Delicious food, attentive service, dog-friendly, free parking in the parking garage around the corner...perfect!

My husband and I were there for the first time together and wanted to have a nice evening together and go out for dinner. We both ordered the same burger (chicken): he had sweet potato fries and I had regular fries. The burger was terrible, but the fries were amazing, which is why the one star is for the fries. The atmosphere inside was a thousand times nicer than outside. I won't go anywhere else just for fries, so this was the last time.

Best burgers, fries and drinks around. Must visit place. You can park free of cost in the Siemens parking next building. The food is good and service is decent. Sitting and interiors are contemporary.

We had made a reservation because we wanted to come with a neotaste voucher. We told the waiter this when we walked in and ordered, and we redeemed it (in front of the waiter). When we paid, the discount (2:1) was then disregarded by another waiter because she said (in a very rude tone) that we should have mentioned it AGAIN when paying. When we asked if it could be changed later, she denied it because her supervisor wasn't there. Perhaps it's because this chain is about to be acquired by Ruffs Burger, and now they're trying to make up every cent. I think it's a real shame how they treat their guests here. We would definitely have come back because the food and the atmosphere are very good. But this really ruined our evening. It's not what you say that matters, but how...

For the "size" of the burgers, the price-performance ratio is not right.

We can recommend it without reservation. Very good burgers, delicious onion rings, and fries. We ordered on the spot and had to wait exactly 15 minutes, as the waitresses had indicated. Everyone was very friendly. The burger was juicy and certainly not your average burger. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Freiburg.

Everything's fine, but I don't understand why you have to pay extra for dips with a portion of fries. Please just put ketchup and mayo bottles on the table. I absolutely don't like charging 0.70 cents per portion for them... EDIT: There's nothing wrong with just giving one free ketchup and one free mayo with every order of fries?

Six of us were there today. Service was very slow due to illness, which can happen. The burger patty was extremely small, maybe 100 - max. 120g. Shrinkflation is all I can say. Unfortunately, it was just mediocre; I won't be going there again.

It's a cozy restaurant. They have a wide selection of burgers and fries. The waitress speaks excellent English. 👍🏼 I find all the dishes a bit pricey. A hamburger costs €13.50, but fries aren't included. Those are also included. So, very pricey. Beautifully designed restroom.

Located directly on the Siemens campus. We ate there as part of a large group. Everyone was satisfied, the service was friendly and attentive, and the prices were reasonable. We'd be happy to go again.

Truly a bottomless pittance. The so-called homemade ice tea comes in a 0.2-liter plastic bottle that's not even filled to the top. The loaded fries contain a whopping four champignon buns, as clearly shown in the picture. Instead of the brioche bun advertised, they used a sesame bun. Considering that these three items together cost over €30, you should probably just go to the Burger King down the street, which is actually pretty similar to this place in terms of quality, which is actually quite sad.

My Sweet Home Avocado and sweet potato fries (incredibly crispy!!!) were delicious. One small downside is that you have to order the sauces in addition to the fries (€0.70 for ketchup and mayo, €2.20 for the rest). It's best to only pick one dip; I had plenty left over from both, even though I used three sauces per fries. The waitresses were very friendly, and the food came very quickly! Tip: If you're a student, come on Monday, when there's a 20% discount :)

There's still room for improvement in the quality of the food. Otherwise, it's a cool location.

Too slow for lunch, we were there at 11:30. It took forever to get the order ready. (We were the first table at 11:30.) Burgers were good, but they need to work on their speed. The card reader for payment didn't work either!

Unfortunately, our visit today was very disappointing. We ordered a Coke and got a Pepsi. The portions were tiny, and no one was satisfied. After waiting for over an hour and asking several times, the food arrived only lukewarm. It wasn't particularly busy.

We actually wanted to eat spare ribs, but they don't serve them – an online search revealed otherwise. Instead, they offer burgers of all kinds. The burgers were good, and the service was excellent!

Charging 70 cents each for ketchup and mayo without prior communication is disrespectful to the customer. Add to that over €6 for burnt fries. Unfortunately, that doesn't represent good value for money. The burger was okay.

Took far too long due to requests etc. The fact that the burgers are as small as they are is such a price without a Pomeranian or etc. Very hard for the price of small burgers on a large plate. After a stressful day, I spontaneously drove to BurgerHeart. We've gotten burgers a few times but I've never been there before. It was nice and warm and the outdoor area was well attended. I decided to sit inside and was allowed to choose a table. I like the ambience and the music, which was at the right volume and fits my taste exactly in terms of style. The service team was nice and, with their humor and friendliness, ensured that I was able to forget the stress of the day and enjoy the burger and the homemade lemonades, which are highly recommended. The dessert topped off the evening. The waiting times were absolutely okay for the number of guests. Thanks to Alex and his colleagues for allowing me to end the evening like this. I went home with a smile and would love to come back.

We were here for dinner last night. First time at Burgerheart and I thought it was a great evening. Burgers were very tasty and everyone liked the side dishes too corners. The dips (aioli🤩) are awesome! This certainly wasn't the last time that Burgerheart welcomed us as guests :)

We always enjoy coming to Burger Heart. The atmosphere is great and the waitresses are really nice. Today we were able to enjoy Michelle's service. The food comes very quickly and is very tasty. The portions are large enough and you'll feel full, the selection is very good, including when it comes to drinks. This was definitely not our last visit here!

The Burgerheart in Erlangen is definitely worth a visit! You sit inside in a very cozy atmosphere and in the summer months there is a spacious outdoor area. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive and accommodating - you feel like you are being well looked after. The range of dishes on offer impresses with its variety and quality. Both the burgers and the salads are very tasty. The buttermilk chicken in particular is highly recommended! There is an extensive range of drinks to match the food. The Berry Bomb lemonade is worth mentioning here. We're always happy to come back! ♥️

We went here for dinner a few weeks ago. Both the dishes and the aperitifs were very tasty. Our waitress Matilde was very attentive, friendly and always with a smile. We'll definitely be back!

Come with my girlfriend or colleague every now and then to eat, eat and drink always very good! The service staff are very friendly, but what particularly caught my attention was, I think, the name is Matilde. Even if it's rush hour in the afternoon, she doesn't let it bother her and is very accommodating!

Unfortunately, you don't need to go to this burger restaurant during prime time. We waited at the table for 20 minutes until we were allowed to order the drinks. We waited another 50 minutes for the food. Unfortunately, the burgers were also weak compared to the competition.

Yes, my. It was definitely my last visit here. Almost 1.5 hours of waiting for burgers and the place wasn't even full. Well, I had the Cheeses Christ and yes, it lives up to its name. Jesus Christ has little spice. The bun was disgustingly dry, bland and soggy. The yellow M ones are better. Loaded fries: Fries were good, there was no trace of marinated tomatoes, unless you define washing water as a marinade. A huge compliment to the absolutely great service, great. The rest... The food was good, unfortunately it was very busy which meant we had to wait a long time. But Marlene was on her toes and provided us with enough drinks.

I can only recommend the Burger Heart. Food was very good - I really liked the Oh my goat burger with Zigen cheese. Deduction because the music was a bit too loud at times.

The Burgerheart in the Siemens Campus Erlangen surprised me positively. Although it is in an area with a higher average salary, the prices are comparable to Nuremberg city center and the portions are ok. The burgers taste good and the drinks are really great (I like the lemon-ginger lemonade) The waitresses are all very nice and make the evening better :)

Very nice, nicely decorated, food came quickly despite the restaurant being full and was very tasty. Especially Janni, who gave us something smiling on the house, is great :)

The triple cheese burger wasn't worth the money, you would have to look for the petty and it had been fried for far too long on one side and the fries were still shiny with fat. Next door at Burger King it would have been better and cheaper. But perhaps my impression was due to yesterday's understaffing.
