We ate there for the first time today. The service was very friendly...they asked several times if everything was okay...if we were enjoying our meal. The food was simply delicious 😋...a huge selection. And the portions...are generous. You'll definitely leave satisfied. The dishes were beautifully presented. We'll definitely be back. Very tasty. Good portion. Good value for money. It's a classic. For the entertainment of small children there is a treasure chest (Mikado/coloring book/memory). Card payment possible. Parking is difficult.

Has nothing real Mexican. The food was so so. The waitress didn't even understood my question about the Tacos. I did order some and it was eatable but was more made for Europeans. The atmosphere was pretty loud and kinda crowded. If you come by and don't have high expectations it will be okay.

I enjoyed my burrito, as it was tasty and was good value for the money. The dish looked the part, but it didn't taste Mexican! I've visited Mexico and know what good Mexican can be, this almost tasted like a Shawarma burrito. Bring on the spice(!) and/or maybe offer a hot sauce for those more adventurous.

The food is excellent and the cocktails are delicious. Unfortunately, the service leaves a lot to be desired. The staff don't actively approach you. You have to beg for everything. You have to wait a very long time even though the place isn't full, and the staff prefer to stand at the counter and chat. On top of that, things arrived incorrectly. And one meal was completely forgotten. There are much better places that also have great service. I don't think I'll visit the place again. If I go out to eat, I want good service. Otherwise, I can cook a delicious meal at home. And it's not exactly cheap either.

The staff is attentive. It's clear the chef has never tried Mexican food, but he gives it a nice Indian flavor. The portions are quite generous and abundant.

Today I had sirloin steak with baked potato and sour cream (potato was a special request!). I'm not much of a person who likes superlatives... but I have to say: "I've never had anything better in a steakhouse!" The meat should be sliced ​​thinly to fully enjoy the crispy grilled exterior and juicy interior. The potato was firm and flavorful! The sour cream always tastes spicy and delicious here! This wasn't the last steak I'll eat here, so I'm saving myself a trip to the steakhouse! Full marks😇👍 In addition to an excellent steak, they also have the best hamburgers in town (see photo)‼️

I was at this restaurant on Thursday. The restaurant was empty, so the decor was very nice. We waited about 10 minutes. I ordered the salmon that everyone raves about, and it was very good. I recommend the grilled salmon, and for dessert, I had a vanilla shake. Honestly, it was the best shake I've ever had. I highly recommend this place.

During my visit to Berlin, I tried the lunch menu at Cancun and was delighted. The burger was fresh and juicy, with plenty of crispy fries and a small fresh salad on the side. Ketchup and mayo were served at no extra charge – top-notch service! Everything was delicious, and the price of €11.90 was absolutely fair. Friendly service, a cozy atmosphere – the whole package is just perfect. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Berlin.

A very nice restaurant with an extremely extensive selection of delicious food and drinks. They also offer many cocktails. Only the beer selection might not satisfy someone from Bavaria 😂 The portions are very large, and you might want to consider whether you can eat everything and not immediately think about starters and desserts. The service was very friendly, understanding, and on the ball. We really felt very comfortable here.

Mexican restaurant chain. Large selection of dishes and, above all, cocktails. The staff are friendly and the food is good. It's certainly nothing special and rather average. But the overall package is right if you want to spend a cheerful evening. Parking in the street is rather difficult.

The cocktails were the best part, as the flavors here were not close to authentic. The veggie enchilada had flavors of curry spice, and our other enchilada didn't quite hit the mark for Mexican flavors. We were served an incorrect dish and while the waiter at first argued, they did correct the mistake. Good Mexican is elusive in Germany, but there are places that come a little closer than this one. Edit: my review has twice been flagged for Google, who later approved the posting both times. This certainly does not prove anything, and the restaurant's low number of 1 and 2 star reviews could completely be reflective of their quality. I've also never had a review questioned or reported, much less twice. I value restaurants that are part of a community and are trying hard to make it, and I won't return to this establishment.

We had a pollo burrito to go – I was curious to see what you could get for €18.90: an incredibly huge burrito. My son barely managed to eat three-quarters of the burrito, even though he's still growing and hadn't eaten anything all day, including the canoe trip. I couldn't even finish the remaining quarter with the sour cream and guacamole. The price/performance ratio was definitely good; the burrito couldn't get any bigger, and the side salad was also OK!

The service was nice and kind, the portions were huge, but the food though tasty was not mexican, it tasted Indian, mole had curry flavor, which though tasty was a bit strange. The place is clean though, but Mexican it is not.

We were there as a large group and were greeted and served very warmly and friendly. Our questions were also answered very patiently. Some people found their food to be too cheese-heavy, but that's a matter of taste and was also stated on the menu (gratinated with cheese). We were completely satisfied.

Simply wonderful. Great music, great design, great food, fantastic portions, good prices. I had the vegetarian burrito. For the soul and the heart ❤️ Open until midnight on Sundays, my savior and, for me, the best restaurant in Charlottenburg.

To round off the evening, we ordered three quesadillas to go. My chorizo ​​quesadilla was great, even though I ate it in my hand like a barbarian on the go. Unfortunately, I was pressed for time, otherwise I would have preferred to have the burrito at the restaurant.

Best in the world....If Google had 10 stars, it would be 10 stars!!! The service is always friendly, with a smile, fast, and attentive. The kitchen staff comes from three other countries, but the food beats many Mexican restaurants in Mexico! Be sure to try the incredible variety of cocktails...such a treat...and be careful with the food...perfectly generous portions and, as I said, an incredible taste experience...at least three toques. We'll be back...it's a shame you're not around the corner.

To my Latin American friends, especially Mexicans. Don't go there. The service wasn't bad; it was average compared to Berlin. The place isn't ugly, but the decor isn't up to par; unfortunately, it's a tourist trap. The food was the worst; it has nothing Mexican about it. I ordered tacos al pastor, and they basically brought me enchiladas filled with stewed beef and vegetables (nothing like tacos al pastor). The portions were generous, but the quality was terrible. The tortillas were wheat; the most Mexican thing about it was the cola they brought me.

When I search for the restaurant on Google, the ad shows what is on offer. I was interested in the lunch menu. When I stood in front of the restaurant, there was no sign that lunch was being served. As soon as I sat down, the menu was presented. There was no lunch menu. It was only handed over after request. I think that's a shame, because the offer doesn't have to hide. For €11.90 you get great food and a drink. I think it's a shame that no special Mexican dishes such as tacos and enchiladas are offered at lunchtime. The staff is friendly, but there is still room for improvement in terms of commitment. The restaurant is nicely decorated. When I was there it was very empty, which is probably because the lunch menu is not advertised.

Went to restaurant weekend of April 18. Very nice looking restaurant but the food is so meh: stale chips, feta instead of cotilla cheese, broken cold corn tortillas. I ordered an ensalada de atun, and instead of a tuna filet, I got canned tuna with French dressing. 🫤 Won't go back again.
