My friends and I shared the 3-course tasting menu, and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a perfect balance of interesting tastes and textures, and portion size. The service was great too; finely judged between welcoming yet discrete. We had a great evening.

That's a fusion but of what? The flavors were ok but not even remotely close to East Asian cuisine. The price for food is outrageous for what you get. If you never travel or weren't exposed to the real food, this might be great. For me, it was lacking everywhere

We celebrated my birthday here with friends. Everything was very well organized. Great, innovative food. With the surprise menu, each guest gets something different, except for the main course, which is the same for everyone. A great idea. The wine pairing was also very good. The service was very pleasant, friendly, and competent. We'll definitely be back soon.

I recommend it for those who like to try something different; the dishes are unique, almost gourmet, but at reasonable prices. For vegetarians like me, it's the perfect place. It was simply fantastic! The food tastes so much better than it looks. A true explosion of flavors, so cleverly put together. You can taste certain notes, like lemon, that you wouldn't expect visually. It's really fun. They offer both vegetarian and meat/fish options. Great ambiance, fantastic, personal service, and seats with a direct view of the Spree. Highly recommended!

My girlfriend and I were guests at Moon this evening. Our waiter, Bao, gave us a great welcome. The cocktails were delicious. Upon request, I was allowed to charge my phone, and my girlfriend was offered a blanket when she was cold. The restaurant is located right on the Elbe River near the Berlin Palace, so it's a great location. Nevertheless, the drinks weren't overpriced. A quick look at the menu was more than worth it when I saw the delicious food. They serve dry-aged duck, aged for 14 days, and it immediately smiles at you as you enter the restaurant. The quality looks great, and it's the first restaurant I know that offers something like this! All in all, I highly recommend this place for a cozy evening with good friends or for a romantic experience for two. We'll definitely come for dinner next time. All in all, a top-notch restaurant.

We had the pleasure of dining there last night, and I have to say, the signature duck was an absolute highlight. Every bite was a true explosion of flavor, combining an impressive array of aromas. The ribs were also exceptional and incredibly tender. We'll definitely be back. Thankfully, it's not far.

Food was decent but not great, and the portions were small even though the dishes were really expensive for what you get. Also the cocktails were small in quantity and not good at all. On top of this service was very slow even though it was not busy at all. The place is ok but nothing more. I have no idea why their score is not worse. Edit: Very telling, the reaction of the restaurant. Instead of taking the feedback to heart and considering how to improve as a restaurant (any restaurant can make mistakes, although there were a lot here), the owner just concludes that anyone speaking ill of his restaurant intends to "hurt his reputation". If telling the truth hurts your reputation, then your reputation was never the main problem to begin with...

Alright food, but expensive for portion size and quality. The cocktails were nothing special, despite being priced as if it was high end. Also the waiting times were long and seemingly for nothing. It took them a long time to get back about an item on the menu that they didn't even have anymore.

Food was amazingggg and the service was too. They were super understanding when our whole party only was complete an hour later than the reservation, provided wine for my birthday and all the food was incredible. The pricing is also super reasonable for they quality and quantity

Great spot for Asian fusion! The Tonkatsu was crispy and juicy, the Burrata super fresh and paired nicely with Asian flavors. The prawns were tasty and cooked just right. Finished with a light, not-too-sweet dessert. Cozy place, friendly vibe. I’d come back!

We celebrated my mother's 70th birthday at Moon on July 26th. All of us (9 people) were absolutely thrilled! The food was Michelin-star quality and top-notch! The dishes were creative, flavorful, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. The service team was incredibly attentive, professional, super friendly, and very funny! The chef and owner of Moon was always up for a chat, explained the dishes, and was extremely approachable and friendly! We'll be hearing a lot more about MoonExquisite... I'm sure of it! A restaurant visit couldn't be more perfect! New TOP GOURMET SPOT on the Spree!!!!

Seated outside by the Spree river, it’s expected to be greeted by breezes of wind that soothe minds and conversations, suitable for those looking to clear their minds or enjoy a peaceful night. Indoors, the setting showcases a polished, well-thought interior setup. I personally prefer to sit outside as long as the weather's no worse than a light drizzle. Once seated, you will be presented with a well-curated drinks menu that is designed to accommodate the dishes. I had a great time with the cocktail options, with each posing its own unique blend of flavors, like how P*rnstar Martini has a really sour core yet much sweeter extra layers. During non-crowded nights, it may be possible to request more customized drink options, thus elevating your experience further. In terms of a polished journey, this is something the restaurant strives to provide. Servers are equipped with comprehensive knowledge of the dishes, so their recommendations stay reliable and on-point. Another thing is how Moon Exquisite makes sure it always listens keenly to any customer's feedback, whether a dish is perfectly crafted or in need of improvement. This level of attentiveness and care stands out for me particularly and keeps me coming back. Moving to the main course of the night, we have the dishes. From appetizers and mains to desserts, the elements done well in this aspect are plenty: Complexity of flavors that makes many go “Wow!” out loud, the way even the smallest component is essential to the dish, or the dedication to hand-craft nearly every element. I'd recommend ordering a different set each time you visit, as the chef always knows how to keep you guessing. With all that said, I can’t wait to come back. What about you?

The place is fine and the waiters are reasonably friendly, but we found the food to be horrible. The meats (both duck and pork (which had supposedly been cooked for 14 hours) were tough, as were the vegetables. Since it was listed in the Michelin Guide, we thought paying 30 euros for a dish would be acceptable and meet our expectations, but it didn't. We were very disappointed; the waiter didn't even ask us how the food was when he saw we'd left food on our plates. We'll be back. A shame.

I ordered Pho soup without cilantro, and twice they failed to serve it without it. I definitely won't pay for this, as we would have had to wait two hours for the food. The price/performance ratio is completely over the top! I wouldn't recommend it!

We had pumpkin soup and pork belly for starters, duck for main course, and lemonade and iced tea for drinks. Not only did it taste good, but it was also beautifully presented and uniquely paired. The food and drinks at this restaurant were some of the best I've ever eaten or drunk, if not the best! The service is very friendly and attentive. You can sit inside or outside, and outside you can sit right by the river. The prices are a bit more expensive, but completely justified. We're sad that we were only here on vacation and can't come here more often; we highly recommend it!

Excellent European-Japanese fusion cuisine of a very high standard, highly recommended. The restaurant is located in a somewhat quieter spot on the Spree River.

This was fantastic. As a young person you are often seen as a burden, because they assume you can't give a tip or can't pay for the food, but here we were welcomed very friendly. The whole evening we were served by 2 young men who had the best intentions for us. For example, we were warned that it would rain and that it would be wise to go inside, but we also got a small soup beforehand and dessert for free when they learned that we were on holiday. Definitely recommended!

It's been a long time since I've eaten something so good and authentic. The owner/chef and the team were super accommodating and friendly. The cuisine is varied, fresh and you can enjoy a wonderful atmosphere directly on the Spree with musical accompaniment. We would love to come back!

Lovely meal and very nice and attentive staff. Portions are delicious, however not very big and that makes the dishes pricy. Options in the menu are ok, it's not a big one, however they did not have duck, which cancelled 2 of their main dishes. Overall it's a good place with nice flavors but the price might make it an every once in a while type of place, not a regular one.

Wie sind spontan bei einem Spaziergang an der Spree auf das Restaurant aufmerksam geworden. Die Karte beschreibt super aussergewöhnliche Kreationen. Wir bestellten Cocktails die es auf der Karte nicht gab und der Chef selbst nahm sich die Zeit allen Gästen jedes Gericht zu erklären. Was für ein Erlebnis!! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und probieren alles durch!

This restaurant does very basic dishes you find in a low end Vietnamese restaurant only plating them nicely and mimicking service in a high end restaurant but in an in-genuine way. Besides it’s lame the waiter said he has “ A LOT of recommendations” which essentially means he recommends all the food. Underwhelming and unsatisfying overall.

It is located about 1 minute from the Rotes Rathaus subway station in the Nikolaiviertel, near Alexanderplatz and is easily accessible by public transport. An experience for the senses! The Moon Exquisite restaurant in the Nikolai district is truly a very special place. The Dry Age Brandenburg free-range duck is simply indescribable – juicy, tender and full of flavor. I have never experienced such quality before. And best of all, the prices are incredibly fair for what you get. Added to this is the fantastic view of the banks of the Spree, which rounds off the entire experience. Moon Exquisite will definitely be my new favorite spot in the heart of Berlin!
