Bad service. You can't talk about the food. I ordered via the app and paid via PayPal. The staff wasn't very linguistically competent and left me alone with the problem. We didn't get any food, even though we could prove that it had already been paid for. The money was not returned either. Other branches are much more helpful in helping you with this problem and are also much friendlier.

This is by far the worst McDonald's branch in the world. There is just as little service as German-speaking staff. If there are problems with the order, the customer is left alone. Conclusion: 0 stars are unfortunately not possible, food was paid for and not received.

I think McDonald's has something new and maybe doesn't last too long, so change the program more so that it doesn't get too boring

The food was cold. The cola only tasted like water. Burger wasn't seared properly, quite raw. The tables everywhere were dirty. Sanitary facilities, surprisingly very clean.

Mcce's stop... team does what they want behind the counter. It doesn't taste as good here as in other McDonald's branches.

The worst McDonald's branch around. Employees not exactly friendly. Communication is also more than difficult. NEVER has one of my now three orders been complete. Either on purpose or - sorry - the employees' absolute incompetence. NEVER AGAIN!

You can no longer eat the food, and at least one thing is missing from your order and when you try to say it at the checkout, no one understands you. In my opinion, Turkish music like in a kebab doesn't belong in a McDonald's either.

I'm starting to think it's a system that at least one part is missing from every order. In the future, I will check the entire order directly at the window. I can fool myself too

It used to be better at McDonalds. Service wasn't great, tables weren't wiped down for a while. It looks dingy and unkempt. The service is just about adequate for a restaurant of this type. Often no money needs to be spent here.

Food & service have really deteriorated in the last few months. Food is always served bland and cold!! The customer here is just the stupid one who simply orders, all the employees are either looking at their cell phones or talking to each other. Words like please, thank you very much! have not existed for a long time!

Ordered oat chocolate and unfortunately received it with cow's milk. After half a cup, I believed my taste and complained. That gives you a stomach ache. :(( . Discussed remaking it for a long time. They dishonorably forgot the citizen on my BURGER menu and then spent €11.49 on it. I can't get the money back either. I actually like McDonald's and the food tastes OK, but something like that doesn't work, especially when I'm sitting at home with an apple turnover I'm eating because they forgot my burger. I recommend checking immediately after you get your food whether everything is there.

Order is never complete. It's stupid if you only notice it at home. In this finale, I recommend checking the bags before you set off

Pissed off and slow service. Burgers are obviously brought late when reordered, there is no sauce in the ice cream, etc...

Update: T-Online's Wi-Fi interface page, which often doesn't work, is extremely annoying. If you can't do something like this technically cleanly, it's better not to do it in the interests of the customer! Nothing has changed in the rest of the rating - unfortunately. Not bad, but nothing special either. The waiting time could be shorter, but this applies to all McDonald's in MSP. The storage trolleys overflow regularly and should be cleaned more often.

Der McDonalds in Karlstadt ist wirklich einer der Besten in Deutschland. Man schmeckt schon wirklich einen großen Unterschied bei den Pommes von dem in Karlstadt - statt in Würzburg beispielsweise.

Ich habe gestern mir 20er chicken nuggets bestellt und es haben 3 gefehlt, ich frage mich wie es dazu kommen kann bei so einem großen Unternehmen.

Es war extrem Kalt und das Essen war auch Kalt .

Da es nun zum wiederholten Male vorgekommen ist reicht es! Da bestellt man schon über die App weil es ein Unding ist mit den Leuten im Drive über diese billigen Sprechanlagen zu „verhandeln“ aber selbst dazu ist man anscheinend nicht in der Lage! 1. wenn man über die App bezahlt im Drive dann noch jedesmal diese selten unqualifizierte Frage: „Haben sie über die App bezahlt?“ Herrgott schau doch selber nach anstatt so grässlich zu fragen! 2. und das ist das aller beste! Da kommt am Ende eine Liste raus mit Sachen die bestellt wurden! Es gibt keinen Grund für „falsch verstanden“ oder der gleichen! Aber immer wieder liegt falscher Kram in der Tüte! Und nein NIEMALS zu lasten des Restaurants immer zu lasten des Kunden (zumindest in unserem Fall) letztes Beispiel: DOUBLE Royal Käse bestellt und normalen bekommen. Natürlich sieht man an der Verpackung nicht was drin sein soll (weil ich den Illuminatencode mit den eingedrückten farbigen Kanten nicht kenne, sorry ich habe ich der Schule Buchstaben und Wörter gelernt!“ Das Gleiche schon mit Cheeseburgern. Natürlich könnte ich auch 20 Minuten den Drive belagern um jeden Karton einzeln zu öffnen, aber leider bin ich sozialisiert und machen nur die Schnellkontrolle, eine andere Möglichkeit wäre natürlich das Personal packt in die Tüte was man bestellt! Danke für nichts, was das Thema angeht ist das wirklich der schlimmste McDonalds den ich kenne!

Ich dachte immer bei MC Donalds schmeckt in allen Restaurants alles gleich aber der MC Rib hat total komisch geschmeckt und die soße nicht wie in anderen MC Donalds Filialen

Essen lauwarm. Zusatzzutaten einfach lieblos neben den Burger gelegt. Frisch ist anders. Tischdienst brachte Essen nicht vollständig... Für das Geld geh ich lieber im Biergarten essen.

Ganz OK, könnte sauberer sein. Tablet Behälter immer übervoll. Tische Sitze Boden mit Essensreste.

Gut bedient, lockerer guter Kundenservice. War sehr zufrieden mit dem ganzen.

Für einen McDonalds wirklich gut, Essen ist immer frisch, Sonderbestellungen wurden bei mir bis jetzt immer zu 100% berücksichtigt, es ist weitestgehend sauber und was wirklich bemerkenswert ist, der Tischservive ist extrem schnell!

Mein absoluter lieblings Laden, keinen anderen so oft besucht wie diesen.

Ein schöner MC Donalds der optimal liegt. Genau an der Bundesstraße . Hier ist das Team auch sehr gut aufgestellt. Stets freundlich und schneller Service.

Essen ist sehr lecker und auch schnell zubereitet, aber das Restaurant ist immer relativ dreckig

Leider waren die Toiletten sehr verschmutzt und auch im Restaurant war es nicht so sauber wie es sein sollte. Da ist deutlich Luft nach oben.....

Was soll man schon viel über essen und Ambiente sagen, ist doch in jedem Mäc gleich. Nur zum Service kann man was sagen,und der war gut.!!

Im Drive In hatte der Mitarbeiter eine Rolex am Handgelenk. Das hat mich echt umgehauen. (Allerdings ist das inzwischen eine Weile her.)

Typischer mc Donalds, allerdings sehr sauber und gepflegt, da war ich schon in wesentlich schmutzigeren Donalds. Das Essen war allerdings mittelmäßig, vor allem war der Burger irgendwie verunfallt. Nach einem Wiederaufbau allerdings gut essbar und normale McDonald's Kost.

Essen leider grundsätzlich nur lauwarm, im Drive in fehlt häufig etwas von der Bestellung. Früher war es um einiges besser dort.
