LA PAZ in Berlin

The meal was a complete disaster... we received ready-made tomato sauce with meat as alambres in a cheese sauce, my husband's meat was just spicy... The service was nice but very unconcerned. Empty drinks were ignored, we weren't given plates to roll the wrap on... just the hot pan... There was no service in sight. We sat for 15 minutes after we finished eating without being cleared (no, it wasn't full... maybe 6 tables and at least 3 staff serving)... The prices were outrageous, especially for the size and quality of the food!

A cozy afternoon with family at La Paz. The food was delicious, the staff extremely friendly, and the terrace is a pleasant, quiet place to sit. Very nice!

Yes, but not on special occasions. We waited two hours for our food. The waiters weren't very professional. Other guests were forgotten outside. We sat at our tables with empty glasses and went to the counter ourselves to order new ones. Everyone was friendly and nice, but unfortunately, it's a shame we had to wait so long.

The ambiance was perfect and very child-friendly. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I can recommend it to everyone.

The restaurant was actually a kind of stopgap solution for an unfortunate evening plan. It was a great alternative. We were really more than surprised. The ambience is really nice and the service is really an 11/10. The service was very accommodating and really friendly. We had a few drinks here and delicious dessert. Everything perfect. The price was a bit higher, but the good service made up for it. Thank you for the lovely evening.

We had a wonderful evening at LA PAZ Restaurant. The service was excellent - attentive, friendly and professional. The food was simply fantastic! Every dish was fresh, prepared with attention to detail and tasted a real highlight. I particularly recommend fajitas. The drinks menu was also diverse and offered a great selection. We always enjoyed being there, but unfortunately a bad incident occurred in the spring after a visit to you. I was infected with a travel germ through food and was miserable. Please check your chefs regularly to see if they are healthy. I found that very violent. I felt very bad for 3 days with everything that goes with it. Unfortunately, a return visit is no longer an option for me.

The food was very tasty. The service is also very nice. Personally, I think there should be more “real” Mexican things, because there are also burgers.

I recently had the pleasure of eating at the Mexican restaurant La Paz in Berlin and I have nothing but positive things to say! The menu is diverse and offers a wide variety of traditional Mexican dishes. We particularly recommend the tacos and enchiladas, which are freshly prepared and full of flavor. The guacamole is an absolute must!

We often only visit after we finish work (around 10:30 p.m.). Still a full range of food at reasonable prices! Food always fresh and good! Very nice staff! UPDATE SEP. 2024 There were two “companies” there that Saturday evening. Therefore the staff was totally overwhelmed! 20 minutes wait for a beer, almost 40 minutes for food! That was very sobering and something you don't really know!

We ate deliciously and drank delicious non-alcoholic cocktails served by very attentive and friendly staff. Gladly again!

Nice ambience. The food was mediocre and relatively expensive. The service was relatively inattentive. Empty dishes were not cleared away and additional drinks were not asked for. The drinks are generally expensive, a beer for €5.20. Mexican was watery and at €4.20 not worth the price.

We were there today with a slightly larger group of about 8 people. Unfortunately, some reviews confirm the service and waiting times. There's nothing you can say about the food. It tastes great. Unfortunately, when it comes to service, you have to say that the relatively young waiters make a very nervous and inexperienced impression. Which unfortunately becomes noticeable when operating. Our food ended up on all the other tables and then on us. Every second order the waiter had to ask again 10 minutes later what we actually wanted. Etc. The waiting times are really limitless. We waited 1.5 hours for the starter alone. Then another 30 minutes for the main course. The best saying we heard was "as long as your starter is on the table the chef won't finish the main course" I thought that was a joke. It's a shame that the food is so good, but everything else needs to be improved, especially the service.

If you know and like Mexican food, this is not it. If anything is more Tex-Mex, but not even that. We order two different dishes, and both had the same in common; like eating meet with no flavor, with very big chunks of vegetables in a tomato salse soup. And to top of, price is ridiculous for what you get. This is no way anything near Mexican food.

Food tastes good and is authentic. Service initially chatted around a lot and we had to wait a bit to order, even though the restaurant was still relatively empty at the time. Would eat there again.

Always nice, delicious drinks and especially the food is pleasant there. Outside, inside and you can always find a place with or without a reservation for 2 to 6 people. There is no recommendation, the menu is delicious up and down! Been coming here for years... people like to stay here in the Pankow district 😇😅

We were in La Paz today. We can only recommend this restaurant. It is very clean, the service is very friendly and accommodating. The food is first class, very tasty. We ate the starter and main meal. Price/performance is reasonable. Will go again, are very satisfied.

I have been visiting this restaurant regularly for many years and it never disappoints me. The atmosphere is inviting, the staff friendly and the food excellent. Every dish is prepared with care and the quality of the ingredients is always first class. A real pearl in the culinary scene that I can warmly recommend to everyone.

Ich hab lange nicht mehr so schlecht gegessen Abgesehen davon, dass es nicht von Mexikaner betrieben wird ist das Essen furchtbar Noch nie ein Burrito ohne Chili con carne oder Chili sin carne gegessen Das gemüse schmeckte wie von Penny Service hat sehr unfreundlich reagiert, als ich sie drauf angesprochen habe

Leckeres Essen, toller Service. Ein wenig voll und dadurch sehr laut, aber das spricht ja nur für das Restaurant.

Das Essen war sehr gut, die Kellner waren höflich, nur leider zu selten am Tisch und unaufmerksam
