The ice creams are very well made. I've been looking for the perfect lemon sorbet for a while and I just found it there. The orange and mandarin sorbet is also perfect, just the right amount of sweetness.

Ein sehr freundlicher Empfang. Wir waren etwas zu früh, konnten trotzdem etwas essen. Es gab eine kurze info: den shop, den Spabereich, und alles was wichtig ist. Die Zimmer sind Top ausgestattet mit Blick auf die Berge. Auch im Restaurant war alles bestens. sehr nettes Personal kümmert sich um die Wünsche der Gäste. Auch das Essen ist super.

So far, the best restaurant I've ever eaten at. And this is certainly not the first "star restaurant." But the way you're included in the experience surpasses all other star restaurants. As soon as you step inside, you're transported to another world. Friendly, exciting, balanced, fascinating, intimate, interactive, etc. "In the thick of it, not just there." I can hardly describe the dishes... You have to taste them to understand what truly high art cooking means! We will definitely come back to immerse ourselves in the world of Tisane and enjoy it once again. Keep up the good work, you're the best👍🎉
