Great McDonald's between Terminals 1 & 2 and always busy. A refreshment before or after the flight and we move on.

According to the receipt I bought 0.5l and get a small 0.25l cup. I could refill. Which means I need a place that I can keep an eye on from the drink dispenser. I find it very inappropriate. Waiting times were okay. People speak little German or English, but the ordering computers make this no problem. However, they are very friendly and helpful. There doesn't seem to be any provision for securing hair or washing hands.

Standard McDonalds, the quality feels like it has decreased slightly

This McDonald's was never particularly good, but what they're doing now is an absolute joke The burgers are dripping with fat and are simply slapped together and served I have no idea if this is the quality that McDonalds wants from its customers

The shop is really dirty, the rubbish is piling up, the toilets are really dirty, the roll of towels to dry your hands is put on the wet sink instead of in the device intended for it. Even the toilet is full of rubbish and as soon as you walk towards the toilet there is a massive smell of vomit. Simply disgusting.

The schnitzel is super, very tasty, two large pancakes plus fries, and a salad, you put it in the box yourself. 18 euros.

Quick preparation. Eat as usual.

Standard Mac is good, although the toilet is free for customers and there are sockets.

A sure tip on how to double if not triple your sales: Pay employees decently, then you get more staff and, above all, you get satisfied employees. What's not possible is simply ignoring customers when you want to pay in cash or order at the checkout. I wasn't asked what I wanted at all. After a long wait, we got out and got in line at the drive-in counter. The order was taken relatively quickly and then we had to wait for over 30 MINUTES!!! set. THIS DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. I would like to expressly emphasize that this is not directed against the staff, you cannot keep such a large store running with so few employees, but that brings us back to paying employees. With a minimum wage, no one puts themselves under such stress. (Staff statement) As they say: “The fish starts to stink at the head”. It's a shame, because the burgers don't taste bad.

Everything is great. Lots of kiosk and responsible employees. The food came to the table very quickly and tasted as I expected. Unfortunately it's not that big but it's really nice if it's the first McDonalds in Germany. Again and again.

Employees are usually nice and you can turn to them if you have any problems. Location is not bad, the restaurant itself always seems clean. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has gotten worse and worse over the years... McDonald's...

Fries were a dry old disaster. It tasted terrible. It's a shame that something like this is published and not freshly prepared... Not recommended
