DIEZ… super dirty! The food is almost always lukewarm to cold! The staff isn't exactly friendly either! The orders are like a surprise bag because you don't get what you ordered! And the worst thing is YOU NEVER GET SOFT ICE CREAM!!! The machine is always broken 😮‍💨 Laughable!!!!! The staff is too lazy to clean the machine so they tell you that the machine is broken!!! After so many negative reviews, I seriously ask myself WHY DOESN'T SOMEONE TAKE CARE OF THE STORE, THE STAFF AND THE PROCEDURES? 😡😡😡

Unfortunately, redeeming the sanifair vouchers is a disaster: four pay in the toilet and four four people go out to eat, but only one voucher can be redeemed....

Sometimes it can't be avoided and you end up here. Most of the time we go through the DriveIn. Thanks to the app and when there isn't much going on, you can get your food quickly depending on the time of day. But not everyone has understood that and you stand in line for ages at McDrive because every order takes forever. That's annoying then. Unfortunately, the fries and burgers are often only lukewarm, even if we only drive a minute around the corner to eat. You don't go back and complain about it, but fast food is lukewarm. Otherwise nothing was missing, at least recently. The people are friendly. As expected, the store is furnished in a typical franchise style.

Better if the staff is nice and positive, you don't have to look angry when people come ordering food, everything else is very good.

Unfortunately, despite special requests, the Big Tasty was only lukewarm. Many tables were not wiped clean. And this despite the fact that the review with the trainees took place at the same time. Sufficient parking spaces available.

Today we celebrated my son's birthday... everything was great, fast service, attention, help clearing the tables. The girl manager of today's shift is the best of all I have met here in 6 years...everything was very great. Thank you 1000 times.

The new design and concept is great. It's a shame that you have to check every order. Particularly annoying in McDrive when you've already driven away.

Terrible 40 minute wait for a hamburger and a cola which then became a fanta because there was no cola and the ice cream machine “overheated”

Very nice staff. The employees do their best. The lady who almost always serves on the drive in the evening is particularly nice. The shift leader, who is there most evenings, is also one of the best.

We waited over 20 minutes for the food, after complaining it was then handed over to us cold. We also celebrated a children's birthday, the children simply went for our food. The service staff were totally overwhelmed and became totally rude after you asked when the food would arrive. It was super cold in the restaurant itself, but it was even warmer outside in winter. Absolutely not recommended!!!!

Very bad service! We waited about 50 minutes for the food and it was still ice cold! Nothing works in the store.

Unexpectedly slow and unfriendly service compared to other branches. Food was left on display for too long so that nuggets were no longer crispy.

Not recommended! One point is still too many for this store!!! With 3 hungry children we had to wait 30 minutes for food! A look behind the scenes said it all: if the employees did their work and stepped up when the customer situation required it, the food would be on the table faster! But with the work ethic on display......! And no one cared whether you complained or not! Just don't stress, the customer can wait! But what else would you expect from such people!

The cappuccino was inedible, tasted horrible and sour. The waitress takes several minutes to charge for a drink at the McDrive, everything seems to be happening in slow motion.

Surprisingly good quality for McDonalds. Everything hot, everything fresh and nothing oversalted.

I've never experienced anything like today at the McDonald's in Diez. I wanted to order a Hamburger Royal TS for myself, but since I have a strong sesame allergy, I always ask if I can get a different bun top, and that has never been a problem, until today... Unfortunately, the employee at lunch today didn't know what sesame was and his colleague just barked at me (through the intercom). I told her that I had already received the sesame-free version several times, and she said in a snarky, arrogant tone that after all, she works here and she would know better than me... When I told her I was going to complain, she just laughed and wished me a lot of fun... This shows me that friendliness towards customers doesn't matter at all. The behavior is extremely rude, unprofessional and inflexible. As management, something like this should be punished. Service desert... That's too bad!

Pretty dirty now. You're stuck to the floor and tables throughout the store. When you ask, you get a tired smile and a sheepish apology. Very dirty (tables still wiped down, toilets not cleaned and smelly, half a milk shake still hanging on the window or a really nasty sneezer! Various mistakes were made when ordering (drinks forgotten, nuggets instead of plant-based, sauces wrong)

First everything is asked 100 times at McDrive, then you have something else in the bag. Even though we had to wait almost 20 minutes for our order, the food we ordered was lukewarm to cold when packed into the bag. I've never had such a bad meal at Mäcces. Apart from the unmotivated employee who constantly had to moan because of her hard work.

I always thought McDonalds fell under the category of “fast food” restaurant…. There was no sign of this anywhere. The employees were able to re-sole the soles of their shoes while running on Sunday evening, I have never experienced anything so slow. The queue in front of us was enormous, the one behind us topped everything... there were two guests eating. So there is an urgent need for action!!!! Especially since the food was still cold.

Even one star is too many. PAID content is constantly missing from the order. It sucks. Finally hire reasonably competent employees and not those who have no idea how to put an order together. I had no idea there were jalapenos on a cheese burger. let alone a chicken burger. Either hire people who understand German, can make a simple burger, or new sound systems.

Outdated building, when it rained heavily we got our feet washed "inside" the building. The rest is McDonald's usual.

Flies are everywhere and the air conditioners don't turn on no matter how hot the weather is.

Terrible! The people are unfriendly, then more than half cannot articulate themselves properly, let alone produce sentences that are understandable in German. The ice cream machine doesn't work every three days, but something new is always being invented. People are extremely unhygienic, dirty bandages are still worn, etc. Often the order is wrong or half of it is missing because you have so many “extra options” plus the fact that many people don’t seem to be able to remember an order and how often people pick up the unpacking to see if it’s right. Disgusting!!!

Unfortunately, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired and coffee is not available in cups.

We ordered a double menu for €11.99 with 2X Hamburger Royal TS. We got 1X Big Mac and 1X Royal TS. The Big Mac was spoiled. The bun fell apart from dryness. The sauce tasted sour and spoiled. I feel bad.

The staff is very friendly and the premises are clean.

The older lady at the counter came to me like an admiral... I was condescended to look like a fool because I had two questions related to paying. 2 young people she knew were served in an extremely friendly and courteous manner (well, she actually seems to know how to do it 🫤🤔) The gentlemen behind me felt more like me, being treated condescendingly and unkindly to no end... It's really a shame how much this can ruin your morning... 💪🤬

Recently, the employees have only been wearing private clothes, some of which are sweaters that are too big so that they protrude into the food. You are welcomed by an unmotivated employee. Tables are not wiped down and the floor is only partially swept. The food is no longer brought to the table and once it's ready you can look forward to cold burgers and non-carbonated drinks. Worst Mc's ever. Drive in always takes far too long, so you can avoid the whole thing by not driving into the waiting lane. The tables inside are not cleared away, the garbage trucks are all full and are not emptied. Waiting rooms are called, the two monitors are in power saving mode Unfortunately, we lack alternatives But McDonalds should urgently react and clean up here!

We were there on February 4, 2024 around 7:30 p.m. and explicitly said several times please no salt on the fries because a friend was allergic to them. Nevertheless, the fries were thrown into the same container and given to us and we had to go to the hospital late at night Even before that we were promised that we could pick up a menu. Today we called around 4:45 p.m. We were told by the shift manager that we could come, but since she only works until 5:30 p.m. and the shift changes, she said she would pass it on. We were there earlier and were turned away. Thank God we were still in the hospital late in the evening on February 4th and have the receipts. We won't let you fool us, not at all

Yeah. What can I say. We were standing on MC Drive recently in the evening around 10:00 p.m. where there wasn't much going on. It took about 10 minutes until we were asked at the booth what we wanted. So order placed. Drove to the window to pick up. There was a time in MC Drive where it took maybe 5 minutes from ordering to handing over the food. OK, not there. We waited 15 minutes in front of the festival until something happened. No car in front of us and no car behind us. Then we got the food. Really bad in my opinion. No excuse that it took longer. If it takes that long, the MC Drive makes no sense.

Unfortunately the nuggets and fries 🍟 weren't fresh :((

Bei einer Gruppe anderer Leute wurde 3 mal das falsche Essen gebracht und unser Essen kam kalt. Wir haben für ein Menü und ein Burger 45 min gewartet und das Personal war super unfreundlich Nicht zu empfehlen☹️

Unterirdisch, an der Kasse wird man ignoriert wenn man nicht am terminal bestellt hat. Weiteres lässt man auf sich beruhen. Am besten gibt man null Sterne

Essen war fast kalt Falscher big Rösti Raclette bestellt, big Rösti wurde gebracht! Reklamiert. Über 15 Minuten gewartet und erst nach neuer Reklamation und weiteren 5 Minuten neuen bekommen! Allgemein unfreundlich! Und sehr langsamer Service!

Wir mussten 20min darauf warten unser Essen zu bezahlen und die Mitarbeiter beeilen sich kein Stück. So ein Unhöflichen und so ein unmotivierten Laden hab ich lange nicht mehr gesehen. Diese Filiale ist der letzte Laden...Unfreundlich wäre noch geschmeichelt! Die Mitarbeiterin war absolut unverschämt, uneinsichtig und respektlos nachdem Gäste sie darauf aufmerksam machten dass in der Bestellung einiges fehlte oder bereits eiskalt war. Das war nicht das erste Mal mit schlechter Erfahrung dort, aber definitiv das letzte Mal....

42 Minute Wartezeit aufs Essen ab Bestellung, Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich

Größte saftladen auf Erden. Big Tasty Bacon mit 2extra bacon bestellt und ein Brötchen mit Fleisch und 2 Scheiben Käse bekommen. Geht mal nach Heiligenroth nachschulung machen. Die haben wenigstens Ahnung von ihrem Job ihr deppen

Essen stand bei abholbereit. War jedoch nicht fertig, da man dann nachgefragt hat wurde man blöd angemacht, unglaublich unfreundlich. Es wäre ja kein Problem wenn man mal etwas warten muss kann man aber freundlich mitteilen nicht so wie es gesagt wurde. Kassiererin war sehr unfreundlich, nachdem sie mich nach mehrmaligen Nachfrage nicht verstanden hat . Sie hat Wortwörtlich mich gefragt ob ich das erste mal bei Mc Donald's bin . Und hat hämisch gelacht! Unverschämt so geht man nicht mit Kunden um !

Waren heute im Mc Drive in Diez und es war die absolute Katastrophe! Wir haben sage und schreibe 50 Minuten gewartet, bis wir endlich unser Essen bekommen haben! Und dann waren sie auch noch total lieblos zusammen geklatscht, das passiert mir so schnell nicht mehr! Absolute Katastrophe!!!

Eine absolute Zumutung dieser laden würde am liebsten 0 Sterne geben

Zum Mitnehmen: wird gerne mal was vergessen. Nicht das Problem wenn man es noch im Restaurant kontrolliert. Wenn man aber zu Hause auspackt und es sind die falschen Burger in der Packung, ist das ziemlich schwach.

Haben ihr gegessen leider muss ich sagen das die meisten Speisen die wir bekommen haben waren lauwarm oder sogar kalt. Schade
