👍 Highly recommended! Very fine, regional gourmet cuisine. No crazy, fancy, fancy food, but sophisticated, down-to-earth cuisine made with high-quality regional ingredients. Special attention is paid to the creative presentation. You can taste it: these are professionals who love what they do – including the service. We opted for the 7(!) course menu with wine pairing – but you can also order à la carte. We haven't eaten as well as at the Hirschkönig for a long time! ...if you don't want to make the "long" drive home, you can easily stay overnight in the attached romantic hotel with a wellness area 😉 This, too, is highly recommended! Of course, the love for good cuisine is also evident at the breakfast buffet: Bread, rolls, sausage products (in-house butcher shop!), jams, cakes, apple juice,... all of this is homemade here! Definitely worth a visit!

As already described in the review of the hotel, an excellent restaurant. The atmosphere is lovingly designed, the staff is friendly, accommodating and makes a happy impression. I would describe it as dining in a feel-good atmosphere. The food is very tasty and the price is appropriate for the overall package. If you are in Parsberg and want to have a good time eating, the Hirschkönig is the first choice for me.

CAROLA HAUSEN - KÜCHENCHEFIN, überraschte uns gestern Abend mit ihrem genialen Menü und THERESA HAMMER der sogenannte Leithirsch im Restaurant servierte uns perfekt mit einer professionell lieben Art. Ein Restaurant das Sterne verdächtig ist👍😋😋

Ich war eigentlich zu meinem Geburtstag zum Welness mit meinem Partner im Hotel gewesen. Schon am Ersten Tag war klar, dass es das Geburtstagsmenü im Hirschkönig geben muss, was sich Problemlos von der Wirtsstube zum Hirschkönig umbuchen ließ. Auch im Hauptgang war eine Änderung von Fleisch auf Fisch überhaupt kein Problem. Womit ich nicht gerechnet hatte war, dass mein Partner mit Hotel-und Servicepersonal unter einer Decke steckte: Ich bekam im Zimmer einen Anruf mit Geburtstagsgrüßen, und der Bitte an dir Rezeption zu kommen, da dort eine Kleinigkeit zum Geburtstag für mich bereit läge. Natürlich sind wir los und wurden in den Hirschkönig gebracht, wo der Tisch auf bezaubernde Art mit einem frisch gebackenen Kuchen, Drinks und Herzen dekoriert war. Und ehe ich mich versah, Kniete mein Partner vor mir und machte mir den Heiratsantrag. Schöner hätte es nicht sein können. Die Beste Location, die ich mir hätte wünschen können!!! Und alle haben sich so sehr für uns gefreut. Einfach toll!!! Und das Abendessen am Abend im Hirschkönig einfach ein Gedicht. Noch nie, wirklich nie, so exquisit gegessen. Der Service ist herausragend, unaufdringlich, aufmerksam und über die Maßen kompetent. Wir kommen wieder!!!!!!

Wir durften im Hirschkönig ein 7-Gänge-Menü der besonderen Art genießen. Es war ein rundum gelungener, schöner Abend, sowohl kulinarisch, vom Service als auch vom Ambiente. Besonders gefallen hat uns: - Die kreative und geschmackvolle Zusammenstellung der Gänge - Der nette, aufmerksame und kompetente Service - Die Taktung der Gänge (insgesamt ~4h) - Die Einrichtung inklusive der speziellen Tische mit eigenen Besteckschubladen Wir werden den Hirschkönig definitiv wieder besuchen.
