This morning, two of us were standing at McDonald's, placed our order at 10:00 a.m., and still had to wait until 10:30 a.m. It seemed as if the employees in the front office and in the kitchen were talking to each other more than concentrating on their work. This is very disappointing for us as customers—especially early in the morning, service should be faster and more organized. The tables weren't even cleaned 🙈

After the ice cream machine had been making a hell of a noise the whole time, my food was still cold because the employee didn't use the heat lamps but instead collected the individual products in front of the "hot apple turnover" dispenser.

We waited 25 minutes for our order to be served – not for it to be prepared, but for it to actually arrive – while we had only ordered two coffees and two cheeseburgers. Why everything takes so long at this McDonald's is a mystery to us. The staff moves extremely slowly, without any rush. They just stand around, chatting with each other, and not bothering to serve orders quickly. Particularly noticeable is one elderly, short employee who seems to have no interest in her job at all. It seems as if she simply doesn't want to work there and is completely indifferent to the customers. We are very, very dissatisfied and disappointed. This kind of service is absolutely unacceptable!

If you're in a hurry, I strongly advise against this McDonald's. It's especially terrible during rush hour and in the evenings. Parking spaces are far too few and narrow, the drive-through is one-lane, and the line regularly stretches so far back that it sometimes impacts city traffic. The employees try their best to process all orders, but it's simply too busy. All the tables inside were occupied during my visit, and even online orders like mine, a drink and a wrap, sometimes take 40 minutes to process. After waiting 30 minutes, I pointed out that I had to go to my shift; luckily, my order was among the next five to be made. The food and drinks themselves were also great, exactly as ordered and fresh.

This McDonald's is the worst. If you order something for delivery, it takes hours to arrive. They don't answer the phone. If they can't deliver in timely manner, they should stop offering delivery.

If you want to satisfy your hunger, it's best not to go there. I ordered three things at the drive-thru. The man at the counter was unfriendly and didn't speak much. Okay. He could be having a bad day. I paid and left. I saw him leave with a coffee. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting. No one spoke to me until I asked loudly for my order. The fries would take 15 minutes? The overwhelmed employee answered my question about why I was left standing like that with a stoic "he's over his shift." I was really hangry. My fries and order arrived. The fries were super hot, the rest lukewarm. What a shame.

To the employees on the night/late shift from August 28th to August 29th, 2025: Every employee who was at the checkout/service desk after 11:45 p.m. should quickly find new jobs. This especially applies to the male employees. Anyone who can't register a bong after a cash payment and makes the customer wait 45 minutes for 20 nuggets and a burger. And the icing on the cake: opening the bag at home only to find that instead of pepper nuggets, there's some kind of mixed crap made up of half regular and half vegan nuggets. My order number was 129.

Sorry, I've often been directed to the parking lot in front of the restaurant and then received my food there because it simply wasn't ready in time. The food is pretty much the same at every restaurant, but here I often notice the longer wait times. I once again stood in a line of cars almost all the way to the parking lot and then turned around in frustration because not a single car moved forward for five minutes. Sorry, but I know other places where it's much faster. They're probably cutting corners again, and the place is understaffed.

Very unfriendly employees always hang up when you call with just a question. Also, they don't have the McFlurry with creamy shit, which I find very unfortunate because my son, Gleggmire, really likes it. But unfortunately, he didn't get any and was very sad (see photo). And my entire meal was covered in egg yolk.

I ordered food via Lieferando. After an hour and a half, the food arrived ice cold. Bacon was missing from the burger. My daughter's Happy Meal was missing a toy. When I asked about it, they just said there's nothing we can do and I have to contact Lieferando. Simply awful!

Very focused on cleanliness. Food arrives quickly and hot. The fries were truly delicious. Parking is easy, even with a large car.

The store is clean, the staff is friendly. There's no real need to rate the food and atmosphere here.

UPDATE: It's been significantly faster for a few minutes. Hands up 🙌🏻 …………. It always takes ages here! Everything! Whether it's at the front or at McDrive. No joke, there was only one car in front of me, and it took 8 minutes for him to order. When I got to the front, he just said, "It'll take a little while." After 5 minutes, "Hello, order please!" wow. "Second window." No "please," nothing. Then to the second window, and there, another 4 minutes wait. Then I got my Coke and had to drive back to the front until my order was brought out. Seriously, though. I stood in line for over 20 minutes for an order at McDrive. I'm deliberately giving this review now because I've done it a few times. You guys have to change that. I have to admit, though, that I think the food and the quality are the best here.

Abismal waiting times. Usually both when eating there and ordering. But ordering is probably some of the absolute WORST I've seen. Totally normal to wait over 2h for your order to come. And that is after making a phonecall. Wouldn't recommend unless you absolutely have to eat from here...

I went to eat with my son in Ingelheim today. The food was fresh, clean, and tidy. The staff were very friendly. The order came to our table, we ate, and then, towards the end, my little one dropped his drink from his hand onto the floor. I then started cleaning up with napkins. The employee was busy cleaning the tables. I asked him for his cloth, as I wanted to clean it up, but his reaction was simply sweet. He said we should finish eating in peace and not worry about cleaning up. We could also sit at another table. Afterwards, he asked me what my son had drunk and gave him another small drink. Just like that. Without asking. Just as a nice gesture. As we left, we both thanked him again, and he was very happy about it. It was simply a lovely experience. Great service 👍

If I could, I'd give it 0 stars. We've taken food home several times now, and now something has been missing three times in a row. We went back and complained. While we were talking to her, she turned her back on us and stopped listening. Very disrespectful. Please work on the staff.!!!!

The food was really fresh today, which is rare. Ordered from the McDrive, I actually always look in because it's very rare that you get what you order. I didn't look in today, a hamburger was missing sauce for the 20-piece barbecue nuggets I ordered and got curry sauce. By the way, I didn't get a receipt when I paid. When I spoke to the woman at the McDrive half an hour later, she just laughed and said I should ask for the receipt next time. Long story short, McDonald's as always 0 out of 5 ⭐ expensive & food not good, the service can't get the order right.

Very nice McDonald's. The employees were all friendly and exchanged the Happy Meal toys without any problems. The food was good, and our child enjoyed it. The indoor playground for small children was very popular. It was also clean, and the restrooms were clean. I was really surprised at how good it was here.

Hello It's nice that signs have been put up now, telling people to check that everything they ordered is in the bag. But should they now also take the burger apart to see if it's the right one?!?! I ordered and paid for a double Bic Mac today, but got a regular one!!! Maybe they should train people to read what they ordered and what should go in the bag... If these people can't handle the stress, they should find another job.

Tonight, I came here with my family to get something to eat. As we waited outside at the table, a few other people were sitting around us. A short while later, the people went inside and continued eating inside. At first, we didn't know why, but later we noticed that there were 3-4 rats outside! I felt very disgusted at that moment and didn't want to continue eating. I informed an employee so they could take care of the rats. Next time I come here, which most likely won't happen, I really don't want there to be any rats in there!!! Yours faithfully!!!

We waited at McDrive for our order for 12 minutes. And when my husband left the car and went to the restaurant, it turned out that our order was already ready, there was simply no one to take it out. Well, ordered food, waited a whopping 30 minutes for it. When asked, the response was very annoyed and they said yes, there are more people who want to eat. Food arrived. Nuggets tasted like they had been reheated and tasted like they were from the day before. We ordered a Double Hamburger Royal Cheese. Then came a normal Hamburger Royal Cheese. When we asked about it, they just pointed to the packaging and tried to tell us that it was a double cheese, even though all that was clearly visible was a burger patty. After the employee reacted very annoyed, we now got a new, real double cheese. This was then folded with all dignity, as can be seen in the picture. Cheese doesn't melt, it's just slapped on top and it's not fresh either. I would prefer not to give any stars for the service, I have rarely experienced such impudence. Here you can neither speak of quality nor of fast food.

You have to wait a long time for the order. Sometimes it gets confused with having "extras". It's also not as clean as other McDonald's. At the checkout, explanations don't really help if you have questions about the food.

Ordered 4 x Happy Meals for my son. When ordering, click on the Pokémon on display in the display... After 30 minutes of waiting for take away... No cards with any cans. We then had no children's gifts in 2 of 4 Happy Meals... the management that packed it didn't apologize. Just a note while stocks last... Sorry then please adjust the ordering system, Remove advertising display and hire more staff. PS the customer has already paid at the time and MC should deliver properly.

When ordering take-away or in the drive-thru...for the umpteenth time, food is always forgotten or even cold. (I live 5 streets away) The main thing is that the times are somehow adhered to but even that is not the case. In “normal” operation you will soon have to wait 10 minutes until you get something.

Today I stood in line from 12:15 - 12:31 until I came to the MC to order. Definition of fast food: “warm food that is prepared and served very quickly in special restaurants” unfortunately not here.

The toys for the children were of course wrong again. Honestly, if I worked like some of the employees at this McDonald's, I would have lost my job long ago. Unfortunately one of the worst McDonald's I know. Something is missing from almost every order. I almost always only get extras like Christmas socks or something similar upon request. If I forget to check that everything is there, of course it's missing. Unfortunately, wrong dishes and missing sauces are the order of the day. Something is definitely going wrong. The employees are friendly, but far too understaffed, especially at peak times. The stress is literally noticeable.

Drinks in the order were given out completely incorrectly. The kids' toys (Pokemon) were not in stock as advertised. Kids disappointed. And the time in the drive is glossed over because everyone has to wait for their food at the stop. Only drinks are served at the window. We had to wait a total of 40 minutes until we got out of the drive, including food. By the way, the ice had melted by then. Really disappointing how things are going here.

We got vegetarian nuggets and after about 5-6 nuggets we noticed that they had meat in them. Instead of Sprite there was only water in the cup. When asked, they said the syrup was empty. And the sticker on the Monopoly cup was already gone

Unfortunately, the coffee was very bitter, the shot of chai was far too much in the latte macchiato and the ice cream machine was broken, so there was no milkshake and no ice cream.

Katastrophaler Service am Mc Drive. Nachdem ich den überfüllten Parkplatz am Restaurant gesehen habe, bin ich zum McDrive gefahren. Um die Wartezeit zu verkürzen habe ich die Bestellung bereits online aufgegeben. Ich erhielt einen Code um ihn an der Sprechanlage anzusagen. Nachdem ich nach längerem Warten gebeten wurde noch etwas Geduld zu haben war ich schon leicht genervt. Als dann aber der Mitarbeiter meine Bestellung angeblich nicht einsehen konnte kam die Managerin und sagte ebenfalls sie könne die Bestellung nicht sehen. Nun fand sie sie jedoch nicht vollständig. Ich würde genervt am Schalter empfangen. Sie sagte dem Mitarbeiter ob er noch länger hier arbeiten wollen usw. war sehr unfreundlich und lies ihren Frust vor uns als Gästen an dem jungen Mitarbeiter aus. Sie sagte ich müsse ihr den Coupon einer Bestellung Einzel zum abscannen vorlegen oder den Zahlencode jedes bestellten Teils Einzeln nennen. Nachdem ich die Bestellung aber bereits online aufgegeben habe,konnte ich dies Einzeln nicht mehr aufrufen, da die Coupons nicht mehr in meinem Bereich angezeigt werden konnten. Fazit ich bin ohne etwas zu Essen nach Hause gefahren und werde das Restaurant so schnell nicht mehr besuchen!!! So einen schlechter Kundenservice habe ich selten erlebt.

Since Isabel is no longer there, nothing has happened there. Breakfast mc drive in the morning at 8 a.m. Waiting time about 45 minutes for 2 sausage & eggs and 1 mc toast bacon cheese. Then you get an MC toast without cheese. Dry bread roll with bacon. Totally classy

Bought a burger to take away and only noticed halfway through the meal that some of the paper separating material was still attached to the burger patty or cheese. Out of the question! Information to the health department is out.

The food is below average even for McDonald's standards and the service isn't any better.
