Food is good and you can choose your food.

The food was very tasty. The service is also very nice. Personally, I think there should be more “real” Mexican things, because there are also burgers.

I recently had the pleasure of eating at the Mexican restaurant La Paz in Berlin and I have nothing but positive things to say! The menu is diverse and offers a wide variety of traditional Mexican dishes. We particularly recommend the tacos and enchiladas, which are freshly prepared and full of flavor. The guacamole is an absolute must!

We often only visit after we finish work (around 10:30 p.m.). Still a full range of food at reasonable prices! Food always fresh and good! Very nice staff! UPDATE SEP. 2024 There were two “companies” there that Saturday evening. Therefore the staff was totally overwhelmed! 20 minutes wait for a beer, almost 40 minutes for food! That was very sobering and something you don't really know!

We ate deliciously and drank delicious non-alcoholic cocktails served by very attentive and friendly staff. Gladly again!

Service was very friendly, attentive and accommodating, the food tasted very good, the portions were reasonable, prices were okay.

Nice ambience. The food was mediocre and relatively expensive. The service was relatively inattentive. Empty dishes were not cleared away and additional drinks were not asked for. The drinks are generally expensive, a beer for €5.20. Mexican was watery and at €4.20 not worth the price.

We were there today with a slightly larger group of about 8 people. Unfortunately, some reviews confirm the service and waiting times. There's nothing you can say about the food. It tastes great. Unfortunately, when it comes to service, you have to say that the relatively young waiters make a very nervous and inexperienced impression. Which unfortunately becomes noticeable when operating. Our food ended up on all the other tables and then on us. Every second order the waiter had to ask again 10 minutes later what we actually wanted. Etc. The waiting times are really limitless. We waited 1.5 hours for the starter alone. Then another 30 minutes for the main course. The best saying we heard was "as long as your starter is on the table the chef won't finish the main course" I thought that was a joke. It's a shame that the food is so good, but everything else needs to be improved, especially the service.

If you know and like Mexican food, this is not it. If anything is more Tex-Mex, but not even that. We order two different dishes, and both had the same in common; like eating meet with no flavor, with very big chunks of vegetables in a tomato salse soup. And to top of, price is ridiculous for what you get. This is no way anything near Mexican food.

Food tastes good and is authentic. Service initially chatted around a lot and we had to wait a bit to order, even though the restaurant was still relatively empty at the time. Would eat there again.

All well and good, except for the food. The staff was super nice, everything went quickly and the restaurant is very stylishly decorated. Unfortunately the food really didn't taste good. (e.g. the rice tastes like a goat smells)

Always nice, delicious drinks and especially the food is pleasant there. Outside, inside and you can always find a place with or without a reservation for 2 to 6 people. There is no recommendation, the menu is delicious up and down! Been coming here for years... people like to stay here in the Pankow district 😇😅

Always nice to visit La Paz! You receive a warm welcome, great service and the atmosphere is pleasant. When it's warm, you can enjoy the fresh air, the very good food and delicious cocktails outside on the terrace. All in all highly recommended!

The boss was very friendly and accommodating and the food was beautifully prepared and very tasty. The homemade lemonade was delicious and because the card reader didn't work, we were allowed to go and get cash and pay two hours later. Simply "top" and very humane. Thank you for the tasting. I have been visiting this restaurant regularly for many years and it never disappoints me. The atmosphere is inviting, the staff friendly and the food excellent. Every dish is prepared with care and the quality of the ingredients is always first class. A real pearl in the culinary scene that I can warmly recommend to everyone.

We were in La Paz today. We can only recommend this restaurant. It is very clean, the service is very friendly and accommodating. The food is first class, very tasty. We ate the starter and main meal. Price/performance is reasonable. Will go again, are very satisfied.

At the end of the “Viva Frida Kahlo” exhibition, we had dinner with friends in La Paz today. The service was very friendly, the food was excellent and we really liked the atmosphere. A cozy restaurant where you enjoy spending time. We will definitely come back. The way the spirits are showcased with the lighting is very appealing.

Ich hab lange nicht mehr so schlecht gegessen Abgesehen davon, dass es nicht von Mexikaner betrieben wird ist das Essen furchtbar Noch nie ein Burrito ohne Chili con carne oder Chili sin carne gegessen Das gemüse schmeckte wie von Penny Service hat sehr unfreundlich reagiert, als ich sie drauf angesprochen habe

Leckeres Essen, toller Service. Ein wenig voll und dadurch sehr laut, aber das spricht ja nur für das Restaurant.

Leckeres mexikanisches Essen. Leider sind die Preise seit vor Corona extrem gestiegen.

Ambiente ist ganz gut solange es nicht zu voll ist. Das Essen war bisher immer sehr lecker, wir sind immer gerne hier.

Essen und Service war gut. Leider hat das Kartenzahlgerät nicht funktioniert und wir mussten Geld holen gehen. Als Entschädigung gab es einen Tequila aufs Haus

Gestern spontan nach einem Arztbesuch aufgesucht, weil unser Bär im Bauch gebrüllt hat. Unsere bestellten Sachen kamen recht zügig und haben wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt. Sehr lecker und interessant klingende Gerichte auf der Karte. Wir kommen aufjedenfall nochmal, denn der Probiergeist in mir muss noch min. 2 Gerichte testen.

Ich war 2x bisher hier. Kann das Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen. Schmeckt alles sehr gut. Preise sind Durchschnitt. Draußen und drinnen Sitzplätze. Essen kommt schnell. Getränke gibt es fast alles was man trinken will. Alkohol, non Alkohol, Säfte usw. 👍👍👍👍👍

Das Essen ist immer sehr gut und von den Portionen wird man definitiv satt. Der Chef und seine Angestellten sind eigentlich immer gut gelaunt und machen ihren Job gut. Sie nehmen sich auch immer mal die Zeit um nachzufragen ob alles gut ist. Die Zufriedenheit der Gäste steht beim La Paz in Pankow immer an erster Stelle. Top!!! Gehe jedesmal gerne dort essen.

Tolles Restaurant und Mitarbeiter. Essen und Cocktails sind mega lecker und zu empfehlen. Super toll ist auch die Kinderecke. So können auch die Eltern mal ein wenig entspannen. ALLE Mitarbeiter sind kinderfreundlich und Verständnisvoll.

Sehr nette, aufmerksame und humorvolle Bedienung (jedesmal). Gemütlich eingerichtet ohne fiese Staubfänger. Das Essen ist lecker und Sonderwünsche werden gerne erfüllt. Die Cocktails sind sehr zu empfehlen. Es wird sogar (wenn möglich) darauf geachtet, daß Raucher und Nichtraucher getrennt auf die beiden Terrassen platziert werden.

Wir gehen hin und wieder dort zum Abendessen. Nettes Personal. Eine gute Auswahl, verschiedenster Gerichte. Portionen sind kleiner geworden. Ein Hefeweizen über 5 Euro finde ich grenzwertig.

Einer der besten mexikanischen Restaurants/Bars die ich kenne. Das Essen schmeckt immer und die Bedienung ist super. Dazu noch ein angenehmer Preis! Nur zu Empfehlen!

In terms of price, eating with friends would be a better deal because I ordered a few glasses of wine, so it seemed more expensive, but the food portions were adequate. The waiters here are very friendly. There was a little situation when paying, but the waiter was very nice and the other customers were kind enough to help, which made me impressed

Waren nur auf ein Drink dort. Getränke waren super, dauerte aber alles ein wenig länger. Personal macht im Gastraum Pause, Kartenzahlung erst ab 20 Euro.

Super Essen,schnelle Küche(Hut ab was die leisten),Bistro Ambiente. Einfach aber gemütlich. Service gut und freundlich. Cocktailauswahl sehr gut.Ich hatte auf dem Grillteller ein Rippchen das nicht mehr so okay war. Schade,darf nicht passieren. Preise für die Qualität durchaus angemessen. Man kann teurer schlechter essen. Immer wieder gern.

Wir waren jetzt schon öfter hier und sind im großen und ganzen recht zufrieden...ABER ... Es ist halt sehr schade das es im Grunde keine echte Mexikanische Küche gibt. Es ist Mexikanisch angehaucht, die Steaks sind gut...aber das wars auch schon. Tapas werden meist nicht pur sondern in einer Art Tomaten Salsa serviert, somit geht aber der Geschmack des Gerichts total verloren. Wir waren schon oft in Mexiko und lieben die Küche dort ...im La Paz kannst Du essen gehen...aber eben nicht Mexikanisch
