I'm really disappointed with my last visit to Burger King. The wait was over 30 minutes – and that was in a fast food restaurant! When the food finally came, it was cold and dry. The chili cheese fries barely had any sauce on them, and when I politely asked for some mayo, I was actually insulted by the staff! Such an unfriendly tone is completely unacceptable. Overall, this was a completely disappointing experience and I will be avoiding this Burger King for now.

We had a quick meal here on the way back from a short vacation. There were enough employees on site and they were even friendly. Our food was prepared quickly. Above all, the citizens were still really hot and the fries were nice and crispy. If we come by again we would like to go there again...

Horrible. The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Slow service, incompetent and unfriendly staff, dirty premises etc.

I'm not a McDonald's fan since we had a son because of the service, but service and quality really seem to be very important here. Thank you so much that you and your child receive such great service here and the food is always fresh and warm. . And the cleanliness is great! Thanks to the nice Mr. Felix, who felt like he read all of my wishes and was very friendly and helpful (my son had spilled something). This is not a given. A huge thank you to the branch in Nieder Olm and to the entire team, especially Mr. Felix, for the new drink and the loving manner with my son. Ordered via the app on the night of October 19th to 20th. App shows €17.33, part of the order was paid for using the points. Called the code, when we arrived at the counter at the front, the price was suddenly twice as high. I then said that couldn't be the case and showed the app. The employee then said: Well, bad luck, can't change that. Then I asked the boss, he happened to be in the warehouse and she didn't know or didn't want to know when he was coming and I now had two options, either I leave now or I pay double the price. Then I left. Conclusion: 1,000 points gone, no food and being insulted by the black-haired employee in Mc Drive. I will share my experiences and we will all avoid this “restaurant”.

DO NOT HAVE DELIVERY! BETTER GO THERE YOURSELF! 3 HOURS OF WAITING TIME!! Yesterday we were able to order via Lieferando at 4:30 p.m. (I knew that delivery was only valid from 5:00 p.m.) and the delivery tracking showed that the food should be delivered at 5:45 p.m., which would have been okay in terms of timing. But when the food still wasn't with us at 7:15 p.m. and when we were tracking it suddenly said "delivered enjoy your food" we felt pretty ripped off and turned to the Lieferando chat, the food arrived 10 minutes later, around 7:30 p.m. We waited almost 3 hours for food from McDonalds which is 10 minutes away from us. If I hadn't paid in advance with Paypal, I would have ordered somewhere else and sent McDonald's delivery service away. You can imagine how the food tasted, we also had quite a stomach ache an hour later. At the same time I saw a review on lieferando that also stated a 2 hour delay. It's just embarrassing when I consider that I've ordered food somewhere so many times, even on the weekend, and it took less than 30 minutes.

What happened to this branch? I ordered 2x menu at the drive in today plus a Happy Meal. At the counter to pay everything was ok. When it was handed out, initially until I opened the bag at home. The fries were too flabby and some were still raw. The Happy Meal was missing the drink, the fruit nonsense and the toy. Explain to a 5 year old why her menu is incomplete. I paid almost €40… and for what? Nowadays you really have to control everything that is given to you... (I only knew this from the competition). That's a disgrace to the customer. Where has the quality gone? And you don't need to pass this on to your employees, employees are only as good as their manager. Work on your mistakes urgently, otherwise you will lose the rest of your customers... and no nice looking branch will help.

First time really having problems here. The place looks like crap (see pictures), the food was delivered cold twice and after the second complaint we were told to order something else to eat. We stayed stubborn and got our McCrispys hot on the third try. Hygiene is not a priority here. People in the kitchen are eating while it's being prepared, there's food all over the floor, and the dish carts are overflowing. The floor outside is completely sticky and the inside is so greasy that you can almost slide back and forth on it. Hopefully it will be better next time :)

Since this is the only place with a reasonably fast charger for electric cars, I stopped here twice. The first time I wanted to eat on site, but I decided to change my order at the counter to “take away” after waiting more than 20 minutes for my order. On the second visit I waited in the restaurant for a relatively long time (about 15 minutes) - but decided to stay and eat there. When returning, I noticed the two absolutely overcrowded and dirty return points, where tablets and other guests' leftovers were already piled up. A very slow and unmotivated McDonald's... I can't fault the food, you know you're in for a treat when you go there...
