I was here for the first time last night and I have to say everything was perfect. We particularly liked the service from our waitress Matilde. I would come again and again!

Very good burger restaurant. Very nice service, delicious food and great ambience!

In itself a very nice shop but unfortunately very poor price-performance ratio. Service came to so-called. Took far too long due to requests etc. The fact that the burgers are as small as they are is such a price without a Pomeranian or etc. Very hard for the price of small burgers on a large plate. I had a lot of expectations but still everything in a 2 star as a gesture of goodwill

After a stressful day, I spontaneously drove to BurgerHeart. We've gotten burgers a few times but I've never been there before. It was nice and warm and the outdoor area was well attended. I decided to sit inside and was allowed to choose a table. I like the ambience and the music, which was at the right volume and fits my taste exactly in terms of style. The service team was nice and, with their humor and friendliness, ensured that I was able to forget the stress of the day and enjoy the burger and the homemade lemonades, which are highly recommended. The dessert topped off the evening. The waiting times were absolutely okay for the number of guests. Thanks to Alex and his colleagues for allowing me to end the evening like this. I went home with a smile and would love to come back.

We were here for dinner last night. First time at Burgerheart and I thought it was a great evening. Burgers were very tasty and everyone liked the side dishes too corners. The dips (aioli🤩) are awesome! This certainly wasn't the last time that Burgerheart welcomed us as guests :)

We always enjoy coming to Burger Heart. The atmosphere is great and the waitresses are really nice. Today we were able to enjoy Michelle's service. The food comes very quickly and is very tasty. The portions are large enough and you'll feel full, the selection is very good, including when it comes to drinks. This was definitely not our last visit here!

The Burgerheart in Erlangen is definitely worth a visit! You sit inside in a very cozy atmosphere and in the summer months there is a spacious outdoor area. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive and accommodating - you feel like you are being well looked after. The range of dishes on offer impresses with its variety and quality. Both the burgers and the salads are very tasty. The buttermilk chicken in particular is highly recommended! There is an extensive range of drinks to match the food. The Berry Bomb lemonade is worth mentioning here. We're always happy to come back! ♥️

For me they are the best burgers in the area. The service is always super friendly and fast and the burgers are simply unbeatably delicious!! Both the meat version as well as vegetarian and vegan. I can only recommend it to everyone!!

The Burger Heart in Erlangen not only impresses with its creative burger selection and pleasant atmosphere, but also with its extremely attentive and friendly service. Come with my girlfriend or colleague every now and then to eat, eat and drink always very good! The service staff are very friendly, but what particularly caught my attention was, I think, the name is Matilde. Even if it's rush hour in the afternoon, she doesn't let it bother her and is very accommodating!

Unfortunately, you don't need to go to this burger restaurant during prime time. We waited at the table for 20 minutes until we were allowed to order the drinks. We waited another 50 minutes for the food. Unfortunately, the burgers were also weak compared to the competition.

Yes, my. It was definitely my last visit here. Almost 1.5 hours of waiting for burgers and the place wasn't even full. Well, I had the Cheeses Christ and yes, it lives up to its name. Jesus Christ has little spice. The bun was disgustingly dry, bland and soggy. The yellow M ones are better. Loaded fries: Fries were good, there was no trace of marinated tomatoes, unless you define washing water as a marinade. A huge compliment to the absolutely great service, great. The rest... The food was good, unfortunately it was very busy which meant we had to wait a long time. But Marlene was on her toes and provided us with enough drinks.

I can only recommend the Burger Heart. Food was very good - I really liked the Oh my goat burger with Zigen cheese. Deduction because the music was a bit too loud at times.

The Burgerheart in the Siemens Campus Erlangen surprised me positively. Although it is in an area with a higher average salary, the prices are comparable to Nuremberg city center and the portions are ok. The burgers taste good and the drinks are really great (I like the lemon-ginger lemonade) The waitresses are all very nice and make the evening better :)

The triple cheese burger wasn't worth the money, you would have to look for the petty and it had been fried for far too long on one side and the fries were still shiny with fat. Next door at Burger King it would have been better and cheaper. But perhaps my impression was due to yesterday's understaffing.

I eat here regularly and am actually always satisfied - but today it was a bit better than usual. Food was great, everything was on point. I have to particularly emphasize the service today: super friendly, attentive and simply someone who makes you feel right at home. Stable service, gladly again 👍🏽

Best burger in “Siemens-town” ! Jokes aside Burgerheart is my go-to place when in Erlangen. Super friendly staff, an infinite list of different (funny named) burgers prepared with care and chosen ingredients along with excellent beer always guarantee a nice evening ! Ideal for group gathering or just grab a bite after work.

I live nearby and am a regular. Overall, it's a solid restaurant. Unfortunately, I've noticed that the portions (except for the fries) are getting smaller and smaller. I think the long wait times for staff are "okay" considering the shortage. The prices are fair, and the food is still good.

This is a re-evaluation of my original review from April 2024, which was even answered by the owner, but was unlawfully removed by deletion. My wife and I visited the Burger Hearth restaurant in April 2024 and were assigned a seat. While the staff cleaned other tables or chatted among themselves, the guests, especially us, were completely ignored at lunchtime. After 20 minutes of waiting at the table, during which we tried several times to make eye contact with the staff and finally even made ourselves known by calling out in a friendly manner, we still weren't served. Neither a drink order nor a food order was possible due to the complete inactivity of the staff. After about 25 minutes of waiting, we finally decided to leave the restaurant hungry. We were warmly welcomed in another restaurant directly opposite and were able to enjoy excellent pizza there. Based on our previous experience, we cannot recommend Burger Hearth. We have visited the restaurant several times and noticed that the staff changes at noticeably short intervals, sometimes monthly or even weekly. The staff ranges from experienced service staff to temporary staff without any gastronomic experience. Finally, I would like to point out that the owner is acting extremely unprofessionally by systematically deleting reviews below three stars about various providers and by restricting freedom of expression. If this review is deleted again, we will take legal action based on Article 5 of the Basic Law, which protects freedom of expression. Review (English) This is a renewed review of my original rating from April 2024, which was even responded to by the owner before it was unlawfully removed. In April 2024, my wife and I visited the restaurant Burger Hearth and were assigned a table. Most of the time NO payment works except cash, staff is no help at all and extremely slow. I waited over half an hour for 2x fries...

The food was excellent, the atmosphere was pleasant and quiet. We were particularly impressed by the first-class service – especially Janni. Instead of just waiting until the end of the day, he did his work with real joy and commitment. This positive energy was contagious and made our visit even more enjoyable!

First of all, the positive. The ambience is very nice. But that was it. The staff seemed absolutely overwhelmed. It took an awfully long time for the order to be taken. The waiting time for the food we ordered was over an hour. The quality of the food for the price is above average. The service staff are more busy with their cell phones than doing their actual work. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this store.

I was far from full from a burger plus Cole Slow, and neither was everyone else at the table. But according to the price you would actually have it...

I recently went to Burger Heart in Erlangen and can only recommend it! The burgers are fresh, juicy and super tasty – definitely a highlight in the city. I would particularly like to highlight our waiter Michi, who looked after us excellently during our visit. He was incredibly friendly, attentive and made the evening perfect with his great manner. An all-round great experience – we will definitely be back!

Used to be very good, now the same prices as before. But when the burger was brought out, I was shocked at how small it was now. Major shrinkage that has taken place here. Service and ambience are still good

We eat there often and the service is always very friendly. The food tastes great, the only thing that is noticeable at the moment is that the patties have unfortunately become noticeably smaller and the relationship to the bun no longer fits. Probably for cost reasons but then it's better to be a euro more expensive.

Delicious burgers, good value for money and above all nice, attentive staff, what more could you want. And the espresso at the end was also good, which is unfortunately not a given. We'll be back!

Unfortunately quality problems & chaotic. I've had takeout twice. The first time there were the wrong fries, the second time the specially ordered sauce was forgotten - very bad. especially because with take out it only becomes apparent when you get home that something isn't right. It's a shame, otherwise it could be really good.

Many thanks especially to your waitress Michi. We went to dinner with 5 children and were very attentively fed the predator :-) while we were waiting, each child was given a large coloring sheet and pens to take home. In addition, we also had the issue of celiac disease, i.e. gluten intolerance, which was also taken into consideration attentively. Michi made an effort all around and absolutely scored points with his outstanding friendliness and always cheerful manner despite a somewhat “more strenuous” table! The food was, as always, super good, the burgers could always be a little warmer, but for me the chicken white barbecue with egg topping is the best birger I've eaten so far!

We actually like coming here with the children because everyone can find something. Unfortunately, last time we noticed that the burger paddies had been changed. Quite dry and firm. Big minus point from us for that.
