Ordered to take away again yesterday. Ordered and paid at the terminal at 8:55 p.m. We actually waited until 9:17 p.m. even though the number of guests was very limited. In fact, I made the stupidest mistake of all, namely not checking the order. A burger and nuggets were missing. When you pack nugget sauces, nuggets are usually included........Of the last 4 orders, 3 didn't work............ Please work on it because the stuff isn't really cheap anymore.

Things are often forgotten when ordering. Especially annoying when you only notice it at home...

If you decide to go to the drive-in in the evening, you should bring your time. Much time. If there are 2 cars in front of you, you're lucky to have made it within 20 minutes. Enough time to write a recession. I hope when you read this I have my burger...

After waiting for my order to be taken for a long time, I am told that I have to make another round. I explain to him that I waited a long time for the black pillar, I thought it was defective. The solution is to make another round, I tell him that I waited a lot.....I am asked nauseously what I want....my mustard jumped at the tone of the question and I left. This is the second time I have experienced this. I will never come back again. I do not recommend ZERO stars.

This has nothing to do with fast food anymore. Another waiting time of over a quarter of an hour. The 🍔 used to be in the display and just had to be placed on the tray. Today the maitre de Cuisine apparently makes every burger by hand.

Fast food with a waiting time...... times have changed. I'll put it this way: I understand that no one there is really motivated. Franchise companies... No one will bend over backwards for today's wages, which I can understand. Love and patience and soooo ☝️🫶🙋‍♂️🤣

Patience is required, I have no idea why it always takes so long, regardless of whether you order within the restaurants or via McDrive. We should slowly kick out franchise entrepreneurs and put in a new one

Slow food sometimes 20 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers

Delivered quickly to the place.

Branch is absolutely dirty. Traces from the last cucumber race on the inside of the windows. Tables and chairs also extremely dirty. Staff just stand behind the counter without doing anything. After 20 minutes and asking about the food we ordered, we had to hand over the receipt, there was nothing in the system. Burger cold, toy not a Smurf but Mineon. The service person didn't want to paint it blue either. Staff generally overwhelmed with inquiries, even if there are no orders in the system. After 34 minutes the food was there without any apology.

A bit slow, waiting times for food up to 20 minutes

Every time you have to demand something that wasn't in the bag and every time you get an uncomprehending look. Today 3 burgers are missing. People, check your bags, they just can't do their job. It's better to hand over the store... Update: next try. Ordered 1x Happy Meal with nuggets and toys. Not more. We got: 1x Happy Meal with burger without toys. Terrible for a child who doesn't eat burgers at all and doesn't even get a toy with them.

We waited almost two hours for our food again. The food was cold and incorrectly topped. Big Tasty Bacon without bacon 😂 of course no one answered the phone. Last year I contacted the shift manager because all of our food was delivered incorrectly, even he was so incompetent and friendly!! We just haven't been able to do this for years!

My order is always missing and the taste is very bad

First we have to wait over 20 minutes for our food. Then the order would not be included in the system at all. Then my citizen was delivered incorrectly. So just a Mc Chicken Classic without sauce and then I complained about it and it came out right but the salad was just lettuce root.

Waited for over 20 minutes, only 1 car in front of me. Waiting that long in the drive in was impossible.

Very nice shop. We waited almost two hours for our food and then half of it was missing. Then no one answered the phone and we had to wait forever again. Service very bad and unfriendly staff. I'll go to Burger King in the future.

Pretty much everything has been forgotten in the drive in here. But since he's on site, I still stop every now and then. Pretty old when you compare it to the other stores. I'm also sure I've written a review before that referred to the dirt. It's gotten better, but overall it's far from the quality of many other branches. At least the ice cream is no longer available in plastic and lids to order on site. Only go there for fries, if at all. There's nothing vegan there anymore.

Apparently being friendly costs extra, after waiting half an hour for two ice creams it came in a broken cup

Waited 12 minutes at an empty house and everything wasn't fresh. The burger looked very unappetizing. Instead of chicken nuggets I think I got vegan or they weren't fresh, I don't know. Another branch where I won't go anymore.

Good place for some fast foods,, neat n clean KFC

It really doesn't surprise me that Fatih ended up working for the worst Mecces in the area from his unskilled job at Real and isn't even able to read and carry out the simplest tasks on the screen. @fatih.y40 the teachers were always right about you. :D

Food from the drive in. Cold and nuggets forgotten. This was addressed and a portion was given. No sauce was included. When I unpacked the bags at home, not a single sauce was included. This means that we normally would not have received 1 portion of nuggets and 4 pairs of sauces. Miserable!!!!

I ordered McPlant, got McFleisch

I always waited a long time and the food was cold. Half of the order was wrong (unfortunately I only noticed when I got home). I just know it differently from the branch in Sponsheim, it always works there and somehow never works here. So I won't be visiting the branch again after visiting it several times.

Most people don't even know what fast food means. Namely, eat quickly. And we are all just people trying to do our best. Sometimes we have colleagues who are new. Those doing an internship, etc. I think it's a real shame that the little things, even if it's just a smile, are no longer appreciated. Take a look at your own noses and then tell me if you're all perfect!

Very dirty in the restaurant. The floor and tables everywhere were dirty. Overcrowded tablet carts. The reusable cup lid was extremely disgusting. There was still some residue that you could scrape off with your finger. The Big Mac was cold and looked like the box had been shaken. It's now one of the worst branches I've seen.

In the last 4 McDrive orders something was missing 3 times. Funny coincidences.

Cheese was simply placed cold on the burger and sauce was almost non-existent.

Worst McDonald's I've ever seen! No sauce on citizens and cheese was cold and didn't run! When asked about the citizen, the staff reacted unfriendly.

Simply snack on extra protein on just a few flies

I find McDonald’s to be the best organised fast food chain. We always use their extra table service.. It is super easy to order over the app on my iPhone and it usually takes between 4 and 10 minutes. The only small tiny issue is that the fries on always super hot. The marketing strategy of McDonald’s is equal to none so I appreciate as a businessman approach you’ve done over the many decades in the past.

A lousy shop, underground waiting times

Bad service, long waiting time. Apparently due to a lack of staff. The biggest thing was the announcement: "If you don't like it, then go somewhere else" In any case, this is not a customer-friendly one Treatment!!! So the suggestion to go somewhere else wasn't so bad. Goodbye to Mc Donalds forever. Of course you can also have a good idea destroy such staff!!!!

I just have to say that the waiting times have now become simply unacceptable. I understand that at peak times you have to wait a little longer, but there's hardly anything going on right now and I've been waiting 20 minutes for a simple breakfast order. For me this branch is dead, it's almost quicker to go to Bingen or Mainz.

So if I couldn't give any stars then I would, I ordered and made the employee aware that they should please take more care to ensure that no items were forgotten, I ordered for €70 two weeks ago and 3 burgers were missing , everything he said was Aha OK. Then I get a complete order but with completely dead fried plant nuggets... It doesn't work at all, something has to happen... In the USA you would have gotten coupons for free menus, including an apology...service was nonexistent, fresh food, and competent service staff as well

Nothing has worked at the drive inn for weeks. When ordering you are told to please be patient, after ordering you have to go to the second window and pay, then you have to drive around the corner and wait again. But there are already 2 cars there waiting for the order, so you have to wait another 10 minutes for a paid order until your food is brought, which is also cold!!!

If half of the order is missing three times in a row, then unfortunately something MUST be going very wrong. The operator doesn't seem to really care about customer complaints. At least he doesn't respond to complaints that McDonald's forwards to him. What a shame!

I just felt ripped off. I drove to MC Drive and the employee told me he couldn't accept anything at MC Drive and I should come in. All well and good. Then I'm in. I stood at the checkout for 10 minutes and I wasn't served and he took order from the MC Drive. I said to him that I felt like I was being ripped off and he said to me that I would be happy to go. Then I did that too

We were just there, food came after 40 minutes, fries cold, burgers lukewarm, apple turnovers only after repeated requests, they were then fresh. Michshake was more like milk than shake, and thanks to complaints it was refilled three times, but never made fresh. Then asked for the money back and got it. We had 3 orders, a total of almost 1 hour waiting time, none of the orders were complete, let alone correct. There were also the 0.5l drinks (there were no more cups) in the 0.4l cups, then they were almost full. ..... Fast food restaurant? But please only if you have time!!!!

Worst McDonald's in the region. Food is always missing when taken away. Staff here would need to be trained in terms of quality and service.

We ordered in the drive-thru and waited forever at the order counter, even though there was only one car in front of us. When we ordered we couldn't understand a word the employee said, which was probably due to the loudspeaker. After ordering, we drove towards the pick-up window, where the car was still parked (it looked like it was a friend of the employee). We waited forever until it was finally our turn, then we were allowed to pay once (of course we didn't get a receipt again) and then wait again. When the food was finally brought, half of it was missing. We had 2 identical Happy Meals with nuggets, and 1x nuggets in the menu, which included the fries and the nuggets with sauce. No drinks, no fruit nonsense, no glass, not the toys advertised but any other ones. Of course there was a lot of drama for the children.

Best coffee in the area no longer, the coffee has become thinner.

I've been there three times now and have waited between 20 and 35 minutes each time...

Ordered breakfast here on Saturday at 9:45. We were in the drive in and there was no car behind us. In the store itself, two people were already sitting at the table. It took the employees 15 minutes to prepare our breakfast (for two people) even though no one else came into the store and no cars drove through the drive-thru. Then they gave black coffee instead of chai latte. This would all be understandable if the store was full, but if there was nothing going on??? It definitely wasn't fast food.

I received the menu with the wood chips. I wanted to bring them back and get my money back. A pity.

The waiting time is absolutely unacceptable. If the "at the table service" does not work due to alleged computer problems, you can inform the customers and remove the table tents from the ordering terminal and the guests' tables and inform the waiting customers. Instead, nothing happens. When I asked after 40 minutes of waiting, my order was ready. It's a shame I didn't get what I ordered. When I complained again, I was told "what else could I do now?" To make matters worse, most of my food was cold. This restaurant deserves the title of worst McDonald's in Germany

Extremely slow, even when nothing is going on. Staff rude. Shift manager appears listless and disoriented. So not recommended, one of the worse McDonalds.

Don't understand the snapshots of many had no waiting times fries super hot and nuggets were fresh too So the only drawback was the bun in the mcchicken classic, which was a bit dry but no sauce on the pants. We were satisfied

The last crap shop! Ordered something over 90 minutes ago. Still not delivered. Nobody answers the phone, now it seems that the receiver has been placed next to it. This has happened to me several times now, one can only warn against orders for delivery. Zero stars!!!!!!!

Ordered table service (as ordered), received an unfriendly rejection. However, other guests receive their food at the table.

Food itself was good, but we had to stand in the drive for around 30 minutes starting at 8:30 p.m. even though there were only 2 cars in front of us! In my opinion, this has little to do with fast food. I don't know what the problem was, it never took that long before!

The food was hot and tasty. The service was a complete disaster! On the invoice where everything was listed, we didn't receive everything on the tray. You had to go to the checkout three times and show what you had ordered using the invoice!

Waited for a long time, was unfriendly and forgot more than half of the order, so it was a flop, there are better places in the store..!

My friends were with me and we wanted to order something and then my friend called. The guy answered and said hello, we asked if they delivered to... and he just hung up. Afterwards I called again and wanted to ask myself then he said that we should stop annoying... We wanted to order something to eat because it is the only McDonald's in the area that delivers here. Disrespectful behavior towards the customer (caller). I will never order food from this store again. Very rude. We called again afterwards and no one answered

The store is completely chaotic. I recently waited in McDrive for almost 40 minutes. Things don't really get any faster in the store either. The staff seems haphazard and you notice a lack of leadership. You stand in the store and wait for your food and it seems as if the employees are deliberately slowing down and grinning in your face. Very very unpleasant and unprofessional

Out of 10 orders, 9 times something was missing. Complaints don't help except excuses, once we were even subtly accused of lying (it was a burger with various extra requests that was missing and "The colleague is 100% sure that he packed the burger." Maybe so, then but unfortunately not in OUR bag). That's not how to deal with customers! In addition, despite sometimes long waiting times, the food is usually cold and since the quality of the food is virtually no longer there (floppy fries, gooey salad, rolls that look more like cookies, nuggets burnt in the fries...) we changed the branch. They mostly do it well elsewhere.

The wait time is incredibly long, the wait for one burger was 25 minutes.

The employees are really nice and helpful, but you wait 20-25 minutes until you get your food and I think that's too slow for a fast food restaurant. When you get your food after waiting, it is usually not completely complete.

The store is getting worse and worse!! The waiting time is now underground, every time something is missing or something is wrong - or both. Atmosphäre viel zu laut. Der Service ist leider echt ziemlich schlecht. Oft funktioniert das EC-Terminal, die Eismaschine oder Coupons, wegen denen man extra dort hingefahren ist, nicht. Burger sind oft kalt wenn man diese bekommt und es wird oft etwas bei von der Bestellung vergessen. Nach Reklamation erhält man seine Speisen jedoch ohne große Nachfrage dann ausgehändigt. Wir fahren lieber zu McDonalds nach Bingen Sponsheim. Hier ist Qualität und Service besser. Bei den absurden Preisen, welche mittlerweile durch McDonalds ausgerufen werden, kann man auch gleich in ein normales Restaurant gehen. Dort bekommt man wenigstens keine Bauchbeschwerden. Leider ist das Essen von McDonalds auch irgendwie lecker... ganz darauf verzichten können wir daher leider nicht.

Zu wenig Personal, gerade zur Rushhour. Auf Fehler angesprochen reagierte der Mitarbeiter vom DriveIn ziemlich angepisst. Geht auch anders ....

Egal was man bestellt am Drive wird man auf Park geschickt nur das man die zeit einhält! Dort wartet man dann schon mal 15-20 Minuten auf Nuggets und Pommes! Absolute Frechheit und wenn man Mitarbeiter anspricht findet man es ok weil man Vorschriften hat wie lange ein drive Prozess dauern darf( Parkzeit gehört nicht zur drive zeit)

Der mit Abstand schlechteste McDonalds Deutschlands. Die Filialleitung hat den Laden nicht unter Kontrolle.

Essen kalt ! Burger ohne bacon bestellt mit bacon bekommen dafür ohne die Souce wie ausgewählt! 2 von 4 Getränken nur geliefert . Und 2 Stunden gewartet . Nie wieder Mc Donalds Ingelheim! Und dafür 70 eur !

Bedienung wirkte komplett lustlos und flüsterte seinen Text herunter. Pommes nicht wirklich warm und wenig Salz. Was aber Geschmacksache ist. Mc Rib war sehr gut und bei meiner Frau die Sonderwünsche ( Ohne Zwiebeln) wurden erfüllt.

Nous avons commandé sur Lieferando. Et nous avons reçu la nourriture plus d'1h30 après avoir passé la commande ! De plus, la commande est incomplète (manque les nuggets). Les sandwichs et les frites aplatis et une frite pourrie. Le livreur quant à lui n'était pas le plus sympathique non plus. Je ne recommande pas la livraison en tout cas.

An diesem McDonalds steht man aussergewöhnliche lange im Drive In, jedes Mal. Es ist nicht nachvollziehbar wieso die Mitarbeiter hier so extrem langsam sind.

Waren zufrieden und es hat gut geschmeckt. Der Rösti war lecker

Es gibt bessere Mc Donalds. Umständlicher Bestellprozess, dreckige Toiletten und relativ unfreundlicher Service. Essen lauwarm. Tische und Sitze schmuddelig. Eine Notlösung, wenn man nichts anderes findet.

Gehe sehr oft bei Diesem McDonald’s essen innerhalb von 2 Wochen waren 4 Bestellung falsch oder mehrere Produkte wurden vergessen. Die warte Zeiten sind enorm hoch und Sauber ist es dort auch nicht.

Lange Wartezeit obwohl nicht viel los war.

Vor nicht allzu langem renoviert. Elektronischer Bestellautomat für Mitnahme und Tischservice. Nettes Personal. Leider bereue ich es immer hier zu essen. Huhn und Hamburger schmecken irgendwie gleich. Update 10/23 zur Mittagszeit zu wenig Personal, daher auch am Autoschalter lange Wartezeit. Auf dem Warteplatz konnte man sehen, dass auch innen bei mäßiger Belegung die Speisen dauerten.

Einfach Mal 45 Minuten am DriveIN stauen, bei 4 Autos und alle 10 Minuten wird dann mal bei einem Auto die Bestellung ausgenommen. Essen ist auch nur lauwarm.

Ein ganz normales MC Donalds. Nicht besser und nicht schlechter als die anderen auch. Hat einen Drive-In.

40 Minuten warten... Rekord. Ja es war voll beim Drive In, aber dennoch für ein Schnellrestaurant einfach zu lange Wartezeit.

Wir waren mit unserer Enkelin hier und wurden freundlich bedient.

Extrem langsam und jedesmal wenn ich zum mitnehmen bestelle dann ist es auf dem Tablet....

Mc Drive nicht sichtbar was das Personal eingibt. Geht bei anderen MC's auch. Schon wieder das Falsche bekommen. Und es dauert ewig.

Wir waren zu dritt dort. Erstmal einen sauberen Tisch zu bekommen war schon schwer. Das kann ich überhaupt nicht leiden, es gibt einem das Gefühl, dass man kein Wert mehr auf Zufriedenheit der Gäste legt, der nächste Gast setzt sich eh schon an den dreckigen Tisch. Die Bestellung haben wir am Terminal vorgenommen und uns eine Nummer für den Tisch geholt. Es kam erstmal das falsche Getränk und dann stellten wir fest, dass ein weiteres in der falschen Größe kam und das beste war, dass der big mac falsch belegt wurde, wir haben dann erstmal "umgebaut". Die Mitarbeiter waren aber sehr freundlich und haben die Getränke ausgetauscht. Das Essen an sich war gut und entsprach den Erwartungen.
