Die Karte ist sehr vielfältig, so dass für jeden was dabei ist. Das Essen kam ungewöhnlich schnell und war sehr lecker. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und aufmerksam... Ein bisschen mehr Herzlichkeit würde den Aufenthalt perfekt machen. Alles in allem aber Empfehlenswert!

One of the most beautiful locations I have ever eaten at. In addition, there is delicious and sumptuous food, attentive and friendly service and if the sun is shining, then the day is perfect. But even when it rains, it is ensured that you can enjoy the great view while eating on the covered terrace. We have been coming here for years whenever we are in the area and always look forward to visiting beforehand.

The food was excellent and the highlight was rhubarb spritzer, which actually tastes like rhubarb. Absolutely recommended!

Very nice location, service was very attentive, but unfortunately the food wasn't good. Very disappointed with the daily menu. The asparagus was far too firm and poorly peeled, and the potatoes were also too firm to the bite. Plus cold. Honest feedback was given but unfortunately I was not offered any other food. Therefore no recommendation! The restaurant is designed for mass use.

Was there for lunch with a friend. Food was very good! Duck with red cabbage and dumplings from the daily menu. Friendly and quick service. Price performance is very good. We'd love to come back.

We found a very good and well-kept restaurant, on whose terrace you can sit directly on the beautiful Thumsee. There we were served very friendly and attentive and were able to enjoy the delicious food in a beautiful atmosphere. What more could you want? We will definitely come back.

We had to wait over an hour for the food. We had different dishes. The cheese spaetzle is not recommended, but the goulash with spaetzle is.

The three of us ate there and we all had very tasty food 😋. My venison goulsch was so delicious, as was the pork fillet with mushroom and the Kaiserschmarrn... The service consisting of three very nice gentlemen was simply great. I'll definitely come back.

I ordered a light beer. I then pointed out to the waiter that it was a non-alcoholic wheat and he apologized and said he would change it. Then he brought me another non-alcoholic wheat in the same glass and said please have a light beer. Like you can't taste the difference and you're being taken for a fool. The pulled pork burger had the shredded meat in the warming container for too long. Dry and too salty.

Schönes Lokal am See. Sehr gute Küche, nette Bedienung. Sehr zun empfehlen. Auch bei schlechten Wetter kann man hier einkehren.

We eat here regularly and always feel like we're in good hands. The pulled pork burger is highly recommended 👌🏼 a place to be in summer anyway but also a really nice place to have a good time in winter.

We were at Seewirt on December 8th, we tried Thumsee and Seewirt Burger. They were simply fantastic and inexpensive. Service staff was very nice and attentive. Everyone must visit the restaurant. 😃😃

Beautifully located directly on the lake, we were able to sit outside on the terrace in the warm autumn sun. While we drank tea/coffee, the kids played in the playground. We had a lovely time there and will probably come back again soon.

Die 3 Sterne gibt es für die Lage. Das Essen war leider unterirdisch. Auf der Tageskarte konnte man schon sehen, dass es einen Einheitsbrei ( Kürbis Sahne Sauce )gibt und die dann mit allen möglichen Varianten serviert wird. Wir hatten Salat mit Hähnchenstreifen und Bandnudeln mit der ominösen Sauce und auch Hähnchenstreifen. Die Bandnudel waren zur Unkenntlichkeit zerkocht und die Sahne Sauce geschmacksneutral. Die Hähnchenstreifen waren frittiert ( die vom Salat auch) . Alles in allem billigste Kantinenqualität und dafür viel zu teuer! Eine ordentliche Touristenfalle in guter Lage! Schade, das Lokal könnte auf Grund der Lage mit ordentlich mehr Qualität bei den Speisen mehr hermachen. So aber ….. schade,schade…..

This evening I had dinner here with my mom. As a vegetarian, my mother was a bit sad about the menu - the selection wasn't that big. But we simply asked and told the waiter our ideas. He brought in his own ideas and my mom was served a great autumn salad. The way he looked, she liked him too. I had the straw pig tomahawk. An interesting, hearty sauce went well with the tender pork. I had no problem getting my sweet potato fries. For dessert we shared a Kaiserschmarrn. The waiter was very nice and always there when you needed him. The tablecloth that I absolutely messed up was also skillfully ignored 😅 sorry for that. Finally, there was some discussion about cars and their origins. Really a great evening. Gladly again

We had the schnitzel and it was just incredibly delicious – crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, exactly how it should be! 🍽️👌 The side dishes were fresh and perfectly balanced. The ambience right on Lake Thumsee is breathtaking. Whether inside or outside – you immediately feel comfortable and can enjoy the peace and beauty of nature. 🌿🏞️ The service was friendly and attentive, we felt completely at home. 😊 Thank you for the wonderful evening! Ein Spielplatz ist direkt daneben für die Kids und der Ausblick aus dem Wintergarten ist genial. Gerne gerne wieder 😁

The food was fantastic. I had the burger and my wife had tagliatelle with chicken strips in pumpkin sauce. Both were excellent and more than sufficient. At the end there was a Kaiserschmarrn. He was outstanding! We'll definitely be back.

We were welcomed very warmly and friendly. The food is more than 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+⭐️….. super tasty, large portion and the price is also completely reasonable. We come to Seewirt every year, they even have an autumn menu where you can eat your way up and down. Keep it up, it's fun to eat with you.

We chose this restaurant BEFORE our vacation so we could celebrate our wedding anniversary here with good food. Unfortunately, on Tuesday, October 1st, 2024, after a nine-hour drive and with anticipation, we found ourselves standing in front of closed doors, even though the website said it was open *daily* from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m It's a shame - the website should be revised accordingly.

Es ist ein schönes Restaurant mit Seeblick. Der Service ist freundlich und das Essen ist gut. Die Wartezeit auf das Essen war leider etwas lang. Man kann schön auf der Seeterasse sitzen oder in den gemütlichen Innenräumen. Da es im Lauf des Abends etwas kühl wurde sind wir zum Desert nach innen gegangen, was kein Problem war.

First we waited for a while until we were noticed. Then we ordered drinks and food, waited again... Then the food came, it wasn't bad. Then we wanted to pay, waited again... All in all, we were for one Food and a drink each for two and a half hours there!!? Then the bill, 81.10€.......We recalculated it again when we were driving home because it seemed strange to us (too late, unfortunately it was our own fault), the correct amount of the bill was about 62€!!!! And I...I also gave a €5 tip! Unfortunately I have to say, once and never again!

What could be nicer than being served culinary delights right on the lake in a beautiful landscape and with a really friendly service team. Food is a poem for the eyes, mouth and stomach. Our conclusion: you have to experience it.

Great views, clean water with lots of fish and green/forested landscape all around. But ATTENTION: all 3 (THREE!!!) parking spaces directly in front of the restaurant are only for disabled people - and it is so difficult to see (no floor markings) that only "normal" people park. I had a “warning” on the window with a fine of 55 euros - my most expensive restaurant visit! The “Swabenteller” is highly recommended, but the chanterelle cream soup is not.

The service was friendly, unfortunately we waited over an hour for our food. Of three dishes, two were good, one (spinach dumplings) was lukewarm and hard.

The homepage is very misleading!! Long waiting time (1.5 hours) - understaffed? The "steak" was 3/4 pure fat hidden under a sea of ​​sauce. Dumplings with chanterelles lukewarm and def. Prepared with a high proportion of finished products. Unfortunately, I've rarely had such a bad meal in a restaurant. We won't forget this wedding anniversary dinner for a long time...

Do not go there. We waited for our food for 1,5 hours. EVERY table was served super, super late. The waitresses did not offer any compensation not on the price neither complimentary drinks or desserts. The fries were cold and stale and the meat in the burger was super overcooked.

The trout are really really good, you can really tell from the taste how fresh they are! On the terrace there is a really great view of the lake and you can even watch the relatives of the grill trout 😂 I can't understand the previous negative reviews regarding the service, they always tried to serve us attentively, even though there was a lot going on that day. Anyone who gives a smile gets one in return
