Everything was ok and good, gladly again

We went there for dinner today. The portions are large. The food is plentiful and, for the price, quite reasonable these days. The service was very friendly. It was the only restaurant in the area that offered lunch on Saturday afternoons. We were grateful for that.

The cuisine is somewhat convenience food-oriented, the bar menu is extensive, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The outdoor area is unbeatable in summer. You can sit in the shade of large cadmium trees.

Unclean (dirty restrooms, stained table decorations, outside tables not wiped down) The food has nothing to do with Mexico - no real nachos (salted supermarket chips), burritos not cooked, no guacamole, no real Mexican versions of the dishes. At least the service was friendly and prompt.

Chilli's used to be better; there are some very nice and good alternatives in Herzogenaurach.

A really nice restaurant with lots of vegetarian options too. Staff is also nice. Bit pricey but kind of worth too!

I've been there a couple of times. The food is pretty okay, but unfortunately overpriced these days. The servers are at least nice. The margaritas are also quite good, but one of the bartenders seems a bit unfriendly. The place used to have a better feel. Overall, I wouldn't go back.

The food itself is okay and the service is friendly. What spoils the experience, however, are the incredibly dirty restrooms. You hardly dare change your child's diaper there, and then there's no soap to wash your hands with. The prices for food are quite high, so you expect at least a halfway clean restroom that looks nicer than the one in a large disco early in the morning. What's good is the opening hours.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it. The service is unfriendly and the waitresses are unfriendly, and they expect a tip. The atmosphere is good, but even free parking can't save the place.

We went there for dinner. I found the prices relatively high, and the food was okay, but nothing special. You can eat there, but for me, it's not a place I'd necessarily visit again.

Saturday evening around 8:30 p.m., the outside area was occupied and served by 4 tables. Inside, at least 1 table had 4 people at the counter. It took over 7 minutes for the first attendant (the one inside was very friendly) to get to me. The attendant outside preferred to clear the tables of departing guests (1 table inside, 1 table outside). A family (a woman, a man, and a child) arrived at the same time and weren't served yet. In conclusion, a wait of over 7 minutes to order is unreasonable for such a business (understandable when it's busy). Hence, only 2 stars.

The food was delicious and arrived very quickly. The service was very friendly, and in the summer, it's a lovely place to sit under the trees. We always enjoy going back.

It used to be better. Back when Chillis opened, the food was great and the atmosphere was great. The food now tastes sad, the location is getting old and the service is no longer what it used to be. For me the price/performance ratio is no longer right.

Me and my friend wanted to have a nice evening. We ordered drinks. Everything was fine with them except that my half-full glass was simply cleared away without asking. In addition, the food tasted as if it had just been taken out of the freezer and thawed. My friend's ribs were not tender or remotely similar to ribs. It looked much more like a hunk of meat. My burger patty was extremely hard and hardly fell apart. There can be no question of fresh food here. We are extremely disappointed.

Yes, generally recommended. You shouldn't have high expectations with the Mexican concept. I was rather positively surprised: the food was fresh, the salad was crunchy and the borritos and enchiladas were really great. I wouldn't eat burgers there, I would rather go to a real burger restaurant. Staff is friendly, but not particularly fast... You can give a solid 4 out of 5 stars here. Price performance is OK.

Unfortunately no. Pretty, outdated thing. Restaurant. Food: expensive and not very authentic. It all seems quite careless, the service is made up of assistants who had no real motivation that day. A rag to clean the table that was still sticky from lunch (or days before?) turned out to be a risk... the rag was even dirtier and smelled quite unpleasant, which was transferred to the table. I didn't want to eat anything anymore...

The food is completely overpriced and 90 percent finished products, I had the fajitas with chicken, beef and shrimp, the beef was tough as a shoe sole when I asked the waitress about it, she said me that she knew that and it would be because it had been kept warm all day. It's a shame to serve something like that to the guest. To charge 5.90 for a 0.2 bad white wine is an impudence but to charge the same price for 0.2 wine spritzer is bordering on a joke... We had the chicken wings as a starter, even at KFC I get better quality. ... Nnnnniiiieeeee chilies again!!!!! It still hurts me today that I spent my hard-earned money there, when I could have gone to McDonald's and eaten fast food for less money. Although that's exactly what we didn't want, FAST FOOD

Waited 45 minutes after ordering, no food received. Only after 15 minutes the ordered drink. Then just paid for the drink and went to another restaurant, where you immediately got great service. Virtually no service available. Very disappointed. Never again if you are hungry and don't want to wait more than 1 hour.

If you want overpriced ready-made food, this is the place for you. Sauces are all from the tube, but here too they tend to be cheaper. Spare ribs are better at Aldi or Netto. Don't understand all the good comments. Better drive to Regensburg to Kullmanns and listen to Hobbylos on the way and don't forget to rate it with 5 stars. At the end there is something on the bill that we didn't eat at all.

As always, it was well attended. Service that evening was slightly overwhelmed. Reordering was usually difficult.

Hello, I took a takeaway order, the food was very tasty and filling. I recommend it to every fan of Mexican cuisine.

Were there, rustically furnished, but not run down but suitable for Mexico. You should take advantage of happy hour for cocktails, they were delicious. Food came to everyone at the table at the same time. For my taste it could have been a little hotter, but it was suitable for my companions. In terms of size it was more than enough, if you are a good to very good eater you can have starters. Otherwise you should take the individual parts, I wouldn't use the starter again, rather take them individually and then divide them. Wings are recommended. Main courses look minimal at first glance, but once you start you have to see how it works. Tacos, enchiladas and farmers plates are delicious. Service is very good, comes regularly without being intrusive and brings food to everyone at the same time. Recommended

Average Mexican restaurant and bar. Service wasn't there often to order something. There are a lot of dishes on offer. Quality and taste are ok here, but nothing more, which is a shame given these prices.

Good restaurant in a nice location with good cuisine.

At lunchtime we were lucky enough to have a real waiter who served us. In the evening there was… an assistant (?) or something like that. Reordering beer took a very long time. Plates were only cleared when we pointed this out. It's a real shame - that's why there was no tip and THAT means something to me, who usually tips between 10 and 20 percent if he feels comfortable. I just don't have it. Gatsgarten is really nice!

The food comes in large portions and tastes great! You can also get meatless dishes here. You can park directly in the restaurant parking lot. The ambience is really nice too! When the weather is nice you can sit either on the terrace or in the beer garden! I can recommend Chilli’s without hesitation! We'll be back too.

Delicious food, good portions and nicely prepared. We ate outside under the canopy, which kept us dry during a sudden downpour. Unfortunately it took over half an hour before we got the bill after we asked for it. It must have something to do with understaffing, which is a shame. Furthermore, very friendly staff. All in all we had a nice evening.

I was in town on business and ate here for the first time last Sunday. Was served by a very nice boy with a tattoo and gave the best advice as I had never tried anything Mexican before. I can only recommend it to anyone who likes to have dinner in a beer garden. Definitely come back!

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. It takes a long time for an order to be processed. By the time the food arrives the drinks are empty and there is no question as to whether you would like to order anything else. Unfortunately, the food was rather poor in taste (tacos with vegetables without cheese, quesadas with mushrooms and cheese, burito with vegetables without cheese, for example) and didn't taste particularly good. No vegan options whatsoever. Service sometimes very overwhelmed/understaffed. Ambience inside: very loud, you can hardly have a conversation - makes more sense to cook at home if you want to talk to your companions.

If you want to eat here you have to take a lot of time with you, as the waitresses unfortunately don't come to the table on their own and the waiting time for food and drink is unfortunately far too long. Unfortunately, the burito wasn't the real deal either. There were also problems with paying because the waitress miscalculated by €10 on a €15 bill and she also gave me even less and approved the tip herself. Never again

Totally nice employees But I find the price-performance ratio for, for example, a schnitzel for €17.90 that wasn't properly sizzled through really audacious. I would have preferred to eat a kebab and feel fuller for longer. So the price-performance ratio is absolutely no longer right. One of the best restaurants in Herzogenaurach. Not just for carnivores. The service is very nice.

The service was very courteous and attentive. There were no long waiting times. The telephone reservation worked perfectly. The food was served warm and tasty. The hygiene in the restaurant was also impeccable. The long opening hours are very practical for going out for dinner with friends in the evening.

We had reserved a table for four. The service came relatively quickly with the cards and the order. Then we waited 50 minutes for the food to come. Unfortunately we hadn't yet received any cocktails that we ordered for happy hour. We finished eating and sometime afterwards the cocktails arrived. We felt the same way with our second order. In my opinion, the service staff and the bar were completely overwhelmed. The food and cocktails were delicious, but overall not recommended for me.

The 3rd time disappointing...we are a group of about 10 people who meet regularly...everything is reserved...it takes a while until you can order, it takes a while until you get a drink, the food is bland and half-warm without it Some kind of garnish is slapped on the plate, if you want a second drink it becomes difficult, you almost have to beg for attention... nothing special to eat, a bored waiter... We'll probably look for another location for our regular meetings...it's a shame...

Omg the first time trying Mexican food .. I thought it's gonna be super spicy but it was super delicious spicy..it's a mix of sweetness and spicy ..it's really really delicious and it was fast delivered to me ..the mozzarella sticks were also heaven ..I am really satisfied and i don't even eat spicy food but I am going to eat at this restaurant ..I just love it

Das Chillis in Herzogenaurach ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen jedoch hat es nie seinen Charme verloren und ist immernoch eine top Adresse in Herzogenaurach für Mexikanischem Essen.

Die besten Burger von Herzogenaurach

Wir waren eine Gruppe von ca. 7-8 Leuten und das Lokal war etwa zur Hälfte besetzt. Leider mussten wir trotzdem sowohl auf Cocktails als auch auf Bier oder andere Getränke sehr sehr lange warten. Gegessen haben wir an diesem Abend nichts. Das Ambiete ist wie man es aus dem Chilli's kennt gut, aber der Service war leider nicht gut. Vielleicht wird es beim nächsten Besuch etwas besser.

Cocktails waren echt lecker. Alles andere lässt zu wünschen übrig. Restaurant war vllt mit 10 Personen besucht, also sehr überschaubar. Das Steak wurde so kalt serviert, dass nicht mal die Kräuterbutter darauf schmolz. Die dazugehörige Folienkartoffel war halbwegs warm. Der bestellte Cheesburger war einfach nur auf einen Teller geschmissen, sogar große Fastfoodketten richten ihre Burger schöner her, die dazu bestellten Süßkartoffelpommes waren nicht drauf. Stattdessen normale Pommes, nach Reklamation kam der selbe "schöne" Burger mit Süßkartoffelpommes zurück. Keine Garnierung, kein Salatblatt. Nichts dabei. Bin eigentlich echt nicht kleinlich. Und wäre das Restaurant brechend voll gewesen, wäre dass für mich unter: kann ja mal passieren, abgetan. Aber so, ein absolutes No Go. Schade ums Geld.

Wir Essen oft hier, da es einfach gut schmeckt, wir uns mit den Kellner gut verstehen, es nah bei uns ist und es sogar drei Pokemon Go Stops gibt, die von da erreichbar sind.
