Very nicely decorated. The staff was friendly. However, we reserved a table and stated that we would like to watch the football game. When we arrived, no one could find our reserved table. We were offered the next "best" table, which felt like the farthest corner of the restaurant. It was extremely annoying, as it wasn't really possible to watch the game comfortably from there. Either a lamp was in the way or other seats were in the way. The sauce was missing from our order, which we then had to wait quite a while for. And the cocktail wasn't particularly well prepared either. This is probably due to a lack of staff, but it's still very annoying when you specifically reserve a table.

Surprisingly positive, we spontaneously stopped in before the cinema. Great menu, delicious food, open kitchen, great and friendly service, quite busy. We'd gladly go again. The green light is a bit tiring...

Condescending and rude staff! After braging to us that he knows 5 languages and to chose what we prefer because our german is too poor, trying to move us to another table because he assumed we are only there for drinks, one of us ordered the DRY aged beef burger (to be noted a 20 euro burger). This multilingual server brought the respective person DREI (three) aged beef burgers. We tried to reason with him that it is impossible for one person to order three burgers and sides and there is surely a misunderstanding. The response? And what am I supposed to do? It is not my job to question your order and look I wrote three! As if looking at what nonesense he wrote on the order is any justification. I asked him to take them back and write them off but he laughed at us. To be noted that everyone (4 adults and 2 children) ordered a specific plate so no sane person could screw this up. We ended up paying for everything and taking the burgers to go, just because they don’t care about customer satisfaction. As a takeaway note, be sure to check the waiter’s notes after ordering or learn native deutsch or just avoid the place altogether to not get screwed. Too bad for the staff because the food is decent.

Breakfast on a Sunday in Reichenhall—there aren't many options. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet including drinks for €18. Everything was available, including make-your-own pancakes. We were immediately greeted warmly by the staff. We'll be happy to come back.

The food (club sandwich, burger and dessert) was excellent and we have never had such good fries.

A restaurant worth remembering. We had the crispy chicken burger with fries and fish and chips; both were excellent and very tasty. We thank the kitchen for their hard work. The same goes for the service, of course. Thank you for everything.

The food was absolutely delicious, highly recommended. The restaurant itself is also in a great location, cozy, and suitable for children thanks to the play area. The service, however, was difficult. While friendly, you could overhear every bit of the staff. When they then started complaining about overweight people, I unfortunately lost my appetite. I took the rest of the food with me and will enjoy it at home.

Absolutely recommended, it has enriched Bad Reichenhall. It's simply fun to be there – there's always something going on and something happening. The food and drinks are top-notch, the atmosphere is fantastic, and you just feel at home.

Well, what can I say? It looks quaint, and we were looking forward to a nice evening. The first cocktail on the list wasn't available, no problem. When we said, "Then we'll just have what you served the guests at the next table," we got a grumble that it was a special mix (yes, OK, what's the problem?). When one of the ladies asked him to open the second umbrella because it was starting to drizzle, the reply was, "No, there's a thunderstorm coming." (It never came.) And we got the impression he wasn't in the mood for any more sales today, so we left and had a lovely evening somewhere else. If there's nothing you can do, then don't. It's fine...

Delicious food – excellent burgers with good meat, my favorite potatoes baked in foil with various toppings (also vegetarian), and grilled vegetables with fantastic seasoning – the best I've ever had – and fantastic lemonade. Equally important, however, is the fantastic, top-notch service. We've been there several times, and both the waiter and waitress were very professional, very kind, and took great care of us, making our time there a pleasure. I highly recommend it.

Food great, service great and nice atmosphere

I'm angry 😤 We are colleagues who meet there regularly, 8-15 people. At first, everything was fine, my burger was delicious. I only reordered drinks once, and no one came back. Empty glasses belonging to the colleague who left early were left standing—just like my empty plate! In the end, we were all told to go to the counter to pay. When we asked why, he said, "It's easier and more convenient for me. It's too cramped there, and I can't sit." When we asked about "service" and I mentioned "service" and asked if it was about him or the guests, we received the pissed-off reply, "There's no point in discussing it. That's the way it is." My jaw just dropped! Note: It wasn't busy, nor was it crowded at the table (he could have even sat down). If we had asked nicely, none of us would have objected... Service is different.

Es ist nicht mein erster Besuch in diesem tollen Lokal.. aber ich muss berichten, denn es hat sich einiges Getan. Vorallem erst zur Kulinarik. Nicht nur die neue Steakkarte, der Reifeschrank (Dry Aged), der Camba Bavaria Kühlschrank mit exzellenten Draft Bieren sondern auch die Wochenkarte sind der Wahnsinn! Heute hatte ich zum Abschluss meines Urlaubs einen Dry Aged Burger der seines gleichen Sucht. Das Fleisch butterzart, die Komponenten gut abgestimmt und das Bun auch fluffig und sehr stimmig. Allgemein merkt man hier auch einen personellen Umschwung.. als Gast fällt einem auf, dass das Team sich untereinander gut versteht und mit seiner professionellen Beratung glänzt. Nicht nur das Schankbier sondern auch das Angebot des Draft Bier Schrankes und der Spirituosen sowie der Cocktails ist in sehr gut geführter Hand und in toller Beratung! Ich als Sommelier kann das Bewerten... hier ist es immer gut. Man fühlt sich wohl! Vom Frühstück über den ganzen Tag verteilt (Am Wochenende wird Bundesliga und wenn Championsleague ist auch diese gezeigt!!!) fühlt man sich hier sehr gut aufgehoben! Chapeau! Gerne weiter so!

No recommendation from me. Waited 20 minutes, was seen several times by two service employees and completely ignored. Then I left. Service is very important here.

It's nice to stay there, you have to be a little patient when you come together with several people and the drinks are okay except for still water 0.4 l costs 4 euros, which is far too expensive. I would have liked to come again

Was only here to watch football and drink beer, but it's outstanding!

We chose the pub for the bachelorette party, made a reservation by phone weeks ago and asked whether it would be possible to have a light decoration at our table. The employee on the phone was very friendly and said yes. When the day came and we showed up, we were greeted half-heartedly and seated at an undecorated table. Well, that can happen - we then continued with the burgers served (unfortunately there was no other choice after 8 p.m. - at least we were told that only burgers were possible). Cheeseburgers arrived as ChilliCheeseBurgers, tasted good, only the person who ordered them couldn't stand the spiciness - they "had to" swap burgers with each other because the service didn't come. Drinks requested in small sizes arrived in large sizes and were charged accordingly. Service was semi-good, everyone was polite, but it felt like they weren't quite there. Well at the end of the evening there were shots on the house. But the burgers were really tasty!

The food is excellent but unfortunately the service is often very unfriendly. You are never noticed or even greeted for ages. We are often guests at the hotel and order food there. We were supposed to pick up the food after 20 minutes because a quick call to the waiter was too much. We arrived exactly 20 minutes later and the food was cold. Cold fries, schnitzel, salmon... doesn't taste that great. Especially for the price. It's a shame because the food is really very good. But you can work on the service for a long time. Unfortunately, we have had unpleasant experiences here for years.

Very nice bar located in the middle of town where you can still get snacks and food even at later times. The bar is integrated into the hotel and has a nice atmosphere. The service was quick and friendly, prices were reasonable. We had a snack, it tasted good.

The portion and the quality of the food was really delicious, and Edina the waitress was really kind and helpful!!! We will come back surely ;)

We were told by the waiter that there were no available tables and that we would need to sit at the bar. (We came with infant baby but have to take bar table).We were fine with this and made our way to the bar ourselves. However, when we arrived, there was no staff service, and the bar chairs were too high for our baby to sit safety .I thought they will give baby seat soon. But No. We stood there for over 15 minutes without any service or attention, and no one provide a menu or offer any help. After waiting without any service, we decided to leave. I understand the restaurants can get busy, but I feel that basic customer service was lacking!

Service was great! It's best to come by when Sini and Drago are at the bar. Both are super competent and very friendly. The Aperol Spritz was excellent!

We had dinner here today. Without a reservation, we were still allowed to choose a free table. Waiter was very accommodating. Drinks came quickly and the food didn't take long to arrive either. My burger was good. The broiche was delicious, the meat was a little too seasoned, but I'm also very sensitive about it. Also caraway in the Weisskrait on the burger... no, I don't like that, you should warn me in advance. The sauce on the table with the fries is some weird commercial stuff and not real mayo. But I also told the nice waiter personally. The much-criticized staff is very friendly, quick and courteous. The ambience is nice.

The two of us went to The Public twice today. Top top .👍🏽 In my hometown there are finally restaurants like this everywhere in Bad Reichenhall.😎👍🏽 Nice staff, very good hospitality, good advice. Short waiting time. Thank you very much 🙏🏽 New regular restaurant.

The food and atmosphere were very good, especially great when watching sporting events on TV. Service from very friendly (all waitresses) to well. A good restaurant manager should not argue with his guests, even if they are not always easy.

Very friendly and initially quick service. The ambience is really great and the bar is really loooong. Very good drinks and menu. Very high quality of the food. After the Bundesliga game we waited half an hour to order drinks, but we didn't pay any attention and went somewhere else.

Very nice sports bar with a great ambience, delicious American food and cocktails. The entire service team is very polite and courteous. There is also free guest WiFi in the restaurant. We'd love to come back next year.

I ordered a chili cheese burger and the burger fell apart while eating it... The burger buns are far too flabby and I didn't get any towels. Everything full of sauce. I would recommend that the restaurant briefly put the rolls in the toaster or put them on the grill so that they become a little crispy.

Nice pub, even if it's too "standard" for me, hence 3 stars. Unfortunately, towards the end of happy hour, the full price is often charged! We were there at happy hour - we were still charged the full cocktail price!! Be sure to ask for the invoice and calculate the prices exactly! Unfortunately we noticed it too late... Regarding the happy hour, there was no indication from the service staff that we had to pay before the end of the happy hour or anything, so it was clear to us because we had ordered before the end of the happy hour... That's just it 2 stars. The food met expectations, but of course it cannot be compared to a restaurant.

Highly Recommended! The three of us ate there today. Our burgers were absolutely perfect, great value for money! For dessert we also had the apple rings with cinnamon ice cream, simply fantastic! The service was absolutely attentive and super friendly. Unfortunately it was our last day of vacation, but we would love to come back.

We waited over 10-15 minutes to be served, the restaurant wasn't full. They completely ignored us until the friend of who works there called aims said we weren't served well. The food was okay.

Went there for the first time because coffee and homemade cakes were advertised on a stand outside. We sat outside and discovered that the outside terrace was quite unkempt. Everything is cold and impersonal, the weeds grow wonderfully between the floor tiles. When we asked what kind of cakes were on offer, the very nice waitress became quite helpless and stuttered and told us that only two simple types of crumb cakes were on offer. She was visibly embarrassed. I really felt sorry for the lady. In my opinion, you shouldn't advertise homemade cakes (from the in-house confectioner) that are then not available at all. All in all, a location in Reichenhall that you can safely forget.

We can only recommend it! We stopped by spontaneously this evening and were absolutely thrilled! The service was super relaxed and friendly, our food (both burgers + side dishes) was ready after just 15-20 minutes, lovingly prepared and tasted very good! If we are in Bad Reichenhall again we would love to come back.

We had reserved, it was clear that everything would be full for the football game. They were already fully booked 2 days before. Then we want to order a simple cocktail and we're told that's not possible, we only have one at the bar, how can you plan so badly. And even if it does, it just takes a little longer. Outrageous !!!

The restaurant was almost empty, the terrace was covered. The very unsympathetic boss (?) waiter immediately said in an inappropriate tone that we had to get our orders ourselves in the restaurant if we wanted to sit outside. He then slammed the food on the counter.

The restaurant in the Ibis would actually be very nice, but both the employees and the boss are completely overwhelmed. Getting a place to eat even though half of the shop is empty is not possible because, according to the boss, it is fully booked!? Likewise, getting a drink other than beer or a wine spritzer in the bar later in the evening isn't possible either!? What kind of place is this? Does the boss not care about the wishes of the guests?! I've never experienced anything like this before and I'm happy to do without it in the future...

Restaurant/bar was advertised as “the hotel’s own bar” when checking in. As a hotel guest, however, you were sent away to a half-empty bar with tons of free tables. Apparently everyone had just been reserved, but no signs had been put up. You were no longer allowed to use the outdoor area at 8 p.m. when it was 24 degrees. You felt unwanted as an Ibis hotel guest. Apparently you don't want to make money from tourists.

Sorry, I've never experienced such bad service today!! Since we were guests at the Ibis Style Hotel, we wanted to eat in the integrated restaurant today because the ambience made a good impression, but the restaurant manager immediately turned us away because that Restaurant was supposedly full even though there were enough free seats in the outdoor area and in the restaurant. After we had eaten somewhere else we wanted to have a drink in this bar but again the restaurant manager made it clear to us that there was only beer or wine spritzer here. What Is this a place that tells guests what to drink? From my point of view... NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

Had ordered/reserved a place. When we arrived it was very loud and very crowded (football was being broadcast). My reservation was saved in the tablet, but unfortunately not taken into account. So there was no space left. Something like that shouldn't actually be allowed to happen. So unfortunately I can only give it one star.

Cozy modern ambience - plus an outdoor area. Delicious burgers and cocktails and friendly, courteous service. Price/performance is right here. You'll be happy to come back there.

The restaurant is on the ground floor and very nicely located. The ambience and the staff are 5/5 and the food is also super recommended, my favorite being the club sandwich with fries! Super tasty and a taste explosion in your mouth. ;)

In the Ibis. Staff turned on Sky especially for us and showed the game between FC SCHALKE 04 and EINTRACHT BRAUNSCHWEIG with sound. Great. Food very tasty. Staff overall very friendly.

Ein richtiges nettes Lokal im Hotel Ibis, im Herzen Reichenhalls. Das Personal super nett und freundlich und wir konnten ganz leckere Burger und gutes Bier in angenehmer Umgebung genießen. Hier kann man gemütlich sitzen und auch die Übertragungen von Sportveranstaltungen machen Laune. Der Preis ist nicht gerade günstig aber noch im Rahmen.

There is a large menu with many different regional and culinary dishes. The food tasted really good. We liked the atmosphere and the furnishings. However, the staff was a bit overworked due to the small number of people and the really large restaurant. All in all, really good value for money.

Wir haben einen Tisch reserviert für 20 personen das Essen war absolut klasse, Dryage Burger Wings Salate alles war mit dabei das war einfach sehr köstlich zum Service Personal war einfach klasse und in großer tätowierter Kellner war sehr freundlich Wein Flaschen Beratung erste klasse seine Assistentin mit lange schwarze Haare auch absolut freundlich. Riesen großen Lob an die Küche und an das gesamte Service Personal. Nach dem Essen haben sich noch ein paar von unserer Gruppe an die Bar gesessen. Die Coktails waren super auch externe Wünsche von coktails die nicht auf der Karte waren wurden für uns gemacht ! Der Senior der Bar auch überaus freundlich !! Wie kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !!! Danke an das ganze Team Bis bald !

Bedienung sehr freundlich- Currywurst kalt und Pommes haben wir zurück gehen lassen - Aussage Koch - Steakhouse Pommes sind so - nein!!! Ich weiß wie halb rohe Pommes schmecken… und die waren halb durch!!! Aperol sehr dünn! Leider- das war schon mal anders! Schade

Eine super Bar mit sehr guten Speisen und Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Persönlich kann ich uneingeschränkt alle Burger empfehlen, dazu noch leckere Pommes und es ist einfach perfekt. Die Drinks sind auch sehr zu empfehlen!

Schneller und freundlicher Service. Getränke und gutes Essen zum fairen Preis. Beim Burger empfiehlt sich Messer und Gabel zu benutzen, da diese recht groß sind und sonst in der Hand leider zum Teil zerfallen. Bei den Cocktails auch gerne mal das Personal fragen, ob diese auch weitere anbieten können, als nur die, die auf der Karte stehen.

Das Essen ist super lecker. Wir haben schon mehrmals hier gegessen. Die Burger sind super lecker. Die vielen Fernseher stören uns persönlich etwas bei der Unterhaltung untereinander.

Für Bad Reichenhall ist das Mike's eine ausgesprochen schicke Location. Und obwohl das Restaurant fast voll besetzt war, hatten wir unsere drei Burger nach kaum 20 min. Gute Leistung; ganz großes Lob dafür. Die Burger waren lecker, wunderbar medium und so mächtig, dass wir sie mit Besteck gegessen haben. Ganz ganz großartig! Der Service jedoch ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig! Ein Bar-Mitarbeiter (?) nahm die Getränkebestellung entgegen und brachte die Getränke; dann übergab er uns in die Betreuung seiner Kollegin. Wir bestellten das Essen, sie bat uns um etwas Geduld und verschwand wieder in den Weiten ihrer Station. Ein weiterer Kollege brachte dann erst die Burger, im zweiten Gang die übersehenen Saucen, beachtete unsere leeren Gläser aber wohl nicht... Die nächsten Getränke bestellte ich dann an der Bar... Um es kurz zu machen: wenn ich fast aufgegessen habe, kommt die Frage "Passt alles?" etwas spät. Und nach dem Essen bald 30 min. vor den fast leeren Tellern (groooße Burger, s.o.) zu sitzen und auf das Abräumen/Bestellen der Rechnung zu warten, während 5 Leute hinter der Bar stehen und ein Schwätzchen halten, geht über mein Verständnis hinaus! Es tut mir leid für die Serviererin, doch für diesen Service gebe ich kein Trinkgeld! Für diesen Service setze ich mich spätabends noch hin und schreibe eine Bewertung. Ich weiß, ihr könnt das besser im Mike's. Also: bis zum nächsten Mal.
