking forward to the visit. Unfortunately we were disappointed. Unfortunately, the tuna cream from the Vittello Tonnato only tasted like cream and the pizza only tasted like dough. After speaking to the waitress, the only answer we got was that it would be passed on to the kitchen. There was no feedback on our complaint, let alone an offer of compensation. It's a real shame, given the high price level you'd expect a little more. Unfortunately, it's now more appearance than reality... We'd rather go somewhere else next time.

Went for dinner yesterday afternoon, with a reservation! First of all, don't get the reserved seat! Supposedly got a better place! I didn't feel that way! Secondly, the food. The pizza wasn't necessarily a hit! I've eaten better! The quality is a bit lacking for the price range! The only really good thing was the staff, always friendly and accommodating! Maybe we got off to a bad start. I will be eating steak again in about 7 weeks. Maybe things will work better then? 12 months ago everything was perfect with a pasta dish!

For years, Rodez has been my favorite place to meet friends and a safe haven when it comes to business meals; no matter whether lunch or evening. Great ambience, great food and the service is second to none. Slim and his team are unbeatable.

Unfortunately not recommended. I had to send my steak back because I ate it all the way through, even though it was ordered medium rare (which can happen sometimes). After the second time it was more rare but I left it at that because I had to wait forever and the others at my table had already finished eating. Unfortunately I didn't like it either. The waitress was noticeably annoyed by my complaint and made me feel it very much. Unfortunately, the guest is not king here, even if he leaves a lot of money behind. First and last time for us.

A restaurant with a nice atmosphere. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our table. At Rodez 7 you can find both Italian food and steak in various variations on the menu. The selection of drinks is also plentiful. What you immediately notice is that there are many service staff on site. From ordering to having the food on the table, there were no long waiting times. Everything was well timed. Every now and then we asked whether everything was okay or if there was anything else we wanted. Really a top service! We had bruschetta as a starter, then lasagna al forno and a rump steak 300g. with bacon beans as a side dish. The steak was medium rare and everything else was very good. Our conclusion: We were completely satisfied and would love to come back to Rodez 7! The prices in Rodez are a bit higher, but the quality and service are definitely OK. Little info: Parking spaces are available next to the restaurant and on the street. A reservation is recommended.
