I've spent many lovely evenings in the restaurant, but on our last visit I was in trouble. My table reservation for 7 people was entered on the wrong day, but there was still a free table for us "despite the restaurant being completely booked". However, the service left a lot to be desired that evening 😞. Long waiting time for the orders... and the ladies who brought the drinks and food weren't exactly friendly... (you could at least bring a small smile to your face, even if you were stressed). There was a constant lack of cutlery (well... the shop was full... maybe one had to be washed again 😜) and the drinks could have been better too... I sat there for quite a while without any liquid and... I thought about asking the person sitting next to me for a glass of wine, as they had it by the bottle. Maybe that was also the reason why there was so little time for us?!? A few things also went wrong with the meal... Forgotten starters... Complained twice... Forgotten bread for the main course... etc. But when everything was finally at the table, it was good and tasted good. We will definitely continue to go to this restaurant, of course hoping that things will go better next time.

After we reserved a table specifically for the winter garden, we were seated in the interior despite there being a few free tables. The next disappointment came when we had to wait over 30 minutes to even be able to order drinks, even though a table visibly arrived after us and was served immediately. We would have liked to have stayed longer after our meal and, for example, had a coffee or Aperol. Unfortunately, we were once again ignored and were unable to order any more drinks. Unfortunately it's not worth a repeat visit for us.

Been here again for a long time. Because of our positive experiences in the past, we were really looking forward to the visit. Unfortunately we were disappointed. Unfortunately, the tuna cream from the Vittello Tonnato only tasted like cream and the pizza only tasted like dough. After speaking to the waitress, the only answer we got was that it would be passed on to the kitchen. There was no feedback on our complaint, let alone an offer of compensation. It's a real shame, given the high price level you'd expect a little more. Unfortunately, it's now more appearance than reality... We'd rather go somewhere else next time.

Went for dinner yesterday afternoon, with a reservation! First of all, don't get the reserved seat! Supposedly got a better place! I didn't feel that way! Secondly, the food. The pizza wasn't necessarily a hit! I've eaten better! The quality is a bit lacking for the price range! The only really good thing was the staff, always friendly and accommodating! Maybe we got off to a bad start. I will be eating steak again in about 7 weeks. Maybe things will work better then? 12 months ago everything was perfect with a pasta dish!

For years, Rodez has been my favorite place to meet friends and a safe haven when it comes to business meals; no matter whether lunch or evening. Great ambience, great food and the service is second to none. Slim and his team are unbeatable.

Great restaurant. Great selection. Not exactly cheap in the evening, but great cheap offers for business lunches at lunchtime. There are numerous parking spaces on site and also a barrier-free entrance. A wide selection of starters and desserts. The winter garden is particularly beautiful in summer.

Unfortunately not recommended. I had to send my steak back because I ate it all the way through, even though it was ordered medium rare (which can happen sometimes). After the second time it was more rare but I left it at that because I had to wait forever and the others at my table had already finished eating. Unfortunately I didn't like it either. The waitress was noticeably annoyed by my complaint and made me feel it very much. Unfortunately, the guest is not king here, even if he leaves a lot of money behind. First and last time for us.

A restaurant with a nice atmosphere. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our table. At Rodez 7 you can find both Italian food and steak in various variations on the menu. The selection of drinks is also plentiful. What you immediately notice is that there are many service staff on site. From ordering to having the food on the table, there were no long waiting times. Everything was well timed. Every now and then we asked whether everything was okay or if there was anything else we wanted. Really a top service! We had bruschetta as a starter, then lasagna al forno and a rump steak 300g. with bacon beans as a side dish. The steak was medium rare and everything else was very good. Our conclusion: We were completely satisfied and would love to come back to Rodez 7! The prices in Rodez are a bit higher, but the quality and service are definitely OK. Little info: Parking spaces are available next to the restaurant and on the street. A reservation is recommended.

I've been there many times with my friends, family, and guests. I haven't seen any being not satisfied. We had from Argentinian steak to salmon, pasta and pizza, vegetarian and salads. So it is definitely worth trying for anyone. 👍👍👍😋

We have been regularly getting pasta, pizza and salad from Rodez7 for years. Unfortunately, the quality and quantity of the food have decreased significantly while at the same time the price has increased enormously. For what reason? As a customer, you understand that due to the current situation, prices in the catering industry also have to be adjusted. But: Salad con Pollo - now without peppers, hardly any grated carrots, no rocket or lamb's lettuce, only 2 (!) slices of cucumber, only 1 (!) cocktail tomato and also the stalk of the lettuce included. 2 years ago you could get this - with 3 rolls instead of 2 now - and all of the above ingredients in plenty for 12.80. Now 17.80 euros. And the chicken was only 4 pieces. Pizza Romana with only 4 (!) anchovies on it. That's very meager for now 13.80 EUR. What a shame, in my opinion the enormous prices are not right for the declining quality and quantity of the food.

The beer and meat were delicious. The garlic bread was very plain and dry. Prices could have been a little more affordable. If I were to go to Bamber again, I would stop by because of the taste, but the price makes me think.

First of all, my wife's octupus was good, but the side dish in little Italy (also part of Calimeros) is much better combined with the ratatouille. We have been to little Italy several times and wanted to give Rodez 7 a try. MY RATING ONLY REFERS TO THE STEAK, BECAUSE STEAK IS PURPOSEDLY ADVERTISED HERE. Since I am an absolute meat lover and have been preparing it at home almost as a sport for 11 years, fully equipped with a beefer, sous vide bath, vacuum sealer, beefer, combination steamer with temperature sensor, additional temperature sensors, etc. I avoid simple steakhouses, they usually don't meet my needs, Rodez7 has been one of them since yesterday. Positive: The steaks in the dry ager in the entrance area make a good impression, steaks are well cured, the crust is nice and black and therefore a lot of moisture has already been lost. Negative: The cooking levels on the menu, even the word blood in connection with steaks is wrong, it is meat juice which gets a reddish hue from the myoglobin, this stopped me from ordering something from the dry ager, as this is obviously the case Expertise is missing. Since there are always misunderstandings about the cooking level, I was happy that the core temperatures were given here, an indication that a sensor is also used. Since I work with a core temperature probe at home and prepare sous vide when I have time, I have worked my way up to a temperature of 45-48° over the years; my wife and I have learned to love this cooking level. I then ordered a simple rump steak with rare cooking level, which is our favorite core temperature according to the menu. I got a steak with the Gargrat Bleu (French: Bloody), which matches the description bloody (joking), the above-mentioned myth from France in the 70s. Core temperature sensor was not used, puncture point and channel not present, no roasting aroma on the outside, pale and a guaranteed core temperature of well below 40° on the inside. I only ordered the rump steak with pepper sauce, I just wanted to concentrate on the steak, but barbecue sauce, a small bowl of potatoes and vegetables were also delivered. Irritated, I then asked, is this really for me, and in response I'm treated like an idiot - that's part of it (probably they didn't understand that I really just wanted the steak). Nicely meant, but this could have been explained when serving and not leave the customer sitting there like an idiot. In the end I pointed out the cooking level to the waiter, he said disparagingly: "What do you mean by that, we have specialists here" (yes, referring to both of us, my wife didn't say a word). I didn't want to do anything bad, I was just pointing out a fact with constructive criticism. There are also people who come there, maybe know their stuff and then leave dissatisfied, maybe you want to avoid that in the future. He then went away for a few minutes, came back, caught himself and asked how he could make it up to me with a dessert or something similar. That's why 2 stars instead of one. Judging by the reviews, most people are satisfied, that's fine, But in my opinion Rodez7 is not recommended for real meat lovers.

After negative reviews have been deleted, please do so again here: The "steak" was coal... -1 out of 5 stars.... Of the 4 dishes we ordered, 3 were terrible and one was “ok”. The waiter addressed me as "Dude" when I was looking for the toilets...

As always, top service, top food and of course a top atmosphere. If you are looking for a higher quality restaurant, Rodez 7 is an absolute recommendation. We would be very, very happy to come back! Whether it's seafood, meat, pasta or pizza, there's something for everyone and everything tastes incredibly delicious!

Really great restaurant, with incredibly tasty Italian starters and excellent steak from Argentina and the USA. We received detailed and very competent advice from our employee Gazi and were extremely happy with our choice. We'll be back soon!

This is what a perfect restaurant visit looks like. The waiters are friendly, attentive and competent. The food was absolutely amazing...the steaks including sauces and side dishes, noodles, ice cream, tiramisu... everything! The meat could be chosen in advance (glass refrigerator in the restaurant including name plate and price per 100 g so that you don't get a shock with the bill afterwards :-)). The atmosphere is modern and very well maintained. Be sure to reserve in advance.

Service was quick despite the large crowds. Large selection of food and drinks. We had a pizza and a steak. Both dishes were very good. The pizza comes from the stone oven. The steak was perfectly cooked to the desired point. Personally, it was a bit too loud in the restaurant for me. We will be back. The Rodez 7 is an asset to Bamberg and definitely worth a visit. It was simply an experience to be able to eat here today. The phrase “melt in your mouth” has reached a new level. The different types of steak with the sauces and spices, the perfect preparation was terrific. From the drinks, food, service to the great advice, everything was simply excellent. To round things off, the absolutely charming GAZI (service) served us “S.. in a glass”. He simply sweetened our evening. Thank you very much Gazi. We will be back !

One gets the impression that the service staff doesn't really want to see the needs of the guests. Of course, you don't have to respond to a wave. We were a larger group of people. And if you had simply asked as you passed by, you could certainly have gotten a hundred more. Missed sales. That doesn't seem to hurt the place. But the staff is very friendly and patient and brings the food quickly. In my opinion and taste, the dishes are very well prepared. And as we all know, taste is debatable. However, I enjoyed it very much.

We went to dinner at Rodez 7 last Wednesday, relatively spontaneously. Luckily, we reserved a table at lunchtime for the evening. The restaurant was already very full when we arrived at 7 p.m. We were there until closing time. The service team let us finish our drinks in peace. We both had fillet steak with side dishes. The degree of cooking (medium) was perfect, the side dishes were generous and we really liked the change in the way it was served (new containers for sauces and side dishes). What's particularly worth mentioning is that there are now fresh side dishes of vegetables instead of frozen ones - we really praise that! We would also like to express our special thanks to our Tisch Keller, Gazi. He recommended a very great wine that wasn't on the wine list. We really enjoyed the wine. Many thanks to the whole team for the lovely evening and great service. Gladly again :)

The food was good. Unfortunately I had a piece of plastic in the dessert, which was very unpleasant. The pasta was excellent and the salad was fine. The waitress was inattentive and never, really never asked. Very distant, which is why we didn't feel very welcome here.

Nice restaurant that I will definitely give again a chance, but in my opinion the level of doneness of the steak I ordered wasn't quite right and unfortunately the steak wasn't seasoned strongly enough and therefore had a poor taste. Unfortunately, I also had several pieces of steak that I couldn't chew. The dessert was super delicious.

There were 6 people in the restaurant who had ordered various starters and main courses. From steak, pasta and pizza with salads. First of all, everyone's food was very tasty. But first the main courses were served and then about 8 minutes later. later the salad and the bread. A salad plate didn't come at all... When we were clearing up we told the waiter this but the reaction was rather indifferent and emotionless... Then when we paid, the salad that hadn't been delivered was still on the bill, so we politely complained... no apologies, no reaction, nothing. Then our friend wanted to take over the bill and pay by card... Amex card (American Express card) is NOT accepted in this upscale restaurant. Very poor idea....

Yesterday I was at Rodez 7 in Bamberg with a few colleagues and we had a great evening. The food was excellent, fresh and varied. We shared various specialties from French cuisine, we tried fish, pizza and steak, all of which were very juicy and tasty. Everything was delicious and lovingly prepared. The portions were plentiful and the price-performance ratio was very fair. The service was also great. The waiters were courteous, open-minded and knowledgeable. They gave us good advice and delivered our orders quickly. The ambience was pleasant and stylish. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the atmosphere. Rodez 7 is a fantastic restaurant that I recommend to anyone who likes or wants to explore French cuisine. It's a real insider tip in Bamberg and I'll definitely come back.

The Rodez 7 is one of our regular bars. A gem for lovers of Cucina Italiana. You can't make a mistake when choosing dishes. All offers are top. The service is extremely friendly and accommodating. I can only recommend reservation. The Rodez 7 is very popular.

Unfortunately, the Rodez couldn't convince us this time... The steaks were great, the side dishes were unfortunately only mediocre, the steak house fries were unfortunately very limp and not crispy at all. The service was not attentive and was more interested in getting rid of us quickly to pass on the table. We had a table right at the entrance in the "pick-up zone", so the atmosphere was more like a train station hall. And that even though we had reserved an “interior” table. Overall, it's a shame because the visit was still very expensive...
