Tolles Restaurant in Erlangen. Total flexible Essensauswahl bzw. der Zusammenstellung der Burger. Sehr gute Auswahl an Getränken, Cocktails und Longdrinks. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und kann es Jedem nur empfehlen.

Die Geräuschkulisse war sehr laut. Bei der Reservierung haben wir angegeben Tochter hat Geburtstag. Als wir kamen wurde keine Reservierungsbestätigung verlangt. Und es wurden schnell zwei Tische zusammen geschoben. Das wirkt unprofessionell. Nachdem wir gesagt haben, unsere Tochter hat Geburtstag kam dann, ja vielleicht gibt es später noch eine Überraschung. Bei Rechnungsstellung und erneuten Fragen, gab es dann netterweise ein Stück Kuchen auf Haus. Kennen wir von anderen Restaurants anders. Dann sollten man es lieber lassen und nicht nach dem Reservierungsgrund fragen. Das Essen und sonst der Service waren gut.

Nachdem wir schon öfter bei Burger Heart in Nürnberg und Erlangen waren, dachte ich eigentlich, dass ich nicht viel falsch machen kann….somit buchte ich für gestern um 18h30 einen Tisch für 4 Personen um 18:30 um den Geburtstag meine Sohnes und meines Mannes zu feiern. Leider lag ich mit meiner Einschätzung falsch…es dauerte ewig bis jemand kam um die Getränkebestellung aufzunehmen, dann dauerte es ewig bis die 4 Cocktails kamen. Es war im Restaurant wenig Betrieb. Als das Essen dann endlich kam, waren 3 Gerichte eiskalt und mussten zurückgeschickt werden. Mein einer Sohn, dessen Essen nicht kalt war musste sich dann entscheiden alleine zu essen oder sein Essen kalt werden zu lassen…er entschied sich für das Letztere….nach einer gefühlten Ewigkeit kam das zurückgesandte Essen zurück… der bestellte Pina Colada blieb aus. Der Abend war ein 160€ teurer Reinfall!!! Warum ich den Anlass bei der Reservierung angeben musste war mir auch unklar, nachdem es jedem egal war ob es ein Geburtstag war oder nicht.

Super Essen, Musik hätte auf Weihnachten abgestimmt sein, aber sonst top.

Service und Ambiente haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Portionen könnten etwas größer ausfallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren zu 5 unter der Woche um die Mittagszeit dort, es war viel los, aber man konnte sich dennoch recht gut unterhalten. Essen wie immer toll, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. Kommen gerne wieder!

Used to be my favourite burger bar in Erlangen. But the service has gotten really bad. Having an off night now and then is olunderstandable. Unfortunately, our last 3 visits have all been bad. It took, on average, 10minutes for someone to eventually come to your table. Then another 30mins before the drinks arrive.

If the service were only half as intelligent as the burgers, this would be one of the best restaurants in Erlangen.

Good burger, but unfortunately you have to order fries separately. It was very crowded and therefore very noisy during the week, but we managed to get the last table for seven people. Prices were okay, around €30 per person.

Unfortunately, it was only average. As a guest, you don't feel any effort from the service staff; it's more like they're just rushing through your order to fulfill their duty and expectations. I only got the waiter to come to my table by raising my arm, even though my glasses were empty. I had a burger for around €18 plus a side, which wasn't bad, but I wouldn't come back for that. The fries were good. The ambiance is modern and contemporary, but the price/performance ratio is average to below average. The expectations and prices don't quite match reality. Parking nearby is rather difficult. The American cheesecake was really delicious! 👍👍👍 I would give it 3.5 stars if possible. It's a shame, but in my opinion, to remain competitive in the long run in terms of culinary offerings, they need to do more. Perhaps they were just having an off day. While the customer shouldn't notice, I understand that; we all have those days... The place has potential...

I've never been greeted so rudely: we came in, the server looked at us questioningly, and I replied, "We have a reservation for [time], we're a quarter of an hour early, I hope that's not a problem." The server looked irritated and made a grunting noise. Several seconds passed, and I started to wonder if the man didn't speak German well and hadn't understood me, especially since it was quite noisy. Suddenly, he snapped at me: "And what's your name??? I have 120 guests here, how am I supposed to know your name?" I was so taken aback by his behavior that I could only stare at my partner in shock. Appalling behavior for someone working in the service industry. On the plus side: The other staff members were (normally) friendly. The interior design and ambiance are very nice. ... The food was tasty (although they forgot the salad I ordered). Unfortunately, one extremely unfriendly employee ruined the whole experience, hence only 2 stars.

Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, die Getränke kamen schnell. Das Essen war insgesamt sehr gut, wir konnten alle gleichzeitig essen. Ich hätte mir meinen Burger allerdings medium gegrillt gewünscht. Bin davon ausgegangen, dass dies der Standard ist und habe deshalb nichts gesagt. Schön wäre es, wenn danach gefragt würde.

My husband and I were there for the first time together and wanted to have a nice evening together and go out for dinner. We both ordered the same burger (chicken): he had sweet potato fries and I had regular fries. The burger was terrible, but the fries were amazing, which is why the one star is for the fries. The atmosphere inside was a thousand times nicer than outside. I won't go anywhere else just for fries, so this was the last time.

Best burgers, fries and drinks around. Must visit place. You can park free of cost in the Siemens parking next building. The food is good and service is decent. Sitting and interiors are contemporary.

Geschmacklich sehr gut. Auch da Ambiente ist schön. Leider sind die Portionen seit unserem letzten Aufenthalt kleiner geworden. Hinzu kommt der Preis. Preis/Leistung ist insgesamt nicht gegeben. Auch das fehlen einer Speisekarte ist zu bemängeln, dadurch sind uns Fehler bei der Bestellabgabe unterlaufen.

We had made a reservation because we wanted to come with a neotaste voucher. We told the waiter this when we walked in and ordered, and we redeemed it (in front of the waiter). When we paid, the discount (2:1) was then disregarded by another waiter because she said (in a very rude tone) that we should have mentioned it AGAIN when paying. When we asked if it could be changed later, she denied it because her supervisor wasn't there. Perhaps it's because this chain is about to be acquired by Ruffs Burger, and now they're trying to make up every cent. I think it's a real shame how they treat their guests here. We would definitely have come back because the food and the atmosphere are very good. But this really ruined our evening. It's not what you say that matters, but how...

For the "size" of the burgers, the price-performance ratio is not right.

We can recommend it without reservation. Very good burgers, delicious onion rings, and fries. We ordered on the spot and had to wait exactly 15 minutes, as the waitresses had indicated. Everyone was very friendly. The burger was juicy and certainly not your average burger. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Freiburg.

Always great here. Great food. Great service. Unfortunately, there was no vegan dessert last time. Sometimes the music is a bit too loud, but I always prepare for that beforehand. Overall, I always enjoy coming here.

Everything's fine, but I don't understand why you have to pay extra for dips with a portion of fries. Please just put ketchup and mayo bottles on the table. I absolutely don't like charging 0.70 cents per portion for them... EDIT: There's nothing wrong with just giving one free ketchup and one free mayo with every order of fries?

Six of us were there today. Service was very slow due to illness, which can happen. The burger patty was extremely small, maybe 100 - max. 120g. Shrinkflation is all I can say. Unfortunately, it was just mediocre; I won't be going there again.

It's a cozy restaurant. They have a wide selection of burgers and fries. The waitress speaks excellent English. 👍🏼 I find all the dishes a bit pricey. A hamburger costs €13.50, but fries aren't included. Those are also included. So, very pricey. Beautifully designed restroom.

Located directly on the Siemens campus. We ate there as part of a large group. Everyone was satisfied, the service was friendly and attentive, and the prices were reasonable. We'd be happy to go again.

Truly a bottomless pittance. The so-called homemade ice tea comes in a 0.2-liter plastic bottle that's not even filled to the top. The loaded fries contain a whopping four champignon buns, as clearly shown in the picture. Instead of the brioche bun advertised, they used a sesame bun. Considering that these three items together cost over €30, you should probably just go to the Burger King down the street, which is actually pretty similar to this place in terms of quality, which is actually quite sad.

My Sweet Home Avocado and sweet potato fries (incredibly crispy!!!) were delicious. One small downside is that you have to order the sauces in addition to the fries (€0.70 for ketchup and mayo, €2.20 for the rest). It's best to only pick one dip; I had plenty left over from both, even though I used three sauces per fries. The waitresses were very friendly, and the food came very quickly! Tip: If you're a student, come on Monday, when there's a 20% discount :)

There's still room for improvement in the quality of the food. Otherwise, it's a cool location.

Too slow for lunch, we were there at 11:30. It took forever to get the order ready. (We were the first table at 11:30.) Burgers were good, but they need to work on their speed. The card reader for payment didn't work either!

Leider haben wir in unseren 60 Min. Mittagspause 45 Minuten auf das Essen gewartet. Es gab zwar eine Erklärung (Großbestellung), aber ein Cappuccino oder ein Espresso auf's Haus hätte ich nach 45 Minuten schon erwartet.

Die Burger sind immer wieder super und das Personal hat immer gute Laune und einen fröhlichen Spruch auf den Lippen. Die Preise sind für das was geboten wird meiner Meinung nach in Ordnung, klar ist es teurer als Fast Food Restaurants, die Qualität ist aber auch nicht im Ansatz vergleichbar. Bei unserem Besuch gesterrn (29.05.2025) fühlte es sich etwas unterbesetzt an, wodurch man etwas länger auf Essen und Getränke warten musste, aber auch nicht so lange, dass das Ganze wirklich gestört hätte. Die beiden Herren, die uns bedient haben waren aber absolut 10/10 und das Essen ist es auch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Unfortunately, our visit today was very disappointing. We ordered a Coke and got a Pepsi. The portions were tiny, and no one was satisfied. After waiting for over an hour and asking several times, the food arrived only lukewarm. It wasn't particularly busy.

We actually wanted to eat spare ribs, but they don't serve them – an online search revealed otherwise. Instead, they offer burgers of all kinds. The burgers were good, and the service was excellent!

Charging 70 cents each for ketchup and mayo without prior communication is disrespectful to the customer. Add to that over €6 for burnt fries. Unfortunately, that doesn't represent good value for money. The burger was okay.

I was here for the first time last night and I have to say everything was perfect. We particularly liked the service from our waitress Matilde. I would come again and again!

In itself a very nice shop but unfortunately very poor price-performance ratio. Service came to so-called. Took far too long due to requests etc. The fact that the burgers are as small as they are is such a price without a Pomeranian or etc. Very hard for the price of small burgers on a large plate. I had a lot of expectations but still everything in a 2 star as a gesture of goodwill

After a stressful day, I spontaneously drove to BurgerHeart. We've gotten burgers a few times but I've never been there before. It was nice and warm and the outdoor area was well attended. I decided to sit inside and was allowed to choose a table. I like the ambience and the music, which was at the right volume and fits my taste exactly in terms of style. The service team was nice and, with their humor and friendliness, ensured that I was able to forget the stress of the day and enjoy the burger and the homemade lemonades, which are highly recommended. The dessert topped off the evening. The waiting times were absolutely okay for the number of guests. Thanks to Alex and his colleagues for allowing me to end the evening like this. I went home with a smile and would love to come back.

We were here for dinner last night. First time at Burgerheart and I thought it was a great evening. Burgers were very tasty and everyone liked the side dishes too corners. The dips (aioli🤩) are awesome! This certainly wasn't the last time that Burgerheart welcomed us as guests :)

We always enjoy coming to Burger Heart. The atmosphere is great and the waitresses are really nice. Today we were able to enjoy Michelle's service. The food comes very quickly and is very tasty. The portions are large enough and you'll feel full, the selection is very good, including when it comes to drinks. This was definitely not our last visit here!
