A super annoying waiter who almost took your plate away while you were eating. Then everything is much too narrow and dark. Cocktails are fine and I can happily skip a burrito and steak.

We had a nightcap there, delicious cocktails and ate Zapatta, delicious as a small snack with the drink. The music wasn't too loud, you could still have a good conversation. We really liked it. Afterwards we went to our hotel Asperthera.

The drinks (cocktails) were very tasty. I don't have to go there again to eat. Overall, the restaurant is very old. Staff was nice but time was hectic. Atmosphere was rather loud! In summer you can also sit outside Central location

Recommended for in between and a few cocktails. Prices are quite ok. But you shouldn't expect top-class gastronomy when it comes to food. When it comes to service, it is worth training the staff one way or another.

There were two of us, the food was delicious and at a good price. Unfortunately we had really bad service. The bald man was really unfriendly right from the start, and the way he spoke to us in a condescending manner was out of place. Unfortunately, this meant that we didn't feel well and left quickly after eating. The first time in my life that I didn't leave a tip.

I have traveled many places in Europe. We stopped by to eat at this place and ordered grilled meat. It was the worst grilled meat dish I have ever eaten. I don't think they know how to cook meat. You cannot taste the meat because our dish is covered with tomato sauce. Even a little girl could make French fries better. The waitress serving is indifferent and irrelevant.

Went there with 5 people and it was a really nice evening. We would love to come back and the service was very nice. The price-performance ratio is top. In summary, a very, very good bar for nice evenings

Our visit to this restaurant was a complete disappointment. The waiter treated us very badly from the start. He was rude, condescending and made no attempt to welcome us. It seemed as if we were a nuisance to him and every question or request was met with an unfriendly answer. The service was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. We felt completely uncomfortable and unwanted. This behavior ruined the entire visit and we definitely won't recommend this restaurant.

Flying Kangaroo 🦘 and Zombie 🧟‍♂️ Cocktails Cocktail 🍹 were very tasty. Nachos with jalapenos and cheese gratinated (#103) also good, large portion and cheap (€4.50). Great service, friendly and on the ball 👍🏼

There was a big robot with little hair on his head as a waiter, but unfortunately from a technical point of view he is not able to deal with people. A software update with more politeness would be really nice. Thank you and never again

The food tasted quite good and was plentiful, but unfortunately the service was lousy. Even though the restaurant was quite empty, it took a long time for our drinks to arrive. When the drinks came, no food order was taken, which again took a long time to arrive. There were 5 of us at the table, but food was only delivered for 3. The rest of the food was forgotten and had to be reordered. There was no apology or anything like that from the staff. A small piece of blue rubber band was found in the Pico de Gallo. Anything can happen, but unfortunately it's bad overall.

The service was good, very nice and accommodating. The food came quickly and the price-performance ratio was great, the portions were sufficient. Paid just under €40 for two people with a starter, drinks and main course.👍🏻 Parking is difficult to find since it is in the city center.

Went there at lunchtime a few weeks ago (there was hardly anything going on in the store). It was pure disaster. There were 6 of us. Each of us received our food at a significantly delayed time. A dish was brought to the table incorrectly. After a short discussion it was then "cooked" again and it was worse than before because the meat was completely dry. You could see straight away that the cook just threw it into the pan so that it would be ready quickly. The worst thing was that we had children with us. We called ahead so that the kitchen would have the children's food ready by the time we arrived. When we arrived no one knew anything.

It's not possible to wait over an hour for your food. And that's just for tacos. I can't recommend the store more

What is left of Havana, as I was able to get to know before Corona? The Alster is sold as draft beer. The owner didn't think it was necessary to make this clear. It's not easy when non-alcoholic Alster water is on the menu under the draft beer section. The flautas were homemade, as were the goacamole and the salad dressing. All pretty much tasteless. The menus are so greasy and dirty, I don't want to know what the kitchen looks like. At the unfortunate end, the waiter's annoyed disinterest. (it was the owner) I would say: and goodbye

Fantastic Paderborn restaurant. If you really want to eat delicious food and receive excellent service, go to Havana. The food (I am vegetarian, my husband is not) is rich, fresh and really very tasty. The hospitality is professional, we feel very comfortable and would be happy to come back. Sat outside in wonderful weather - food was okay - but no revelation. But actually very large portions. The service was a little uncoordinated - the waitress in particular avoided any eye contact and thus also the opportunity to take orders. Again? Maybe, maybe it was just a bad day.

The chicken breast fillet burritos were ok 3 stars. The out of breath steak tasted like a block of meat, just way too hard, it was the worst steak I've eaten so far. The potato that came with the steak was good 5 stars. The salad afterwards was accordingly all the tastier. So for the just over €30 I paid for it, it hurts a bit that I wouldn't order it again. If the next time comes, I hope I won't be disappointed again. Delivery time was stated to be around 30 minutes. The food arrived after around 45 minutes.

Hello Team Havana! Had dinner with you today. I had “Goodbye Concubine” and two turkey skewers. First of all, tortillas with guacamole. In short, everything tasted bland and without any kick. The rice pan was so tasteless, I could have eaten clay. I think it has more buttons. All the pale and tasteless shrimp corpses didn't help. Don't restaurateurs have to fight for every customer in these times? The friendly waitress listened to my criticism patiently and in a friendly manner. Boss preferred to sneak around the counter area. I come to you again and again. You've gotten worse, clearly!

Food was terrible especially the meat. Avocado cream was not tasty. Not worth it, which is a shame.

The place is really great. And the food and drinks are really good. Card payment is only possible from €15. The service could be a little better. The location is very good. You can sit outside very nicely.

Wer mexikanische Küche liebt und dazu noch gerne leckere Cocktails genießt, ist im Havana in Paderborn genau richtig. Sehr coole Atmosphäre mit einer tollen Mischung aus Restaurant und Bar. Wir hatten Fajitas mit Hähnchenbrust für zwei Personen, super lecker und mit tollen Beilagen. Die Cocktails waren der Hammer, unter anderem haben wir Mojito und La Princesa Sita getrunken. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend im Havana.

The service was horrible. At the beginning a waiter came to us. It was clear to him that he didn't feel like serving us and he rolled his eyes when we ordered. Then a girl took over and she was very unsure of what she was doing. The waiter, who was a bit short and slim, had some behavioral problems and it is suspected that he had consumed drugs. He had such a passive aggressive demeanor for no reason. We even gave him a tip and he was still so excited to leave quickly...My husband and I were speechless. We definitely won't be coming back. Otherwise the store is nicely furnished. A pity

Amazing food, first time back in Paderborn after leaving in 2018 and had to pay a visit.

Reserved a table at 7:30 p.m. Were there at 7:25 p.m. We were told in a very unfriendly manner that the table had been given away because they thought we weren't coming. Then we got another one... the drinks took forever as if they didn't want to make any money. The girls were very nice as waitresses. But the gentleman was really very unfriendly.

You wait a long time for the food and then it disappoints you with its taste and quality.

I was there relatively early during the week, so it wasn't that busy and the food came promptly. The vegetarian fajitas were very tasty and so plentiful that there would easily have been enough for two. The leftovers were happily packed away upon request. The service was friendly and quick. Will come back and try one of the countless cocktails next time.

On a Saturday there were 13 of us who had made reservations in advance. We were on time and shown to our table. It then took 30 minutes until everyone had their drink, but not everything could be ordered because there were no strawberries. Some compromises would have to be made when it comes to drinks. A pity! Then everyone ordered their food and it took another 35 minutes. And when we ordered drinks again, two drinks were forgotten. Not so great. Well, one thing was very nice to watch. People who came after us had already had their food when we got our drinks. I will not give my recommendation for large groups.

I've known the restaurant for years and was there again yesterday after a long time. The food is really good!! Above all, the prices are such that you can still afford this pleasure every now and then. Top!! Keep it up, you're really good.

I love this place for their cocktails. They have great options but I personally recommend Havana special it’s my favourite. The vibe and ambiance of the restaurant is good in the evening. I recommend you all to try cocktails here.

We were there recently and all in all it was fine. The portions are (very) large and taste good too. Of course the prices are quite high. So depending on what you order, you won't necessarily get away cheaply. Unfortunately the waitress had a bad day. But the ambience was still okay.

Das beste an diesem Restaurant: kostenlose Hygieneartikel auf der Damentoilette :) da können sich einige Restaurants etc. noch eine Scheibe abschneiden :)

Das Essen ist sehr lecker, der Preis passt. Tortillas wurden auf Wunsch nachgereicht . Schade, dass nicht alle Spirituosen auf der Karte vorrätig waren (sollte nicht so ein Mega-Invest sein). Bedienung räumte den Tisch schon ab, obwohl noch nicht alle fertig waren mit dem essen- inakzeptabel. Daher nur 3*.

Kubanische Köstlichkeiten sind es nicht, würde sagen gut mexikanisch....

Das Havana war lange Zeit eines unserer liebsten Restaurants, aber als ich nach einiger Zeit nun wieder da war, wurde ich wirklich enttäuscht. Das Essen wird einfach hingeklatscht, der Teller wird überhaupt nicht ansehnlich präsentiert, man schmeckt sofort heraus, dass in der Küche nicht auf Qualität geachtet wird, denn alles schmeckt einfach nur nach Fertiggericht. Letztes Jahr war das anders und das finde ich wirklich schade. Auch bei den Servicekräften war kein wirkliches System zu erkennen. Zwar waren sie sehr aufmerksam, aber wenn man mehrfach innerhalb von 5 Minuten von 3 verschiedenen Servicekräften gefragt wird, ob alles okay sei, dann ist das für den Gast auch irgendwann störend. Eine Aufteilung in verschiedene Bereiche würde hier sicherlich Abhilfe schaffen. Und auch dass man nur bar bezahlen kann ist wirklich ein absolutes No-Go in meinen Augen, da es überhaupt nicht zeitgemäß ist. Ich bin einfach nur enttäuscht und hoffe, dass sich das irgendwann wieder bessert, denn wir hatten immer schöne Abende im Havana, aber so ist es leider nicht mehr das Restaurant meiner Wahl. :(

Die Cocktails sind hier super. Vorallem werden die auch schön serviert. Ein Mitarbeiter mit Bart und Glatze ist der Beste hier, macht auch Cocktails die nicht auf der Karte stehen wie z.b Whiskey Ginger Ale, der war toll gemacht. Das Ambiente ist schön gemütlich eingerichtet, ist nur etwas eng und immer ziemlich voll. Auch so dunkel da kann man schlecht auf der Speisekarte lesen. Zum Essen kann ich nichts sagen, hatten nur Getränke bestellt. Service ist freundlich und nett. Kommen sicher wieder um auch mal das Essen zu testen

Essen/Getränke: Mein Freund und ich hatten die vegetarischen Fajitas für zwei Personen. Serviert wurden jeweils eine Portion Reis, 6 kleine Weizentortillas, ein Sammel-Tablett mit frischem Gemüse, Käse und zwei Soßen sowie eine große Menge gegrilltes Gemüse (Zwiebeln, Paprika, Broccoli, Aubergine, Mais). Die Portion Reis war irgendwie unnötig und die Portion gegrilltes Gemüse hätten auch 4-5 Personen satt gemacht. Die Hälfte haben wir leider zurückgeben lassen müssen. Stattdessen wären evtl. 2 weitere Weizentortillas und etwas mehr Käse gut gewesen. Cola Light und Bier (Warsteiner) waren wie man sie sonst auch kennt. Alles in allem ganz gut, haben insgesamt 40,90€ bezahlt. Bedienung: Schnell und freundlich Ambiente: Eigentlich ein schönes Ambiente, nur wirklich sehr, sehr dunkel. An einem anderen Tisch saßen Gäste mit Handy-Taschenlampe, um die Speisekarte lesen zu können. Das Deckenlicht direkt über uns hat die ganze Zeit störend geflimmert. Ansonsten gab es Kerzenlicht und passende Musik in angemessener Lautstärke Sonstiges: Die Herrentoiletten waren defekt. Ausschließlich Barzahlung möglich (meiner Meinung nach nicht zeitgemäß).

Ein sehr schönes Restaurant. Das essen war sehr gut, mal was anderes mit diesen Tacos und auch die Salate ganz toll. Freundlich und nettes Personal. Macht weiter so. Daumen hoch.

Not the most friendliest service and it takes a while for orders to arrive. Food is decent but nothing that I would crave. Cocktails are really good though, so it's a nice atmosphere to hang out in the evening.

Wir waren heute seit längerem mal wieder im Havanna, ich muss sagen, ich war enttäuscht. Es gibt nur noch bei Steaks Salat dazu. Ich bekam meine Putenstreifen mit Champignon Rahm Sauce mit Reis OHNE bisschen Salat serviert noch nicht mal als Deko etwas grünes auf dem Teller, zudem war sonst der Reis immer in runder Form platziert dies war heute nicht der Fall, der Teller sah sehr traurig aus. Ach und wir wollten nachos mit Käse bestellen, leider gab es kein Käse - schade- Dagegen die Bedienung sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, waren mit einem Kleinkind dort und er bekam sogar Melone angeboten.

Two colleagues and I visited this place on the recommendation of a workmate. We are working in Paderborn and we were looking for a nice Mexican restaurant. I have to say, this really isn’t it. Firstly, this is a cash only restaurant and we were only informed of this once we’d ordered. Apparently quite common in Germany but in this day and age…really?? The staff were all seemingly miserable…no friendly interaction with us at all. Our German is not fluent by any means but we had a stab and all we got were scowls…both from the 3 servers and the manager. The food was ok…nothing to write home about and the prices were fairly reasonable. We won’t be returning.

Ein absolutes Muss für Liebhaber handgemachter Cocktails. Die Bar verwendet frische Zutaten und hochwertige Spirituosen, was sich im Geschmack der Getränke widerspiegelt. Der Ort ist perfekt für eine intime Unterhaltung oder eine fröhliche Feier.

Die Bar ist definitiv der Höhepunkt dieses Ortes. Das Barmenü ist umfangreich und die Mixologen verstehen ihr Handwerk. Das Essen im Restaurant ist auch ausgezeichnet, eine perfekte Kombination aus Genuss und Spaß.

Ein perfekter Ort, um eine gute Zeit zu verbringen! Die Kombination aus hervorragendem Essen im Restaurant und einer großartigen Auswahl an Getränken an der Bar ist unschlagbar. Die Atmosphäre ist lebhaft und einladend.

Egal, ob Sie nach einem gemütlichen Abendessen oder einer Nacht in der Bar suchen, dieses Lokal hat beides. Die Mahlzeiten sind lecker und die Cocktails an der Bar sind kreativ und erfrischend. Ein Ort, den ich immer wieder besuchen werde.

Die Angestellten sind Lust los und der mit der mit dem Glatz Kopf macht einen auf möchte gern Chef sollte sich lieber einen anderen Beruf suchen, wenn er keine Lust auf einen Beruf mit Sozialen Kontakten hat unhöflich respektlos.

Sehr angenehmer Ort, würde ich wieder besuchen, einzige Sache die mich persönlich stört ist das das Personal zu oft nachfragen tut, ob man noch was möchte. Ich finde das störend wenn es 3mal in der ersten Stunde passiert. Muss nicht sein, wenn einem Kunden das Ambiente gefällt, bestellt er von alleine mehr und kommt gerne wieder, investiert in Freundlichkeit und in ein harmonisches Ambiente, dann ist alles top. Also ich komm gerne wieder vorbei. Essen war Lecker... Richtig gut.

Das Rumpsteak war ok, aber die Pfeffersauce war dünn wie Wasser. Die Bedienung war nett und freundlich, aber das man heutzutage in einem Restaurant nicht bargeldlos bezahlen kann, das geht gar nicht! Steinzeit?

Still best Nachos in town (get the Gotcha Nachos if you enjoy spicy food) but also a great place for Cocktails.

Das Essen war lecker und die Cocktails waren auch gut👍🏼 Wir waren zu viert im Havana hauptsächlich zum Essen. Es hat uns allen geschmeckt und die Portionsgrößen waren auch gut. Die Cocktails (mit und ohne Alkohol) und das Bier haben uns auch geschmeckt.

Die Bar hat eine großartige Auswahl an lokalen Bieren und Craft-Spirituosen. Das Essen im Restaurant ist lecker und die Portionen sind großzügig. Die Kombination aus Bar und Restaurant macht es zu einem großartigen Ort, um einen Abend zu verbringen.
