From the moment we entered the drive-thru, it was a disaster. The staff didn't speak the local language adequately, card payments were canceled, and the change was thrown into the donation box without being asked. After waiting in the car for a good ten minutes, part of our order was missing, and we were asked to pay for it again, even though we had already paid. A true disaster – in terms of staffing. McDonald's should definitely deploy competent and trained staff in customer-facing areas again.
Food okay, but the motivation and FRIENDLINESS of the employees still has a lot of room for improvement!!!
Complaint about cold cappuccino--response from the uninterested employee at the serving counter: "I didn't make it!!!" —where can you find something like that and the new one was only prepared after speaking to several employees!
Ordered the mozzarella balsamic wrap in the app, picked it up, and took a hearty bite at home. Turned out to be a chicken wrap - of course very cool if you've been a vegetarian for 17 years. McDonald's, you really can't bring something like that! 😡
Something always goes wrong in this branch, sometimes the sauces are missing, sometimes the fries are missing... But after today's incident it was definitely the last time I was there.

Yesterday's visit changed 5 stars to 1, you enter the toilet and the urinal is full of ice. I had to wait almost 25 minutes for an order that should have taken a few minutes, people who ordered much larger orders after me received them faster than me. When I pointed out to the service guy that I was waiting for my order, it turned out that it had been made and given, only a pity that it wasn't for me. Of course I received my order, but the stress and nerves that accompanied me at ttm are indescribable. The tables in the yard were dirty and under the tables were cigarette butts and food remains.
Everything was fine. The restaurant was clean, the ordering process on the screen was great, and contactless payment was no problem. The food was hot and okay. Fast food is still fast food.
Update 05-2025:
After the change of ownership, things have slowed down a bit. Shocking: an incorrectly delivered burger was thrown in the trash (with cheese instead of without), even though our little one pointed out that I would eat it before it was thrown away. Things were different under the previous owner. No respect for food! A disgrace.
