Formerly our favorite Indian. Unfortunately, something was wrong with the last two orders. In principle no problem can happen. It's difficult to understand two times in a row. Unfortunately, our tip was responded to in an extremely rude manner instead of an appropriate apology. An exchange for the correct food was also not offered. This kind of reaction to a mistake is pathetic. We were satisfied regular customers... Unfortunately not anymore. The food is still good, but if you get a surprise menu instead of what you ordered, it's unfortunately not very satisfying. Good luck, but maybe rethink how you deal with customers

I had the pleasure of dining in an Indian restaurant and the experience was truly memorable. The menu offered a wide selection of authentic dishes, from classics such as Butter Chicken and Tikka Masala to vegetarian options such as Palak Paneer and Chana Masala. The service was excellent: the staff were friendly, attentive and willing to explain each dish for those less familiar with Indian cuisine. The desserts are also worth a mention: the Gulab Jamun, sweet balls dipped in a cardamom syrup, was a delight. Ultimately, I highly recommend this restaurant both to lovers of Indian cuisine and to those who want to discover new flavors in a pleasant and authentic environment.

We were there for dinner yesterday as a family of 4. We have visited the restaurant several times in the past. Now the first review from us. Nice ambience, extensive menu, attentive and fast service. The food was very good and filling. We also got this impression in previous stays. Recommended is, among other things: also number 107 “Wish Thali”. We'll be back.

Wir waren zur Mittagszeit dort und haben die Mittagsmenüs gewählt. Diese waren sehr gut und wir wurden sehr freundlich und aufmerksam durch das Personal bedient.

I didn't take pictures because they were worse than expected. The price was reasonable but we ordered 3 different things between us and the same iron plate came out with 4 pieces of meat on a salad. Also, the sauce was the same for all 3 dishes which my husband was surprised because he ordered spicy. Everything tasted the same. I asked the waiter twice if this was what we ordered and he confirmed it was what I ordered.... As an Asian, I believe maybe they just changed a lot for local.

We came from further away and were there for the first time. The food was really tasty and the boss himself kept coming back to make sure everything was going well. The service was a bit wild and a little confused, but still loving. Our child in particular benefited from the warmth😊the ambience could have been a little more traditional. But all in all recommended.

An unforgettable family evening – simply perfect! We went to Taj as a family and can only say that it was one of the most beautiful experiences we have ever had. As soon as we entered the restaurant we felt warmly welcomed. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with tasteful furnishings that struck a perfect balance between elegance and coziness. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. What was particularly impressive was how child-friendly they were! Our children were immediately greeted with a smile and there was even a special children's menu, which made the little ones very happy. Our server was extremely professional, took the time to explain the menu to us and had fantastic recommendations that made our evening even better. The food was absolutely first class! We started with samosa which was so fresh and tasteful that we were immediately hooked. For main courses we had Paneer masala and Soya champ masala while the kids enjoyed Baingen ka bhartha. Every dish was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. You can immediately tell that only high-quality ingredients are used here and that the kitchen works with attention to detail. The organization and timing of the entire evening were also impeccable. The dishes were served at just the right pace, giving us enough time to enjoy each dish without feeling rushed. The staff was always there when we needed anything without being intrusive. It was an all-round successful evening that we as a family will remember for a long time. Taj Restaurant is a place where quality, hospitality and attention to detail come first. We are more than satisfied and can highly recommend this restaurant - whether for families, couples or special occasions. Many thanks to the entire team for this wonderful evening. Very authentic Indian restaurant.

We can only recommend the restaurant! Every time we travel towards Erding, we eat there (we come from the Stuttgart area). Service is super nice, the food is super tasty and well seasoned. So far we've always been lucky and gotten a table, but at peak times a reservation is recommended.

Disappointing on April 20th. Arrived shortly after 9pm. After 9:30 p.m. it was totally uncomfortable because a dish drawer in the kitchen apparently fell on the floor. Of course it was noise but after that at least 5 of the waitresses ran to the door and talked at a very inappropriate volume. At 10:15 p.m. we received the bill without a word and never asked if we wanted anything else. Although it's open until 11 p.m. There was also no mango schnapps or liqueur as usual. The food tasted different than usual. For example, the 88 was spicy. My companion doesn't tolerate spicy food well. When asked about it, the waiter only joked that it was too sweet for him and so he made it spicy. Haha, funny - not. We have never felt as unwelcome as we did today. Were there often but will now look for alternatives. Despite everything, I tipped 10 percent. Apparently you can't expect a "thank you".

Very good selection of different dishes. I was also able to adjust the sharpness upwards. Highly recommend the Keema Naan as a side dish. It is rarely found on the memory card.

After the meal I was asked to write a review here, quite strange but good. My vegan dal shorba was bland and you could hardly eat number 95 (mix veg vegan), it was just awful. Nowadays people don't even ask how it tastes or whether everything is OK. It's about the largest possible number of guests, I understand that much. Don't go there anymore for now.

Die Angestellten sind super nett und machen auch mal einen Spaß mit den Kindern . Das Essen ist immer sehr lecker und auf spezielle Wünsche wird eingegangen . Die Tochter hat zum Schluss sogar ein Geburtstagsnachtisch bekommen mit Lied und Fontäne . Das gab strahlende Kinderaugen . Und beim Rausgehen haben wir noch einen indischen Wein geschenkt bekommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder . Top 👍🏽

On main road so easily visible & accessible. I Had Fish Thali, was nice. The service people are so friendly I felt as if I was in India. Good menu selection as well. Will definitely visit whenever I visit Erding.

We have now tested the restaurant three times, hoping that the first and second experiences were just a negative coincidence. The staff is nice and the ambience is also good, children are welcome. So far so nice. Unfortunately, the food is far too salty and you can't taste any spices like you would from Indian dishes. The vegetarian kofta were repeatedly so salty that you really couldn't eat them.

The food is top. The food is freshly cooked. The waitresses are really accommodating and really friendly. Price performance is great.

One of the finest restaurants in Erding that offers Indian cuisine. Food is awesome, ambiance is warm and welcoming and staff is extremely service oriented. We were staying in Erding fonionly one night but Taj made that one night the most memorable and the biggest highlight of our trip. We visited Munich for Oktoberfest and one our way back from the city, we were Hungary and had been missing Indian food for over a week. Food and hospitality in Taj restaurant in Erding made us feel at home.

I absolutely can't understand the good reviews. The TAJ Erding has deteriorated significantly. You are simply ignored and have to beg for food. The soup was totally over salted, the main meal was good. You don't feel welcome. Added to that is the soup and so on. Main meal at the same time. Not even the drinks. It's a shame, we always enjoyed being there
