Restaurant Mirabelle Regensburg in Regensburg

It was really very very good, however small quantity, I was still hungry when I left.

The food at Mirabelle has deteriorated greatly compared to a year ago. As a starter there was avocado with prawns. Carelessly prepared and no taste. The pink fried duck breast turned out to be tough, the skin flaky. The side dishes were very sparse. Mousse au Chocolat tasted good. The service was friendly but inattentive. In addition, in a higher-priced restaurant you might expect cloth napkins instead of thin paper ones. We will no longer eat at Mirabelle. The price-performance ratio is no longer right!

We have now visited the restaurant four times because family lives nearby and there aren't many alternatives. Unfortunately for us the price-performance ratio is not right at all. For a higher priced restaurant, the repeated lapses in service are simply unacceptable. It often takes a long time to be noticed and the menu brought to you. Even empty glasses remain unnoticed without being asked whether we would like to reorder. The friendliness of the staff also leaves a lot to be desired. What was particularly annoying was that our reservations had already been mixed up or even forgotten twice - once even on a birthday. In addition, we recently served a wine glass with a crack. When we tried to talk about things, there was usually no apology and certainly no thought of a small gesture of reparation. In this price range we expect significantly better service. It's a shame, because the ambience is actually nice and the food is good, but overall our experience was rather disappointing.

The food was very tasty, the cooking points of the meat dishes were perfect, great sauces, decent portions and overall the price was reasonable to affordable. Unfortunately, the service couldn't even come close. Despite making a reservation a week in advance, we waited half an hour for our seat. Well, that can happen. But unfortunately the mishaps continued. So we waited about 45 minutes for the starter (marinated salmon, which was certainly prepared) and at the end 40 minutes for the bill. The wine accompaniment didn't match the meal, the espresso came 10 minutes after the dessert was eaten. I'm sorry - but with a bill of €140 for two people you can expect good service. If this is not offered in a restaurant in this price range and there are long waiting times, you will go home disappointed.

Tavern flair with authentic French dishes. The dishes are not only a visual delight, but also so tasty and filling that after the first bite you will be surprised at how much there is actually on the plate. The service is very friendly and always tries to satisfy the guest. Although in the slightly higher price category, the food and service absolutely justify the price. Definitely worth a visit! :) (A small wish for next time: It would be nice to have a few vegetarian options, since French cuisine here has very little to offer.)

Wir hatten zum Geburtstag einen Tisch reserviert. Wir standen 10 Minuten am Eingang und wurden von allen Mitarbeitern gesehen und ignoriert. Also haben wir uns einfach hingesetzt und gehofft, das so jemand auf uns zukommt. Nachdem wir wieder zur Kenntnis genommen wurden, wurden wir die nächsten 10 Minuten wieder ignoriert. Als uns das nach 20 Minuten schlussendlich zu blöd geworden ist sind wir aufgestanden und wieder gegangen. Erst dann ist eine Mitarbeiterin mit Karten gekommen. Wäre das Restaurant voll gewesen hätte ich das verstanden, allerdings waren lediglich 7 Tische besetzt. Auf 3 Mitarbeiter ist das keine große Kunst den Kunden wenigstens zu begrüßen. Da dies leider mein Geburtstag war haben wir uns nun für ein anderes Restaurant entschieden. Das Essen konnten wir dementsprechend nicht bewerten, leider. Aber der Service hat uns gereicht. Hier kommen wir nicht noch einmal hin.

Essen und Ambiente waren in Ordnung - würde beides aber eher als "gutbürgerlich" bezeichnen; die spezifisch französische Ausrichtung, mit der das Restaurant wirbt, konnte ich kaum feststellen. Der Service könnte aufmerksamer sein; scheint ein wenig, dass Nachbestellungen nur dann entgegengenommen werden, wenn die Kellnerin gerade Lust dazu hat (auch bei mäßig besuchtem Lokal).

Come in and feel good. The service was courteous and very attentive. Then the first course... Snails with parsley garlic butter… a poem🤤…. Main course Braised beef… very tasty and finally a chef who also uses spices. Just great… if you are in Regensburg, just give it a try. The prices were very moderate for this quality

The food was fabulous, but the noise is quite loud when the restaurant is full. We then asked to call a taxi, but unfortunately that didn't work even after asking several times.

Leider bereits zum dritten Mal enttäuscht worden. Reservieren immer gleich ab 17 30 Uhr,weil ich zu spät essen nicht mag und der Hauptbetrieb etwas später startet -Handhaben dies so seit Jahren.; bestellen Hauptspeise, Dessert,trinken Wein Wasser und Apfelschorle. Leider hat es die letzten Male nicht mehr funktioniert, dass wir unser Essen innerhalb 1 Stunde serviert bekamen-spätere Gäste jedoch schon fleissig die Viespeise genossen. Wurden immer wieder vertröstet,was aber nach 1 Stunde ohne Essen auch egal war. wir bedauern es sehr und werden wohl auf das Mirabelle verzichten müssen.Wahrscheinlich sind wir unsichtbar geworden und bedauern die Entwicklung sehr.

You should definitely make a reservation! Fine cuisine and fine wines

Nachdem wir die Besuchsberichte gelesen hatten, gingen wir mit hohen Erwartungen dorthin. Der war für eine Enttäuschung. Die Gerichte sind nicht wirklich französisch, aber gut presentiert. Die Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichte waren nicht auf dem erwarteten Niveau. Das Personal war höflich und schnell. Nette Ambiente!

Perfect. Very good cuisine. It really feels like a French restaurant. It's just magical on the palate, the choice of wines. Dishes prepared with delicacy, perfectly seasoned and well presented. Limited wine list but very good white! Don't hesitate to go there, affordable and personal is just great! Thank you and see you soon to try new good dishes. A must-see in Regensburg!

We ate at Mirabelle twice during our stay in Regensburg. Both evenings were a delight. The food was excellent, the staff attentive and welcoming and the atmosphere relaxed and comfortable. A good range of wine complimented their offering. Highly recommend. Thanks to the team at Mirabelle.

We had a very cozy and quiet place at the back of the restaurant. The food was tasty and nicely presented, but unfortunately there was a visible tendon in the beef fillet. The people in service were nice, but unfortunately not everything went well. Our aperitif only came after our starter after we asked again. The wine order for the main course also went wrong. What bothered us most was that people came in twice and wanted to sell roses or magazines. We don't expect that, especially in a restaurant like this. Especially since the two people didn't smell particularly good.

The service was really top! Pearl barley risotto was also incredibly tasty and was also made vegan at my request. The recommended wine was very good. We'll be back soon!

A gastronomic pearl! An extremely pretty restaurant, warm service and very, very good cuisine await those who enjoy sophisticated yet down-to-earth French cuisine. A good selection of wine accompanies the meal perfectly. And all of this at currently still moderate prices. The menu on offer with enough choices is just as impressive as the individual courses on the not overly large but extensive menu. In addition to standards, the drinks menu offers a good selection of wines at reasonable prices. The casual, casual atmosphere and the quiet, friendly service underline the feel-good ambience. The Mirabelle is one of the treasures of the Upper Palatinate for our round yesterday. You're welcome to travel specifically from LA.

Wir waren das erste Mal im Mirabelle und die Erfahrung war sehr positiv Das Restaurant macht sowohl innen als als außen einen guten Eindruck Das Personal war sehr freundlich Das Essen war sehr gut und auch die Portionen waren mehr als ausreichend Wir fanden es auch nicht überteuert 2 x Vorspeise, 2 x Hauptspeise, 2 x Nachtisch 2 Flachen Wasser, 0,25 L Wein, 1 x Aperitiv und 1 x Espresso für zusammen 130 € incl. Trinkgeld ist ok. Es gab auch ein 3 Gänge Menü für zusammen 34 € das finde ich sehr preiswert, wenn einem die Zusammenstellung passt, für mich war es leider nichts. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder

Unfortunately, I've walked past the restaurant several times in the past without seeing it... Thank God that's changed now! We were at Mirabelle yesterday and ate fantastic food!!! So we made reservations for another evening, but now with ten people! The corn-fed chicken was excellent! Would order them again immediately!! Until next time👍🏼👍🏼

Es sollte für uns 9 Frauen ein besonderer Abend werden. Ein edler Junggesellenabschied mit Frauen zwischen 40 und 55 Jahren. Das Essen fanden wir gut bis sehr gut, besonders und kreativ. Was uns extrem negativ aufgefallen ist war die Bedienung/ der Service. In solch einem Restaurant erwarte ich Freundlichkeit, Kundenorientiertheit und Herzlichkeit. Davon habe ich sehr wenig gespürt und wahrgenommen. Es wurde für uns hörbar gemeckert, dass wir getrennt zahlen, es wurde mit den Augen gerollt und bei einer Rechnung von 108€ für 2 Personen berechnet man ein Leitungswasser mit 1€...beschämend und lächerlich. Und als keine von uns ein Dessert bestellt, war es mit der Freundlichkeit ganz vorbei. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn Sie diese Kritik im Team mal diskutieren und vor allem es positiv verändern würden

Der Service war perfekt. Die servierten Speisen einwandfrei. Meine Entenbrust excellent. Auch der Wunsch einer Freundin nach Glutenfrei konnte bei zwei Gerichten erfüllt werden. Es war im Verlauf der Jahre mein 6. Essen dort. Was auffällt, ist dass die Speisekarte sich NIE verändert. Die gleichen Gerichte wie vor Corona. Und die Beilage war, egal ob Entrecôte, Ente oder Maispoularde gleich. Nur die Weinkarte hat sich verbessert.

Service has deteriorated extremely...we used to come here often as long-established Regensburg residents...no comparison anymore...kitchen average... cannot be compared with the highlights of a few years ago...but particularly regrettable...the service...the restaurant was not even 1/3 full...no attention, friendliness...drinks were forgotten several times.. .it's a shame...there are now much better and culinary restaurants in and around Regensburger...where we would rather leave our money instead of being treated in such an unhospitable way...

We really liked it here. It's something special to go here because the price is a bit more exclusive, but you can invest it for a nice evening.

Very pleasant restaurant in the picturesque old town of Regensburg. The service was exceptionally friendly and guest-oriented. Fortunately, the table spacing is generous. The dishes are presented in a visually appealing manner and tasted excellent to us. Vegetarians are also taken into consideration here. The baguette served with the meal was very tasty and absolutely fresh - just as you would want it. The drinks, from the aperitif to the wine to the espresso, tasted very good. We can absolutely recommend this lovely location and would love to come back! Cashless payment is possible. A reservation is definitely advisable. There is an underground car park at the nearby Theaterplatz.

Hui, das war ein kulinarischer Volltreffer. Französische Küche mit sättigenden Portionen zu bezahlbaren Preisen. Das Ambiente ist charmant rustikal mit viel Holz, das Essen sehr lecker, von guter Qualität, toll gewürzt und zubereitet sowie ansprechend präsentiert. Auf der Karte gibt es ein Menü mit 3 Gängen, sehr praktisch.

Ein sehr gutes Restaurant am Rande der Regensburger Altstadt. Der Service ist herausragend. Die Küche zeigt Beständigkeit auf hohem Niveau. Die Lautstärke bei voller Besetzung (was oft der Fall ist) macht leider eine Unterhaltung am Tisch fast unmöglich. Vielleicht würden ein paar Schalldämpfende Elemente (spezielle Bilder) oder an der Decke helfen. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Das das Essens/Geschmacksniveau ist meines Erachtens gesunken seit ich das letzte mal dort war (Vor Corona Zeit). Es ist immer noch gut - jedoch kein Highlight mehr. Der Service und das Ambiente finde ich sehr ansprechend.

Einfach außergewöhnlich gut! Wir hatten das Glück hier noch einen Tisch zu bekommen. Sehr netter zuvorkommender Service. Eine außergewöhnliche Küche die uns begeistert hat. Ob Pulpo als Vorspeise, Zander oder Lamm - alles empfehlenswert. Ein richtiges Highlight waren die vegetarischen Crepes. Tolle Idee - toller Geschmack - tolle Umsetzung. Danke für diesen schönen Abend und den Genuss - wir kommen sicher wieder, sobald wir in der Nähe sind.

Französische Küche vom Feinsten

Die Gerichte sind alle sehr schön präsentiert. Vorspeisen sind durchweg ganz hervorragend. Bei den Hauptspeisen muss man gewissen Einschränkungen machen. Die Meerrettichsoße zum Kalbtafelspitz z.B. schmeckte etwas fad. Durchweg sind die Portionen mehr als großzügig.

Wir waren das erste mal im Mirabelle..und mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal. Sehr nettes Personal, tolles Ambiente aber vor allem ein sehr gutes Essen. Kann man nur empfehlen, auch wenn es vielleicht ein oder zwei Euro mehr kostet..es ist es wert.
