Totally underwhelmed. A boring burrito that felt like it only consisted of rice and a meat mushy burrito. Shame about the money. Never again.

Einfache aber diverse Auswahl für Burritos, Tacos, Quesadillas etc. - auch mit spezielleren Zutaten als vielen anderen Orten. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Portionen sind ziemlich gross. Sitzplätze auch ausserhalb des Lokals.

The store's absolute impudence... I was very impressed with the Berlin Burrito Company for a long time, but the quality has deteriorated incredibly dramatically. I ordered there twice and had a bay leaf in the burrito in each order. The first time I thought that something like that would happen and gave it another chance, but I can't do the same thing twice because bay leaves are simply not a matter of taste and are simply not edible. In addition to the burritos, the chili fries were very bland, both fries and meat were very poorly seasoned and the cheese was only half melted. Never again Berlin Burrito Company!

Danger. The review refers to the experiences of Mera Luna 2024. So the service was super quick. The quality of the food was surprisingly good and very filling. Price performance was excellent. €12 for a full meal is very fair. A little tip: Please bring spoons or cutlery with the bowls with Natchos. Otherwise it's really a shambles.

We like this store very much. So far we have only tried the vegetarian burrito and it is really, really tasty. You'll also get quite full from one. The staff is always friendly, everything is great. We would happily eat there every day

We have been there several times as we are neighbors and have always had positive experiences with the service and taste. However, this time the service was completely off. The male waiter was completely unfriendly, unmotivated and didn't know the menu. When ordering the ingredients we didn't know how to pronounce all the words, e.g. chipotle, so we said "the first thing in step 4". Surprisingly, he asked us back, "What's first?" The menu is printed right behind him and he didn't even bother to memorize the menu or turn his head to look. Of course there was no “thank you” and the food was served rudely. What a shame that this marred the entire experience.

There were ready-made dishes, but also dishes that you could create yourself (like burrito (bowl), tacos, ...). There was a lot of choice, a good overview but also snacks, simple drinks (ready-made glass bottle in the fridge), dessert. Everything we had tasted very tasty. Price-performance was right. The only thing that was difficult at times was that the court overview was only available in English, but it was easy for us to solve.

I was on Sylt and there was a Berlin Buritto food truck and it was the best Buritto I've ever eaten. Thank you.😍😍😍

It was the most terrible vegetarian burrito. Who puts tofu in Mexican food? It was too oily and had something like mayo inside. I never had anything like that. Very disappointed with Mexican food in Berlin.

Very good burrito, nice full and very generous portion, at a fairly honest price. In summer it's very hot inside the restaurant, but there are also tables outside (often occupied). Absolutely recommended.

Ordered a burrito bowl and it was more delicious than I expected. Had it with extra beef and guacamole (both really delicious). The ingredients were fresh and well-prepared. Service is also very quick. Would definitely recommend trying this place out for a dinner.

You order at the counter and the food is then brought to your seat. You get your own drinks from the fridge. Had enchilada with corn-honey salsa, caramelized onions and lime chicken, with chipotle mayo. So delicious, I could have wallowed in it. It wasn't the last time we were there! ❤️

The ambience wasn't important to me. I always ate out. But it's ok. and always a matter of taste. The burritos are very good. Especially the ingredients, very fresh and delicious. If you go through the entire program from 1 to 6, it's a big buritto. I like to come back again and again.

Good food, but don't order and let them deliver it because it can take ages or can be much quicker than expected, they just won't deliver the food at a convenient time for you. My last order came so late I ended up cooking my own food and eating it before my bowl arrived..

We eat here often. The veggie burrito is very tasty. The people are quick and friendly. The ambience just fits the concept. It's clean and tidy!

Super unfriendly, we actually only wanted to pick up 2 good to go and we arrived on time. But the employee (around 45 years old with a bald head) told us in a really rude manner that everything was gone and basically threw us out. I'll definitely never go to the store again.

I have been a customer for several years and have never been disappointed with the food, the staff, the restaurant or anything like that. Whether with a small group of friends in the evening or with a larger group of work colleagues, there is always something suitable for everyone and in the end everyone was always satisfied. The food, the staff and the ambience in the restaurant itself are simply top and can only be recommended. Delivery or ordering via Uber Eats or by phone has always pleasantly surprised me at how quickly everything can happen.

Unfortunately, the sauce wasn't distributed well, which is why almost half of my burrito didn't get any sauce and the bottom half was a bit salty. Nevertheless, the burrito tasted very good and was generously filled.

I ordered a simple beef burrito and it was delicious. Some negative comments say it's very small but if you compare it to other burrito shops it's pretty fair for its price (€9.50). The boss was nice, the atmosphere was pleasant and, as I said, the burrito was delicious and large. Definitely worth a visit.

One of the guys, the Turkish/ Middle eastern one, smokes in the kitchen while the food is being cooked. I used to work here for two weeks and they never paid me for it.

Delivery = disgusting 🤢 Also, I just called them on the phone to share that the ordered they delivered was wrong and the quality very bad, we could not eat it. Asked them what they could do to fix the problem, and the person on the phone answered very aggressively “nothing, bye” and closed the call.

Ok burrito which is a bit overpriced. For ~10 EUR you get a burrito stuffed with mainly rice and beans. Filling, but very dry. It's ok if you crave Mexican food, but there are better and cheaper lunch options around.

Hab’s über too good too Go entdeckt und habe mir danach auch zwei mal „normal“ etwas geholt. Die Burritos sind super lecker, gut gewürzt und von der Menge passend. Nur der Preis ist etwas hoch für die Größe des Burritos.

Haben über Wolt bestellt. Essen war leider viel zu scharf. Hatten nur normale burritos (2+4) bestellt, leider ungenießbar. Können eigentlich gut Schärfe ab, aber das war too much. Schade.

I had a delightful experience yesterday eating a burritos bowl. The flavors melded well together, and the texture was perfectly balanced. Used to be the one of the best Burrito place in the neighbourhood till few months back..Not anymore!! Am having food at this store of BBC for more than 4 years and always loved the Burritos. Today was my second visit within a week, earlier I used to go there even more frequently. Looking at the changes in price and quality over last 2 years, experience is only getting worse. Hiked prices are still justified given the increase in costs. But after hiking prices, it seems the next strategy is to reduce quantity and compromising on the quality of food. My experience over recent 3-4 visits: The quantity of Normal Burrito is reduced to what they used serve as mini-burrito few weeks back, and mini-burrito has become micro now. Today I got some tiny bones as well in Burrito which never ever happened. Don’t think I would go again anytime soon 🙁🙁. I guess would be better to hike price once again rather than disappointing customers with sub-standard quality.
