Special request: No ice in drink --> there was ice in it Among other things, I ordered a double cheeseburger --> there was none. Unfortunately, I only noticed the missing burger on the highway, so I turned around annoyed at the next exit, only to be back 10 minutes after it was served. When I pointed out that I didn't see a double cheeseburger in there, the employee turned around and took the _READY_ burger from the dispenser that he had "overlooked" 10 minutes earlier and put it in the bag. No "sorry," no "I'm sorry," no "your entire order, including this burger, is now 15 minutes old - you'll get something as an apology." The moral: ALWAYS check IMMEDIATELY AFTER SERVING to make sure you have everything.

Great restaurant - the children's area inside is very nice but the outdoor area for children needs to be renovated.

Food okay, but the motivation and FRIENDLINESS of the employees still has a lot of room for improvement!!! Complaint about cold cappuccino--response from the uninterested employee at the serving counter: "I didn't make it!!!" —where can you find something like that and the new one was only prepared after speaking to several employees!

Unfortunately, my visit to this McDonald's was disappointing. The wait was extremely long even though there wasn't much going on. The staff seemed overwhelmed and my order was only processed after repeated requests. In addition, the ice cream machine was broken – again – which is really getting annoying. The tables were not clean and the entire store seemed unkempt. Overall not a pleasant experience.

I've never eaten such sweet burgers 🤢 That was truly the last time I ate at this restaurant chain (Burger King)! My picture shows the Whopper for a whopping €6.69... €15 just wasted... Thanks for nothing...

I wanted to order at the counter. Apparently it wasn't possible. A minute later, I was suddenly able to order two at the counter. What the hell is this???

They didn't put toys in my 2 Happy Meals. This is simply an outrage!

The Big King XXL Burger was for me a bad choice, it was disgusting, full of white sauces, I couldn’t eat it.. The “Große King Pommes” fries are actually a joke. If this little paper bags are “Große”, than what could be “normal”, or “little”? Actually how many grams should have a “big” portion of fries? We don’t eat that much, but when it comes to “big”, I would expect at least to a normal portion of something. Too much money for too little.. a little bit disappointing for me. :) For the kids was although fine. :) The place looks nice for a fast food restaurant, the bathroom is ok, so the parking place.

Unfortunately, something is constantly forgotten when ordering and the burger is often carelessly thrown into the box.

This McDonald's has a top location, the food is delicious. Clean and fun to order food there. People like to go here.
