Super delicious Mexican restaurant. Friendly and fast service, very easy to reach by public transport and there is also a very cheap parking space right at the train station. On some days you should make a reservation, it is often fully booked in the evenings, no wonder given the delicious food. We always enjoy going there, so we definitely recommend Bergedorf.

The food was delicious but could have used more seasoning. The service was very friendly. Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to pay with a debit card; this seems to be a known issue.

We were there today with 5 people and we were all super disappointed. When we entered at prime time (6 p.m.) there was only one table occupied, which surprised us. We last ate there a few months ago and the place was always full no matter what day it was. Unfortunately we were really disappointed today because all of our meat was cold and the chicken was very dry. The ribs were really soft and tasty but also cold. The only positive thing today was actually the waitress, who was very personable and friendly. Unfortunately we won't be coming back even though it used to be one of our favorite restaurants in Laatzen. Very, very unfortunate

The restaurant was actually a kind of emergency solution for some unfortunate evening plans. It was a great alternative. We were truly more than surprised. The ambiance is really nice, and the service is truly 11/10. The staff was very attentive and really friendly. We had a few drinks here and a delicious dessert. Everything was perfect. The price was a bit high, but the good service made up for it. Thanks for the lovely evening.

Food top, drink top, everything top.

Top lunch offer and the food is very tasty. However, you shouldn't go there if you have to sit in the office afterwards. The clothes completely smell like the kitchen after you've sat there for half an hour. It's a shame, but then unfortunately only for delivery.

I always order from Food Factory and absolutely loved it! The delivery always came quicker than expected, and the food is always really nice and warm, so when the chili cheese fries arrived today I was totally impressed! The pizza roll with ham was also brutal. The dough was wonderfully crispy and the fresh ingredients made every bite a pleasure. You can tell that the work here is done with love and high-quality ingredients. The delivery drivers are always friendly and respectful, including the new owner, I can't wait to order again and try more of the menu. A clear recommendation for anyone who likes delicious, high-quality food and a fast delivery service!

A great alternative to the long kebab. Very tasty...however, this is not an original Mexican style...but still recommended. Two generations have gone to El Taco. Formerly in the restaurant...now in the small store. Very clean and well organized. Gladly again.👌
