We have been to Chilis several times many years ago. Now we were guests there again. Because we were so excited at the time. The food itself was delicious and most things went right for us. (Wrong cocktail. Ordered without alcohol. It may have even come with it... just doesn't work) - another drink didn't come. At the next table, however, everything went wrong. It was also extremely crowded and the waiting time for drinks was correspondingly long. The waiter himself couldn't really do much about it. But with almost every order, the wrong things were delivered to the next table. That was strange to see. Unfortunately, our stay also had a bad taste (also due to the wrong cocktail and the missing drink) - but from the boss's point of view, they tried to make the best of it and apologized to the neighboring table. All in all, we would definitely come back. But with less anticipation than this time.

A queue with more and more people was already forming behind us in the corridor When I asked a waiter about the problem, he sent me away saying, “The boss makes reservations.” Yes, great, but he ran across the store with his clipboard and ignored people at first. When we had a seat and had eaten we wanted to pay And then the second disaster began. We had a voucher that was loaded onto a card. Yes, it's stupid, but strangely enough, no matter when, this voucher cannot be redeemed Bla bla bla And you don't have to expect that the boss will propose a solution. He insisted on his system And didn't accept the voucher. So all I can say is that I'm mercilessly disappointed with the service here And you won't see us here anymore. Other restaurants are much better positioned EXCEPT THE KITCHEN!! THIS IS BOMBASTIC!!

Disappointing cocktails – Long Island with a pepper shock! I've been to Chillis a few times now, but every time I've had the same problem: The Long Island Iced Teas taste like someone dropped the pepper shaker! I don't know who thinks a cocktail should taste like a spice cabinet, but this is simply undrinkable. Even after complaining, I got a new drink – again with that unbearable spice. Absolutely disappointing! So if you want a classic Long Island that doesn't taste like a failed BBQ spice experiment, go somewhere else.

It is an avarage place. The place is a bit loud and crowded, and it was too hot inside around 9pm. We ask for food and few drinks. The food was not too bad for what we expected, but nothing amazing (6/10). We wanted to wait for the happy hour but it was too loud that we could not hear each other, so we left.

A very nice restaurant. Super nice waiter named Alex! I had veggie tacos which were delicious. Unfortunately, the side salad was a bit small or not enough fresh on the plate. The prices have become expensive but it's okay for the city.

The food is delicious, but the service is terrible. Don't go here. I asked for a receipt to pay, but they made me pay right away without checking the menu. Since I'm a tourist, I secretly added 3 dishes I didn't eat, paid an extra 20 euros, and was forced to tip at the end.

Be careful with foreigners who don't communicate well. They put in a menu that you didn't order and encourage you to pay without showing the receipt, making you pay more. I found this out while trying to calculate the amount for each drink, and I feel bad even though I am traveling in Germany. Originally, 138.2 should have been paid, but 159.1 was paid. Even though it is not a tipping culture, we were encouraged to tip and ended up paying 175 euros. Since it's no longer Nuremberg, I can't go back and get a refund. I believe that consumers should exercise their rights by not using these stores. I thought Nuremberg was a really nice town and I wanted to come again, but the image has taken a turn for the worse. Since there are not only stores like this, I hope you can visit better stores and have a pleasant trip and meal.

As the son of a proud Republic of Korea, I can't stand this disgrace. We think that despite giving them tips, they falsely asked us for the price of food. This is because the price of food is more than 20 euros different. Even if the food is delicious, I don't think anyone will have a pleasant meal at a restaurant that demands the price of the food they didn't order.

The bill includes the menu that I didn't order just because I can't communicate. Foreigners who can't communicate shouldn't go here. It's unpleasant. Five people visited in the evening. After ordering 3 main dishes and 5 drinks, I felt it wasn't enough so I ordered two more burgers. A total of 5 main dishes and 5 drinks should have been calculated as 138.2 euros. However, the staff proceeded with the payment without first showing me the receipt that showed the menu I ordered, and asked me to leave a tip. Since the minimum tip was 10%, I had no choice but to choose 10%. If the calculation is correct, it is about 141 euros including tip, but when I checked the receipt later, it was 159.10 euros and even the tip was not indicated. I checked the credit card app and it calculated 172 euros haha. Are you really discriminating against angry men because they don't communicate well? This is an act of deceiving consumers. This is absolutely unforgivable. In the end, we ended up paying 35 euros more than the original price including tip. Dear restaurant owner, don't run your business like this. This may be perceived as racism. No one in their right mind would deceive tourists. We felt very uncomfortable and would never recommend this restaurant to Koreans. Come to your senses.

I've been coming here on and off for years - why? In the heart of the old town... Quality remains extremely good... there have hardly been any price increases. Staff friendly and helpful. Atmosphere inviting... Special prices for dishes on different days.. There is a wide-ranging menu... We mostly eat burgers, but fish and steak are also a good choice. Card payment possible Reservation is recommended.. Why deduct a star: I had the vegiburger with sheep's cheese... it was great... but I personally missed a burger sauce... it was too dry for me Ladies toilet lid broken.. be careful See you soon

Good Mexican cuisine, good service

We are absolutely thrilled with the great service we received. This is no longer a given (unfortunately)! The service staff was great with the children, funny, quick & attentive. The food was consistently delicious, we really liked the music and the furnishings/decor fit the menu very well. Highly recommended cocktails!

What stood out was the service staff who served us very well and looked after us. We were extremely happy with him and we had a very nice evening. I can only say positive things about the food, the service is also good. What made the whole evening very difficult was that from 10 p.m. the music was played so loudly that it was no longer possible to have conversations with each other, so we ended the evening early. Had the feeling that this was a kick-out tactic. I was asked several times about making the music a little, unfortunately, but nothing happened. It's a real shame because otherwise we would have spent longer there in the evening. No more chilli's for our group.

We eat here very often. We usually order enchiladas with chicken or shrimp and cheeseburgers with fries. Everything tastes extremely delicious and we have never been disappointed. The service is super friendly. We are very happy to come back again and again. In summer you have a great view of the Lorenz Church.

You can actually eat but it has absolutely nothing to do with Mexican cuisine. Medium rare was completely well done, dishes were more ready from the freezer and sauces were definitely not handmade, everything from the tube so you can cook your own finished food. But the employees were very friendly. The atmosphere was rather cramped. You can do it once but at the same time leave.

Overall, the visit to Chillis was okay, but there are some points that could be improved. The Mexican burger was really tasty. The jalapeños were served separately in a small bowl, which is nice, but in my opinion they should be placed directly on the burger to integrate the flavor even better. The staff was friendly, which made the stay pleasant. The location is solid, but the menus could use more care - they were covered in fingerprints, which didn't look particularly appetizing. Another negative point: There were ketchup stains on the small packet of mayonnaise, which gave the impression that it had already been on another plate and been reused. This is not optimal from a hygienic point of view and should be avoided. With a few improvements, the quality of the chilli could improve significantly.

Chilli's in Nuremberg is always worth a visit. The staff are always friendly and the food is simply delicious - of course you have to like food like this. I always like to try out different dishes and am always impressed by this place. The quesadillas were really good recently too. Likewise the tacos. The most important thing for me is that you get full. 😁👍

I wouldn't call it Mexican if you're from the USA or Mexico, but this is Germany, so it's close enough? I got chicken wings and they served them with the kind of sweet and sour that the Chinese serve with egg rolls, but it was fine.

The food is “okay”. The service - difficult. We would have preferred to be informed before ordering that the terrace would close 45 minutes later. So we were cashed in during the meal and asked to move our place inside.

Customer service is top notch. Ordered, got the wrong drink and then said that we had already drunk it and didn't exchange it. How else are you supposed to distinguish between a sweet wine spritzer and a sour wine spritzer??!!

The dishes were not very spicy and had nothing to do with Mexican food for us. The waiters were very listless and taciturn. We (8 people) used to come here regularly because of the good cocktails, food and atmosphere and now wanted to revive this tradition after the change of tenant. Were there yesterday (we had reserved for 10 people) and after we got our first drinks we asked if we could sit outside because of the great weather. Two waiters also wanted to help put tables together... But then the waiter who was probably responsible for the area came and just said to us: "I'M TOO STRESSFUL." "The customer is not always right" "If you don't like it, then leave"... even though the places were anything but full for a Saturday. Thank you Chili's, it was nice with you in the past. But we will probably no longer visit and/or recommend the location because of this person. PS: We then went 350m further to a well-filled pub, where this was absolutely no problem for the 7 hours that we were there - even without a reservation on a Saturday.

Great place. We had the chicken wing option of Asian zing, chicken burrito and pulled pork quesadillas. Cooked to perfection and with perfect service. Next time in Nuremberg we will return.

We came by as a group last night and wanted to have a cocktail at 10 p.m. But it was clear from the service employee that he wasn't interested in us at all. We then left straight away. If you don't want a tip, you probably already have one. By the way, I just came off a 10-hour service shift myself, so I think I can estimate that quite well ;)

Staff also speak 0 English. Come on, I ordered 40 times and they never delivered. But the hamburger is a 10. If you are forced to eat a beer and a hamburger, the taste is 10.

I've been eating here for years, the quality is consistently good, but the prices rise outrageously high at short notice, previously the salad included an oven baguette, now 2 slices of white bread included and an oven baguette is 4.90 extra!!!!! The portions are also getting smaller.....Salad 18.90 + 4.90, so I can go straight to the steakhouse :(
