Beautiful hall for parties, with a buffet and garden! Great service 💪🏻

The food and the atmosphere is nice however the service done by a lady with black hair who’s short was very unfriendly with a bad attitude. This wasn’t a first experience where she would act that way as I do come over every now and then but that server was a no go. No smile at all, looking at you with an attitude. Even with the smallest request. I also saw how she treated other puma employees which was not great! Definitely need better lessons at customer service! The foods are delicious however it is pricey so get ready to spend a huge amount just for a small sandwich (around 6€)

Huge selection at the running sushi! Everything is fresh and constantly refilled. The chef is super friendly. The price is a bit high for the food, but the selection is good, so...thumbs up!!! I'd go back..

Great location. Unfortunately, the food was very, very poor. I chose liver from the daily special, young beef. It was very tough, you could barely cut it with a knife, so it was left alone. The fried potatoes were soft and oily. The salad served before it was good. The waiter didn't comment on the full plates being returned. Very poor by German standards and a complete failure for Franconia. I don't understand a restaurant in Franconia.

We celebrated our wedding here. We came by several times to prepare and returned home happy each time. But let's start from the beginning: The first time we went, we unfortunately found the door locked because the bar was on summer vacation. -> It's worth calling in advance. Unfortunately, there was no information online. The second time, we found the door locked again -> you should also remember the vacation dates. The third time, we both drove by, cheekily sat at the bar, and ordered non-alcoholic cocktails. After a few quick questions about our tastes, we both got exactly what we wanted – without even looking at the menu. The rest of the planning went smoothly via WhatsApp chats and handshakes. Thanks to the good weather, the coffee and cake service was spontaneously moved outside. We had originally planned to set up a cake counter and offer coffee at the end. After a slight delay, the coffee was served immediately. The team was present at all times, but not intrusive, and sometimes even followed people around to bring them the cocktail they had ordered. After we filled the upstairs space with almost 70 people (20 had to go to the gallery) and wanted to dance, everyone quickly got to work clearing tables and making enough space. Thank you so much for the wonderful evening with you – we lacked nothing. The children were also spontaneously treated to fries. On the way to the neighboring ice cream parlor, there were broken pieces of glass – they immediately made sure the child was okay – I only heard about the situation afterward. We received a lot of positive feedback about our choice of location – including comments like "the main course was the highlight of my day." Thank you so much.
