The Burgerheart in Erlangen is an absolute must for burger lovers! The selection of burgers is huge and the ingredients are fresh and of high quality. The creative burger creations are a particular highlight, and there are also many options for vegetarians and vegans. The fries are crispy and the sauces make the whole thing perfect. The atmosphere is modern and cozy, and the service is friendly and quick. Absolutely fair price for what you get. I always enjoy coming here!

Stopped here real quick. Got burger , cheese, burger sauce and nothing else on it. Tasted great. Fries were perfect. Nice clean spot. Clean bathrooms. Nice decor. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Staff and atmosphere great! Eating rather flop! The companion had the burger returned because it was already cold. Finally we received from the ?boss? a plate of sweets? We gratefully returned that. (Are we in kindergarten? Unhygienic in our opinion, but definitely meant kindly)

I've ordered 2-3 here and to be honest I didn't find it that great each time. The delivery always took forever and the food looked and tasted a bit bland. But I think it's cool that you get vouchers

It took over an HOUR before I got my burger and it was not even very big. It was tasty though, but that doesn't change my experience. I'm never going there again.

From the time I was greeted until I left the restaurant, I felt I was looked after excellently. The ambience at Burgheart is simply cool - a relaxed but stylish atmosphere that invites you to linger. Whether for a relaxed dinner or a cozy evening with friends, the Burgheart is definitely worth a visit.

We are currently sitting in the outside area of ​​Burgerheart and are being completely ignored. Nobody comes and asks if we would like to pay or order something else. The staff is inattentive and only seems to care about three to four tables. Everyone else is simply not served. My neighbors at the table had to get up several times to place their order. The store is very nice and I think it's great that there is a separate area outside for smokers and non-smokers. The waitresses were very friendly and helpful. I'm always happy when things are digitized in our time, but in a restaurant I don't want to be able to only view a menu on my cell phone or tablet. That destroys the whole atmosphere. The next step, like with fast food chains, is that I place my order on my cell phone...Please don't! The food is okay, but fries should be crispy and if I order a burger medium, I don't want to hear that they always make it that way when I ask.

Food - great! Ambience - top! Prices - Regular! Service - absolutely world class! Alex really made the visit all the better and is definitely worth every euro - and certainly a lot more. He clearly understands what service means. An absolute recommendation!

Reserved for 12 p.m. After 45 minutes all the guests, including those who came after us, had all their food. Except us! This is the 2nd time now. As an apology we were offered a 20% discount. But wait again. That would be a wait of over an hour at lunchtime. But we had follow-up appointments and left hungry...

The burger is good - but what's the nonsense about charging extra for ketchup - if I want to pay for ketchup I can also go to Burger King - it's next door.

Sehr gute Bedienung. Hatten vergessen eine Portion Ketchup zu bringen, dafür wurde uns als Entschuldigung eine Getränk spendiert. Burger waren natürlich super!

Absolutely the worst experience! The waitress told us that the side is included with Burger and then charged us for sides and then also, the Veggie burgers were tasteless. It's a waste of money and we felt that we were cheated. Please don't mention "Burger comes with a side" and then include additional prices for the sides in the bill. Never going again.

Unfortunately, the food and service are equally bad. The burgers are absolutely not worth the money, there is more fuss about something that is supposedly special than is actually served. The waitresses are slow, listless and in a bad mood (even when the store is virtually empty!). Unfortunately we don't want to come here anymore.

We are regulars at Burger Heart in Erlangen. Great cocktails, large selection of burgers with seasonal variations and always a friendly welcome from the staff. Breadless burgers are our favorite when we're on a diet. :) There is also a large selection of vegan products.

For me one of the best burger joints in Erlangen. The menu is often varied. Whether veggie or meat, there is always something to be found. We like to pick up, but we also like to eat there. I find it a bit too loud in the afternoon, but it's still okay. The service is caring but not pushy. Today thanks to Yanni and colleague ;)
