Besitzer wirklich freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend, nimmt sich auch die Zeit für einen persönlichen Austausch

Tolles japanisches Restaurant mit Fließbandessen! Wir waren am frühen Abend dort und haben sofort einen Tisch bekommen. Unsere Gruppe von vier Personen wurde bestens betreut und unsere Getränke wurden ständig nachgefüllt. Das Restaurant ist sauber und ansprechend gestaltet, und die Inneneinrichtung passt perfekt zur Küche – mit einem schönen, modernen Touch. Hinweis: Die Hintergrundmusik bestand scheinbar nur aus internationalen Hits, was nicht so recht zur Atmosphäre des Restaurants passte.

Sehr freundliches Personal und leckeres Essen.

Waren gerade zum Running Sushi da. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen Essen sehr sehr lecker viel Auswahl und die Bedienung war sehr sehr freundlich.

Wir hatten um 18:45 reserviert für 4 Leute. Wir wurden extra an einen Tisch gesetzt zum warten, um festzustellen, dass eine Gruppe die hinter uns kam direkt ein Platz bekam … sehr schwach

Sehr leckeres Running Sushi und auch normale Gerichte. Es wird auch immer auf Extra Wünsche eingegangen und das Personal ist stets sehr freundlich! Reservieren ist vor allem abends sinnvoll, da das Restaurant oft gut besucht ist.

Essen TOP, Bedienung sehr net, alles was man erwartet. Und faire Preise immer noch.

Rundum empfehlenswert und auch preiswert!

Wir kommen hier immer mal wieder zum All-you-can-eat her. Es gibt eine große Auswahl und es werden immer wieder andere Dinge aufs Band gelegt über den Abend hinweg. Das Essen ist lecker, dem Preis angemessen. Die Preis-Leistung stimmt. Das Ambiente ist ok. Wenn man einfach mal Lust hat viel Sushi, Edamame, Nudeln etc. zu essen, dann ist man hier auf jeden Fall richtig.

Wir waren mittags zu Essen. 🍽️ Die Auswahl war etwas geringer als abends, aber dennoch vielfältig. Alle Speisen haben uns sehr gut geschmeckt. 👍🍽️ Wir hatten uns gewünscht, dass man die vegetarischen Speisen aus den Band besser erkennen könnte. 😉 Somit hatte ich als Nicht Vegetarier einige positive Überraschungen 😉

Das Personal war freundlich und der Service insgesamt in Ordnung. Leider war ich mit dem Essen nicht zufrieden. Das gebackene Hähnchen im Thai-Curry mit Kokosmilch bestand überwiegend aus fettigen und knorpeligen Stücken. Die Soße wirkte sehr ölig, eine deutliche Kokosmilch- oder Curry-Note konnte ich geschmacklich nicht feststellen. Zudem roch das Gericht stark nach Frittierfett. Auch die Avocado-Sushi wirkten optisch nicht mehr ganz frisch, da die Avocado bereits dunkel verfärbt war. Möglicherweise hatte ich einfach Pech, aber für mich war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in diesem Fall leider nicht überzeugend. Ich habe lediglich den Reis gegessen und den rest leider entsorgt.

Wenn Sie sich für die Vollausstattung entscheiden, werden Sie sehr zufrieden sein; ich denke, es ist eine großartige Option für alle, die die ostasiatische Küche lieben.

Am Anfang etwas ungewohnt das das Essen gleich vorbei läuft bevor die Getränke Aufnahme erfolgte hatten wir schon einige Teller vor uns stehen gehabt es war von vegetarisch bis Fleisch dabei ob sushi 🍣 oder Reis Nudeln Hühnchen Pilze Suppe usw war immer wieder was anderes dabei was an dir vorbei fuhr so das du dich manchmal nicht entscheiden konntest was du nimmst war lecker frisch und warm

Dear readers, dear readers, all inside and outside, A short review... We were there for lunch on October 3rd. A reservation definitely doesn't hurt. The food isn't bad, some things just don't tolerate a cold conveyor belt so well. On the other hand, the staff is very friendly. If you miss something, just let us know, and it'll be back shortly. Price-wise: yes, the food is quite decent, subsidized by drinks ;) Which is perfectly fine, the restaurant has to make a living somehow. The fruit spritzers are about the same price as a beer at the Oktoberfest, but they're really tasty. And you can still participate in traffic afterward. What's completely misleading, by the way, is the impression from the outside: the restaurant is very deep, or rather long. So, in any case, much bigger than it looks from the outside. You can go there without hesitation. Even if you don't like fish, there's definitely a selection. Best regards Andreas

We were there today, unfortunately I can't recommend it. We had a reservation and it was basically a waste of time. We arrived and waited with a few groups at the entrance. No one took any notice of us at all. Then we were told to sit at the side, even with a reservation. After that, a lot of people were taken ahead of us, and they even arrived much later. So no overview or system. In my opinion, the staff were completely overwhelmed. Then we were finally allowed to sit at the running sushi and again no one took any notice of us. After about 20 minutes we were asked for drinks. Then we got the food. I can't say anything bad about the food. There was really a lot on offer, with a lot of variety. Lots of Chinese food (be careful, not traditional Japanese food). Then at the end it was the same thing. Hardly anyone was there to look after us or wave us over. We waited for a long time again for a server to pay. So, that's the conclusion. Zero service, okay food, and poorly washed dishes (I preferred drinking from the bottle to these glasses). I definitely won't be returning.

We went there last night for running sushi. They were hopelessly overwhelmed. Despite having a reservation, we had to wait 20 minutes for a table. The floor was sticky and the food selection was very limited. The fried fries and potato slices tasted of old grease. I don't want to go there again. The waitress, however, smiled nicely and was friendly.

Truly great sushi! Everything was super fresh and tasted incredibly delicious. You can tell they put their heart and soul into their work here. The team is super friendly, and the atmosphere in the shop is incredibly pleasant—you just feel at home. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended!

We ate at Running Sushi as a family. The selection was huge, from fried noodles to crispy pork belly, various sauces, sushi, and fruit. They made a huge effort to ensure there was plenty of everything.

We went here with the family to eat running sushi. All three of us were delighted with the great selection of different things, from sushi to breaded crab to desserts like cakes and breaded banana balls. There was also a good selection of salads and fruit. I personally ate à la carte, which was no problem at all once I checked with them. The food arrived freshly prepared and still steaming. It tasted absolutely delicious.

Sushi is quite tasty, unfortunately the selection is limited at the running sushi with plates that are never taken, sushi only with peppers and marble cake from Lidl is not acceptable at all, looks like cost-cutting measures to me

We went today on a recommendation, our first time there. The atmosphere was cozy. The running sushi was quite busy, but we got a seat after about five minutes without a reservation. The two of us were there for about an hour. The food was good, I'd give it a 7/10. The drinks unfortunately tasted stale, but otherwise, it was okay. The selection is extensive, from fried noodles and rice to fish, chicken, and duck, plus, of course, sushi and desserts. The restrooms are really clean, and the staff is super friendly... especially the gentleman, who was super welcoming. We'd be happy to come back. There's parking about 300 meters further up. We paid €55 for two people in the evening, 2 buffets + 2 drinks, plus a tip; I think the price is fair. Edit: It was good that they didn't offer any pork.

Running Sushi is perfect, especially for getting to know Japanese food and sushi. In addition to various maki, it also offers nigiri and fried sushi as well as sashimi, fried and breaded shrimp, edamame, chicken skewers, riffled potatoes, fried noodles and fried rice as well as various desserts such as jello, sesame balls, baked pineapple/banana, cake, fresh fruit and salad... There is something for every taste! Drinks are rather cheap and the service is pleasant. Anyone who likes the concept of the running sushi buffet will leave here very satisfied and full. There is still a bit of room for improvement when it comes to the quality of the sushi.

Wir kommen hier regelmäßig für das Running Sushi her. Die Auswahl ist immer sehr groß, über Vor-, Haupt- und Nachspeisen ist alles dabei. Es gibt auch viele vegetarische Alternativen. Wenn man etwas vermisst, kann man einfach das sehr nette Personal fragen und es wird bereitgestellt. Die Preise sind völlig angemessen, Mittags ist es deutlich günstiger als Abends.

We come here regularly for running sushi. The selection is always very large, with everything from starters, main courses and desserts. There are also many vegetarian alternatives. If you miss something you can just ask the very nice staff and it will be provided. The prices are completely reasonable, it's significantly cheaper at lunchtime than in the evening.

We booked a table for Runningsushi on New Year's Eve and only realized that evening that it was an all-you-can-eat concept. The quality was really good and the price of €24.90 was actually really too cheap. As a result, one can speak of a fantastic price-performance ratio for the customer. The service was very fast and really friendly, families also felt very comfortable in the restaurant. The location in the middle of the old town is very central and within walking distance.

You can't complain about running sushi all you can eat for €14.90. (probably that's why it was busy! So it's better to reserve in advance!) Lots of choice of food, the fact that it was constantly replenished was great. Staff friendly and helpful

Unfortunately far from Japanese food and sushi. It is more of a China Food Circle and has little to do with a real Sushi Circle. Bento and udon noodles are more like Chinese food in terms of both content and taste.

Great sushi place, I recommend trying the salmon sushi, the fried banana, and the fresh ananas and watermelon are great. For the price this all you can eat is great value for money.

Our favorite restaurant in Herzogenaurach. We regularly eat on site, but we also like to take something home with us. There is sushi and other Japanese specialties for every taste and of very good quality at absolutely moderate prices. The menu is extensive, vegetarians and vegans will also find something there. There is also running sushi, but we haven't tried that yet. However, it is in high demand, so reserving in advance is definitely a good idea. The owners are incredibly warm and accommodating. 100% recommendation!

The best running sushi restaurant in Bavaria, the owner is incredibly friendly and if something isn't on the production line, it's made fresh straight away. If you ask, you can get everything freshly made!

Actually a really nice shop, but not enough staff for so many people, we had to wait more than 10 minutes after we sat down and started running sushi for the drinks to be ordered. That took some time, we ordered some again immediately after the drinks arrived. Since we knew it would take a while, well in hindsight they came from Running Sushi 10 minutes before the end of the hour, but only because we pointed out again after 20 minutes of waiting that we had still ordered something. Well end of story the drinks came, then with the bill. I understand that it's stressful, but it also has to be properly taken into account. In any case, I won't go there anymore. oh yes and when it came to food there was very little sushi and mostly just the same

Unfortunately really bad. Never had such bad pho and udon soup. The sushi wasn't that bad but definitely not recommended. Loveless food carelessly served in a loud, uncomfortable atmosphere.

Which restaurant doesn't accept credit cards? Here in Kaizen only EC cards or cash are accepted. It's hard to believe that this still exists.

Best running sushi in all of Franconia.

We ordered ramen and it was absolutely disgusting. Tasteless, overcooked, ugly looking and too many vegetables.

The service and appearance of this restaurant are wonderful, but the food we ordered was so bad that it literally made us sick. We both ordered ramen and the noodles were undercooked, didn't look good at all, the entire soup had no taste and the vegetables were so thrown in that you couldn't even tell that it was supposed to be ramen. Just disgusting. I don't know what the other food tastes like but I won't find out either. 2/5 but only thanks to the service, which was nice

Located in the middle of the beautiful old town of Herzogenaurach, sushi off the line, some of top quality, some of it very one-sided. Still worth a visit.

Running sushi viel tegen, er werd gedurende het 1,5 uur dat we er waren NIKS ververst. Daardoor waren veel gerechten uitgedroogd of zaten vol met olie. Mijn partner had ramen soep met kip. Deze had helaas weinig smaak. Daarentegen was het personeel heel erg vriendelijk en gastvrij.

We really liked it here. Was just right for our stopover on our road trip. We weren't there until just after half past two. That's why there wasn't as much refilling, but that wasn't a bad thing. Because there was still enough for the 5 of us. The children also found what they were looking for. We paid €70 for 2 adults and 3 children, which is really good.

We have been coming to Kaizen for 2 years. For two years it has been a MUST for us to eat here at least once a month. While others decrease in quality and increase prices, this beautiful restaurant remains true to itself. The quality is really very good and fresh for an all-you-can eat. The staff is friendly and competent. The boss of the whole thing is a warm and friendly man. Everything really fits here! We continue to come here and enjoy the good, high quality food. It's varied and has something for everyone, from warm plates with shrimp, mushrooms, chicken, etc. to classic sushi with and without fish. You can also only rave about the sweet dishes. Dear Kaizen team, keep it up!! Everyone who writes here that it is not fresh or an insult to the fish should really have their tongue examined. An aberration of taste should be treated urgently

We eat out here more often. Always running sushi so far. The food here is consistently good. Here and there it could be more varied but that always depends on how many people there are. But the price-performance ratio is definitely right. Service could sometimes be a little more attentive and quick. But it's ok. But you could definitely do something about the ambience. A bit dark, the aquarium unkempt, so everything seems a bit dingy.
