We've been to Mitahara several times and have always been completely satisfied. Super delicious and fresh food, and the service is always very friendly. The best naan bread around.

So he made me wait outside, didn't bring the food up, and was rude and rude to boot. When he finally arrived, he just opened the side window and handed out the food. The food was also cold. We visited Mitahara for the first time yesterday and were absolutely thrilled! Indian cuisine has long been one of our favorites, so we have a high standard of comparison – and Mitahara completely impressed us. The food was not only delicious and aromatic, but also plentiful and filling. Each dish was perfectly seasoned, freshly prepared, and beautifully served – you can immediately taste the love that goes into the cooking here. We were particularly impressed by the variety of spices, which were typically Indian yet harmoniously balanced. The service was also excellent: very attentive, warm, and always with a smile. As a guest, you immediately feel welcome and in good hands. The ambiance is atmospheric, tastefully decorated, and exudes a true Indian flair – almost as if you were traveling to India for an evening. Bollywood atmosphere included! We are more than satisfied and can recommend Mitahara to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Indian cuisine. One thing is for sure: we will definitely be back – and soon! 🙌

The food was very delicious and the service was good, except for one of the waiters, who unfortunately didn't speak German very well and couldn't tell us whether certain items were gluten-free, which wasn't always clearly stated on the menu. We ate outside, so there were unfortunately quite a few flies, but otherwise, the food was really great.

By far the best Indian in Erding.

Immer wieder drum herum geschlichen und nun doch endlich mal ausprobiert! Den Tisch für 18:30 Uhr reserviert, waren wir die ersten und hatten schon die Befürchtung, die einzigen zu sein. Aber nach und nach sind dann doch noch andere Gäste eingetrudelt und auch abgeholt wurde einiges. Wir hatten Lamm Thali und Lamm Masala, mit sehr zartem Fleisch und super gewürzt. Garlic Naan und Mango Lassi dazu und wir waren glücklich! Besonders hervorzuheben ist der sehr angenehme und freundliche Service, das kennt man von vergleichbaren Restaurants in Erding teilweise auch anders. Ambiente typisch indisch, viel Farbe und Licht und passende Bollywood-Musik. Wir wurden positiv überrascht und kommen gern wieder. "Nur" 4 von 5 Punkten, weil's ein paar Kleinigkeiten gab, die noch verbessert werden könnten (Wandputz, Farbkleckse, fehlende Übertöpfe, nicht ganz so sauberes Damen WC), damit es perfekt ist.

Normally 5 stars, but we noticed that the same dishes taste and are prepared completely differently on different days. What a shame. We usually order the same thing and always hope that the great chef will be there today ;) Tuesday was really bad. Thursday was mostly great ;) Please please, dear Mitahara team, no coconut milk or cream in spinach with chickpeas. Why? Otherwise it wasn't the case. It would also be great if the dishes tasted the same every day! At one point the pakoras were so full of spices that they were inedibly salty, at another time they were great.

I have now often had food delivered from here or picked it up myself. So far everything has always been ready very quickly, tastes great, is freshly prepared, is still warm and is absolutely fair in terms of price. I can only recommend the shop and the food and will always order again. I can't judge what the food is like on site, but it seems nice.

A really great Indian restaurant! The service was very friendly and the food was simply fantastic. We had a duck dish and a vegetarian one - everything was delicious and had a lot of flavor. The naan in particular was excellent, nice and fluffy and perfectly baked. The mango lassi was also a highlight, really fresh and not too sweet. I'm looking forward to ordering here again and trying more of the menu. Absolute recommendation!

To be fair: it is so far the best indian cuisine I have ever been. Everytime I come to visit my boyfriend this is our must to go place (I remember that he refuses to go there for the fisrt time, but now he loves it more than me 😅) and I'm waiting every time to visit this place again. The people who are working there are so nice and kind, they take care of you so you feel really wanted there. Portions: ugh, we have to take one dish and we still have leftovers (so not really for people after bariatric surgery as long as they want to order solo 😅). The taste? Bro, spicy things are spicy, curry things are curry. They smell and taste so amazing! Guys! See you around there! And tip the boys well coz they deserve it so much ❤️

Meine Frau und ich wollten einen neuen Inder ausprobieren, die Wahl fiel nach kurzer Recherche auf das Mitahara. Kurze Fahrt und längere Parkplatzsuche und schon waren wir im Lokal, dieses war bis auf ein Paar leer, dennoch mussten wir warten bis ein Ober sich zu uns bemüht hat. Speisekarte auf den Tisch und ein knappes "Hallo, was wollen sie trinken?" und der Ober war wieder weg. # Weitere Minuten später und die Getränke waren auf dem Tisch mit der knappen Frage "Was darf es sein?". Naja, ich gehe ja zum Essen um gut zu essen und nicht um perfekt bedient zu werden, dass kann Gast auch anders "bewerten" über das Trinkgeld. 10 Minuten später kam unsere Mittagssuppe (Suppenspiegel) Linsensuppe und diese war tatsächlich sehr gut, dazu noch ein Garlic-Naan (Gut aber sehr ölig) und nebenbei die Frage nach Mixed Pickels wurde mit einem fragenden Blick erwidert und der Info "haben wir nicht". Kurz danach kam unser bestelltes Essen, einmal ein Murgh Vindaloo (Nr.164 für 8,90€) und ein Coconut Murgh (Nr.165 für 8,90€), das Coconut Murgh hat Dosenobst in der Soße und war einfach ungenießbar und das Murgh Vindaloo hat dieses Gericht noch von der Qualität getoppt beim Thema schlechte Qualität, beim anschneiden des Hühnerfleisches kam mir ein beißender Geruch entgegen der selbst von der extrem scharfen Soße nicht überdeckt werden konnte. Wir haben beide Essen zurückgehen lassen, haben unsere Rechnung bezahlt (keine Lust mit den unmotivierten Ober zu diskutieren!) und das Mitahara blitzartig verlassen. Meine Frau wollte die "Qualität" und das verdorbene Hühnerfleisch dem Gesundsheitsamt melden, da wir in allen unseren Restaurantbesuchen rund um den Globus noch nie so etwas vorgesetzt bekommen haben! Resümee: Finger weg vom Mitahara, leider oder zum Glück musste ich noch nie so eine Bewertung für ein "Restaurant" schreiben!

Sehr gutes und frisches Essen, sehr gut gewürzt und schnell und heiß geliefert worden. Lamm ist nicht zäh oder sehnig, sehr gutes Naan. Wir werden wieder bestellen!

Indisches Brot mit drei verschiedenen Saucen, einmal süßsauer, einmal scharf und einmal Minze Soße kam als Gruß Hauses. Wir hatten Mango Lassi, Chai Tee, Joghurt und selbst gemachter Käse mit Spinat. Alles ausgezeichnet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Food was so good last night my husband and I came back for another meal. He got the same meal as the night before lamb in mango sauce. I tried something different chicken biryani did not disappoint. Great restaurant and staff. It's our last night in Germany or we would be back tomorrow.

The food was okay, but unfortunately prepared a bit carelessly. The taste of the dishes was okay, but there was a lack of attention to detail. I also found the prices to be a bit too high (for the quantity). Around €20 (Prawns Biryani) with about 4 small prawns. Chicken was fine but duck was super dry.

This place is incredible, the best Indian food I have ever had!! The staff are very helpful and nice. I had the mango lamb and my wife had the grilled chicken along with a garlic Naan bread. Everything was perfect.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Chef, Mani, der der netteste Mensch und Chef ist, den man sich vorstellen kann. Seine Herzlichkeit und die gemütliche Atmosphäre des Restaurants haben unseren Abend perfekt gemacht. Ich kann Mitahara jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der authentische indische Küche in Erding genießen möchte. Ein wahres Juwel!

Absolute insider tip here in Erding, Indian food at Mitahara. After a few orders home (highly recommended, always hot and, above all, fast delivery, no delivery service necessary), I went to the restaurant with friends to eat. What can I say? As expected, a culinary sensation, serving all the classic Indian dishes and some house specialties. If you like, you can also order the dishes tailored to German tongues medium hot or even Indian hot, so everyone gets their money's worth here. Politeness, patient staff and a natural, Indian ambience are a given here and effortlessly round off the brilliant food. I will definitely come here often, at Mitahara you just feel comfortable and are guaranteed to have a great time. Definitely try it out!

The best Indian in Erding. We have ordered and eaten there several times and I can only recommend it. Very friendly, attentive and courteous staff. My personal recommendation is Paneer Makhani and the garlic naan. But the grilled specialties are also really great. The restaurant is also well suited for people who don't want typical Indian spicy food. If you order it normally it is absolutely edible. If you want it spicy you can always say so.

I had ordered the vegan Tofu Sabzi Sangam (tofu with mixed vegetables and curry sauce) without mushrooms, my husband also had a vegetarian dish + extra naan. Everything worked out great - you can order directly from the restaurant and also select the delivery time. That worked GREAT. I ordered to go to the hotel at 8:30 p.m. because we were at the Erdinger Therme and I got a call at 8:29 p.m. The driver was so friendly, the food was still absolutely hot, good portion size (we both eat a lot) and, above all, really tasty. Great value for money and great service - I can only recommend it to everyone!
