In terms of cuisine, the restaurant impressed with creative dishes that were characterized by a harmonious combination of flavors and an impressive presentation. An exciting alternative to classic French cuisine! Conclusion: A great experience that impresses with exceptional taste and a warm atmosphere. Absolutely recommended – we’ll be back!

We arrived as a group of 3 and I was really looking forward to the Chinese Seafood event they were holding. When we arrived there was no music and it felt like a really sterile atmosphere. We felt awkward talking because it was so quiet. The food arrived and it was good but unfortunately the fact the place has zero vibe made us want to wrap up and leave as soon as possible. The interior and everything is really nice and feel this place could be really great if they put on some music and lightened up the atmosphere. I can’t see it being suitable for a couple, a date or large groups because of this factor.

A culinary experience in a class of its own! The Rutz lived up to its excellent reputation in every respect. Each course was a perfect composition of flavors, textures and visual presentation - true works of art on the plate. The service was at the highest level: attentive, competent and yet pleasantly unobtrusive. The ambience of the restaurant creates the perfect setting for this exceptional dining experience. The three Michelin stars are more than deserved. A special evening that will be remembered - we will be back!

This was my second time at the Hallmann and I was thrilled on both evenings. I come from the catering industry myself and that's where you pay attention to a lot of things, but everything is just right. From the service with extremely good wine knowledge to a well-selected menu, to the minimalist furnishings with very pleasant lighting, to the really fine-tuned menu! For the compilation of the menu and one star, I think the menu price is calculated very fairly. I was particularly blown away by the vegetarian menu, as a fish and meat lover! Thanks to the whole team, I'm already looking forward to the next visit.

Ate a great New Year's menu with 7 dishes where it started a little easier and only got better and better. The last main course was a fantastically good Wagyu. Really good wines for all dishes. Finished with champagne until 12 o'clock. Incredible view (even if you sit with your back to the windows as they have mirrors so you can still see) over Berlin with all the fireworks. Very good service with introduction to all dishes and wines. Highly recommended. Would have given a 5 in atmosphere if there had been a little more subdued lighting with candles.

We took part in the Christmas buffet for the first time this afternoon from 12.30 p.m. and overall we were very satisfied. The food in all its components as well as the wines were of high quality and could not be surpassed in terms of presentation: Cheers! That was top level! Just a few small comments: Since the meal took place on the Bel Etage on the 1st floor, it was initially unclear when entering the hotel where the cloakroom could be stored, but this was clarified during the friendly entrance check, as the meal had to be paid for in advance. Furthermore, the red cabbage tasted a little too strong for me, which I would like to evaluate but not overestimate overall. Eating on Christmas Day at Adlon has now become a beloved tradition for us. With this in mind: every year again! Best regards Rolf Pott
