It was very nice and everything tasted good, whether it was the burger or the salad. The dressing was delicious. We sat outside to eat. The service was very good and very friendly. We'll definitely be back. I've been there several times myself. The prices are reasonable, too.

Unreliable and lousy - Are you serious? 1 star because I got my money back. Ordered online, waited almost 2(!) HOURS, and then you canceled the order - without giving a reason. We ordered well in advance and waited a really LONG time. We were shocked to see that you didn't even start processing it until an hour later, and then another eternity followed before you canceled it. What were you doing during that time? What's particularly great: you did it at about 10:30. In other words, there was almost nothing left open. An apology and explanation would have been the bare minimum here. You wasted our time and then robbed us of the opportunity to look elsewhere. Why do you offer a delivery option if you can't reliably deliver it? Unprofessional.

The burgers were delicious, and there was a huge selection. Our server, Vicky, was great! Personally, I found the restaurant a bit noisy—especially during peak hours and due to the volume of the music.

Service was slow, insistent, and unfortunately, my question about the contents of the vegetarian patties was inadequately answered. Then, instead of the veggie chicken burger, I got a chicken burger with bacon. Unfortunately, I saw it too late, which is disgusting for a vegetarian. My complaint ended with an offer to bring another one, which I didn't want. When I paid, I was told I didn't have to pay anything. Except for the fries, the dip, and the small water. So, nothing for the wrong burger, but I did for the rest. A complete gaffe. In a case like that, you just delete it. The end. Two stars instead of one because the fries themselves were very good, crispy, and not greasy. Breadless = two lettuce leaves instead of a bun for the same price. Breadless actually means that you get a small salad with it. Also very pathetic. I'll definitely go back to Hans im Glück or somewhere else; that place is over for me.

This was my first time eating at Burgerheart on a recommendation, and I have to say it's worth every recommendation. The service was attentive and really great. The burgers and the side dishes you can order with them were really good. The waitresses even welcomed our little jokes with a smile. We sat for a while afterward and ordered a few more shots. I'd love to come back for the apple strudel; it was delicious. Full stars, full marks, and a huge thank you for the experience.

This was the worst dining experience I’ve had in Germany. The burger was lazy: sauces uneven, buns cheap-tasting, and the meat had a strange odor. The salad was supermarket quality, and the potatoes were oily and empty. Drinks were served already opened, which felt like a scam. The only decent thing was the anti-grease paper under the burger. That’s it.

Burgerheart Regensburg scores highly with its very friendly and fast service – the burger and drinks arrived at your table in just five minutes. The fries are truly excellent! It's a shame you can't choose the degree of doneness. My burger was cooked all the way through, with no information about the quality or origin of the meat. I suspect it was frozen – a bit disappointing for a burger joint with this concept.

We went there for lunch and opted for the Chuck Norris and the vegan Christmas burgers. The burgers were delicious, and the sweet potato fries were super crispy. The portion size was generous and the price was reasonable. We had a peach and blueberry iced tea to drink. It was super tasty and not artificial or too sweet. We'll be back 👍

We stopped by yesterday for a quick smashburger. We only had to wait 10 minutes at most for our burger, which was great. The Coke we ordered tasted a bit watery, but it wasn't a big deal. We give the burger a solid 8/10. The patties could have been smashed a bit more for my taste. You couldn't taste any of the BBQ sauce that was supposedly on them. The staff was very friendly. I'd be happy to go again.

Menu has several main dish sized salads with good mix of ingredients, NOT just greens. Includes warm hearty brown bread. Better than at fancier places in town. Not just a burger place. Quick service. Outside tables on quieter pedestrian way.

The food is top-notch as always. We usually go to Burgerheart in Würzburg. Here in Regensburg, the service is particularly outstanding. We arrived at lunchtime and were made aware of the lunch menu. The restaurant has modern decor, and the food is served quickly. We'll be back.

We placed a large order through Lieferando. The service employee in the restaurant denied any responsibility and said we should deal with Lieferando. It seems to be a huge challenge to one's own intelligence to prepare and package 6 burgers and 5 fries. In fact, only 4 burgers and 3 fries were delivered. According to the Lieferando driver, the order was checked beforehand. Wow. Food worth 43€ was missing. We didn't get full and no one helped us either. The food was cold, not good and took over an hour to deliver. Absolutely terrible from this restaurant and from Lieferando. It was the first and last time I order anything from here. Incredibly bad service from every side. 1 star is too much; if I could, I would give it -5 stars. I paid 124€ and received food worth 80€ and nobody feels responsible or is shirking the responsibility. Truly unbelievable. They could have said that the missing order would be delivered later. But nothing like that was offered in any way. Just a figurative "It's not my fault, tough luck." Thanks for stealing €40 from me. I should really report you.

We ordered from Burgerheart via Lieferando. The restaurant forgot to bring two burgers and two fries. When we called the restaurant, we were told they didn't have time for us and that we should contact Lieferando. The food was then never delivered.

It was an order via Lieferando, and burgers and fries worth over €40 were missing. The service in this regard was nonexistent, no responsibility was taken, and we were dealt with over the phone. The burgers were okay, but almost cold. The fries were soggy and cold. All in all, absolutely not a recommendation!

After a delivery time of over an hour, both the burgers and the fries were lukewarm and soggy. An attempt to reach the restaurant by phone ended with an employee answering after about 10 minutes of continuous communication. The employee denied all responsibility and stated that we should order again via Lieferando or try to cancel the order. He said the restaurant was full of customers and couldn't take care of our problem, even though the fault clearly lies with the restaurant. The burgers tasted okay, the fries were okay, but the service from the restaurant was really poor! I can't recommend ordering from here!

I absolutely love it there. The food is amazing. The value for money is very good, in my opinion. Burgerheart has the best barbecue sauce ever, I think. I'm already looking forward to the next time.

Today, as a long-time customer at Burgerheart, I was disgusted by the rude staff. I won't be coming back and will tell all my friends who do. Friendship hereby ends.

Delicious burgers 🍔 but unfortunately the loaded fries weren't really warm. Despite everything, a very nice place with very friendly service!

We were there in the evening. The ambiance and service were pleasant and friendly. The burgers were solid, but a bit basic for around €13. The sweet potato fries (just under €10 per pound) were a bit overcooked, and the accompanying dip (€2.20) was standard. Conclusion: Not quite right for the price—okay for once.

I ordered via UberEats. I've been there several times. I ordered a vegetarian burger. It came with meat. That's completely unacceptable. The (nonexistent) service regarding the incorrect order was even more shocking than the meat on the burger. What a shame.

Walked in hungry, walked out spiritually fulfilled and mildly addicted to truffle mayo. The burger was so juicy it should've come with a lifeguard. Fries? Crispy golden perfection—probably fried by angels. My diet cried, but my taste buds threw a parade. Atmosphere? Trendy enough to make me question my fashion choices. Staff? Friendlier than my grandma after two schnapps. Honestly, if I could marry a burger, I’d be writing my vows right now. Will I come back? Like a boomerang with beef cravings.

For me, the Burgerheart is and remains the best burger restaurant in Regensburg in terms of the overall package. Almost every time I eat my beloved Chuck Norris and coleslaw. Every time the burger tastes very good! The service itself is always good. At full capacity you have to wait a bit, but that's part of it. It is always in the humane area. The location has something urban and the ambience fits well with a burger joint. Always my pleasure!

The burger was good, except for the moment when I bit on the burnt remains of the grill that were underneath the burger. The waiter apologized and offered a hot drink on the house, but I still found it disgusting. I also noticed negatively how some guests who had just come in were treated “condescendingly” by the waiter. With a bold announcement they should wait at the sign at the front. All in all OK but I probably wouldn't go again.

Update: April 2025 Downgraded to 1 star! I waited more than half an hour to get a crispy fried burger! When I asked about the reason, the waiter answered that he already told me the order would take between 15 and 20 minutes! (Tried to pretend!) I know it is not his fault, but I waited so long and wasn't also happy with my meal! I also saw a scene, which I didn't like! It is a pet friendly restaurant; so, they provide visiting dogs with water (so far so good.) But, at the end, I saw the waitress draining the water bowl in the sink of the drinks bar! Not the best move in terms of hygiene! Initial: Nice and friendly service; cozy surroundings; very tasty burger with good and tender meat.

Chili Cheese: Hardly any chili, the chili cheese sauce is really not good, dry, bread not fried properly, salad is good but not properly salted and therefore tastes of almost nothing Too expensive for that

There were 3 of us there and unfortunately none of the 3 meals were really warm, which is a real shame because the food doesn't taste right if it's only lukewarm. Unfortunately, I've had this experience on 2 visits now

We only had a drink. Unfortunately, there was no whipped cream with the hot chocolate, but it was very tasty and, at €3.50, more than fair.

The lunch specials are legendary

There's a lot going on there. Almost always full in the evenings. But a table for two is also possible without a reservation. The place is big enough. Unfortunately it is also very loud. Is comparable to the L'Osteria Regensburg. Burgers taste very good. One can argue about the size. For my taste they could be bigger for the price. Extra cheese is not visible. A pound of fries is perfectly fine for 2 people. More salt on the fries doesn't hurt either. Every sauce, whether extra dip, mayo or ketchup costs extra. Service is quick and friendly. Of course, the kitchen takes a little longer when it's fully loaded. Card payment possible.

Realistically under average burgers. 🤷‍♂️ Bun felt old, whole burger was a bit dry and meat was eh. Not impresed.
