Enchilada in Münster

The service was very attentive and friendly; we even received a small complimentary corn soup. However, the food didn't live up to the price. It was okay, but nothing more.

I don't think I've ever had such a disgusting meal. The tacos weren't tacos at all, but small tortillas. The taste was exceptionally bad, stale. And none of the dishes were warm. There were four of us, and all four of us complained about the taste.

The atmosphere is nice and the drinks are good. Unfortunately, the food is very mediocre. The burger was rubbery and the fries were McDonald's quality. Either lower the prices or improve the quality.

We booked Enchilada for our Christmas party. A total of around 30 people received a warm welcome and were very well looked after by our waiter Samir and his team. We started with a complimentary appetizer, and the service was excellent – ​​the food was served quickly at our table. Five stars are absolutely deserved! Thank you so much!

The food and cocktails were good! Thoughtfully designed for a chain, but tasteful. Orders were brought to the table promptly. Unfortunately, the waiters weren't seen often enough to order. The ambiance was quite nice, but a bit dark on a rainy day. The music was quite loud.

We were kindly able to order food just before 10 p.m. during the week. Tacos and quesadillas were delicious in this lovely atmosphere! The food came super quickly, and the staff was very friendly 👍🏼 We'll be back!

The location is very nice and certainly a great place for drinks. The food, however, is rather mediocre—just a typical chain without much individuality. Unfortunately, getting something gluten-free was a real struggle. Everything tasted okay, but nothing special. It's definitely worth stopping by for cocktails and drinks, but I wouldn't recommend it for the food.

The Enchilda offers a wide selection of mexican-style food. The taste and presentation is ok, but certainly not more. The size of the plates are annoyingly small, it is next to impossible to cut your food using knife and fork without some food falling of the one or the other side of the plate. Our waitress was very friendly, but not too attentive. More frequent visits to the table to check for more orders / drinks would have been nice. The bottom line is: it is OK to go for dinner for this place, but it's certainly not a must and there are certainly better options nearby.

Nice place, especially recommended for students. Tip: Cocktail roll every Monday! You order a cocktail and then roll the dice. You pay based on what you roll. Reservations are recommended on Mondays and weekends.

After wandering the streets of Münster for a long time, one Sunday evening around 11 p.m., we finally arrived at Enchilada. We were the only customers and we were warmly welcomed, with excellent service and an extensive cocktail menu. We had six drinks, and everything was perfect. Especially the Horchata!

I liked the service! The waiters were attentive, they came up to me several times and asked if everything was okay - that was nice. Thank you for your care and cozy atmosphere!

Personal assessment: Delicious food, but portions far too small. For a price of just over €15 (Enchiladas Pollo), getting only a small bowl, the portion of which, at least for me, isn't much more than an appetizer, is something I find inappropriate and overpriced. It wasn't nearly filling for me. Still, it was very tasty nonetheless. After a long wait for a beer we ordered, we had to ask again before it arrived. We were asked for a new drink when one was empty. Other times, we had to get our attention to order another. Great space, but the music was too loud for a purely sit-down place with no dancing, etc. We had to speak very loudly to be heard. The Big Ben cocktail was delicious. Personal conclusion: Cool space, service okay but could be improved, delicious food and cocktails, but a bland aftertaste regarding the food prices.

Anyone familiar with authentic Mexican or Tex-Mex food will clearly notice the difference. Still delicious and beautifully presented, the cocktail menu and the great ambiance are particularly noteworthy.

First of all: The cocktail course was great (many thanks to Sebastian), fun factor 5 stars plus and the cocktail selection was a hit. A very good event, whether for a group of friends, for team building or other clubs or associations. What's great is that non-alcoholic alternatives are also offered. Now generally about the enchilada, the assessment is very mixed. We've been there again for a while now, 2* in 4 weeks with different line-ups and occasions. The ambience of the location is still very nice, although the toilets are underground (too dark, especially the cubicles, toilet paper cannot be used because it is stuck in the holder in both cubicles, cleanliness is questionable even at opening time and the tap at the sink no longer stops running). The food also seems to be a gamble. The Burrito Supremo is boring, tastes exclusively of refried beans and you have to look for the meat, but the burger is tasty and well topped. The Mexican Fries are super tasty. The portions are good. The chocolate cake, on the other hand, was a disgrace, small, no liquid center and in my opinion completely overpriced, tasted ok. The cocktails are very tasty. The experience with service was also different, the first time we had to wait about 5 minutes at the entrance until someone came and assigned us a seat, even though, as it later turned out, there was one person sitting at a table (definitely not the start of service yet). This was the middle of the week, nothing going on and it had just opened. What's also a shame, the last round in happy hour used to be queried again, but this seems to have been omitted. The advice was great and the waitresses were very friendly. However, an evening is simply too expensive for such a game of chance and the store is nowhere near as full as it used to be, although other locations are still full. So it seems I'm not alone.

Very good food and ambience. The old building, the high windows and ceilings are beautiful, especially in combination with the colorful, modern light and the stained glass windows. The menu was full of vegetarian options, also in different variations and not just ONE vegetarian alternative to three meat options as you would otherwise know. The staff was also very nice and provided good information. I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Münster.

For the store, of course, the cocktails. Food is good too

I came across this restaurant by chance online and it was overwhelmingly good. A taste explosion, many different dishes, all very tasty. The restaurant is huge and always fully booked on weekends. Reserve early. There's a wait, but it's worth it!!

Cocktails are great, prices are quite attractive during happy hour. The food tastes good, but I find the size of the portions sometimes questionable. With the burrito + side dish you will be i. d. R. still full. The prices seem quite attractive, but often very little comes out of it (enchilada is, in my opinion, extremely little). However, if you are not the most hungry or 40+ euros per person. P. would like to spend one evening, highly recommended.

There were four of us and we didn't have a reservation. The shop was full and we were still given a table for almost two hours. Very tasty food and very nice service. The drinks were also very tasty. The ambience is great. Highly recommended.

We were there with 20 people. We had reserved. The service was quick, we felt like we had a waitress looking after us. Corona and Fajitas con Pollo, nothing beats that. Gladly again. There is now so much light in the toilets that you can find your way around. Thank you for following my suggestion. It was a little cramped at the table with our backs to the wall at the top. The view from above into the room, with the leaded glass panes, is really beautiful.

Very tasty food, extremely diverse and with a large selection. Service was very relaxed and attentive, even at the remote tables. Quite crowded and loud at peak times, but that's unavoidable given how many places there are here. Toilets are clean and well maintained. However, you should definitely reserve seats!

Ordered through an app. Took over 2 hours to arrive. Covered in coriander even though menu never mentioned it (nowhere in the app to ask for no coriander). Burritos tasted of nothing except maybe salt. Worst Mexican I’ve had in my life. Must only be the only Mexican in town if it’s not out of business already.

It was my first time having Mexican food in a restaurant. As it's so different from what we normally prepare at home I was a bit disappointed it wasn't spiced up enough. Other than that, great place to go, great place to be and the service, despite not having reserved and it being a crowded night, wonderful. I'll take the family there again.

The former theater is not only impressive with its large windows and brick walls. The Mexican food (including vegetarian and vegan options) and the cocktails taste really delicious. The staff is also super flexible and nice!

Good concept. Unfortunately it is not a Mexican restaurant but inspired by Mexican food.

I went to Enchilada with my colleagues on a normal Monday to throw cocktails. We reserved a table in advance and showed up at 7:30 p.m. Since we were all hungry, we all ordered something to eat. I decided on the Burrito Supremo, a colleague got 5 taccos and another got a bacon burger. I ordered a whopping €14.80 for the burrito and was actually expecting a large, well-filled burrito. I received a small, lukewarm BURRITO FILLED WITH RICE ONLY. I have NEVER eaten such a bad burrito in my life. I'm not a good cook by any means, but even my homemade burritos taste way better than the burrito I was served today. As if it wasn't enough that the burrito was overpriced, lukewarm and only filled with rice (which meant it was fart-dry), the burrito was served lying on its side in sauce, which made it even more difficult to eat. My colleagues' food wasn't much better either. For €21 you get 5 smaller-than-average tacos, which my colleague said weren't particularly tasty. All I can say about the burger from its appearance is that it was pretty puny for €18. For 18, for example, you get a lot more food for your money at Hans im Glück. In conclusion, the enchilada is absolutely not suitable for eating and I can only advise against it.

The attitude of the guy who gave us the table could have been better. Although the whole restaurant was empty inside he for some reason didn’t want us to give the table we asked for. Food was fancy but tasted Okayish but it was delivered fast , the lady who delivered the food seemed nice.

Unfortunately the service wasn't good. We waited forever before we even got the tickets. (Despite repeated requests). Later we had to ask regularly about the drinks. The food was very tasty, but for the money you could work on the portion sizes again.

The food was delicious and the service was extremely friendly and answered all questions about drinks or dishes in detail. We felt very comfortable! The only point of criticism is smoking on the outside terrace.

We were disappointed. From the food, the portion size and the cocktails. The sad highlight was the chili cheese fries: a small portion of fries with maybe 5 jalapeño slices and a good teaspoon of cheese for over €6. Sorry, that's really bad value for money. Enchilada and burrito were also rather manageable. Service, however, was very nice. Unfortunately for us it will be our last visit.

Vegetarian Tacos were okish!! Nachos were not upto mark. I have ate much better nachos than it. The drink was also well. I would not highly recommend this place. Food was not really bad but didn't marked upto expectations.
