Burgerheart Regensburg in Regensburg

We've been to Burgerheart more often now. Various burgers, the fries (also as a main course) and the salad are really tasty. Fresh ingredients and good taste kept us coming back several times. Our daughter was also happy with her chicken nuggets and fries as a children's portion. The homemade iced teas are also recommended. The Burgerheart is not barrier-free.

I can only recommend this burger place!!! I ate the BEST BURGER of my life here! The Double Smash Burger is highly recommended! Cool service, great atmosphere.

Unfortunately, our visit to Burger Heart Regensburg was a big disappointment. We were looking forward to good burgers and delicious side dishes, but were very disappointed. The two veggie burgers that we ordered came to the table lukewarm and were more than flat in taste - absolutely no spices, nothing that made the burger exciting in any way. The bun was dry and looked like it had been stored for a long time. The pound of sweet potato fries was also a disappointment: soft, almost mushy, and some even raw. Crispy fries were definitely out of the question here. The onion rings were literally swimming in oil and left an unpleasant, greasy aftertaste. The service also left a lot to be desired. The service was inattentive and kept us waiting for a long time. (Quick info, it was Tuesday evening) It seemed as if the guest here was more of a burden than a welcome. For the price of an outrageous €50, we definitely expected more. Unfortunately we cannot recommend Burger Heart and will try other options in Regensburg in the future.

The food was delicious, but the portions were a bit small given how hungry we were. The food came very quickly and the burgers 🍔 were juicy. The blueberry honey drink didn't knock my socks off. Not a bargain in terms of price but we'll be back 😉 not least because of the nice service.

Creative, well-intentioned combinations, unfortunately the implementation is lacking. Canned pumpkin, cold sauces, cold fries, not seasoned. But burger was delicious.

Being an American I have a special taste when it comes to burgers, but this place exceeds expectations in almost every aspect. The burgers were more than fairly priced and by far the best burger I’ve had in the 3 years I’ve lived in Germany the atmosphere is modern enough but stays true to the rustic atmosphere outside. In my opinion you can always tell how a restaurant is by how their bathrooms looks and this is no exception. Updated fixtures and receptacles, and it smells clean. I had an alcoholic mixed drink which was slightly pricey but completely understandable seeing as it was absolutely delicious. The best part of the entire experience was the fact; we showed up, told the waiter to come back, ordered, got our food, ate our food, ordered another burger, got our food and ate it within 45 minutes. Cannot recommend Burgerheart regensburg enough absolutely stellar in every way. All I could offer you would be a picture of our plates, we finished before I could think to take a picture. My experience here compelled me to write this review, love this place and will definitely be back again.

The hamburger bun was so stale it was falling apart. Pomes were stale and tasteless. The waitress was polite but I can't recommend the food.

We like coming with our children because we all like the atmosphere there. The service has always been great - nice and quick. I enjoy trying different burgers and have never been disappointed. The fries were also very tasty and the house lemonade was good and not too sweet. For us the best burger shop in Regensburg at the moment!

Burger price: 15€. Size and taste comparable to a cheeseburger from any fast food chain. Ambience is very chic.

We had dinner here with friends. There were the onion rings, fries with gravy and the chicken burger. Food was TOP! Service was always courteous, people often asked for drinks, which I personally really liked 👍🏻. Payment is possible in cash or by card.

I really liked it because the meat was really good, the waitress was very kind and available to meet our needs, the environment was clean and pleasant and the prices were more than correct. All really good both food and beer. Went back and tried the come burger. Given that I'm not a porch person, I found it surprising and delicious.

We were there for lunch with six people. Unfortunately, due to bad weather, we could only sit inside. The burgers didn't really blow me away: the patties were too small for the buns, too hard and tasteless. The sauces were actually quite ok, even if I can't say whether they were homemade. The fries are ok, the salad is good. Service was good but unfortunately there is no printed menu. In terms of price it wasn't appropriate.

Great food great staff but the waiting time could be better.

I can't rate the food because the waitress didn't want to serve us. After waiting for a few minutes, I was treated harshly and humiliatingly. After another few minutes of waiting to place my order, I watched as other newly arrived customers were served first. When we left, we left full of smiles and happiness

Solid burgers and fries. Nice staff. Personally, I think the fries could have been salted a little more. But at least they were perfectly crunchy and really had the perfect bite/consistency. I liked the atmosphere. I like this modern aesthetic with some dimmed lighting. Cozy and yet stylish.

Good burgers, salad could be a little fresher and crunchier and a little more sauce. The Loaded or Fryan Fries are great, great creations, although a bit expensive compared to the burger.

Our visit to Burgerheart Regensburg on a warm summer evening left a mixed impression. The outdoor area offered a pleasant atmosphere that invited you to a relaxing evening. The service was good. Our waiter was friendly, if slightly stressed, but that didn't detract from our evening. The special promotion of the evening was particularly pleasing: you could turn the dial to get discounted cocktails. We took advantage of this opportunity and received the cocktails at a reduced price. Ordering the burgers went smoothly. However, the concept is designed in such a way that side dishes always have to be ordered separately. This causes prices to skyrocket quickly, especially if there are no special offers. This pricing makes the experience less attractive. In terms of taste, the burgers and sweet potato fries were rather average. They were OK, but not outstanding. Given the price, we expected more, especially since the side dishes cost extra. The service at Burgerheart Regensburg was commendable, and the discounted cocktails promotion was a nice highlight of the evening. However, in terms of taste, the burgers and side dishes were only of a mediocre level, and the pricing without promotions is rather unattractive. I would have liked a better price-performance ratio and I also take the business details into account in the evaluation.

Very friendly and courteous staff, great Chuck Norris with extra bacon and cheese, the rest of the citizens were also very good. The seating outside is quite uncomfortable, so you keep the frequency high, inside I can't judge. The stairs to the toilets are too dark, but the toilets are very clean. We will definitely see each other again. 👍

Ordered via Lieferando today and have already been to the store a few times. What struck me as suspicious in the store, but I couldn't check there, was the quantity of fries. I ordered a pound of fries. However, the kitchen scales only show 432 g including the package - when emptied (but containing fat), it weighed 43 g. So only 389g of fries were delivered, they are advertised as 1 pound. Google confirms that 1 pound should be 500g, if the Anglo-American “pound” is meant, it should be 454g. Either way, only 77% or 85% of the advertised quantity was delivered. This is customer fraud. I would have complained in the store, but I usually don't have my cart with me. Adendum: It actually says pounds and the menu, not pounds! Conclusion: Burgers are delicious, but the portions are too small, on the one hand for the price and on the other hand the advertising uses false facts!

Their loaded fries, burgers, lemonades, cocktails are great. Best value for money and great outdoor setting with old town view. Service is quick and nice.

Price-performance is now absolutely poor, unfortunately everything has become far too expensive. Even the sauces for the €6.20/€9.20 sweet potato fries cost an incredible €2.20!! After all, ketchup and mayo are “only” €0.70 extra😂

So I have to give this 5 stars. One of the best burger restaurants in Regensburg. On the one hand, the focus is on service and attempts are made to respond to every customer request. The burgers and the food in general are very good and the goods are also good. To reach it, I would recommend using the nearby parking garages or taking the bus there. Reservations would be an advantage in order to definitely get a place. In terms of price, it is completely reasonable when comparing the others.

Well they are burgers and they are decent, 100% beef (not mixed with pork). Two people with two burgers, one fry, one onion ring and two beers was 50 euro. They have a M-F deal which costs about 15 less.

The food is getting worse and worse! Before Corona, I loved eating at Burgerheart. Now I don't go there anymore because the quality of the burgers is more reminiscent of McDonalds or BurgerKing. Every now and then you wait over an hour for your food so that it arrives at the table lukewarm or even cold. It's also extremely loud in the restaurant, so you can't even have a conversation without screaming.

Unfortunately, no more cards, just scan everything via QR code and open the card online😨 Unfortunately, that's not really my taste as I like to browse through a menu. So that's one point less Interesting and one more point to avoid this place. Otherwise, the quality of the food and service was quite okay 👍🏻

The food is normal and quite expensive. For 4 hamburgers and some potatoes, which weren't even potatoes, they were sweet potatoes, we paid 90 euros

I had the lunch menu for €15.90, which includes a burger, fries and a drink. Unfortunately you have to pay extra for ketchup or other sauces, which costs 70 cents or €2.20 in addition to the menu price. I think it's okay that you should pay a little more for more unusual sauces as well as for sweet potato fries, but not even ketchup with the fries?! At least the service was super friendly and quick. My drink came within 5 minutes and the food in 10 minutes. The taste is completely ok. For the price I would have hoped for more from the burger. In terms of taste and also in terms of quantity. What is definitely positive is that there are vegan alternatives and if you have any questions about the food you can rely on the very polite and helpful staff. Top! You can also access the card with your cell phone by scanning a QR code. Very sustainable and you no longer have sticky cards that you then have to touch your food for. Ambiance absolutely recommended!

The staff here is really on the ball and super friendly. I've eaten at Burgerheart several times now and have never been disappointed. The food is very good there, I can only recommend it!

Went here spontaneously on a Friday without a reservation. Service really tried hard and friendly, food great! The onion rings were really cool :D Lots of vegetarian options. Would come back anytime :)

Very great atmosphere and good food. The lady who served us this evening was especially very friendly. Food came very quickly and was really tasty. It's also very important to me that our dog is welcome and that was definitely the case. Happy to come back!

I ordered the triple cheese burger and onion rings. I recommend the triple cheese burger. However, I cannot say the same thing for onion rings. They were so dry... And they didn't bring any sauces with them. That was disappointing. I found the prices a little bit high for the beverages. Lastly, the atmosphere of the restaurant was nice and cozy.

Delicious burgers and cocktails! There's a lot on offer here and quality has its price. There is a generous selection of vegetarian burgers that taste really outstanding. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was very cozy and modern. Since Burgerheart is very popular, we definitely recommend making a reservation in advance :)

Burgers were offered without a side dish, at least fries. Starter without dips, not even ketchup or mayo offered as standard, has to be ordered separately. Fries were ordered extra with a few dips on them, but unfortunately they weren't fresh Other extra side dishes were already hot, but from the freezer straight into the oil. The drinks were just sweet stuff made with water.

The staff is always friendly, in a good mood and quick. In the evening it is often a good idea to make a reservation in advance. The atmosphere is clean and nicely decorated.

Very nice restaurant in Regensburg's old town, unfortunately it's a bit difficult to get a table if you haven't reserved in advance, but we were lucky and one became available pretty quickly and we were assigned it straight away. The service is okay as we had to wait quite a long time for our order. However, our service was still very friendly. For dinner I had the fries with pulled pork, which were very tasty and highly recommended.

Very very very large selection of burgers and side dishes as well as drinks. You can swap the buns or eat them gluten-free (= on a salad).

Hello everyone, the burgers are good but nothing extraordinary. The ambience is ok, too dark for me personally, I prefer it bright and friendly. The service is very good and friendly staff always ask if everything is ok. The memory card is available at the table via a QR code. Personally, I think it would be better to have a card at the table.

Unfortunately, for a pure burger restaurant, the burgers were really nothing special. I ordered a plain cheeseburger and the price wasn't justified. The sweet potato fries were deliciously crispy, but that shouldn't be rocket science by now. You had to pay an extra 70 cents for the sauces with the fries. As a drink I had a homemade lemonade. Unfortunately I didn't like it at all. My companion had melon iced tea. Neither of us have ever drunk anything so sweet. Unfortunately, the melon taste was far too masked by the sugar. Of course an iced tea has to be sweet but that was definitely too much. The service was quite friendly. All in all I would give this restaurant 3 stars. Price performance wasn't good either. There are definitely better restaurants in Regensburg where you can eat good burgers. Maybe I'll give Burgerheart another chance.

The food was ok, nothing special to come back. Price-performance ratio doesn't fit. A burger €12.5 and fries an additional €8.5. Sweet potato fries were not that crispy, rather soft and half of them were completely stuck together.

The burgers weren't the best we've ever eaten, but they were ok. The shop itself is a little cramped, but cozy. You can take a look here from time to time.

Delicious burgers, drinks and great ambience! A great burger bar in Regensburg. Reservations are easy to make online - another plus point. The parking garage is nearby. The allocated meal slots of 2 hours are sufficient as the food came quickly and the service is on point. Personally, I always find it a bit “rushing” and unpleasant to have a time limit - you immediately feel under pressure. Given the high number of people there, this is understandable.

Bun is an ok size, but the meat patty is only half as big and the remaining contents are also very little.. such a small burger is far too little for €11.40.. Fries were good. I would recommend the "Stauwerk - Aschau am Inn" to restaurant owners to see what real, inexpensive burgers can be. Conclusion: Price-performance is too weak. Excellent burger place. Ideally located next to the Dachauplatz car park. The burgers are really tasty and the side dishes go well too. You can definitely try the homemade lemonades. The prices are ok. We were there spontaneously for lunch on Sunday and were able to get a seat. The service staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It just gets a bit loud in the big room with so many people = canteen effect. The sanitary facilities were clean. The staircase alone could be lit a little less gloomy and more sure-footed. We'd love to come back when we get the chance!

Unfortunately, I had a very mediocre experience here. The employee was rushed and impatient - when asked, he seemed visibly annoyed. The order for an "English" burger was rejected - burgers would basically all be completely cooked due to the "risk of confusion with other orders" (I wonder how other restaurants manage this - it should actually be possible here given the price quoted). Given that statement, I should have actually left, but I gave the store a chance because of the otherwise good reviews. Unfortunately it turned out as expected - I had a burger that tasted like a charred meatball in the middle - unfortunately no meat flavor came through. I can't say whether it was due to the quality or the "charring", but it definitely didn't taste good. It's a shame, because the location of the "restaurant" is great and the sweet potato fries were really excellent. Conclusion: Come for the fries, avoid the meat and don't expect service.

Food was very good, price ok. Service friendly, but not particularly good either. It was a shame that there were no menus! You actually had to scan a QR code and then everyone at the table sat at the screen and stared at the small menu. Gives you more of a McDonalds feeling than a restaurant.
