What makes truly good service...

We went out for dinner with a large group. The food was remarkably good and arrived very quickly. The service, however, was remarkably bad. We waited 30 minutes to order drinks, and some drinks didn't arrive until 60 minutes later. The servers' main refrain (when you actually saw them): "I'll tell my colleague." This was to no avail. I personally waited 35 minutes to pay and had to ask three times during that period. For the price and the promises made by all the reviews here, it was a complete disappointment.

The food was excellent, everything was incredibly delicious. The service was top-notch. The staff were very courteous, extremely attentive, and friendly. I'm deducting one star for the ambiance because it was quite noisy, but it was still cozy and tastefully decorated.

A fantastic, upscale, and well-maintained restaurant with top-notch service and cuisine. Elegant interior. Very friendly staff. We were very satisfied with everything and will gladly return. The steaks, octopus salad, and tiramisu are especially recommended.

The staff are very hardworking and attentive, just as they should be. The prices are reasonable. The restaurant is very popular, so reservations are highly recommended, as it's often packed, even during the week.

Vegan options were available on the menu, as well as classic pizzas with aromatic mozzarella and delicious, generously topped dishes. The appetizers were equally impressive, ranging from bruschetta to sumptuous salads – all with authentic flavor and carefully selected ingredients. The service was characterized by outstanding friendliness and competence. The staff were always helpful, even offering suggestions for individual dishes and ensuring that every guest felt welcome. Ordering was quick, the food was served promptly and piping hot, and small special requests were easily accommodated. Families with children also felt completely at ease and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. In conclusion, This pizzeria is a true highlight for all lovers of Italian cuisine. Anyone looking for authentic, creative, and exceptionally delicious pizza will be thrilled here – and will definitely want to return again and again. I'm disappointed with Restaurant Rodez 7. For €90 for two people, two-thirds of the food was wonderful, but the remaining third was greasy and inedible. We only got one Coke with our meal—absolutely no more! There were loads of waiters who occasionally found time for a chat, but otherwise they were "busy" running around. Yet we sat there for half an hour with an empty bottle, and no one even asked if the food was okay or if we wanted anything to drink. When I asked for the bill, the answer was "two minutes," and then after 20 minutes the waiter came back again, saying, "Oops, I forgot about you." There was, however, time for the aforementioned chat. For that price, I expect top-notch service and impeccable food. Two no's. In short: I'll definitely never go back to that place!

A lovely atmosphere and a great seat away from the hustle and bustle. Our waiter was very friendly and created a great atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food arrived a little late and there was a small order error, but it was corrected immediately. Overall, very satisfied!

Rodez is always good. I like going there for pizza because they have unusual varieties and always a weekly/seasonal menu.

We had a wonderful lunch here after buying our car. Pizza, burgers, and steak. Everything was delicious, and the service was excellent. The price was a bit higher, but in our opinion, absolutely justified.

I ate here for the second time last week as part of a company event. The first time, I ordered steak, which was very tasty and attractively presented. The second time, I ordered the chicken, and the portion was a joke considering the price. It tasted good, though. My partner had the calamari, which was a complete disappointment. Tough as rubber and barely seasoned. The accompanying garlic bread was a yeast bread (?) and an absolute disgrace. If you enjoy a good steak, this is the place for you. Other dishes should perhaps be approached with caution, especially considering the relatively high prices for Bamberg. Therefore, I can only give this restaurant a limited recommendation.

We were there a week ago. The food and service were okay, but unfortunately the man at the entrance wasn't very friendly. We had made an online reservation and stated that there were five people. We had accidentally forgotten to mention that two of the five people were children. As we entered, the man pointed out to us, in front of everyone standing behind us, that we hadn't stated this. We understood him the first time, but then he discussed it again in great detail, in front of everyone. If it hadn't been my sister's birthday, we would have left. If anything, we would have needed a high chair, so I still don't understand the problem. It's a shame they're so inflexible.

After our second visit to this visually appealing restaurant, I'd like to share a detailed review. Shortly before the end of the school holidays, we decided to spend a relaxing evening dining in Bamberg with our children and a family friend. Despite being very busy, we were able to make a last-minute reservation – thank you very much for that! The welcome was exceptionally warm, and we immediately felt welcome and like we were among friends. 🙏🏻 We were able to choose our drinks at our leisure from the extensive menu – the wine advice was excellent. Since we like to deviate from the norm, we asked Karim (thank you so much for your excellent service and the unforgettable evening!) to put together something special for us. (A person who loves his job and treats us as equals!) The result was overwhelming: a 1500g fillet platter and a very generous fish platter with generous side dishes – simply sensational! It was an absolute feast for the palate. Everyone at our table was thoroughly satisfied and felt well looked after, including the children (6, 9, and 10 years old). Even the dessert platter was lovingly and individually prepared and presented for us. Wonderful! If you want to enjoy absolutely outstanding service and fantastic cuisine, this is the place for you! Many thanks to Karim and the entire team for this wonderful evening!

Excellent service and the food is very good though the gluten free pizza resulted not to be entirely without gluten. But it may be due to cross contamination which in Italian restaurants processing so much bread and pasta must be inevitable. Overall a nice place to have a delicious dinner :)

Regulars at Rodez Seven We've been coming to Rodez regularly for years – always to the restaurant area, where Gazi takes care of the guests. A waiter with heart, humor, and genuine attention. His recommendations are top-notch, and when there's time, there's even a pleasant conversation at eye level. The food is consistently excellent – juicy steaks, delicious pasta, seasonal dishes. A successful blend of Italian cuisine and steakhouse fare. The rest of the team is equally friendly and professional – whether in the conservatory or the entrance area. In summary: Good food, great service, a relaxed atmosphere. And Gazi makes the visit special every time.

We've eaten there often and have always been satisfied. However, yesterday, instead of a non-alcoholic mojito, we received an alcoholic one, and we were charged for the wrong one. Instead of a German rum steak, we received an Argentinian one. We were less satisfied.

Our family would like to express their sincere thanks to Gazi. He always strives to ensure the well-being of his visitors.

Here, too, there are double table reservations in the evening. That meant we had to wait at the bar for our table until the other guests had paid and disappeared. Some guests have to wait and others are stressed so that they disappear. The service at the bar was very friendly. The rest of the service was neither friendly nor unfriendly. Stressed would be the right word. A waiter complained to us that there weren't enough tips and that no one wanted to work in the catering industry anymore. But what surprises us is the very expensive prices. When it came to eating, the meat and salad were good but the side dishes weren't great. The potato gratin tasted like nothing and the pepperonata tasted strange. The Mahr Bräu beer is available in small 0.4l glasses for €4.30 each, which corresponds to a beer case price of €107.50. Unfortunately, if you have 4 negative abnormalities, you have to deduct 4 stars. That's a shame because the atmosphere is very nice. Unfortunately no recommendation.

Salmon, not even 10 x 10 cm, with a bit of vegetables, two mini potatoes, and sauce, for €28.90. Tiramisu for €8.20. If you want to spend a lot of money and leave hungry, this is the place for you. The portions used to be significantly larger. Never again

The food was excellent. We had rib-eye steak and T-bone steak. The staff were very friendly.

Tip: Be sure to try the steak tartare and the fillet steak – both highly recommended! The restaurant in Bamberg is a very good place overall. However, the background noise can be a bit loud depending on the clientele, making conversation a bit difficult – especially on a first date. For dessert, I highly recommend the tiramisu – incredibly delicious and definitely a highlight of the evening!

Everything was great, we'd love to come back! They could add a few more vegan/vegetarian options, as the selection is a bit limited. Otherwise, there's absolutely nothing to complain about. ☺️☺️☺️

It's always a great experience, whether for lunch or dinner for two or with a larger group. Top-notch food, great service, and a fantastic atmosphere.

They're too stupid to properly put two vouchers in the envelope. After a complaint, they raised their noses and said they weren't interested. Never again from this store. A disgrace. A rip-off store. They act big and do nothing.

We were there with our dog, who was given a water bowl first. For starters, we had an antipasti platter—it wasn't anything special. For the main course, we had pizza. My partner had a gluten-free version, which was delicious. The waitress was very knowledgeable about the ingredients, which isn't often the case. The base of my pizza was a bit soggy, but I like it that way 😀 The desserts were also very good. The waitress was very attentive, and we'll definitely be back.

I can recommend this pizzaria. However, pizzas were noticeably burnt on the edges. The final coffee spilled, saucer full. Instead of a distance to get a fresh new coffee we had to ask for a napkin which was reluctantly placed on the table. Without a word of regret. It's a shame, you shouldn't treat guests like that in this price range.
