The prices are starting to get a bit steep but it's still the best kebab in the city

It was soooo delicious! We tried two different Dürums, cake, coffee... I'm visiting from Berlin now and definitely have to go back ❤️🤲🏼And I think it's very cheap for Munich. _____ August 30th: I often go to Erbils and every time we get really delicious food. Very comfortable space and nice staff :)

Really great shop! The selection of different dishes is large, so I couldn't decide at first because I would have loved to try everything. I also really like the selection of sauces. I can highly recommend the Seitanlahmacun! I'll definitely come back soon :)

Very tasty Dürüm and very nice service from Suphi.

Doner bread was crispy and very tasty, the seitan slices were cut very thin (as it should be). In general, there is a great selection of vegan kebab variants here, I would love to come back.

I tried the kebab at and was unfortunately very disappointed. The kebab was dry, and overall the kebab was not convincing. Tzaziki was strange 😐 The atmosphere in the restaurant is also quite unattractive - completely different from the beautiful pictures on Instagram. In reality, the atmosphere there is rather sad and not at all inviting. In addition, the prices are far too high for what is on offer. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Absolutely normal vegan place, compared to Munich places, very cheap. We ate together for 20 euros

The lasagna was very tasty, especially the béchamel sauce was good (sometimes it is simply left out in the vegan preparation). Friendly staff, I found it particularly nice that Ali took the time to chat to an older regular customer at her place :)

Best kebab in all of Munich. You definitely have to try it.

Very tasty veggie kebab and Adi and Suphi are also very nice. Unfortunately only open until 8 p.m., but perfect for dinner.

I have been a vegetarian for many years and trying a durum again has been great, everything was delicious! In addition, the service has been excellent, super friendly and attentive people. I would return and recommend it without a doubt 😃

Love this place, it’s sometimes hard to find good vegan food in Munich but this place is awesome. Well priced, filling dishes and lovely staff. Discovered it yesterday and currently enjoying my second visit with the Tofuschnitzel Sandwich.

Wow, that was the best vegan durum I've ever eaten! And the appetizer platter was equally magical. The service was very friendly and attentive despite a large parallel group. I would love to take the store home with me.

Had a Seitan Dürüm and loved it! 😍 So fresh, well seasoned, perfectly balanced and for a great price (especially in Munich 😅) Definitely come back!

Unfortunately not really good. Food so-so and too expensive. Orders mixed up. Although vegan sauce was requested, tzatziki was added. Bread, frozen falafel, salad and furnishings seem bland and dry. Wouldn't go again.

Worst experience ever! Food was terrible. I had the most dry Pide of my life, I couldn't believe that they were selling that thrash. Döner was way belov average, dolma was bad as well. Don't be fooled by the high rating of this resturant. It is a solid 0/5 experience for me.

Incredibly delicious food. Everything is fresh and crispy. Very large filling portions. Top price-performance. Very friendly staff. And above all, no animal cruelty. This shop is a prime example of how every meal can be made cruelty-free without compromising on taste. Erbil's doesn't have to hide in comparison to Rüyam from Berlin in terms of taste. People finally have to wake up.

The employees were very friendly. Unfortunately that doesn't make the kebab any better. The Seitan meat was soaked in oil and there was almost no lettuce in it and only half a tomato. Unfortunately, since the little bit of sauce that was inside was put on the bread and not on the meat, the bread absorbed all the sauce and it only tasted good still dry. Unfortunately not recommended!

Good food and nice people... Vegan comes first! Price reasonable for the city and there are lots of delicious sauces for the vegan kebab or whatever...

Unfortunately I have to downgrade my good rating from a year ago. I've now stood in front of a locked door twice in the evening, even though Google says it should be open. There is no other website. You don't pass by this place by chance, you drive there specifically. Once it's open, the quality has also deteriorated. Onion and red cabbage roughly chopped and the stalk in the falafel, the seitan too hard because it was very fried... I won't come back.

Unfortunately there was no Seitan available again in the afternoon at 3 p.m. I used falafel as a substitute, but I've never had such bad falafel. Sauce is used very sparingly, so everything is very dry and not worth the price at all. A pity!

Great vegan muossaka, delicious wine leaves and amazing hummus. Moussaka was microwaved though but not a big issue. Loved this place

Super good food, we've been happy guests for years. Also a remarkable development from a kebab shop at the main train station to a small, charming restaurant. In principle everything is recommended, we particularly like the starters and vegan kebab plates as well as the great tiramisu. The service could sometimes be a bit more attentive, but otherwise we have nothing to complain about.

We had the vegan kebab plate and all my kebab cravings were completely satisfied after several years of being vegetarian :) So delicious! Highly recommended.

I was looking to grab something vegan to eat at short notice in front of the theater. Luckily I quickly found what I was looking for here. I was greeted warmly and served nicely, and above all it was super quick, which was very important to me. In addition, the kebab was very tasty, there are different sauces to choose from, super cool :) I can recommend the one with beetroot, I didn't find tzatziki to go well with the kebab.

Great shop, can only be recommended as a vegan person in Munich. You can shop with total peace of mind because I think everything is vegan. The quality of the food is also at a great level, my favorite dish here is clearly the Seitan Döner. The service and ambience leave nothing to be desired, thanks to very friendly service and a very cool vibe. If you're unlucky, you can expect short waiting times from time to time, but it's worth putting up with!

I had never eaten a kebab in my entire life. I cannot believe I had to wait almost 30 years to try it. And vegan. There are no words to describe this place, if I lived in Munich I think I would go there every single day. Seriously.

*The* reference when it comes to Seitan kebab or kebab plates in Munich, in my opinion. Towards the end the kebab is a bit oily, but that doesn't matter given the great taste. You can only pay with card from 10€, that should be improved :)

The Seitan Dürüm was very, very tasty, but unfortunately far too fatty. One point deducted for this and for the Falafel Dürüm, which tasted rather boring. The service was very nice and accommodating. I'd love to come back.

Erbils is the cozy and vegan version of the kebab shop. In addition to to-go dishes such as seitan or falafel sandwiches or dürum, there are various dishes for on-site (doner kebab plates, etc.) and desserts/cakes. The people know their craft and the kebab plate offers not only the tastiest vegan kebab in the city but also a colorful selection of spicy and varied sauces. You don't have to be vegan to enjoy eating at Erbils 😋

All in all okay. The food is of course vegan, and therefore good almost immediately. Maybe a little less oil, even if it adds flavor. But otherwise everything is good.

We had tiramisu and carrot cake and falafel dürüm and seitan dürüm. Everything was very tasty and the portions were big enough. Super friendly service. Relaxed atmosphere. You order inside at the bar and take the food with you to your seat or have it delivered if it takes a while. After you're done, you go to the bar to pay. Card payment possible from €10. Absolute recommendation for anyone who wants to have an uncomplicated vegan meal. We'll definitely be back!

Update in 2024: unfortunately any positive thing here has disappeared. The service is below every level. The good lady doesn't listen. Orders are implemented incorrectly. Sauces are empty. Paying is complicated because the EC device is stuck. When you come into the store the tables are not cleared/wiped. Unfortunately, it's far from the good performance it used to be. Waiting forever until someone comes out of the kitchen. A pity!!! It used to be really worth 5 stars, but today it's only worth one because the food is still quite good despite everything. There are now much better vegetarian/vegan places in Munich. A pity!

Super good, vegan restaurant. The employees are also very nice and accommodating. However, the vegan dishes are particularly good. Even my dog ​​loves the meat substitute and doesn't notice any difference to real meat ;-)

Every time we come to Munich, a visit to Erbils is a must. The selection of dishes is now large, very appetizingly prepared and tastes the same. I love the side plate. Portions are also quite generous. Worth a stop for every vegan.

I eat here every time I'm in Munich and I'm thrilled every time. The food is bomb, I can only rave about the kebab and the baklava is SO good. There's even vegan Ayran here, I've never seen it in any vegan restaurant before, it tastes as good as the "original". The service is always super nice, I feel really comfortable here. Can only recommend it! It's been my favorite vegan for years now <3

The 5 stars only because it is AFFORDABLE and VEGAN. Basically everything is fine, but unfortunately the service has deteriorated somewhat. Food is still good (I come for the falafel), but it's not a "comfortable" place. I recommend ordering “to go” if the weather is nice and sitting outside.

The moussaka is amazing. With the fresh, toasted flatbread. How good can food taste? I'm surprised about the bad reviews. If you order a dish that you don't like, it's not the chef's fault. I'm not really into Saitan kebab, but there are plenty of other dishes here!

The veggie kebab tastes delicious. In my opinion the best vegetarian kebab you can prepare. The first time I thought my Dürüm had been mixed up and I was biting into meat. I'm absolutely thrilled. The atmosphere and the employees are also very nice and accommodating. The only perhaps small drawback is the price, but the portions are really large. Update 2023: Finally been to Erbil's again. The Dürüm is still awesome. Three people were there and everyone was very satisfied.

If you’re vegan (or not!) you have to try Erbil’s! The seitan döner is the thing to get, in my opinion. Such a good replacement for a meat döner. Service is nice and fast. They also do delivery through Uber Eats (also good quality).

The food is really sensational. I had the mousaka and absolutely loved it. I was there at lunchtime and it wasn't that comfortable, partly because there were so many people going in and out to get their food. So candle light dinner probably not but I'll definitely come back for the good food!!
