Tolles Essen, tolles Personal und es wurde sich auch um unseren Hund gekümmert. Perfekt...wir kommen wieder. Vielleicht noch mehr vegane Speisen anbieten :-)

Köstliche und ambitionierte Küche. Asiatische Kochkunst trifft französische Haut cuisine. Tolle inspirierende Speisen. Optisch schön angerichtet mit nettem Kenntnis reichem Service. Weine außergewöhnlich mit Mut zu Naturweinen.

Definitely our favorite restaurant in Hanover. Thomas and his team cook just the way we like it and the rest of the team looks after you at all times the way they should be. The menu changes regularly, which is of course always great for us regulars. We like to eat out often in other Michelin-rated restaurants, but we always enjoy coming back to the craft.

Food, ambience, service, everything was simply outstanding. We sat at the “ChefsTable” (bar) with a view of the kitchen. Absolutely experienced and exceptionally “quiet” cooking, confident, even if a pot boils over 😉 Unreserved recommendation!

It was just as I imagined star gastronomy. Great food, very friendly staff and a nice ambience. You get what you expect.

On June 8th, 2024 we tried the Votum Experience for the first time and were completely thrilled. We spent over five hours in the restaurant and were full and overjoyed. It has to be said that neither of us are easy guests. I myself have celiac disease and have to eat a strict gluten-free diet as well as some severe food allergies (pem fruit, nuts, celery, soy). My companion also has various allergies that can be fatal. I had spoken to the chef on the phone beforehand. The entire menu was adapted to us, for which I am extremely grateful. Before each course they spoke to us again. The food looked and tasted amazing. On October 5th, 2024 I was there again with another companion; we took advantage of the special offer for the 3rd anniversary of the vote. It was again indescribably great! other dishes, other upgrades. We had fun, great food, unsurpassed professional service and the staff talked to us a lot. Thank you for that!

Were there as a couple, the staff is super friendly and attentive! The food was consistently delicious. Price/performance is clearly the same here. We'll be back!

We were at a family celebration with four people for a five-course lunch with wine (total €1,300). The menu was an absolute dream for all taste buds. The wine pairing was appropriate and the service was very attentive and friendly. We really enjoyed the more than three hours in Jante. Unfortunately, we noticed very negatively that the hostess, as an award-winning sommelier, only looked after one guest during our stay - kneeling at his side almost continuously - without asking the other tables and guests about their well-being and not asking any questions when saying goodbye e.g. “Did you like it with us, was everything to your satisfaction, etc.?”. As four of us guests are very international at home and on the move, including in comparable restaurants, we found such behavior strange and unseemly, especially in a two-star restaurant. It's a shame, as this impression obviously spoils an otherwise wonderful stay.

We came directly from outside and were definitely not dressed appropriately. But we received excellent service and the food was a delight. A little expensive but worth everything.

Es ist eine ganz normale Mahlzeit. Nicht das, was man von einem Restaurant mit Michelin-Stern erwarten würde.

Das Kesselhaus ist eine der Top-Adressen in Osnabrück. Deshalb waren wir gespannt, was uns erwartet. Die Kreationen der Küche waren äußerst lecker, kreativ und auch von der Anrichtung her sehr schön gemacht. Unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass auch der Küchenchef selbst die Gerichte zum Teil servierte und sympathisch erklärte. Es gibt nur ein Menü. Der Gast hat die Wahl zwischen 5, 6 oder 7 Gängen. Kleine Variationsmöglichkeiten im Hauptgang wären für die Gäste schöner. Somit lässt sich in der kostenintensiven Sterneküche natürlich wirtschaftlicher kalkulieren. Die Auswahl der begleitenden Weine hat uns nur bedingt gefallen. Das Kesselhaus erwartet seine Gäste im Industriedesign. Ein massiver Tisch in der Mitte des hohen Gastraums dient dem Personal zur Unterstützung im Service. 6-7 Tische verteilen sich darum. Die Raumtemperatur hätte etwas wärmer und die Hintergrundmusik etwas dezenter sein können. Es fehlt an etwas Gemütlichkeit, was vermutlich gewollt allerdings auch Geschmacksache ist. Der Service könnte in Nuancen etwas herzlicher sein. Die Gastgeberin ist gegenüber den meisten Gästen etwas distanziert. Ein Lächeln hier und da hätte uns besser gefallen. Das haben die jungen Kollegen eindeutig besser gemacht. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr ambitioniert und aus unserer Sicht für Osnabrück schon grenzwertig.
