It was filthy and took a hell of a long time. It took about 45 minutes to try the new chips. And it was a complete disaster.

Delivery took 2.5 hours. Everything was cold, terrible.

Unfortunately we had to wait 45 minutes until we got our food. This happened to everyone who ate in the house. We got a bored: Sorry it took so long. As usual, it was quick to take away, even though there was a lot going on. They were gone again after 5-10 minutes. They have probably been instructed that outside of the house always has priority.

The food was lukewarm almost cold Unfortunately, out of the 5 employees behind the counter, 5 don't speak German and you can still communicate about your concerns

Update on my review. Ordered something to be delivered again after a long time. The quality is really subpar. The buns are old and dry, the lettuce on the burgers is dark. And again something was forgotten. Guys, this won't work. Hygiene conditions are also miserable. I was able to observe how an employee was sick, worked without a mask or gloves, but was coughing. This is really underground.

This is warning food and this is not fresh food so I get sick of this food 🙃 😑

The ice cream machine is always broken.

Something is always missing from take away. Rarely receive an order completely. Nothing changes. Why can't anyone in this store do anything?

Worst McDonald's I know! Door broken - closed! Both display monitors for collections are defective! Men's toilet out of order! Normally a “catering establishment” here should already be closed!!! We waited forever for our order. When asked, the “trained employee” initially said he didn’t have the order. He then said he had “called” our number 30 minutes ago but it had not been picked up!!! The three of us stood at a bar table in the immediate vicinity of the counter and heard NOTHING!!! Then we received our order in a bag quite quickly. When we got home, we found out once again in NIEDER-OLM that there wasn't actually what we ordered in the bag! In the future we would rather go to Wörrstadt and avoid this shop in Nieder-Olm!

The terminals are totally stupid, extremely slow and keep hanging up. Code scan doesn't work either. When asked (when the store is completely empty) whether you can order and pay directly at the checkout. No, you have to be patient at the terminals. Very great customer service *irronieoff

We just wanted to buy an iced coffee shake when we had it and it was almost only ice cubes and cream in it and the price wasn't fair!

We were here first thing in the morning as we were passing through - the toilets and sink were not clean, the food took a long time to prepare and something was missing. It was also evident on one employee's face that she didn't enjoy her job.

That was my last visit there for a long time!! - Air conditioning at maximum when the outside temperature was 3 degrees, it was so cold that you had to eat with a jacket on - Waited 30 minutes for the order, burger was ice cold. When asked, they said, yes, it's like that sometimes!! - very unfriendly staff!!

Fuller than full on a Sunday afternoon. Food was okay but a lot of things were mixed up. But it came quickly and fresh.
