Wirklich ein tolles Restaurant und super Bar, ich komme immer hier her für die leckeren und günstigen Coctails. Es gibt eine riesen Auswahl und für 5,9 sind die unschlagbar. Der Service ist auch immer toll und die Nachos sind sehr lecker

Mein Stammlokal in Berlin. Das ist eines der besten mexikanischen Restaurants was es in Deutschland gibt. Die Cocktails kosten unschlagbare 5,90€. Das Essen ist immer lecker und reichlich. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und motiviert. Ein Muss wenn man in Berlin ist.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich, die Preise sind unglaublich günstig und die Lage ist top.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier und sehr begeistert. Die Fajitas sind einfach Klasse. Die Bedienung ist ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Einer meiner Vorredner sprach von Fast Food Mexikaner und das ist schon oberfrech. Alles easy, wir kommen wieder.

Leckeres Essen zu wirklich fairen Preisen und sie haben B52, leider keinen getrunken, schönes Ambiente, einfach "mitten drin".

Die Tacos sind das Beste! Mit Hähnchen, Chorizo, Paprika, Zwiebeln und Tortillas, dazu eine Margarita als perfekte Begleitung. Exzellenter Service und leckeres Essen.

Ein sehr schöner Ort. Das Essen hat uns gut geschmeckt, sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Auch die Bedienung war äußerst nett und aufmerksam.

Ich wollte es ursprünglich nur ausprobieren, weil es in der Nähe meiner Wohnung liegt (ehrlich gesagt hatte ich keine allzu hohen Erwartungen). Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist köstlich. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Es ist eines der ersten Restaurants, an das ich denke, wenn ich essen gehen möchte.

Nettes Ambiente und gute Essensauswahl. Eher ruhiges Restaurant, nicht so laut und voll wie etwa bei Cancun. Käsenachos waren hier sehr lecker. Hatte als Hauptspeise noch das Hähnchenschnitzel mit Champignonssauce und Pommes und kleinem Salat. Auch das war hervorragend.

Das Lokal und das Essen sind zwar in Ordnung, aber es ist weit entfernt von authentischem mexikanischem Essen. Um Enttäuschungen zu vermeiden, sollten Sie sich das nicht entgehen lassen.

Gute Atmosphäre, das Essen war okay, wirkte aber nicht wirklich authentisch. Unter der Woche war keine Reservierung nötig, aber ich würde trotzdem eine empfehlen, da es ziemlich voll war.

Restaurant so cool, Margaritas kommen alle frozen

Die Bewertung gilt dem Restaurant und dem Essen. Die Kellnerin nimm ich hier raus weil ich sonst 2 Sterne vergeben müsste. Ich weiss aber, dass die Kellern normalerweise sehr nett sind. Wir haben dort Geburtstag (zeitgleich mit einer anderen Gruppe) Das Essen war super! Die Cocktails waren gut. Zum Abend hin wurde es ziemlich laut, da die Preise für die Cocktails sehr gut waren. Der erste Kellner war super! Hat bei Schichtende unsere Rechnung abgerechnet und danach kam eine andere Kellnerin. Ansich war sie nett, nur hat sie vieles nicht so ganz verstanden. Ich musste für eine 6,50€ Rechnung (da wir ja davor mit dem anderen Kellern abgerechnet haben) über drei Ecken (10€ zahlen 2,50€ bar zurück) zahlen, da sie keine Kartenzahlung unter 10€ nehmen. Bei den zwei bitten das Getränk von meinem Mann mit zuzahlen wurde ich ignoriert/ nicht verstanden. Kann passieren alles gut. Um ca 23:45 Uhr (Öffnungszeiten bis 1 Uhr) dürften wir keine Getränke bestellen, da Feierabend gemacht werden möchte. Es waren mind. 25 Personen im Restaurant. Dieses Restaurant wurde ausgesucht, weil wir reinfeiern wollten. Dann wurden um 0 Uhr (als beide Gruppen Geburtstag hatten) uns aufgefordert leise zu sein. Wir sind 0:15 gegangen. Unsere Rechnung lag bei 90€ für zwei Personen bei 3h Aufenthalt.

Eigentlich ein schöner Laden, aber das Verhalten der Kellnerin war unmöglich: unaufmerksam, ständig am Nachfragen und eine sehr miese Ausstrahlung. Getoppt wurde das Ganze durch eine falsche Rechnung – uns wurden Dinge untergeschmuggelt, die wir nicht hatten. Das ist uns hier leider nicht zum ersten Mal passiert. Wir fühlen uns abgezogen und kommen definitiv nicht wieder. Kontrolliert unbedingt eure Belege!

We were here for the first time today and it was really good. Friendly staff, delicious food that arrived very quickly. Prices are reasonable too; around €10-20 per main course is perfectly acceptable. The atmosphere is also very nice and cozy. We'll definitely be back. 🤗

We went to Tulum again yesterday. We ordered food to go and two drinks while we waited for our food to arrive. The drinks were great, even the non-alcoholic ones, and it was happy hour, so we saved some money. All in all, highly recommended.

Great food, in a nice atmosphere, super friendly staff

The food was good, like other Mexican restaurants in the area, although they had changed names. We were the only customers at 1 p.m. Two other southern-style customers arrived, sat directly behind us, and left after 3-5 minutes without ordering. One explained himself to the staff, and the other left immediately. When we got home, we discovered that the cell phone had been stolen from the jacket hung over the chair at the two-person table, zippered. These must have been two trained con artists. A very dubious operation!!!

The service personnel is amazing, but the food quality and taste lack a bit of spice and kicking. We had choclate peanut chichken and quesedialla. The chicken was so soft but the sauce was not upfront... it holds back the taste of the sauce. Quesadilla was a bit oily but the cheese does it 😉 however I would expect more spicy and hot food (maybe they are localizing the recipe and make it more appropriate...) The happy hour cocktail prices are amazing tho!

The platter for two was delicious and varied, as were the mixed starters for two. The three of us shared it and didn't manage to finish it all. The service was super friendly and the restaurant very cozy. We'd be happy to go back.

Always worth a visit!! The food is absolutely delicious. The cocktails are amazing!! The staff is friendly and very attentive. Everyone I've recommended Tulum to has been thrilled, and they happily go back again and again.

Service was not good. They couldn't even speak German. The wrong delivery was made, and in the end, they weren't even accommodating and didn't want to address the issue. Never again.

Very nice place! What made it even better is the staff, especially our waitress Shima. Very positive and nice person.

August 2025. We stopped by to try it out. We found the food delicious and reasonably priced. The cocktails are also delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. The staff are nice, friendly, and attentive. We'll definitely be back!

Very friendly, price to portions are more than reasonable anytime again

For an evening with just drinks, the place is perfectly adequate. Service was a bit hectic but very polite. The only negative for me is the quality of the food. The chili con carne starter for €6 is perfectly fine. The chicken strips were very, very dry. The large burger was okay, but mostly frozen.

I like it here. In the summer you can sit outside, eat well, get quick service and there is an extended blue hour for drinks and cocktails (which could be stronger).

I order Burritos de Picadillo , i was waiting to have a normal mexican burrito but when the order come it’s not the original burrito, and the taste was bad i taste only the white beans i didn’t finish the dish. I was very disappointed, I don’t recommend the place if you wanna try original mexican Burrito. And the price was deferent from what i saw in the menu online.

We were there for the cocktails, but had the nachos from the menu. The portion was large enough to share and delicious. The cocktails are reasonably priced (under €10 outside of happy hour), there's a wider selection, and there's something for everyone.

I've only been there once so far. I'll definitely eat there again. We'll see if I'm convinced. I've been to various parts of Mexico for quite a while and unfortunately haven't found a "MEXICAN" restaurant here in Berlin yet.

Update May 6, 2025 Still very tasty nachos and the club sandwich is also recommended. Like everywhere else, the cocktails have become more expensive and could contain a little less ice. Prices are still reasonable in my opinion. But a cola could have ice or a lime. But if you address this, it will be brought to you. -- Super tasty cocktails. The nachos baked with cheese are highly recommended!! Staff super nice too! ♡

We really enjoyed the fajitas and quesadillas we ordered—both were delicious and satisfying. But what truly made our experience special was our waitress, Shima. She was full of positive energy, always smiling, and incredibly professional—such a refreshing contrast to the often indifferent service one encounters in Berlin, like rude or grey like the german weather 😅. Shima brought the vibrant and warm spirit of Mexico to the table, making the entire atmosphere more enjoyable even if she is not from Mexico. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!

If you like Mexican food, this is the place for you. The palate is really pampered.

The atmosphere and place are nice, but the food is a disaster, the meat is sour and seems old and not fresh, I have a stomach ache after visiting this place, I totally don't recommend it unless they start serving fresh food.

Absolutely not recommended In the store I was told it would cost more than at Lieferando (because cash payment was not possible) Food was cold "Cesar salad" with two whole egg halves in it and two tomatoes.... Absolutely ridiculous Would give 20 stars if possible But it's a nice shop.

If you walk into a Mexican restaurant and you notice that the stuff doesn’t speak Spanish should be a warning sign to stay away. How ever I stayed. I order two appetizers: nuggets and flautas. Both dishes were horrible. You have to be really bad to not able to make a decent chicken nuggets. My friend asked for a Michelada which it was not even close to it. I you know Mexican food or if you ever have a wish to discover it this is not the place to go for it. This place is what ever you want but no Mexican. Obviously I will never ever go back there and I do not recommend to anyone.

Always delicious, nice and friendly, we like being here. A little tip, reserve in advance! We've been lucky so far and managed to get a table.

They are not even close to being Mexican food, if you are going to name a restaurant after a Mexican name and name your food after Mexican food, at least do your research and don't blaspheme Mexican food. Advice: If you really know Mexican food, don't come to this place, you will be very disappointed, and if you don't know Mexican food, don't be fooled, this is not Mexican food.

Good cocktails and nachos. The outside area is nice in summer, although a bit too close to the street.

Afghan desert food received - my salad was not Caesar but rather torn up weeds from the garden where the dog went. So for the price, seriously? 1 egg, 3 slices of cucumber and 2 cherry tomatoes? 13€ thanks for nothing

You can definitely eat well here. The coxktail happy hour is highly recommended.

By far the most disgusting thing I have ever eaten

Very nice. We always enjoy coming back. However, the opening times are a bit confusing. Different online than on the signs in the restaurant. In general you can say until 10 p.m. Then it depends on whether it is economically worthwhile for the restaurant, so it's totally understandable! Experience has shown that the strength of the alcohol also varies. mixed drinks. Just let yourself be surprised!

Unfortunately, I was served the wrong meal (after even asking for recommendations and opinions on specifically that dish). When the wrong food came, I was told that you either had to throw it straight in the trash or I would take it and pay for it anyway (even though I couldn't eat it). Why can't you just take it back? Why do you have to make guests feel guilty about throwing it in the trash? Unfortunately it was also very loud in the restaurant and you could hardly understand anything. Food was okay, but didn't convince me.

This is definitely not authentic Mexican or Tex/Mex food. Although the wait staff was very friendly, the food did not have the flavors of real Mexican cuisine. If you never had authentic Mexican food I think you would like it but If you have had authentic Mexican food I think you would be disappointed

The service is very, very bad, you have to ask 5 times to be able to order and the best customers who pay the most are no longer served. The meal is thawed frozen vegetables with rice for €14!!

We have been to Tulum several times and eaten and enjoyed cocktails there. The restaurant offers a super authentic atmosphere and the food is delicious every time - a real treat! Especially during happy hour, the cocktails are at a reduced price, and my absolute favorite is the Brandy Alexander! The staff is always extremely friendly and always greets you with a smile. Sometimes the service can take a little longer depending on who is on duty, but you can simply speak to one of the attentive waiters and you will be served. :) I can highly recommend Tulum to everyone!

We've been going here for years. The food tastes delicious, you always feel comfortable, it is quite loud, but that's always the case in restaurants like this. The only place where we deduct points is when ordering the food. Yes, delivery service is never the same as on site, but there is actually a huge difference here. Just writing down your wishes like no jalapenos and having them come with you anyway (really stupid when it comes to children).

Vegetarian burrito and enchillada. It all looked neat. But the combination of a limp pancake filled with rice, canned carrots and broccoli topped with some melted cheese did not taste Mexican at all. Beans were missing. There were hardly any herbs to be seen, the whole thing was virtually tasteless. The staff made no effort to say goodbye to each other in a good atmosphere. In short, not recommended.

wir hatten nicht reserviert, trotzdem bekamen wir einen Tisch von der sehr freundlichen Bedienung. Essen war sehr lecker, die Cocktails haben geschmeckt, alles in allem ein lohnenswerter Besuch. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Hallo liebe Speisende. Wir wohnen in der Nähe und genießen die Vielfältigkeit des Angebotes in Charlottenburg/Wilmersdorf. Regelmäßig landen wir im Tulum am Volkspark. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich, nett und verbindlich. Das Essen und die Cocktails 🍸 🍸 schmecken uns sehr gut. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis finden wir gut und wenn es mal zwei Cocktails werden, gibt's keinen üblen Nachgeschmack, da offensichtlich hochwertige Zutaten verwendet werden.
