McDonald's in Haßloch

The staff is overwhelmed and unfriendly. You have to wait too long for what's considered a "fast-food restaurant." The tables aren't cleaned properly, and food scraps are simply thrown on the floor. The restrooms aren't clean, and the tables and floor are sticky.

I'm really sad that ice matcha is no longer available. I used to drink it every day!!!!!!!

It's just fast food, what can you say?

Burgers were not fresh, cold and dry and the water from the Happy Meal was completely frozen, so that it was still thawing 5 hours after the visit and a child is supposed to drink that?! That was the last visit to this McDonald's

When I asked about a children's birthday party, like the offer that the kids could make their own hamburgers, I was told that we'd have to see how busy it was at the time. It's definitely a successful birthday party if the kids are disappointed that they're sitting down. Just don't advertise such an offer if it can't be organized. It's a real shame, actually, because the idea would be fantastic if it could be implemented. 🤷‍♀️

The staff were very nice. But very overwhelmed. You can tell that everyone who was in the park around the corner is making a pilgrimage there. This McDonald's is too small for the crowd. Regarding the food: I ordered Plant Nuggets and got regular ones. They were promptly replaced after I let them know, but that shouldn't happen. I actually trust that I'll actually get veggie food if I order them. That was very unpleasant for me. A small portion of fries was missing, but we got those without any problems after we let them know. The atmosphere, what can I say? Very unpleasant. Everything is quite cramped and unfortunately not clean. The staff can't keep up with the rush. They either need to expand quickly or open a second one next door. The wait for food is also far too long. People here often complain about the lack of motivation. In my opinion, the employees are massively overwhelmed and are no longer putting up with everything or stressing themselves out because they can't handle the huge demand. Nevertheless, I found every single one of them to be very friendly.

For once, I went to the boxed restaurant - spent 75 Swiss francs for cereal, only to discover 15 minutes later: Two burgers (which were listed on the bill and paid for accordingly) and the dipping sauces for the nuggets weren't wrapped. Ergo: cheated out of 8 Swiss francs. And once again, this confirms why you shouldn't buy anything at McDonald's. . . .

The food quality is okay for a MC's, but the wait time is WAY too long. If you want fast food, you want it fast. Half an hour for a burger and chicken nuggets is completely unacceptable.

Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend it. Takeout orders are often missing burgers or similar items. Staff are sometimes very unfriendly. Addendum 10.09.2025 They're intentionally cheating on orders with coupons. Burgers are generally missing from orders. It's shabby.

It's always too cold in this restaurant. And not clean. Update 9/9/2025 Simply awful. Ketchup and other things are sticky on the tables and the seats. Won't go there again.

Finally, a M. Donalds where you receive friendly and prompt service. After negative experiences in Altenkirchen and Neuwied, this is another store in this chain that we're happy to recommend.

A photo is worth a thousand words! That's supposed to be a freshly made Big Tasty, just bought from the drive-thru. Plus, it wasn't even lukewarm, like the rest of the food in the order!

Quality is, of course, standard, as always. There's nothing to praise or complain about – it tastes the same everywhere. But I would like to specifically praise the speedy service at the McDrive. It was really busy, and everything moved along super fast. I ordered online via the app and gave them my code. Then I paid quickly, and that was it. Just as it should be.

I always enjoy stopping by here on my way to work or working on small projects, thanks to the free internet on site. The staff smiles every time I walk through the door and greets me by name. Here, the focus is on the guest.

Rude, irritated, and unmotivated staff, lukewarm food, tables not clean, you have to ask for them to be wiped down. We didn't see a single table wiped down in the time we were there. The soap in the restroom was still empty even after half an hour, despite being told otherwise. Worst McDonald's we've ever been to. According to reviews, we're not the only ones who think so!

It's a shame, because if you don't check your order right away, something gets forgotten, like in our case the shaken fries and potato wedges, and otherwise the food has been there for a while and only arrives very lukewarm.

We waited 40 minutes for an order for three people! While we were waiting, we noticed that everyone was complaining about their order. Unfortunately, the staff were completely incompetent and unable to cope with stress.

Incredibly wonderful. The roof is watertight. It doesn't rain in. There's cold running water. The electricity in the sockets is green. Idyllically located in the heart of the industrial area. Toilet paper, unfortunately, is only two-ply. The burgers are brought to your table very professionally. Parking is free.

Very poor service, extremely rude employees. Some employees are napping while serving because they take so long. The McDrive is extremely neglected, and even if you don't pay with an EC card at the ATM, it sometimes takes half an hour or more! Once and never again.

Employee performance is subpar, and they pull faces like they've just had three days of rain. The food was brought incomplete, and someone had to be called four times because the wrong burger was brought four times. The fries were cold and tasted raw. They don't listen when you say you can eat without ice cubes. If I worked like that, it wouldn't work.

The redhead is the most ungrateful employee I have ever seen in a restaurant. We placed an order and told her that we were missing a burger. She ignored us and didn't give us a receipt. Afterwards we went in and complained that we didn't have one and said that we were lying and she told us that we were ungrateful even though we were the customers and had paid for it. The worst McDonald's I have seen. Don't go there. Biggest rip-off.

We waited over 30 minutes for our food! This has nothing to do with fast food!

The tables inside are often dirty, the trays are often very full. Often, something is forgotten when ordering, even if you only order a meal. Speed at the drive-thru used to be good. Last time, I waited in the drive-thru for a whopping 20 minutes. I come from a retail background myself and really understand when it's very busy. However, I don't understand why some employees don't understand the online order code at the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the number of German staff is decreasing. Nothing against foreign nationals, but they should at least know the alphabet... Friendliness is so-so. Fries are often cold and soggy. Burgers are sometimes just thrown together. It's sad what has become of Megges. The system the company follows is getting worse and worse. Probably also due to the fact that it seems like every large company is cutting back on employees.

The staff is very friendly. My girlfriend and I even got a McFlurry and a milkshake as a gift.

Pay attention to your orders. Every time in four visits, something was missing from the drive-thru! Last time, it was a whole box of chicken wings :) Before that, the burger. They just added the fries 🙃 oh yeah, and once in four visits, my fries were raw. Absolutely unacceptable. We'll have to pay special attention to this every time, which is a real shame!

The service is catastrophic. They're grumpy, only fill the fries bags three-quarters full, and get annoyed if you complain about this. Some of the food is already cold. One of the worst McDonald's in the area. I was recently at the Speyer restaurant and have to say it's a lot better there. Unfortunately, in Haßloch, you can tell that it's clearly down to the staff and their motivation. What a shame...

Well, I've been waiting a solid ten minutes for my moderately good McFlurry...that stinks a bit...what can I say, tipping is out of the question now!

After over an hour, the tables weren't wiped down. We waited 30 minutes for our food.

We were there recently and wanted to try the new Chicken Big Mac. It came with large fries, a drink, and ice cream. The fries were okay, nothing earth-shattering, but too cold. The drink was good, but hard to mess up. The Chicken Big Mac wasn't my cup of tea. If it came with the spicy sauce, like the chicken burger, it would be great. Regarding the ice cream, I ordered that on its own and instead of two toppings, I got two toppings. How they manage that is beyond me, especially since it was hardly busy. The service is okay, but the table number boards are often left behind. So after a while, many tables look like a wild, deserted mess. All in all, okay, but the food is particularly poor. I would choose a different location.

Here, you literally have to wait forever in the McDrive line EVERY TIME. It takes at least five minutes for each car to be processed. Most other McDs do a better job. Work on your processes!

I've never experienced anything so rude and cheeky! My ice cream order was completely wrong. It wouldn't have been a problem; I went up and told him it was wrong. He snapped at me, threw the ice cream in the trash, and then yelled at me that he'd been alone for four hours. Then I started to raise my voice, too. Never again at McDonald's Hassloch! One star too many!

I ordered a blue glass and received a red one without a comment. When I asked, they said the blue was out of stock. I find this a disgrace without any notification. Then we ordered two vegan chocolate ice creams and also received two non-vegan light ice creams instead of the ones we ordered. We had to ask again, and were told the ice cream machine was broken. I think this should have been communicated before paying.

The food was prepared with fish. The burgers and fries were hot. Restrooms were clean. There were no waits at the McDonald's Drive-Thru. The parking lot was clean. The green spaces were littered with McDonald's wrappers. Relatively quiet at McDonald's.

By far the worst McDonald's I know. I was there 4 times in a row, each time 1 burger was missing, last time the salad dressings were wrong and ketchup was almost always missing. Nothing has ever been missing in Ludwigshafen, why can't you get that in Hassloch? In addition, the people in Hassloch are always overwhelmed by the slightest rush.

There were 4 of us and we placed 2 orders. Something was missing from both orders and the employees didn't understand a word of what you wanted, something like that doesn't work. Then one of the employees made herself a McFlurry, sat down at the table next to us, talked loudly on the phone and put her feet up. The food was also cold, the wraps were half empty and the mozzarella nuggets didn't look edible. This was definitely my last visit to this McDonald's.

The food was cold and the fries were really unreasonable (cold and mashed). The burgers were also cold and the crust was rock hard and so was the burger patty. It just tastes like rotten meat. The service isn't that great, you wait forever for your food and the employees are rude when you ask them about it.

Several tables were littered and dirty. Ordered and paid for 5 happy meals with Pokemon at the machine. Other toys came than pokemon cards because they were empty. No possibility of goodwill because the children only wanted to go there because of Pokemon and were happy. 50 euros for ass and disappointed children. Absolute impudence from the market management.

Bic Mac now costs 5.99 euros and that is definitely too expensive. It annoyed me but I'm powerless against my 10 year old daughter. I had a menu myself and it was significantly cheaper. Otherwise everything is pallet. Always my pleasure.

The ambience is the same at every McDonald's, the service and cleanliness were unbeatable. There was constant collection, mopping and tidying up. One of the cleanest McDonald's I know. The toilet still has room for improvement.

Been to 3 different McDonald's in the past few weeks. Unfortunately, the staff shortage is becoming more and more obvious there too! Existing staff not particularly friendly or interested in customers. Burgers are getting smaller and smaller and still more expensive. It's a shame, but I won't spend my money on the whole package anymore.
