Wir hatten einen rund um außergewöhnlichen Abend. Der Küchenchef und sein Team haben es geschafft, ein Menü zu zaubern, das seines gleichen sucht. Jeder Gang war hervorragend, mit Liebe inszeniert, perfekt abgeschmeckt und kreativ. Wir haben das 8 Gang Menü gewählt, uns auf und über jeden einzelnen Gang gefreut und mit Begeisterung auf den Nächsten gewartet. Auch zeitlich waren die Gänge perfekt getaktet, man hatte nie das Gefühl abgespeist zu werden oder in Eile zu sein.

A warm welcome and great service combined with really delicious food of the highest standard - what more could you ask for. We were there on a Sunday evening to celebrate my husband's birthday. The food was excellent and both the non-alcoholic drinks and the wine recommendations hit the mark. We will definitely come back here.

Absolutely the best 2 michelin star restaurant. 200% recommended. I have been to many one star michelin restaurants, some two and very few three. The concept and service of ETZ did blow my mind. Open kitchen concept, absolutely friendly staff and amazing food is 5 out of 5 recommendation worthy. Thnk you Felix for amazing experience.

Wir waren mit der Firma dort, ungefähr 70 Leute und hatten ein fliegendes Buffet. Die Speisen waren sehr gut und der Service sehr aufmerksam. Die Lokalität hat auch zum Rahmen gepasst und es war insgesamt sehr passend.

Overall, we had a very nice evening in the restaurant. The ambience is elegant and minimalist, and the service was super attentive and friendly. The dishes were not only a visual delight, but also perfectly balanced in terms of taste. It was obvious that a lot of attention was paid to detail and quality! Unfortunately, there were some organizational misunderstandings that marred the evening somewhat. There were six of us and we had ordered the vegetarian 5-course menu in advance for everyone, although we had also stated in advance that one lady in our group was lactose intolerant. However, when we arrived we discovered that the meat menu was on the table. When we asked, we were told that the vegetarian menu could not be printed out due to a technical problem. A little strange, but still understandable. After the first greeting from the kitchen, we were informed that a course had changed and that we would get another one instead. This is not a problem in principle, but as the evening progressed it became clear that for the lactose intolerant lady, some of the following courses contained lactose and no alternatives were offered. We later found out that there had been an organizational error in the kitchen, which was why they had incorrectly chosen six meat menus. A misunderstanding that can of course happen - I understand that. But with a three-figure amount just for the food, I expect more professionalism in dealing with such mistakes in this price range. Instead of communicating the situation openly, people tried to simply dismiss the change in gear for no reason. It is also disappointing that no alternative offers were made after the lactose intolerance was reported in good time. Of course, the lady in question still ate what she could, but something like that shouldn't happen at a restaurant in this price range, especially if the intolerance was known in advance. All in all, it was a nice evening with great food and ambience, but the organizational error and the way it was handled left a bad aftertaste. For a restaurant of this level, I expect more professional handling of such situations and more transparent communication. Nevertheless, I would recommend the restaurant and can only agree with the positive reviews from other guests!

What an amazing experience at Brothers for my wife's 50th birthday! The food exceeded expectations, even for a Michelin starred establishment. The service was just as good, including the owners who spent a great deal of time with the diners. If you have a chance to dine at Brothers, you won't be disappointed.
