Delicious burgers, good drinks, and super friendly staff! We'd love to go back

The burger was good, except for the moment when I bit on the burnt remains of the grill that were underneath the burger. The waiter apologized and offered a hot drink on the house, but I still found it disgusting. I also noticed negatively how some guests who had just come in were treated “condescendingly” by the waiter. With a bold announcement they should wait at the sign at the front. All in all OK but I probably wouldn't go again.

For me, the Burgerheart is and remains the best burger restaurant in Regensburg in terms of the overall package. Almost every time I eat my beloved Chuck Norris and coleslaw. Every time the burger tastes very good! The service itself is always good. At full capacity you have to wait a bit, but that's part of it. It is always in the humane area. The location has something urban and the ambience fits well with a burger joint. Always my pleasure!

Update: April 2025 Downgraded to 1 star! I waited more than half an hour to get a crispy fried burger! When I asked about the reason, the waiter answered that he already told me the order would take between 15 and 20 minutes! (Tried to pretend!) I know it is not his fault, but I waited so long and wasn't also happy with my meal! I also saw a scene, which I didn't like! It is a pet friendly restaurant; so, they provide visiting dogs with water (so far so good.) But, at the end, I saw the waitress draining the water bowl in the sink of the drinks bar! Not the best move in terms of hygiene! Initial: Nice and friendly service; cozy surroundings; very tasty burger with good and tender meat.

Chili Cheese: Hardly any chili, the chili cheese sauce is really not good, dry, bread not fried properly, salad is good but not properly salted and therefore tastes of almost nothing Too expensive for that

Burgers are delicious but that you don't get any sauce with an icy (and expensive) portion of fries and then ketchup costs 1.70€ is harsh

There were 3 of us there and unfortunately none of the 3 meals were really warm, which is a real shame because the food doesn't taste right if it's only lukewarm. Unfortunately, I've had this experience on 2 visits now

There's a lot going on there. Almost always full in the evenings. But a table for two is also possible without a reservation. The place is big enough. Unfortunately it is also very loud. Is comparable to the L'Osteria Regensburg. Burgers taste very good. One can argue about the size. For my taste they could be bigger for the price. Extra cheese is not visible. A pound of fries is perfectly fine for 2 people. More salt on the fries doesn't hurt either. Every sauce, whether extra dip, mayo or ketchup costs extra. Service is quick and friendly. Of course, the kitchen takes a little longer when it's fully loaded. Card payment possible.

Just a great store, great service. Food was great. Unfortunately, the burgers were so tasty that they were eaten too quickly. Definitely recommended. We had the lunch deal and therefore paid around €28 with a coke. The prices on the photographed menu no longer match.

I've eaten at Burgerheart in Regensburg several times. The store is always well stocked. But the food is always there quickly and the service is really great. But you definitely have to make a reservation on the weekend. The burgers are always fresh, but they don't taste very special. I find the atmosphere very pleasant and contemporary. There are better burgers in Regensburg, but the shop is still recommended for a relaxing evening.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great lunch at Burgerheart Regensburg! I went there for lunch with six friends and we had a great time. The burgers were super tasty, well topped and grilled perfectly. The side dishes, especially the sweet potato fries, were also really good! The atmosphere is modern and cozy, and the service was friendly and attentive. Our order came quickly, despite the busy restaurant. We particularly liked the large selection of burgers, also for vegetarians and vegans. The homemade sauces are a real highlight! We particularly enjoyed the sour cream dip and the Berry Bomb drink. All in all, a great lunch – we’d love to come back!

A rather inconspicuous place from the outside, but I was pleasantly surprised. The interior was designed to be very nice and cozy. The warm light and the friendly and courteous staff immediately created a good atmosphere. Then the idea of ​​digital menus has been implemented quite well, something you don't normally see in traditional restaurants. We all really enjoyed the food. We all really enjoyed both the (veggie) burgers and the drinks. All-in-All: Definitely worth a visit if you are in Regensburg.

Been there again after a long time. Unfortunately we found the burgers to be rather ordinary in terms of taste. Definitely no “wow factor”. The sweet potato fries were very dull and flabby...The waitresses were very friendly and the food came quickly. However, the phone constantly ringing and being ignored was very annoying. The food doesn't explain the price. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not right here.

Unfortunately my meat was a bit too dry, but the DSB was great.👍🏼 The homemade peach ice tea is 100% recommended. At first we wanted to order a small portion of fries each, then the waiter recommended that a large portion would be enough. That was right, joker. The fries were really tasty and were definitely enough for us. In the end you even had to fight a bit. Service: Friendly, fast and takes care of the guest Ambiance: Unfortunately it is a bit noisy in the restaurant. Because of the many people and the music, it was difficult to listen to the conversation partner.

Yesterday we took a city trip to Regensburg and went to dinner at Burgerheart in the evening. Thank you for this lovely evening! We were greeted very friendly at the entrance. Our waiter (unfortunately I don't know his name - sorry!) was very personable, gave us good advice and provided absolutely good service. Always on the ball and attentive, just as you would like as a guest. The bar and kitchen also did a great job! Drinks nice and cold, nicely presented (the lemonade), the beer poured properly... The food (1x Cheesy, 2x Easy Cheesy, side dishes) came hot to the table in record time and tasted fantastic. Thank you very much for that! We also felt very comfortable in the restaurant itself. Ambience very appealing, tables relatively close to each other, but still far enough apart that you "have to" hear the conversations of the next table. We would love to come back! P.S.: Very amusing for us as Munich residents: The staff doesn't stand around bored every now and then, but always takes care of the guests (but not intrusively) and also manages to wipe the dust between their main tasks. And you can see that in the restaurant. Piccobello clean.

I went to Burgerheart on the recommendation of a friend. Despite not having a reservation at lunchtime on Saturday, we were assigned a spot straight away. The service left nothing to be desired throughout the entire stay. For me, digital cards are definitely a wrong step towards digitalization, but if you like it... The fact that the many special offers were only handed out to us with the cutlery after we ordered the burgers is rather suboptimal. The burgers are served on a piece of baking paper on a tray, which I don't particularly like. The atmosphere in the very dark restaurant seems a bit depressing and there are shelves with all sorts of colorful bottles for decoration everywhere. The taste of your burgers was okay. There are some that are better and many that are worse. I ate the pulled pork burger and, to be honest, I would have imagined it to be a little bigger. Conclusion: If you are in the area and feel like burgers, you will definitely find something to suit every taste.

We've been to Burgerheart more often now. Various burgers, the fries (also as a main course) and the salad are really tasty. Fresh ingredients and good taste kept us coming back several times. Our daughter was also happy with her chicken nuggets and fries as a children's portion. The homemade iced teas are also recommended. The Burgerheart is not barrier-free.

Best burger shop in Regensburg, food and service 10/10

Unfortunately, our visit to Burger Heart Regensburg was a big disappointment. We were looking forward to good burgers and delicious side dishes, but were very disappointed. The two veggie burgers that we ordered came to the table lukewarm and were more than flat in taste - absolutely no spices, nothing that made the burger exciting in any way. The bun was dry and looked like it had been stored for a long time. The pound of sweet potato fries was also a disappointment: soft, almost mushy, and some even raw. Crispy fries were definitely out of the question here. The onion rings were literally swimming in oil and left an unpleasant, greasy aftertaste. The service also left a lot to be desired. The service was inattentive and kept us waiting for a long time. (Quick info, it was Tuesday evening) It seemed as if the guest here was more of a burden than a welcome. For the price of an outrageous €50, we definitely expected more. Unfortunately we cannot recommend Burger Heart and will try other options in Regensburg in the future.

Being an American I have a special taste when it comes to burgers, but this place exceeds expectations in almost every aspect. The burgers were more than fairly priced and by far the best burger I’ve had in the 3 years I’ve lived in Germany the atmosphere is modern enough but stays true to the rustic atmosphere outside. In my opinion you can always tell how a restaurant is by how their bathrooms looks and this is no exception. Updated fixtures and receptacles, and it smells clean. I had an alcoholic mixed drink which was slightly pricey but completely understandable seeing as it was absolutely delicious. The best part of the entire experience was the fact; we showed up, told the waiter to come back, ordered, got our food, ate our food, ordered another burger, got our food and ate it within 45 minutes. Cannot recommend Burgerheart regensburg enough absolutely stellar in every way. All I could offer you would be a picture of our plates, we finished before I could think to take a picture. My experience here compelled me to write this review, love this place and will definitely be back again.

The burgers didn't really blow me away: the patties were too small for the buns, too hard and tasteless. The sauces were actually quite ok, even if I can't say whether they were homemade. The fries are ok, the salad is good. Service was good but unfortunately there is no printed menu. In terms of price it wasn't appropriate.

Our waiter was friendly, if slightly stressed, but that didn't detract from our evening. The special promotion of the evening was particularly pleasing: you could turn the dial to get discounted cocktails. We took advantage of this opportunity and received the cocktails at a reduced price. Ordering the burgers went smoothly. However, the concept is designed in such a way that side dishes always have to be ordered separately. This causes prices to skyrocket quickly, especially if there are no special offers. This pricing makes the experience less attractive. In terms of taste, the burgers and sweet potato fries were rather average. They were OK, but not outstanding. Given the price, we expected more, especially since the side dishes cost extra. The service at Burgerheart Regensburg was commendable, and the discounted cocktails promotion was a nice highlight of the evening. However, in terms of taste, the burgers and side dishes were only of a mediocre level, and the pricing without promotions is rather unattractive. I would have liked a better price-performance ratio and I also take the business details into account in the evaluation.

The seating outside is quite uncomfortable, so you keep the frequency high, inside I can't judge. The stairs to the toilets are too dark, but the toilets are very clean. Ordered via Lieferando today and have already been to the store a few times. What struck me as suspicious in the store, but I couldn't check there, was the quantity of fries. I ordered a pound of fries. However, the kitchen scales only show 432 g including the package - when emptied (but containing fat), it weighed 43 g. So only 389g of fries were delivered, they are advertised as 1 pound. Google confirms that 1 pound should be 500g, if the Anglo-American “pound” is meant, it should be 454g. Either way, only 77% or 85% of the advertised quantity was delivered. This is customer fraud. I would have complained in the store, but I usually don't have my cart with me. Adendum: It actually says pounds and the menu, not pounds! Conclusion: Burgers are delicious, but the portions are too small, on the one hand for the price and on the other hand the advertising uses false facts!

Their loaded fries, burgers, lemonades, cocktails are great. Best value for money and great outdoor setting with old town view. Service is quick and nice.

The burgers and the food in general are very good and the goods are also good. To reach it, I would recommend using the nearby parking garages or taking the bus there. Reservations would be an advantage in order to definitely get a place. In terms of price, it is completely reasonable when comparing the others.

Well they are burgers and they are decent, 100% beef (not mixed with pork). Two people with two burgers, one fry, one onion ring and two beers was 50 euro. They have a M-F deal which costs about 15 less.

The food is getting worse and worse! Before Corona, I loved eating at Burgerheart. Now I don't go there anymore because the quality of the burgers is more reminiscent of McDonalds or BurgerKing. Every now and then you wait over an hour for your food so that it arrives at the table lukewarm or even cold. It's also extremely loud in the restaurant, so you can't even have a conversation without screaming.
