McDonald's in Oppenheim

Since this is the only place with a reasonably fast charger for electric cars, I stopped here twice. The first time I wanted to eat on site, but I decided to change my order at the counter to “take away” after waiting more than 20 minutes for my order. On the second visit I waited in the restaurant for a relatively long time (about 15 minutes) - but decided to stay and eat there. When returning, I noticed the two absolutely overcrowded and dirty return points, where tablets and other guests' leftovers were already piled up. A very slow and unmotivated McDonald's... I can't fault the food, you know you're in for a treat when you go there...

Fast food? Slow food. It's crazy how long you always have to wait in Oppenheim. 15 minutes is the rule rather than the exception. Orders are marked as completed in the system so that the statistics are correct.

What kind of staff are you hiring please??

Outside temperature: 13°C and inside it is colder! Despite requests, no one was able to regulate the air conditioning 🙄 Otherwise just like any normal McDonald's branch.

Very friendly staff and quick service excellent

I ordered on the mc drive. Had to wait 40 minutes for the food. Since I had 2 children in the car, I also ordered 2 ice creams. When the food was finally ready, the ice cream was already very runny. Apparently it was freshly made upon request. I threw it in the trash can, I don't give something like that to the children.

Dishonorable. I just spent €11 on fries because you forgot the burger. You just can't be trusted. I'm so disappointed that I'm giving up the store. Get rid of the stupid app and never go back then it'll be fine.

Waited 10 minutes despite pre-ordering in the drive.

Just been there to try out the new "M". The atmosphere is bleak and there is no joy in the store either. The difficulties began at the counter: The employees only speak bad/broken German, It is very likely that it also happens to other customers that the employee is replaced by another during the order and you have to start the whole order from the beginning. I ordered the menu for €11.99 The next problems arose during the ordering process: I was asked which sauces I would like: I chose ONLY sweet and sour. I got 1x sweet and sour and 1x ketchup. (I never asked for ketchup though) I ordered the burger without onions. Of course I also found something on the burger here? yes, onions... Last but not least, I was asked about the drink: I wanted Sprite and got it too HOWEVER... with ice cream in it, which I also never asked for was, still asked for it. Conclusion: Don't go there again. The "M" tastes like any run-of-the-mill McDonald's burger, only a little bigger. The expectations triggered by the advertising on TV evaporated after the first bite.

Very unfriendly staff, you wait forever and are insulted when you ask for the receipt. Totally overwhelmed and extremely dirty. Employee walks around with her bare midriff and her hair loose. Apart from the fingernails. Not recommended

As always, food at Mecces was fine. What bothers me is that the preparation numbers are falsified to the detriment of the customers. I've had the 194, according to the ad, ready for 4 minutes and I've been waiting for 6 minutes. Four other customers were waiting with me. As you can see from the ad, theoretically none. They didn't want to pay out the remaining credit at first, but when I said I would have preferred to pay the 1.50 in cash, they were willing to pay it out.

We were here with our granddaughter. She likes it here. We do that with her every now and then. In principle we don't think the food is bad, but the price has become very expensive. If two adults and a 2-year-old (kids menu) had left 70 DM there earlier, we wouldn't have come back. Yes, I know it's 2023 and not 2001. We were there again today. We waited 10 minutes for our food at the table. Nevertheless, the waitress apologized for taking so long. Very commendable.

Something is missing or wrong in almost every order and you wait at least 15 minutes for your food

Unfortunately, the food was totally bland and a burger called Double Chees shouldn't just have one slice of cheese. It definitely tastes better in other branches. Conclusion not recommended. The only good thing was the service

Outside peak times you wait ages for your food. Furthermore, you can't trust the kitchen and the service. There's always something missing from my orders.

Ordered yesterday for €36. Things were missing and I went back to complain about it. Conclusion: the saleswoman said she had put it in the bag herself. So I had no evidence of that. So I ordered the missing burgers again and paid again. Really catastrophic next time I'd rather put up with a few kilometers but you won't see me here anymore. PS is already the second time it HAPPENED. YOU'D BETTER HAVE IT.

I can no longer reconcile my conscience not to write this review. That's why I'm taking the time now and writing it. This McDonald's is one of the best McDonald's branches I have ever visited. It's incredibly heartwarming and nice to see how friendly all the employees are and how promptly and courteously orders are processed. You notice the closeness of the manager, who always sits at the guest seats and ensures that everything runs smoothly. And the little touches are nice. There are always free gummy bears and sweets, and once when I was there there were even pieces of croissant. This is simply customer-oriented and sustainable! This is how you run a McDonald’s! You can tell that the employees are treated well and have a positive approach to their everyday work! I think this McDonald's is very good and can recommend it. I have two Michelin stars. This McDonald's is worth a trip.

We grabbed something quick to eat at the drive last night, everything as usual.

We had the coupon with the mc rib from the cell phone app and the meat tasted and smelled rotten on both burgers. The staff responsible for the drive are always very unfriendly and no matter when we eat in the restaurant in Oppenheim. The food is always cold and at least one or two things are missing. It can't be that difficult to remove meat from the storage box or warming container after an hour in the heat. The health department would definitely find something in this shop 😡😡😡😡😡😡

4x ordered 4x incorrectly or not brought to the table at all

A little tip: Always check all components of the order immediately. Parts tend to be forgotten. Long waiting times and you only get a limited amount of what you order. Choosing gifts in the Happy Meal and then getting completely different things. Our little one was correspondingly disappointed.

Leider werden immer wieder Teile der Bestellung zumindest im Mc Drive vergessen. Ist uns schon öfters passiert, speziell bei Getränken oder Geschenken beim Happy Meal. Wäre mit etwas besserer Qualitätssicherung problemlos verbesserbar.

All in all ok. The burger needs more sauce and is often dry. Also, an Irish leprechaun named Max comes in every time. He always wants my food and begs for change. Stay away from this one.

Small and clear. Nothing going on and still a cold burger. Cappuccino ordered with a sugar stick. The employee pours the sugar in, stirs the coffee and dips his fingers in the foam... and am I supposed to drink that?????

All in all average. What you expect from a McDonalds branch is what you get...no more, no less. There are waiting times at peak times, but with a small branch it is probably not profitable to have more employees come for an hour. The facility is a bit outdated...tablets for children are often out of order or only one works...

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Tomatoes on the burgers if you order without and the ice cream machine is constantly broken. Wouldn't recommend the store.

We were there on Saturday. The fries were forgotten with the menu and they were barely done. The floor in the guest room was mostly sticky and dirty, some of the tables hadn't been cleaned, it was clearly too cold, you had to wear a jacket. The sink in the toilet was dirty, the toilet floor was so sticky that you could hear it when you walked. All in all, you got the feeling of sitting in a cheap snack bar on the side of the road in an industrial district that you wanted to get away from quickly. That was significantly better. There is a notice at the entrance that says criticism via email is requested. I see this as the wrong approach... This public review is not about denouncing anyone, it's a shame that you get these impressions in a modern branch when it depends on little things

Our burgers were delicious and the fries were crispy and delicious. Friendly staff and service was very fast. Clean tables and in general, a pleasant atmosphere. This has been one of the McDonald's that we liked the most compared to those in the surrounding area.

Cool burgers 😞 and that's when they're supposedly always made fresh.

Once again: neither the sauces for the nuggets nor the salad were included with the order. Then I called and said “they can pick up their sauces tomorrow” oh sure! Die MA sind *richtig* gut darin *nicht* das bestellte (und bezahlte) Essen einzupacken... 1. Fall: Bestellt am Drive-In wurde 20er Chicken-Nuggets, Ceasar-Wrap, Salat etc (> 20 EUR). Zu Hause angekommen stellte sich heraus, dass ein Hamburger & Pommes für gefühlte 5+ Euro in der Tüte waren. Zähneknirschend wieder 10km zurückgefahren.... 2. Fall: Bestellt am Drive-In für knapp 21 Euro (Kid-Menü, McNugget, Ceasar Salat), gegeben 25 Euro, Rest als Trinkgeld "zur Motivation". Zu Hause festgestellt, das Kid-Menü war ohne Spielzeug. Beim Anruf hieß es "kommen Sie vorbei, dann bekommen Sie das". Nein, dafür fahre ich nicht schon wieder 10km zurück. 3. Fall: Ganzen Tag "on the road" und nichts gegessen. Abends einen Wrap bestellt und (korrekt !) erhalten, am Folgetag kam "Montezuma" zum "Rache-Besuch". Zufall ? Fazit: 3 Mal dort, 2,x Mal enttäuscht worden.

Tische dreckig und insgesamt Schäbig beim Essen zwei Sachen vergessen.

Die Wartezeit im Drive In, selbst wenn es im Restaurant recht leer ist, ist inzwischen eine absolute Frechheit... Fast 5 Minuten, bis am Lautsprecher jemand mit mir sprach und nun sitze ich bereits seit fast 10 min im Auto und warte.... Trotz vorheriger Online-Bestellung...

Katastrophale Wartezeiten am DriveIn mittags um 14.30. 23 Minuten (!!!) für ein 0815 Menü. Keine Entschuldigung-NIX! Leute, was stimmt bei euch nicht??

Essen gut, Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Wartezeit am drive-in etwas länger aber OK. Personal freundlich.

Ich thinke besser food und services

Toiletten verschmutzt Personal lustlos und die Tische ebenfalls verschmutzt trotz kaum Kundschaft. Die Rutsche für Kinder wurde vor Jahren das letzte Mal gereinigt. Die Burger waren trocken als würden sie schon lange auf dem Blech liegen.

Für mich einer der besseren Mc donald. Gehe dort zwar selten essen, aber das schon seit der Öffnung. Immer alles warm und für McDonalds Verhältnisse gut zubereitet. Mitarbeiter war auch immer sehr freundlich.

Alles sehr sauber und Personal auch sehr freundlich aber es wird sehr oft mal was vergessen. leider ist bei vielen Burgern wie z.b Royal TS und BigMac das Fleisch und generell alles sehr trocken. Die Eismaschine ist dort auch fast immer angeblich "kaputt". Fazit: andere McDonalds in der Umgebung sind wesentlich besser!

Autoschalter ist der Lahmste der mir jemals begegenet ist. Vor allem ist es dort immer gleich. JEDESMAL Schlange vor der Bestellung. JEDESMAL "fahren sie bitte vorne rechts ran". Im Schnitt 20Min am Autoschalter. Mehrfach bin ich nach einer viertel Stunde aus der Bestellschlange weggefahren.

Bin enttäuscht. Habe ein Happy Meal bestellt und die haben mir einfach das falsche Spielzeug gegeben. Habe fast geweint, das war's dann mit dem "Happy Meal"!

Einer der langsamsten McDonalds die ich kenne. Ab 18 Uhr im McDrive ne Wartezeit von 20-45 Minuten. Mitarbeiter leicht überfordert.

Fastfood stimmt nicht so ganz, eher Slowfood. Bestellung unvollständig, musste ich reklamieren. Restaurant war leer, trotzdem hat der Bestellvorgang zu lange gedauert, und die Gläser zum Menü waren auch vorrätig. Schade, schade.......

Hey Leute, manchmal war ich von McDonalds in Oppenheim enttäuscht. Zu schlechtes Deutsch die verkehrte Ware bekommen. Heute bin ich seit langem wieder in Oppenheim beim Ronald gewesen. Hatte eine Spezial-Bestellung. Dank Katharina hab ich nach einer Überlegung eine super Zusammenstellung bekommen und hab sogar noch etwas Geld gespart. Dankeschön Katharina Daumendrücken und weiter so. Endlich eine nette, intelligente und hübsch aussehende Frau hinter dem Tresen. 24.05.2023 Es geht.. War leer. Trotzdem ist der Fachkräfte Mangel überall feststellbar Leider

Sicher ist es nicht immer einfach, jedem Gast gerecht zu werden. Aber man sollte darauf achten, dass das Essen nicht lauwarm serviert wird. Ansonsten sind die Mitarbeiter recht freundlich.

Service/Bedienung kommen mit der Technik nicht Klar! Am Automaten zwei Burger bestellt und an der An der Anzeige steht gleich abholen? Zahl verschiedet dann gleich?? Geht so mit jedem Kunden/Bestellung. Auch Kunden die weit nach mir kamen hatten ihr Essen bekommen, stand 20 Minuten vom Tressen gegen über und habe dann gefragt was los ist! Antwort: die Technik hat ein Problem und druckt keine Zettel aus somit weiß er nicht was er raus geben soll🤦 . Eine Familie war schon länger da als ich und hatte nach mir bekommen 3 Happy Mails und auch 2 Burger ich schätze ihre Warte Zeit lag weit über 40 Minuten, und es war nicht viel los.

Leider ist ganz oft die Eismaschine kaputt.. gefühlt immer dann wenn ich ein Eis möchte :D .. aber sonst ist alles gut

Top 10 der schlechtesten Fastfood Läden der Welt.Die einfachsten Dinge,wie ein Cheeseburger (wurde als Cheeseburger ohne Käse verkauft) klappen nicht. Als Ausrede kommt dann,dass leider viel los ist..... Echter Schrott und das andere bestellte Essen teilweise kalt.Das einzige positive Ding waren die Pommes...Besser in einen richtigen Burgerladen.

MC Donalds halt kennste einen kennste alle. Aber alles war Frisch und Warm.

Neu renoviert und modernisiert, Bestellung und Bezahlung nun auch über hochkant Touchpanels möglich. Qualität der Burger hat sich verbessert. Preisleistungsverhältnis war besser. 2,89 € für einen Double Cheesburger ist schon sehr teuer, die Preise haben alle extrem angezogen... Stand Februar 2023 kostet der Double Cheesburger mittlerweile 3,10 € was definitiv zu teuer ist.

Scheinbar steht dieser MD auf Kriegsfuß mit seiner IT. Bestellungen werden nicht richtig zugeordnet.

Hat fast nie das gesamte Sortiment da. Ziemlich schwach für die aufgerufenen Preise.

Sorry, aber ich teste seit einiger Zeit die Frische der Produkte. Laut McDonalds werden Sonderbestellungen extra zubereitet. Aber die 2 Doppelcheesburger ohne Gurke waren absolut nur lauwarm. Da entsteht zumindest der Verdacht, man könnte einfach bei Lagerware die Gurke runter genommen haben.

Personal dort ist leider sehr unkompetent.. Und bei den Gutscheinen sind immer so ziemlich alle überfragt. Zudem relativ lange Wartezeiten für dein Fastfood Restaurant

Die Mitarbeiter geben sich Mühe, aber einige Prozesse scheinen noch nicht ganz reibungslos zu laufen.

Leider fehlte erneut ein Teil unserer Bestellung und es wurde lieblos in die Tüte gepackt. Das Personal war total überfordert obwohl nicht viel los war. Die Toilette war nicht mal ok. Schade, sind früher gerne hier gewesen.

Angestellte verstehen nur die Hälfte, lange Wartezeit , essen fehlt obwohl es bezahlt wurde , Geld wird dir ohne was zu sagen aus der Hand gerissen , auf die Frage ob das wirklich alles war , kurz und knapp klar , kundenfreundlich ist anders , wird von Mal zu Mal schlimmer, denke das es das letzteal war das mich dieser laden gesehen hat

Kann mich nur lobend über den McDonald's in Oppenheim äußern. Die Mitarbeiter sind nett und sehr bemüht, als Gast bekommt man auch schon mal Starthilfe, falls nötig 😉 Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, das Restaurant war sauber, beim Essen bekam ich frisches und heißes Fastfood. Veggieburger und Curlie Fries waren beide gut.

Ich vermeide Fast Food, weil es nicht satt macht (jedenfalls nicht lange) und dafür extrem viele Kalorien hat. - Allerdings liebe ich seit meiner Kindheit Cheeseburger und den erlaube ich mir 1 mal im Jahr oder alle 2 Jahre. - Das Restaurant hat aber mit dem gewohnten McDonald Standard nichts gemein. Der Burger hatte keine Gurke und war kalt. Ich brachte ihn frustriert zurück und bekam sogar einen Ersatz. Der hatte dann eine Gurke, dafür aber kein Ketchup und war ebenfalls kalt. Das Fleisch schmeckte muffig. - Es ist also wirklich die Kalorien nicht wert. Danke, jetzt habe ich eine Aversion gegen Cheeseburger.

Typical food, typical service but, not usual, the place is CLEAN. No problem with parking and a small childrens play area with outside seating.

This is a typical European McDonalds. Everything is good. Fast service. Good place for a quick snack.
