Yes, generally recommended. You shouldn't have high expectations with the Mexican concept. I was rather positively surprised: the food was fresh, the salad was crunchy and the borritos and enchiladas were really great. I wouldn't eat burgers there, I would rather go to a real burger restaurant. Staff is friendly, but not particularly fast... You can give a solid 4 out of 5 stars here. Price performance is OK.

Ordered through Uber eats and the chilli con carne is definitely not what it was sold. Very small portion with a crazy amount of salt in it and very oiley with around 6 tortillas crisps…never came with the sour cream which was in the photo. Avoid ordering from here.

Very authentic in all respects. I really like being there because of the atmosphere and the delicious food, as if you were in Mexico. The staff is very friendly and the prices are great for what you get.

We only went to Bei Si Carlo for a drink, but the service was just great! The staff was super friendly and attentive. We got incredibly tasty nachos with salsa to go with our drinks – a great surprise! The atmosphere was very cozy, perfect for relaxing. We'll definitely be back!

Ordered food, delivered incorrectly. Responded immediately after calling and delivered the right food. Even have something extra! In the end we are now pretty full, very satisfied and will order again! We had burrito and quessedilla, both delicious 😋

Loveless and without taste. If we hadn't had the salsas from the tortilla chips, the food really would have been inedible. The chicken and the whole meal in general have never seen any spices and the chicken in a tomato sauce was also tasteless. The whole menu only consists of the same basic ingredients and there is only chicken or pork (did not try/order). The prices are also pretty steep and we paid €90 for 3 people. NEVER AGAIN.

Loud, small, we sat right next to the door, which unfortunately doesn't close by itself. But since, as is to be expected in Neukölln, none of the guests entering closed the door behind them, so we were busy the whole time either closing the door ourselves or asking people to please close the door . Unfortunately, the food wasn't particularly good either, the (homemade) nachos were quite hard and either completely over-salted or completely without salt. The main courses weren't convincing either; everything tasted pretty uninspired. We didn't get the impression that high quality ingredients were used here. The service was quite nice - measured by Neukölln standards. But overall disappointing, we won't go there again. For the quality of the food, the prices were simply too high.
