Ordered 4 x Happy Meals for my son. When ordering, click on the Pokémon on display in the display... After 30 minutes of waiting for take away... No cards with any cans. We then had no children's gifts in 2 of 4 Happy Meals... the management that packed it didn't apologize. Just a note while stocks last... Sorry then please adjust the ordering system, Remove advertising display and hire more staff. PS the customer has already paid at the time and MC should deliver properly.

When ordering take-away or in the drive-thru...for the umpteenth time, food is always forgotten or even cold. (I live 5 streets away) The main thing is that the times are somehow adhered to but even that is not the case. In “normal” operation you will soon have to wait 10 minutes until you get something.

Today I stood in line from 12:15 - 12:31 until I came to the MC to order. Definition of fast food: “warm food that is prepared and served very quickly in special restaurants” unfortunately not here.

Update: Tested again today. And what can I say? It's still just as bad as ever. Shortly before 6 p.m. and only one person getting the orders ready – seriously? The toys for the children were of course wrong again. The employee just said succinctly: “I don’t know anything about that.” Simply turning around and looking at the huge advertisement for this exact toy right behind her seems like asking too much. Honestly, if I worked like some of the employees at this McDonald's, I would have lost my job long ago. Unfortunately one of the worst McDonald's I know. Something is missing from almost every order. I almost always only get extras like Christmas socks or something similar upon request. If I forget to check that everything is there, of course it's missing. Unfortunately, wrong dishes and missing sauces are the order of the day. Something is definitely going wrong. The employees are friendly, but far too understaffed, especially at peak times. The stress is literally noticeable.

Drinks in the order were given out completely incorrectly. The kids' toys (Pokemon) were not in stock as advertised. Kids disappointed. And the time in the drive is glossed over because everyone has to wait for their food at the stop. Only drinks are served at the window. We had to wait a total of 40 minutes until we got out of the drive, including food. By the way, the ice had melted by then. Really disappointing how things are going here.

Had to wait a long time for our food. The young woman with a nose ring successfully swept around the dirt. Overall, the staff could be a bit friendlier, perhaps a etiquette course wouldn't be harmful.

We got vegetarian nuggets and after about 5-6 nuggets we noticed that they had meat in them. Instead of Sprite there was only water in the cup. When asked, they said the syrup was empty. And the sticker on the Monopoly cup was already gone

Unfortunately, the coffee was very bitter, the shot of chai was far too much in the latte macchiato and the ice cream machine was broken, so there was no milkshake and no ice cream.

Katastrophaler Service am Mc Drive. Nachdem ich den überfüllten Parkplatz am Restaurant gesehen habe, bin ich zum McDrive gefahren. Um die Wartezeit zu verkürzen habe ich die Bestellung bereits online aufgegeben. Ich erhielt einen Code um ihn an der Sprechanlage anzusagen. Nachdem ich nach längerem Warten gebeten wurde noch etwas Geduld zu haben war ich schon leicht genervt. Als dann aber der Mitarbeiter meine Bestellung angeblich nicht einsehen konnte kam die Managerin und sagte ebenfalls sie könne die Bestellung nicht sehen. Nun fand sie sie jedoch nicht vollständig. Ich würde genervt am Schalter empfangen. Sie sagte dem Mitarbeiter ob er noch länger hier arbeiten wollen usw. war sehr unfreundlich und lies ihren Frust vor uns als Gästen an dem jungen Mitarbeiter aus. Sie sagte ich müsse ihr den Coupon einer Bestellung Einzel zum abscannen vorlegen oder den Zahlencode jedes bestellten Teils Einzeln nennen. Nachdem ich die Bestellung aber bereits online aufgegeben habe,konnte ich dies Einzeln nicht mehr aufrufen, da die Coupons nicht mehr in meinem Bereich angezeigt werden konnten. Fazit ich bin ohne etwas zu Essen nach Hause gefahren und werde das Restaurant so schnell nicht mehr besuchen!!! So einen schlechter Kundenservice habe ich selten erlebt.

Been there in the morning...underground sanitary facilities. Everything sticks.. stains everywhere.. just disgusting.. When I asked if they were cleaning here, the person in charge of the branch said without blushing. "Sure at least once a day" .. thank you, that was the joke of the day

Since Isabel is no longer there, nothing has happened there. Breakfast mc drive in the morning at 8 a.m. Waiting time about 45 minutes for 2 sausage & eggs and 1 mc toast bacon cheese. Then you get an MC toast without cheese. Dry bread roll with bacon. Totally classy

Bought a burger to take away and only noticed halfway through the meal that some of the paper separating material was still attached to the burger patty or cheese. Out of the question! Information to the health department is out.

Sorry, I've often been directed to the parking lot in front of the restaurant and then been handed my food there because it just wasn't ready on time. The food is actually the same in every restaurant, but here I often notice the longer waiting times. I stood here again in a line of cars almost all the way to the parking lot and then I turned around in frustration because there wasn't a car moving forward for 5 minutes. Sorry, but I know other stores where things are much quicker. There are probably savings going on here again and the store is understaffed.

The food is below average even for McDonald's standards and the service isn't any better.

Went to McDonalds with the kids today to get food. So that's a catastrophe there. The food is cold and you are completely ignored when you stand in line at the checkout. Unfortunately, when we got home I noticed that the drinks from the Happy Meals were missing. That was the first and last time.

We waited about 20 minutes for our food when it arrived it was cold and half of the order was wrong, although it should be mentioned that the waitress exchanged the wrong items without protest. The order was also incomplete and after asking I noticed that my citizen was the wrong one. I had ordered a normal Mc Crispy and got a spicy one. Therefore I cannot recommend this branch.

It always takes ages here! Everything! No matter whether at the front or at mcdrive. No joke, there was only one car in front of me and it took 8 minutes until he could order. When I got to it it was just “it will take a while”. After 5 minutes “Hello, your order please!” wow. “Second window”. No “please” no nothing. Then go to the second window and there, wait another 4 minutes. I then received my Coke and had to drive up again until I got my order delivered. So seriously. I stood in line for over 20 minutes to order from McDrive. I'm deliberately giving this rating now because I've done it a few times. You have to change that. But I have to admit that I find the food and quality to be the best here.

So we were at Mägges on Sunday night, ordered via the app, wanted to pay at the counter and had a difference of €40 more. Since points and vouchers have been redeemed, of course I only want to pay the 20 euros. The guy can't do it, the shift manager comes, deletes it and wants to do everything NEW again, it doesn't work. I can no longer access my code and no longer know the stupid combination. She hacks into various things and keeps asking for the code. I use my cell phone to show what I ordered but the good woman can't help me. Politeness is only present to a limited extent; she seems annoyed. I'll try the whole thing again, of course letting other customers come first. But the coupon is gone. The points gone, the voucher gone. "Redeemed" I get angry, my friend orders with his cell phone, and then the cafe only works with reusables - 10 minutes before I was able to order it normally, now not available, only reusable!!!! So ordered and paid for the reusable. It's really annoying that when you sit in the dining room you have to drink coffee out of paper or plastic cups at night. I get the porcelain cup in other Mägges branches!!!! (MZ Brezenheim, Darmstadt, Idar Oberstein) always been there after events, so around midnight!!!! After enjoying our meal, the M-burger was crooked and falling apart, so lovingly filled🙈, the apple turnover was fresh👍, we asked why the cafe problem is like this - that reusables have to be ordered. Once again annoyed, the answer is that the machine will be cleaned and then the system will be changed. HELLO, how stupid do MAN think they are???? If the coffee machine is cleaned, you won't be able to order a cafe at all, regardless of whether it's like that🙈🙈🙈 This visit was very disappointing after a fun evening at FFM. I'm not used to that from this MC either!!!! That's why we went to Gau and not on the way home from the motorway to WI - and Rheinallee MC we also had too many negative experiences. On November 13th, 2024 at 2:00 a.m. I had the worst McDonalds experience of my life. I was here with my friends and we wanted to have a nice evening. However, this was destroyed by the employee. The employee was so high he was almost on the moon. He would definitely have lost a race against a snail. The cheese on the burger was so old, it was already back in the packaging. However, the drink was cold and fresh. Service = -1 star, please only hire employees with a primary school diploma in the near future. We also received the entire napkin dispenser free of charge with our order.

I think it's cheeky that people ordered after us and then got their food before us. There are better stores in the chain

It's a horrible waiting time, I'm now at two hours for a wrap and some fries.

After waiting 20 minutes for two McFlurries, we stopped and asked for the money back. Completely uncoordinated force. The shift manager didn't want to give us enough money back. Never again McDonald's in Ingelheim. We weren't the only ones who complained about the issue that day.

First McDonald's I have seen in my life that doesn't have an accessible toilet - even the regular has such narrow doors that we couldn't get in with a wheelchair. A shame as I am well travelled, and in any country I've been in, I always could rely on McDonald's having ♿ facilities

By far the worst McDonald's ever. If you thought four years ago that it couldn't get any worse, every year you are proven wrong. Food is cold and has probably been lying around for a long time. Ambience as bad as ever and the staff, sorry. Too often something is forgotten or done wrong. Maybe there should just be more employees there at peak times. The only exception is the older lady who has been working there for ages. She is the only ray of hope. If you want a good McDonald's, go to Bingen.

I just walked by there. I didn't eat anything there because I've never been to a fast food place before, and it should stay that way. Everyone has to decide for themselves what they put into their body. I love the balanced diet, i.e. meat, fish, vegetables, but not the fatty food in a fast food restaurant. The ambience should also be right. But: everyone sees it differently.

We ordered take-out at the counter on a Wednesday evening and had a very nice employee take our order. The food was nice and hot and it came really quickly. If you want to be treated kindly, you also have to be kind yourself. Maybe one or two customers need to take this to heart. 🫠🫶

Service was a complete disaster, stood for 30 minutes for the food, couldn't see through it at all, paid and didn't get change back, then warned, well catastrophe here, cold, unclean food. Too much strain on your strength.

So I waited over an hour for my food and then after an hour of terrible hunger I was served the wrong thing. I don't know what the staff did, but it can't be that you have to wait an hour for a fries, cheeseburger and a coke while guests who came 30 minutes later have already gotten their food.

Today at McDonald's I ordered in German at the checkout. When the cashier heard that we were speaking to each other in Ukrainian, she suddenly switched to English 😒 When I asked why she switched to English, she asked without answering anything or if I could speak Russian and wanted to look for someone to take our order accepts Russian…. although we communicated easily in German from the start!!!! I speak normal GERMAN, calm!!!! She ignored me and continued speaking in English! Why did she do that? I found that incomprehensible and discriminatory. The staff should receive some training in customer service. No smiles, they walk around like their salary has been cut. My takeaway meal, two burgers were ready. Display shows ready for collection. Nevertheless, she still has to fill the tray of the following customers. Until your colleague looked at it and handed you burger to me in 5 seconds. No goodbye, no nice day.

Branch is absolutely dirty. Traces from the last cucumber race on the inside of the windows. Tables and chairs also extremely dirty. Staff just stand behind the counter without doing anything. After 20 minutes and asking about the food we ordered, we had to hand over the receipt, there was nothing in the system. Burger cold, toy not a Smurf but Mineon. The service person didn't want to paint it blue either. Staff generally overwhelmed with inquiries, even if there are no orders in the system. After 34 minutes the food was there without any apology.
