Enchilada Nürnberg in Nürnberg

I had a non-alcoholic cocktail, a homemade elderflower-lime-mint lemonade, and churros with chocolate dip. The place was practically empty. We got a table immediately and were served right away.

Food was decent, but the billing was misleading. We were charged without being shown the bill first. When I asked about the total, I saw €4.90 charged for tap water. I clearly asked for tap water, and the server responded in a condescending tone that “in Germany you have to pay for tap water,” which is simply not true. If it was bottled water, it should have been clearly stated and served as such. On top of that, a 10% tip was added automatically and described as “included.” In Europe, tipping is optional, and not showing the bill before charging is not acceptable.

The atmosphere at Enchilada is very friendly, and the service is very attentive. I have nothing but praise for them. (The overall ambiance also depends on the guests.)

We visited twice and everything was delicious! We tried quesadillas with cream cheese, chicken fajitas, and burgers; all very tasty. The staff were always smiling, with excellent service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!!

We luckily found this beautiful place and were impressed by the atmosphere, the food, and the cocktails. The Bruttio, Quesadilla, and Taco were fantastic, and the portions were quite large — we even had to take some of it with us. The cocktails were reasonably priced and very tasty. The Margarita and Hot Mojito were excellent, and the homemade beer was amazing. The staff genuinely enjoy what they do, and it shows. A huge thank you to them once again!

If you don't mind high prices… The chili cheese fries were practically homeopathic, the bowl was so tiny for almost €8. And be warned, "chili" here means chili sauce, not ground beef. The loaded nachos weren't exactly generous either. The light beer came as a 0.4 liter, and the non-alcoholic one arrived without warning as a Corona, so even smaller. The staff, however, were very friendly. But we certainly won't be going back.

Absolutely wonderful food for great prices, really grateful to have found it open on Christmas eve, incredible drinks as well, and most of all amazing service! Our server was Michael, incredibly sweet, welcoming and professional!! Absolutely no complaints about this place, would love to visit again😊❤️

Bacon double cheeseburger was okay. Fries were white, tasteless and warm. Frozen burger patties are not my preference versus real deal hand made beef burgers.

So we’re from the States. We were looking for some Mexican food and happened upon this place. Was it authentic Mexican food? No. It was so very flavorful and delicious. The drinks were very good and they had French fries that were very good. Who knew fries went with Mexican food? Anyways the Ambience was nice and our waiter was great! Not sure what his name was but he a tall slender dude with blonde curly hair. He did a bang up job. We had a great time.

Do not enter this place. We entered this restaurant and were immediately mistreated by the hostess. She tried to force us to sit next to the bathroom. When we politely asked if there was another option, she became angry and extremely rude, saying that because we were only two people, she could not give us another table, even though there were other tables occupied by just two guests. We left and are now happily eating at Globo Restaurant just a block away, where we are being treated respectfully, as any customer deserves. The owner of Enchilada should seriously evaluate the behavior of the front desk staff. The hostess should not be the first point of contact with customers, as she clearly lacks the basic skills required for customer service.

Overall very good, very tasty, but the prices are relatively high. Fast service, especially regarding drinks, and the staff are generally very friendly, but unfortunately, the place will be completely under construction for the next four years. It's quite loud in a group, mainly because the music isn't exactly quiet.

Nice place for lunch or dinner, the service was very good and the atmosphere is decent. If you are looking for authentic Mexican cuisine, they do not have that here, but there are Mexican styled dishes and they were tasty.

We had an amazing evening with our waiter of the year, Daniel. We'll be back!!! Delicious cocktails, great service, and a fantastic atmosphere. Next time, we want to reserve our table with Daniel again; going out this way is fun, just like the good old days 🥳😎 Unfortunately, we haven't tried the food yet.

We've been regulars at Enchilada for 15 years. We always looked forward to the chili von carne in large tacos or as the Enchilada Classicas. None of that is on the menu anymore! So, unfortunately, our whole family won't be coming back. I just can't understand it. A Mexican restaurant without ground beef 😂😂😂😂

Price trap! We were there on Saturday and redeemed a voucher. The food was tasty, a bit small for the price, but the surprise came with the bill. First, we were overcharged for a main course, and upon closer inspection, we discovered that all drinks and desserts had been systematically charged a euro more. When questioned, the waitress said it wasn't her fault and that the prices in the system were correct, whereas the prices on the menu were incorrect. Absolutely outrageous!

We went for DInner with a group of 7 during the ITSA Trade show in October 2025. Nice ambience and the service was really good but honestly it was the worst mexican food I had in my life. I spent time in Mexico so I can assure that the food had nothing in common with real Mexican food. Secondly, I understand we live in Germany and you do not expect original quality, but all of our burritos that were served were still frozen on the inside, The outside tortilla was hard as hell and difficult to bite. Precooked frozen Burritos!! That's a shame. The Nachos we had first were dry with almost no toppings, just some dry cheese thrown on top of it. Come on! Can´t you do any better? If you want to have some good drinks go there but better not eat there. Before I forget: 3 of my colleagues (The one´s with the burritos, btw. that were retired and heated again) had a bad stomach the whole next day.

Great food and drinks. Sometimes, we needed to wait a bit, but this was due to the restaurant being well attended.

All in all, it was extremely loud. The music was at disco volume, and guests had to try to talk over the noise to be able to understand each other. Some of the waiters were also quite stressed. Unfortunately, there was no sign at the entrance indicating whether you could sit down yourself or whether the waiter would assign you a seat. When I asked the next waiter, he immediately threw up his hands and said, "That's absolutely not possible!" Unfortunately, that's not how they treat their guests. Simply being told that they'd be assigned a table would be sufficient. The food and drinks were good and prepared quickly.

Today we had lunch at this restaurant located in the city center, and honestly, it was a mixed experience. It’s a shame that, with so much culinary quality available nowadays, they served us nachos with cheese that were simply inedible: they were dry, hard, and stuck together, with hardly any cheese at all. To make matters worse, they sprinkled a bit of cilantro on top just to cover up the disaster. Truly disappointing. On the positive side, the tacos were very good. However, the chicken quesadilla was a letdown—it had so much tomato sauce that you could barely taste the chicken. The fries were just the usual frozen ones, nothing special to mention. The best part of the visit was the service: the waitress who attended us was extremely kind and attentive at all times.

Excellent quality food! We were there for lunch and were full for the rest of the day. I can't say much about the service, as we were almost the only customers. The ambiance is inviting, but nothing extraordinary. I'm already looking forward to our next visit.

The food wasn't really worth the money. The place is very loud. It's almost impossible to have a conversation. I'm surprised the neighbors who live there don't call the police because they might also want to sleep. The cocktails weren't all that great, either, that you'd definitely go back. It seems they're mainly concerned with revenue, not the customers.

I ordered a burrito, which tasted absolutely amazing – fresh, flavorful, and very filling. This was accompanied by two perfectly mixed cocktails that rounded off the evening. Thanks to the pleasant atmosphere and Marta's excellent service, we felt completely at home. We'd definitely be back!

It was our anniversary. Terrible service. The blonde waiter doesn't know how to talk to customers; he's unprofessional. In a restaurant, if the waiter is right and the customer is objectively wrong, the waiter must still remain professional, polite, and respectful. The meat in the taco was cold and overall didn't taste good. Thank you, we won't be returning.

We were at Enchilada Nuremberg last weekend. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing: The burger came cold twice – first, the burger and fries were completely cold, and the second time, the fries were even ice-cold. And the place was still pretty empty at the time. In the end, we sent the food back and skipped it. The cocktails, however, were really great – very tasty and well-mixed! The atmosphere that evening was also great, lively, but you could still have a good conversation. We'd love to come back – but only for a few drinks, not for dinner.

Relaxed atmosphere, good food and cocktails, and a good price. It's perfect for a relaxed evening with friends. And when the waitstaff enjoys their job, it rounds off a great evening. :) Highly recommended

It's a lovely restaurant with great entertainment and ambiance. The waiters and bartenders put a lot of effort into serving you with heart and soul. The food and drinks are delicious. I'd happily return anytime. The price is worth it.

I've been to Enchilada Nuremberg a few times now – and I'm always impressed! The atmosphere is super relaxed, the staff friendly and attentive, but what really blows me away every time: the steak fajitas and the prawns. The steak is grilled to perfection every time – with a subtle roasted flavor on the outside, still wonderfully juicy on the inside. Combined with the fresh peppers, onions, and warm tortillas, it's simply unbeatable. I've had many fajitas – but these are on a whole other level! And the prawns? Amazing. In a spicy and garlicky marinade, slightly hot, yet perfectly balanced. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients. Add a fresh cocktail – and the evening is saved. For me, it's clear: Enchilada in Nuremberg is the place to go if you're craving authentic Mexican food with tons of flavor. 5 stars isn't really enough!

We ate there on the Norisring weekend. The service was exceptionally attentive! We had a variety of dishes, drinks, and cocktails. The highlight was the prawn pan from the daily special. The sauce and garlic baguette were particularly delicious. My wife had a vegetarian burger, which she also loved. We were sent off with the words, "You were also very pleasant guests." We simply felt at home all around and would love to return, at the very latest when we're back in Nuremberg in a year!

The decoration, with its stone tablets and stone statues, is very good. However, the food is too expensive and there's not enough of it. The drinks are also not good value for money. For example, €3.90 for 0.4 liters of still table water.

Staff were very quick to serve you & also friendly. There were quite a few options to choose from whether if you wanted tacos,quesadillas or burritos it was all there. Food was fresh and delicious.
