Incredible, unique, perfect. Every course here was a work of art. We had a wonderful evening.

We had dinner at Esskunst on Thursday April 24th!! The incredibly friendly welcome from the boss and the exquisite 4-course menu in a very pleasant atmosphere can only be recommended with 5 stars!! We wish Esskunst and its young and very attentive team always a fully booked restaurant!!! THANK YOU and we will definitely see each other again!!

Something very special - the concept, the food, the drinks, the team, the seats right where the food is served was all in all the best culinary experience I have ever had. Great atmosphere, at eye level with the guests, no ski-ski and etépetete, we love fermented food and the team manages to celebrate this with the seasonal concept and bring it to the plate. The non-alcoholic accompaniment is a must, it's almost a menu in itself. A taste explosion with the menu, perfectly coordinated. I think the portion sizes are perfect, just right so that I can enjoy it several times or let my partner try it. In terms of taste, every dish has a twist without the central elements being lost, really great! We found it particularly nice that my wife's pregnancy was taken into consideration (as far as these procedures allowed). It was just a little warm in the restaurant, so it was better to dress lightly. We say THANK YOU to the entire team for this great experience that we will remember for a long time.

The visit to the two-star Eisvogel restaurant was a truly special experience in every respect. Each course was a culinary delight – complex in flavor, perfectly matched, and prepared with great artisanal finesse. The service team, led by Christopher Pech, is at least as impressive. Professional, attentive, and pleasantly unobtrusive, they create an atmosphere in which you feel at home from the very first moment. Questions are answered with expertise, genuine passion, and a rare blend of stylish courtesy and relaxed conversation. While in gastronomy, the focus is often solely on the product, this team impressively demonstrates that the quality of an exceptional evening is also created by human warmth, poise, and attention to detail.

Just a few words: a visit is definitely worth it. Just check beforehand to make sure there's no construction going on. We got an upgrade to a suite, a dream. But all the other rooms are excellent too.

The menu was varied, very tasty, and there were long waiting times between courses so there was enough time for entertainment. We were still hungry after dinner, so we ate cheese at home. Service and ambience top. Good wines.

We had a wonderful evening here. The menu was fantastic. Rarely eaten so well. The additional “greetings from the kitchen” are nice and provide another taste experience. As a guest you simply feel comfortable and welcome.

The restaurant has a very stylish, modern interior. The menu is of high quality and offers a great selection of high-quality products. The wines were very well-matched to the menu, and the explanations and presentation of the food and drinks were excellent.

We spent an incredibly lovely evening at edl.eins today. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and we celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary with great food and a beautiful view over the rooftops of Deggendorf. We'd love to come back and are already looking forward to it.

If anyone wants to go on a culinary adventure trip, the Hirschkönig is the perfect place for them. Anyone who loves wine and books the wine accompaniment will enhance these taste compositions even further. The food and wine are carefully matched by the chef and sommelier. Simply one of the best fine dining experiences I've ever had. Not pretentious or stuffy, but rather relaxed and refined. Full tasting menu with the wine pairing and a few additional options are available to enhance the menu. Absolutely zero mistakes made throughout the service from start to finish. The whole team was in sync and it showed. I sat at the bar and could see directly into the kitchen the entire time, it was a perfectly executed service. Markus and Tobias (the brothers) curate everything in the space to make you feel comfortable and welcomed, an absolute masterclass in being an excellent host. Chef Daniel and his team are fluid and thoughtful with the flavors, presentations, and techniques used. Food highlights on this particular menu were the langoustine wrapped in knafeh and orange, the new brill dish wrapped in a squash blossom and served with a intense bisque like sauce, and the lamb served with perfect pomme frittes and a couple incredible lamb meatballs with yogurt on the side. The wine pairing was dynamic and wonderfully curated by Tobias. Desserts were wonderful and the petite four was a highlight rather than an afterthought as can so often be the case. Of all the Michelin and fine dining experiences I've been lucky to have over the years, this has catapulted to the top of the list for myself. An absolute pleasure and MUST if you are in the market for these types of dinners. I will make it a point to come back anytime I am lucky enough to be in Munich again. Cheers
