Really cool, hidden away, even allowing the little room to serve good food without the mainstream.

Great place! Food was super delicious and served very fast. Prices were acceptable (considering the region). Consider however that the beef dish is quite small. Staff was also very kind.

Very tasty food. The pho bo was delicious, but I've had better broth. The meat in the soup was marinated, which gave it an exceptional flavor. I would recommend removing the red onion and adding herbs like Thai basil, coriander, and mint instead, so everyone can season it to their own taste. It also looks better that way.

Really impressed with the effort made on the dishes. Duck was super crispy, beef gyoza was really flavourful. I love how the peanut sauce wasn't too overpowered. Definitely worth a visit again!

Poor service and unhelpful staff. I have book the table for Christmas via email and they show me no booking in their system. I shown my email which confirmed the date and time. Staffs didn't show any passion to listen my situation and refuse to help. Very disappointed service and not recommended to go.

A very cozy restaurant. It was quite busy. Since we hadn't made a reservation and the restaurant was fully booked on Friday evening, we were offered a seat at the bar. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't have to wait long for the delicious and beautifully presented food. We highly recommend this restaurant. We'll definitely be back when we're in town again.

The food was okay, the plates looked a bit unhygienic, and the service was very inattentive. Finally, when I paid by credit card, I was very rudely told that I absolutely had to leave a tip – even though my table neighbor had already taken care of it. The waiter himself entered something, and I ended up with over €6 more on the bill! I've never experienced such rudeness!

Very good Asian food, tasty and well presented!

A popular Vietnamese restaurant in Schwabing. The ambiance is quite nice, with simple manga/graffiti on the wall. It's very loud, and the tables are extremely close together. The napkins are cloth, the dishes are nice, but there are no tablecloths. The service is extremely slow and overwhelmed, with hardly any German skills, but they are friendly. There are long waiting times (20 minutes for the appetizer, 25 minutes for the main course, and 30 minutes for the main course). The menu is standard (Vietnamese, traditional), and the presentation is nice and modern. In terms of taste and quality, it was on par with fast food. The vegetables and salad were stale, and the food was prepared without any, let alone refined, seasoning—simply greasy, too sweet, and too salty. The prawn crackers were greasy and cold, as well as soft and chewy; I've never eaten such bad prawn crackers. The papaya salad was tasteless, dressed very carelessly, and the shrimp were of very cheap quality. The curries also had inferior meat, and the fish was dry. Cola in 0.2-liter bottles, €4.50. Food portions were also very small. Overall, the prices were far too high for what was offered. A real disappointment.

Food was great, wait time was longer for the main dish but wasnt an issue. The service was great and we had good time here. The only little downside was the loud atmosphere. At times it was difficult to converse. But definetly recommend!

Ausgezeichnetes Essen zu einem wirklich moderaten Preis. Es war ziemlich voll, von daher hat es mit dem Service immer etwas gedauert, die Kellner waren aber sehr bemüht und freundlich. Absolute Empfehlung, auch wenn für uns die Musik etwas leiser hätte sein können. Das hat aber das Gesamterlebnis nicht getrübt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

I love this place!!!! Every time we come here it's a great choice.

It used to be so much better – now it's disappointing. Today we had dry spring rolls, a sour Pad Thai that was advertised as a "signature dish," and a red curry with duck where you practically had to hunt for the vegetables. And all this for €23 for the curry! I used to go to Shami, and it was always more upscale, but the quality and service are absolutely no longer commensurate with the price. Even when they asked if everything was alright while clearing the table, and I even mentioned twice that it used to be better, they just smiled and thanked me. I used to love going there, but now Shami is sadly going downhill. That was my last time there. Oh, and I can only attribute the many good reviews to that little note at checkout: "Rate us and we'll give away a €100 voucher once a quarter."

Everything was great, the food and service were excellent.

Delicious food, reasonable prices, very friendly and efficient service, but unfortunately very, very loud. We couldn't have a conversation at all. What a shame.

We were craving some Vietnamese food, especially, a speciality of crispy duck in a red curry sauce with vegetables. We got a reservation at the last minute but as it was Oktoberfest and a Saturday we felt very lucky. We were not disappointed. The duck was terrific but could have been spicer or had a little more kick for me. The Germans by large do not eat really spicy food and so in the ethic restaurants the owners tend to weaken its heat or spice kick to please their audience.

A very good restaurant with many different dishes. The chicken is excellent, and the beef is also very good. All accompanied by excellent sauces. First time in a Vietnamese restaurant, and a good choice.

The food was exquisite! I was there yesterday and unfortunately had an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone. Due to a lack of regular maintenance on the bathroom doors, I was locked in for 45 minutes! And there was no window... The staff managed to break the lock, and I got out. I was nervous after the half hour of being locked in! After the commotion!! We decided to stay for dinner. The restaurant only offered us a complimentary dessert... When we asked for the bill, we were shocked by the lack of empathy for the trauma and stress it had caused me! I mean, no discount at all! In the end, they charged us 10 euros less and then asked for a tip? Truly pathetic!!

Nice restaurant with delicious food, but unfortunately, I wouldn't go back. The place is packed to the last corner, with tables crammed to the last corner, and it's also quite busy, so the noise level is very high, and you have to talk to each other really loudly. The prices are unfortunately simply too high for such an average experience. The service was also inattentive at times; they wanted to clear my food even though I wasn't finished, and then they were a bit pushy towards the end. So, ⭐️⭐️⭐️-⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We celebrated our anniversary here yesterday because it's my girlfriend's favorite restaurant. The service was 10/10; the staff accommodated all our reservation requests and were very friendly. The food was good; there was nothing to complain about. The only minor criticism: the tables are a bit close together, but probably not a problem for extroverts. The location is perfect: There's parking everywhere and plenty of parking garages nearby.

Flavorful and freshly prepared dishes, super crunchy vegetables, and wonderfully flavorful tofu in the vegan/vegetarian dishes. I can highly recommend the food. I like to order takeout; it's quite loud on site, and the music inside is a bit too loud for my taste in the evenings. Prices are relatively expensive, but the dishes are very tasty. We both thought it was OK. Got a lot of duck but little rice and little sauce, all quite tasteless. It was expensive for that. €20-23 per dish. Cocktails were very tasty. And you sit between a lot of people without a “big” distance.

Super delicious food! Diverse and fresh. I had the wok vegetables with tofu and the vegetarian dumplings. Both super tasty and very filling. The cocktails are also great. We felt very comfortable and had a great time. We'll definitely come back.

Friendly service. Restaurant very crowded and therefore unfortunately very loud. The chicken must have been treated with meat tenderizer or something, it tasted more like sausage (both in the dumplings and in the main course). The taste is therefore disappointing… I probably won't come again.

Ich hab leider noch nie bei einem so schlechten Vietnamesen in München gegessen. Wir haben sehr lang auf unser Essen gewartet, das hat dann leider auch nicht besonders gut geschmeckt. Wir saßen zu Dritt an einem kleinen Zweier-Tisch. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier nicht.

I love the food here, I always go for the Tofu Cashew and Hello Shami cocktail, very refreshing. The homemade gyoza are to die for, super soft and delicious. Service can be a little slow but the staff are nice. Surprisingly good wine selection. I’ve been going here for about 5 years now and it never disappoints!

Sehr schönes Restaurant, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Etwas laut, aber, das liegt in der Natur des Raumes. Essen hervorragend. Personal sehr nett. Und gut zu Fuß von der U-Bahn zu erreichen. Komme ganz sicher wieder.

Queríamos comer vieiras. Hicimos una pregunta en un sitio web de Munich - donde en Munich se puede comer vieiras y recibimos las direcciones de unos 30 restaurantes. Elegimos este, ubicación conveniente, interior moderno, gran selección de platos, incluyendo mariscos. Según el menú, incluso hay champán. Al mismo tiempo, decidimos celebrar mi cumpleaños. Debido al riesgo de alergias, no me adentré en la naturaleza culinaria. Solo tomé vieiras, como plato principal tomé pato con arroz frito y salsa de maní, un cóctel con el hermoso nombre de "Geisha Queen" y Campari Orange. Probamos el té asiático de tazas pequeñas. Todo estaba muy sabroso. Al final trajeron un regalo de cumpleaños - un postre con fuegos artificiales. Todo es muy bonito y hermoso. La sala del restaurante es algo estrecha, pero muy acogedor. El restaurante estaba casi completamente lleno, zumbando como una linda colmena. La música ligera también estaría bien. Las reservas son obligatorias, de lo contrario podría no haber asientos libres. Y gracias especiales al equipo, no al personal, sino al equipo. Todos son jóvenes y al mismo tiempo muy atentos y competentes. Gracias a ellos, el restaurante tiene un ambiente increíble. Y aunque hay bastantes restaurantes en Munich, me gustaría venir aquí de nuevo.

The restaurant is not big, but cozy. The food tastes excellent and justifies the price. Minus point: the table is reassigned after 2.5 hours.

We were warmly welcomed and had reserved in advance. Everything worked out wonderfully. Placing orders was easy. Drinks arrived immediately The food was very well prepared and tasted very tasty. We were also asked whether we were satisfied, great! The prices are still reasonable. The staff are friendly and polite. Overall, we had a lovely evening and are looking forward to our next visit.

Unfortunately the price-performance ratio is not right. I would have expected more from the chicken curry.
