Excellent food with an exceptional ambience

Very nice service, great atmosphere, but the food was so-so. The asparagus was too hard for me, and the fried potatoes with bacon and onions were unfortunately nothing. The onions were only briefly sautéed and had no color, and the same with the bacon. They were also swimming in fat. That definitely needs improvement.

Waiters have no space inside to distribute dishes - first time I seen thats joke situation! No space beetween tables to exit - not comfortable zone for quests, I think. Dishes ok, traditional, what is a big plus!

The beer is very good! The food is very tasty and the service is excellent! It usually fills up in the afternoon but don't be afraid, you will be served relatively quickly!!!

Definitely worth a trip! Good food, nice service, beautiful view and starting point for beautiful walks. In the summer there is also a fantastic swimming lake!

I haven't eaten anything as delicious as this pretzel pizza in a long time. It was truly the best I've ever had. I'd love to have it again.

Had dinner there We both ordered Schäuferla with dumpling and sauerkraut. Food was quick because it was just warm. Schäuferla was a bit small, as were the two small dumplings. The taste was good, but the portion was borderline for men.

Very cozy restaurant with delicious home cooking if you like hearty Bavarian cuisine. The staff is friendly and the adjoining room with its great artificial fireplace is extremely cozy.
