Unbelievably 20 minutes of waiting for food in a “fast food”, very bad service, they just don’t care at all!!!!

The burgers were just thrown together in the packaging. There wasn't even any sauce on one of the three burgers. Just crappy service.

Products: zero standards, one serving per product was out of place Cold drinks without ice Burger wrong patty, bacon that was on the run, fries absolute catastrophe, hung over the deep fryer for several minutes and the fillet was fried in it, fish flavored fries if you like. 🤷‍♀️ (2 in 1) Dear Mc Donald's Team Alzey, please learn standards and how to adhere to them. Ask yourself if you want to eat in this store, what you serve to the guests, probably not!

I ordered from Lieferrando for €30 and they said it would arrive in 70 minutes Now they don't deliver, no one responds to my call. I'm really disappointed, I won't be ordering again.

We were there during the weekday evening at 8:10 p.m. Pure disaster! The terminals do not respond or respond with a very long delay. The employees also work in slow motion. The kitchen produces quickly and everything is in the warming container because the colleagues at the front pack up orders slowly and are not at all impressed by the people waiting. Orders are mixed up or produced twice. We had to wait forever, other people even longer! The food was ok. We've eaten better in other McDonalds. In addition, the entire floor is dirty. The empty trays are piling up on the tables because the return cart is overfull. The toilets are anything but clean. As we were leaving, we saw the supposed boss/shift manager smoking in peace. The delivery service via “ Lieferando ” has apparently been closed because the orders cannot be fulfilled. An inspection by McDonald's itself is urgently needed here. A restaurant like this cannot be a flagship for the chain.

Tables were not wiped. Toilet paper was missing.

The store is virtually empty, with about 6 employees standing together in a huddle and effectively not doing any work. The floor is completely dirty and the order takes forever, even though it was just ice cream.

About 20 minutes later I saw the employee and two others smoking in front of the door. Then I went in and saw that the store was completely empty. Simply unbelievable. Then half of it is often missing from the bags, so you always have to check to see if everything is in there. For every 10 orders at the drive-thru, you have to park on the side at least 8 times and wait for the food to be brought to you. Alzey should take a leaf from Wörrstadt. The employees there are really customer-oriented and nothing is ever missing.

The employee seems relatively new as I have never seen him before. The food was delicious as always, so I'm still giving it two stars, but today's experience was disappointing. Ordered, received the bag and was already wondering: “Everything is supposed to be in there?”. Checked in the parking lot. Of course not everything was there. Forgetting a portion of fries in two menus and not packing three ordered sauces into the bag - you have to manage it first... So let's go into the hallowed halls and after looking at the bag, the employee said: "You're still missing a chip, right?" be welcomed. First thought: I can fool myself alone. But maybe after I left I noticed that there was still something there that was supposed to be gone. If everything had been somewhat justifiable, mistakes happen. But the fact that the fries are almost cold and one of two burgers looks like it has been in a traffic accident, and the temperature has probably been cuddled with the fries beforehand, that was too much. That's it, unfortunately I can only agree with various negative reviews and avoid this place in the future.

Heute war ich in der Filiale in Alzey. Ich habe mir ein Doppelpack Menu mit Hamburger Royal TS und ein 6er mit Curry Sauce bestellt. Nach ca. 10 Minuten kam dann das Tablett jedoch mit einem Cheeseburger und einem Chickenburger und ohne die Sauce. Ich habe mich dann an die sogenannte Managerin gewannt und bekam die Antwort ich müsste jetzt mal warten. Nach weiteren 15 min war der Burger als noch nicht da. Als Antwort kam, sie müsste erst die anderen Gäste bedienen. Also wenn ich die falsche Ware ausgebe, versuche ich doch das der Kunde zufrieden gestellt wird. Dieser Laden ist das aller letzte, ab sofort nur noch nach Wörrstadt

Employees almost fall asleep while preparing the order, you have to wait ages for your order. Every now and then the orders are given out incorrectly. A complete disaster unless it's an emergency and you absolutely have to eat, I would try to avoid this shop.

It's very dirty there and the staff is endlessly rude. The staff prefers to stand behind the counter chatting instead of ensuring cleanliness and order or simply serving the waiting customers. Clean chain restaurant with the golden "M". The tables and the tray return were in perfect condition. The order was placed via one of the terminals and went smoothly. After a bit of a wait, a friendly employee picked it up. Burgers and shrimp were freshly prepared and were tempered accordingly. The taste is typical of McDonald's. Some of the staff were reminiscent of the sloth in Zootopia and the young man at the counter with the striped sweater was completely overwhelmed with packing the orders. Normally I would have left again, but the children were waiting at home and were looking forward to the meal. The end of the story was that at SOMETIME he managed to at least put everything on the counter and just leave. The food was already cold in places thanks to the speed and packing strategy. Maybe just switch to watering flowers. You can do it too.

Einfach unfreundlich die dort arbeiten am liebsten würde ich nicht mal einen Stern für diesen Service bewerten, ich habe ein Eis bestellt da war ungelogen ein Klex Karamell drinnen wenn man es angesprochen hat sagen die ja habt ihr schon gegessen ? Ihr kleinen Go‘s wegen euch 1 Stunde gewartet und Kassen sind kaputt und mussten bei mcdrive bestellen als Fußgänger ihr kleine fußlecker und dann wo Kassen wieder gingen wurde unsere Bestellung vergessen ihr kleine thailändische Ziegenkäse Verkäufer

Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Tische wurden nicht abgewischt. Da einige Kinder da waren, sahen die entsprechenden aus. Auch die Toiletten sind ein Graus.

Ständig fehlt etwas bei Take away. Selten eine Bestellung vollständig bekommen.

Katastrophe hab an meiner Cola Getrunken und hab mich gefragt warum sie so komisch schmeckt. Mir ist dann aufgefallen das weder Wein noch Chantré in der Cola war. Da war ich entsetzt

Waren zu 4 vor Ort, Mitarbeiter an Kasse geisteskrank unfreundlich, mussten 30 Minuten auf das Essen warten und es wurde nichtmal eine kleine Pommes oder sonstiges kostenlos angeboten. Hätte man sich mal lieber für den mcs neben an entschieden!

Sauberer Mcdonals mit ordentlichen Burgern. Das Personal war gut gelaunt und es war eine nette Atmosphäre. Ist nicht bei jeden Mcdonals so.

Laden ist sauber, Personal schnell und freundlich. Ch.nuggets waren heiß. Bestellung per App funktioniert problemlos, inklusive Angebote.

Essen in der Filiale gewollt. Nach 20 Minuten Wartezeit stornieren lassen. Bei mir kein Einzelfall da war ein Herr der hat 28 Minuten auf einen Burger gewartet. Hier bestimmt nicht mehr.

Total überfordert, dreckig und unaufgeräumt, 45min gewartet, kommentarlos Geld zurück bekommen, kein Essen, keine Entschuldigung! Liebe Rentner-Chefin - einfach mal mit anpacken und nicht nur rumkommandieren. Die Mitarbeiter können einem hier echt leid tuen. Meidet dieses Restaurant auf der Durchreise, wenn ihr zügig weiterwollt. Mit FastFood hat das hier nichts mehr zu tuen.

Zum wiederholten Male ist der fraß Kalt wo man am Drive bekommt, es muss ja auch alles schon in die Tüte rein damit es kalt wird bis der fehlende Rest gemacht ist . Vielleicht sollte man sich ja bei McDonald's Deutschland Mal erkundigen weil es gibt ja eine mindest Temperatur der Speisen werde beim nächsten Mal die Kerntemperatur Messen sollte sie nicht passen fliegt der Fraß. 2 Sterne beim Service weil ich hab ja den fraß gebracht bekommen

Haben über die MC App 3 Eis bestellt mit Tischnummer, danach kam die Angestellte und sagte frech " nur wegen einem Eis laufen wir nicht", haben aber davor einen Kaffee an einem Platz gebracht ... sehr unfreundlich.

Wir waren zu zweit auf die Schnelle hier. Das Essen ist wie gewohnt von früher gut, die Burger werden gefühlt immer kleiner. Aber das mag subjektiv sein. An den Bestellterminals hat eins keine Ausdrucke ausgegeben. Das nächste hatte kein Papier und war deshalb out of Order. Hat gedauert bis wir mit Essen fast fertig waren, bis sich jemand drum gekümmert hat. Das die abfahrenden Autos direkt am Ausgang vorbei fahren ist nicht gut gelöst. Die Aufteilung des Restaurants ist auch nicht gut. Ohne Windfang zieht es hier in allen Ecken, im Winter. Hier wäre also einiges Verbesserungswürdig.

Mehr also 30 Minuten im Drive gewartet 2 Cheeseburger, 3er pizzataschen bestellt und ein Menü +gratis apfeltasche….Habe ALLES bezahlt, nur einen chessburger bekommen mein Burger mit Zwiebeln und gurke trotz zweimaliger Wiederholung und die apfeltasche auch bezahlt…unverschämter laden !!! Leider erst zuhause gesehen sonst hätte ich es reklamiert!!!

Nach 17min Wartezeit hab ich mein Geld zurückverlangt, der Mitarbeiter war sehr unfreundlich und erst nach Verlangen des Managers wurde mir mein Geld ausgezahlt.

Es dauert ewig bis das Essen fertig ist. Frisch ist schön und gut. Wenn man mit hungrigen Kindern in ein schnell Restaurant geht erhofft man sich etwas anderes

Trotz der negativen Bewertungen wollte ich McDonald's eine Chance geben und hab über Lieferando bestellt. Ich wurde sehr positiv überrascht- das Essen kam auf dir Minute pünktlich und war noch warm (zwar nicht heiß, aber das stört mich persönlich nicht). Da meine Bestellung auf Lieferando nach einer halben Stunde (und auch bis jetzt noch nicht) bestätigt wurde, rief ich zwischenzeitlich bei McDonald's an und fragte nach meiner Bestellung. Die Frau am Telefon war sehr nett und teilte mir mit, dass die Bestellung auf dem Weg ist und sie sich auch nicht erklären könne, warum es in der App nicht angezeigt wird. Letztlich hatte sie recht und die Bestellung kam an, das Essen war gut.

Unmöglicher Kundenservice von dem Herrn an der Kasse heute Nachmittag! Automat vorne war defekt bzw. ließ einen nicht bezahlen. Auf Nachfrage wurde ich von ihm angemeckert, ich solle doch stets an der Kasse zahlen, dabei bedienten andere Kunden fleißig die Automaten (?). Schild mit Hinweis - Fehlanzeige. Punkte und Coupons wurden nicht angerechnet. Stattdessen wurde für Mehrgeld eine falsche Bestellung aufgegeben. Zu aller Höhe wurde mir noch unterstellt, ich benutze abgelaufene Coupons - obwohl ich versicherte, dass das nicht zutrifft (der Automat hatte sie ja schließlich auch akzeptiert). Essen war okay, aber auch schon fast kalt. Die Tische waren in vielen Bereichen dreckig, der Boden klebte, Tablets stapelten sich, und es war relativ laut trotz recht weniger Kunden. Wenigstens ging es flott und es gab auch eine nette Servicekraft. Diese Filiale war mal gut, doch heute fühlte ich mich abgezockt und für dumm verkauft.

Schmeckt nicht mehr wie früher und ist meistens Kalt bei der Ausgabe.

Der Mc Donalds ist sehr einladend und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut besser wie in Kh.

Chaotisches und lautes Ambiente. Leider musste ich 2 Burger reklamieren, da beim McRib die Sauce fehlte. Der Salat dauerte länger als alles andere. Man merkt die unkoordinoerte Arbeitsweise in Team. Es gibt deutlich bessere Filialen.

Update: wenn möglich nach Wörrstadt oder Kibo fahren! Weiterhin ständig fehlende Artikel, jetzt noch mit Mitarbeitern die laut werden. Dachte zu Beginn der Bestellung noch, dass die Chancen gut stehen, dass es funktioniert. Da die Begrüßung wirklich freundlich war. Die Wartezeit war sehr lange, aber es wurde sich, ohne Bemerkung von mir, für die Geduld bedankt. Das fand ich gut. Als dann bei der Bestellung Chicken McNuggets gefehlt haben (abgesehen davon, dass man sie bezahlt,ist das das Essen der Kinder - und enttäuschte Kinder will sicher niemand daheim, wenn man schon zu McDonalds fährt) war es noch „ok“, er war sichtlich genervt, aber nicht ausfallend. Als dann auch die Saucen gefehlt haben ist er laut geworden und wollte alle Tüten kontrollieren. Nicht, dass ich mir eine Süß-Sauer-Sauce ergaunere… diese hat er mir dann provokativ vor die Nase gehalten und in die Tüte fallen lassen. Wirklich verstörend.. Dass dann daheim aufgefallen ist, dass statt Cola Eistee in meinem Getränk war war dann der passende Abschluss :) Alter Beitrag: Leider unglaublich oft mit fehlenden Produkten im McDrive. Die Kontrolle auszulassen führt leider jedes 2. Mal zur Enttäuschung daheim. Dann kann man nur beten, dass nicht gerade etwas bei den Kindern fehlt, sondern bei einem der Elternteile......

Not super large but big enough restaurant. Staff was friendly. Four self-order machines, enough for the size of the place. Restaurant was clean and even the toilets were good. Plenty of parking spaces and just off the motorway. Good place for a pitstop.

Ziemlich saubere Filiale, gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Etwas lästig ist die fehlende Funktion zum scannen der QR Codes der App, diese müssen händisch eingegeben werden, ist aber nicht weiter schlimm. Essen absoluter McDonald's Standard, keine Ausreißer nach unten, aber auch nicht nach oben. Dauert manchmal ne Weile bis die Bestellung fertig ist, aber alles in allem geht das deutlich schlechter.
