Waited over 12 minutes for the food.

So we were at Mägges on Sunday night, ordered via the app, wanted to pay at the counter and had a difference of €40 more. Since points and vouchers have been redeemed, of course I only want to pay the 20 euros. The guy can't do it, the shift manager comes, deletes it and wants to do everything NEW again, it doesn't work. I can no longer access my code and no longer know the stupid combination. She hacks into various things and keeps asking for the code. I use my cell phone to show what I ordered but the good woman can't help me. Politeness is only present to a limited extent; she seems annoyed. I'll try the whole thing again, of course letting other customers come first. But the coupon is gone. The points gone, the voucher gone. "Redeemed" I get angry, my friend orders with his cell phone, and then the cafe only works with reusables - 10 minutes before I was able to order it normally, now not available, only reusable!!!! So ordered and paid for the reusable. It's really annoying that when you sit in the dining room you have to drink coffee out of paper or plastic cups at night. I get the porcelain cup in other Mägges branches!!!! (MZ Brezenheim, Darmstadt, Idar Oberstein) always been there after events, so around midnight!!!! After enjoying our meal, the M-burger was crooked and falling apart, so lovingly filled🙈, the apple turnover was fresh👍, we asked why the cafe problem is like this - that reusables have to be ordered. Once again annoyed, the answer is that the machine will be cleaned and then the system will be changed. HELLO, how stupid do MAN think they are???? If the coffee machine is cleaned, you won't be able to order a cafe at all, regardless of whether it's like that🙈🙈🙈 This visit was very disappointing after a fun evening at FFM. I'm not used to that from this MC either!!!! That's why we went to Gau and not on the way home from the motorway to WI - and Rheinallee MC we also had too many negative experiences. Hope it's better next time. And the shift manager may not have any problems that he or she is exasperated to take out on the customer. WAIT!

It always takes ages here! Everything! No matter whether at the front or at mcdrive. No joke, there was only one car in front of me and it took 8 minutes until he could order. When I got to it it was just “it will take a while”. After 5 minutes “Hello, your order please!” wow. “Second window”. No “please” no nothing. Then go to the second window and there, wait another 4 minutes. I then received my Coke and had to drive up again until I got my order delivered. So seriously. I stood in line for over 20 minutes to order from McDrive. I'm deliberately giving this rating now because I've done it a few times. You have to change that. But I have to admit that I find the food and quality to be the best here.

On November 13th, 2024 at 2:00 a.m. I had the worst McDonalds experience of my life. I was here with my friends and we wanted to have a nice evening. However, this was destroyed by the employee. The employee was so high he was almost on the moon. He would definitely have lost a race against a snail. The cheese on the burger was so old, it was already back in the packaging. However, the drink was cold and fresh. Service = -1 star, please only hire employees with a primary school diploma in the near future. We also received the entire napkin dispenser free of charge with our order.

I think it's cheeky that people ordered after us and then got their food before us. There are better stores in the chain

It's a horrible waiting time, I'm now at two hours for a wrap and some fries.

After waiting 20 minutes for two McFlurries, we stopped and asked for the money back. Completely uncoordinated force. The shift manager didn't want to give us enough money back. Never again McDonald's in Ingelheim. We weren't the only ones who complained about the issue that day.

First McDonald's I have seen in my life that doesn't have an accessible toilet - even the regular has such narrow doors that we couldn't get in with a wheelchair. A shame as I am well travelled, and in any country I've been in, I always could rely on McDonald's having ♿ facilities

First and last visit to this McDonalds! An outrageous waiting time and also food that looks so rotten. Our beloved McDonald's in Simmern wouldn't allow it. Only one star because there is no such thing as zero.

By far the worst McDonald's ever. If you thought four years ago that it couldn't get any worse, every year you are proven wrong. Food is cold and has probably been lying around for a long time. Ambience as bad as ever and the staff, sorry. Too often something is forgotten or done wrong. Maybe there should just be more employees there at peak times. The only exception is the older lady who has been working there for ages. She is the only ray of hope. If you want a good McDonald's, go to Bingen.

I just walked by there. I didn't eat anything there because I've never been to a fast food place before, and it should stay that way. Everyone has to decide for themselves what they put into their body. I love the balanced diet, i.e. meat, fish, vegetables, but not the fatty food in a fast food restaurant. The ambience should also be right. But: everyone sees it differently.

We ordered take-out at the counter on a Wednesday evening and had a very nice employee take our order. The food was nice and hot and it came really quickly. If you want to be treated kindly, you also have to be kind yourself. Maybe one or two customers need to take this to heart. 🫠🫶

Service was a complete disaster, stood for 30 minutes for the food, couldn't see through it at all, paid and didn't get change back, then warned, well catastrophe here, cold, unclean food. Too much strain on your strength.

So I waited over an hour for my food and then after an hour of terrible hunger I was served the wrong thing. I don't know what the staff did, but it can't be that you have to wait an hour for a fries, cheeseburger and a coke while guests who came 30 minutes later have already gotten their food.

Today at McDonald's I ordered in German at the checkout. When the cashier heard that we were speaking to each other in Ukrainian, she suddenly switched to English 😒 When I asked why she switched to English, she asked without answering anything or if I could speak Russian and wanted to look for someone to take our order accepts Russian…. although we communicated easily in German from the start!!!! I speak normal GERMAN, calm!!!! She ignored me and continued speaking in English! Why did she do that? I found that incomprehensible and discriminatory. Please do not switch to another language without the customer's request.

The service leaves a lot to be desired. Many employees either have little knowledge of German or do not speak any German. It's not my job to adapt to other people's language. If you want to be respected, you should stick to the German language - I won't learn Ukrainian or Eastern European. Additionally, the menu was incorrect, cold and my order was not fully delivered. Overall, I will avoid this MC in the future. This feedback was met with little understanding by the shift manager. However, my statement reflects reality.

The staff should receive some training in customer service. No smiles, they walk around like their salary has been cut. My takeaway meal, two burgers were ready. Display shows ready for collection. Nevertheless, she still has to fill the tray of the following customers. Until your colleague looked at it and handed you burger to me in 5 seconds. No goodbye, no nice day.

Branch is absolutely dirty. Traces from the last cucumber race on the inside of the windows. Tables and chairs also extremely dirty. Staff just stand behind the counter without doing anything. After 20 minutes and asking about the food we ordered, we had to hand over the receipt, there was nothing in the system. Burger cold, toy not a Smurf but Mineon. The service person didn't want to paint it blue either. Staff generally overwhelmed with inquiries, even if there are no orders in the system. After 34 minutes the food was there without any apology.

It's better to hand over the store... Update: next try. Ordered 1x Happy Meal with nuggets and toys. Not more. We got: 1x Happy Meal with burger without toys. Terrible for a child who doesn't eat burgers at all and doesn't even get a toy with them.

Pretty much everything has been forgotten in the drive in here. But since he's on site, I still stop every now and then. Pretty old when you compare it to the other stores. I'm also sure I've written a review before that referred to the dirt. It's gotten better, but overall it's far from the quality of many other branches. At least the ice cream is no longer available in plastic and lids to order on site. Only go there for fries, if at all. There's nothing vegan there anymore.

Waited 12 minutes at an empty house and everything wasn't fresh. The burger looked very unappetizing. Instead of chicken nuggets I think I got vegan or they weren't fresh, I don't know. Another branch where I won't go anymore.

Food from the drive in. Cold and nuggets forgotten. This was addressed and a portion was given. No sauce was included. When I unpacked the bags at home, not a single sauce was included. This means that we normally would not have received 1 portion of nuggets and 4 pairs of sauces. Miserable!!!!

I always waited a long time and the food was cold. Half of the order was wrong (unfortunately I only noticed when I got home). I just know it differently from the branch in Sponsheim, it always works there and somehow never works here. So I won't be visiting the branch again after visiting it several times.

Most people don't even know what fast food means. Namely, eat quickly. And we are all just people trying to do our best. Sometimes we have colleagues who are new. Very dirty in the restaurant. The floor and tables everywhere were dirty. Overcrowded tablet carts. The reusable cup lid was extremely disgusting. There was still some residue that you could scrape off with your finger. The Big Mac was cold and looked like the box had been shaken. It's now one of the worst branches I've seen.

Worst McDonald's I've ever seen! No sauce on citizens and cheese was cold and didn't run! When asked about the citizen, the staff reacted unfriendly.

I find McDonald’s to be the best organised fast food chain. We always use their extra table service.. It is super easy to order over the app on my iPhone and it usually takes between 4 and 10 minutes. The only small tiny issue is that the fries on always super hot. The marketing strategy of McDonald’s is equal to none so I appreciate as a businessman approach you’ve done over the many decades in the past.

Bad service, long waiting time. Apparently due to a lack of staff. Nothing has worked at the drive inn for weeks. When ordering you are told to please be patient, after ordering you have to go to the second window and pay, then you have to drive around the corner and wait again. But there are already 2 cars there waiting for the order, so you have to wait another 10 minutes for a paid order until your food is brought, which is also cold!!!

We were just there, food came after 40 minutes, fries cold, burgers lukewarm, apple turnovers only after repeated requests, they were then fresh. We ordered in the drive-thru and waited forever at the order counter, even though there was only one car in front of us. When we ordered we couldn't understand a word the employee said, which was probably due to the loudspeaker. After ordering, we drove towards the pick-up window, where the car was still parked (it looked like it was a friend of the employee). We waited forever until it was finally our turn, then we were allowed to pay once (of course we didn't get a receipt again) and then wait again. When the food was finally brought, half of it was missing. We had 2 identical Happy Meals with nuggets, and 1x nuggets in the menu, which included the fries and the nuggets with sauce. No drinks, no fruit nonsense, no glass, not the toys advertised but any other ones. Of course there was a lot of drama for the children.

Ordered breakfast here on Saturday at 9:45. We were in the drive in and there was no car behind us. In the store itself, two people were already sitting at the table. It took the employees 15 minutes to prepare our breakfast (for two people) even though no one else came into the store and no cars drove through the drive-thru. Then they gave black coffee instead of chai latte. This would all be understandable if the store was full, but if there was nothing going on??? It definitely wasn't fast food.

I received the menu with the wood chips. I wanted to bring them back and get my money back. A pity.

The waiting time is absolutely unacceptable. If the "at the table service" does not work due to alleged computer problems, you can inform the customers and remove the table tents from the ordering terminal and the guests' tables and inform the waiting customers. Don't understand the snapshots of many had no waiting times fries super hot and nuggets were fresh too So the only drawback was the bun in the mcchicken classic, which was a bit dry but no sauce on the pants. We were satisfied

The food was hot and tasty. The service was a complete disaster! On the invoice where everything was listed, we didn't receive everything on the tray. You had to go to the checkout three times and show what you had ordered using the invoice!
