Food is very good by MC standards but service is okay. You get insulted because you don't hear your number the first time. And that’s with table service. The display shows the employee where you are, but when you get to the table you stop at the front and shout the order number. Until you understand that the number is for table service, the employee is offended. And complains loudly about customers throughout the entire branch. After this incident, my food took a particularly long time to arrive (21 minutes). Customer-oriented is something else... Next time I drive through MC Drive... I can't recommend eating it indoors.

The order was incomplete, as always. The fries were cold, bordering on edible. The sauce was missing, which is a classic Burger King experience... I'll avoid eating here.

The food was prepared with fish. The burgers and fries were hot. Restrooms were clean. There were no waits at the McDonald's Drive-Thru. The parking lot was clean. The green spaces were littered with McDonald's wrappers. Relatively quiet at McDonald's.

Service actually 0 stars. Employees smoke outside, and smoke drifts into the restaurant. Employees top the burgers without gloves, simply with their hands. Ordering takes forever even though it's barely busy. Never again

The employees in this store are simply overwhelmed, even though there's nothing going on. They're too stupid to put the notices aside. I waited 25 minutes for three ice creams. The employees are just stupid. And there's trash and food scraps everywhere in the kitchen, and the toilets stink of fish. The store is just disgusting.

Cleanliness leaves much to be desired; if the displays aren't working, it's almost impossible to order anything because the service is poor. I've experienced much better things at other branches.

They forgot my order and after 20 minutes when I was there they no longer had my order and I had to keep waiting because they had to redo it and then they put it on the tray for me and I wanted to take it with me and then I was able to put it in the bag myself. They just put the bag next to the tray and left. I didn't even get my sauces for nuggets and fries.

We were here first thing in the morning as we were passing through - the toilets and sink were not clean, the food took a long time to prepare and something was missing. It was also evident on one employee's face that she didn't enjoy her job.

Friendly staff...very clean there...yesterday we were very impressed with how fast the service was and they were also very responsive to my limited daughter's request. Many thanks to the team who worked there on April 20, 2025 between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m

Ich gehe wirklich selten zu McDonalds aber manchmal muss ein Burger oder eine Pommes doch sein oder eben das eine Mal im Halbjahr für die ganze Familie mal was zum Sündigen. Nachdem bereits mein letzter Besuch bei McD in Oppenheim der komplette Reinfall war mit kalten, komplett versalzenen Pommes und fehlenden Nuggets, ist es mir heute schon wieder passiert. Natürlich habe ich in die Tüte geschaut nachdem sie mir durchs McDrive Fenster gereicht wurde. Scheinbar war alles dabei von meiner Bestellung (habe die Bestelltüte im Auto aber nicht komplett ausleeren wollen...bin ich selber Schuld). Nach 5 minütiger Heimfahrt habe ich dann mal wieder feststellen müssen, dass 2x eine Pommes gefehlt hat. In den letzten 10 Jahren ist sowas in dieser Filiale schon so oft vorgekommen, plus mitunter die ewigen Wartezeiten nach Bestellungen, egal ob McDrive oder im Restaurant. Liebe Leute in der Filiale Oppenheim, ist das einfach nur Euer Geschäftsmodell oder habt Ihr wirklich seit etlichen Jahren einfach nur ein richtig schlechtes Management und arbeitet nicht daran? Diese Filiale habe ich heute wirklich das letzte Mal besucht. Dass es auch anders geht zeigen die Filialen Wörrstadt, Kirchheim-Bolanden, Alzey und einige in Mainz...und wahrscheinlich alle anderen weltweit auch.

I've tried to get a burger three times after the gym now. All three times I waited at least 10 minutes. Fast food works differently.
