I understand, that for the employees it's not a super convenient thing, that they have to work on Easter Eve, but I'm glad they were. We were driving a long trip and were hungry, and all other establishments were closed. Beatiful girl at the counter, great service.

So you won't find the typical Mc Café here. I think it's stupid that they still sign it just because you can order cookies and coffee (there was no cake at all).

The best KFC I've seen so far, very friendly, competent staff who prepared our hangover breakfast very quickly. The ambience is Oldscool as if time has stood still. Another big plus point when waiting for the order was that free drinks were served. I will visit the store again on my next visit to Augsburg. 5/5 stars.

As a foodie, I rarely write reviews on Google, but I just can’t keep quiet this time. I felt both angry and humiliated 😭 This is now the second time I’ve ordered here, and once again, they completely messed it up. The first time, I paid nearly 20€ for a double currywurst and extra chili cheese fries. And what did I get? Just a normal currywurst (which costs less!) with a tiny bit of chili cheese on top. And where were my extra fries? Hello? But I let it go, thinking it was just a size issue 🙃 But today? I ordered TWO loaded currywursts, and this time I checked carefully before I left (lesson learned!). When I opened the boxes (because one felt way too light) and sure enough… it was just loaded fries (which I DID NOT ORDER). So, I went back and asked for the order I actually paid for. They gave me one sausage, BUT instead of apologizing, the staff laughed and started talking in their language, like they were mocking me. Why? Just because I don’t speak German? Is this appropriate, or am I overreacting? 😌 But here’s the real kicker. When I got home, I had a bad feeling about that other box, and guess what? It was also just LOADED FRIES, NOT loaded currywurst 😭😭😭. So basically I PAID for 2 LOADED CURRY WURST BUT WHAT I GOT? 2 LOADED FRIES. I almost cried from frustration, especially since it was made by the SAME person who got my last order wrong!! 😭😭 And I wasn’t the only ONE—another customer even came back because his order was wrong, too. Oh, and get this: other customers got a RECEIPT for their order, but NOT me. Was this on purpose? Hoping I wouldn’t double-check my order? GOSH thus would be illegal😭 Long story short, what frustrated me the most was that two people were working, yet they somehow got ALMOST EVERY order wrong and acted completely unprofessionally. I used to like Pommes Freunde, but this experience was just AWFUL. All I wanted was my correct order, but instead of a simple “sorry,” I got laughed at. Unbelievable 👏🏻 @Owner, please take a close look at your staff and invest in employee training. I’m literally begging you.

People seem lost in a cloudy end of nothingness. The employees talk but the words are soulless and flat. They serve the meals they know are poor with no smile, only guilt. They know they are giving you harmful food that will make you unhealthy. They know. You know but the charade goes on.

One big Scam is something that costs €12

I asked the guy i want vegetarian durum he said no, then i asked if he i can order falafel which is vegetarian he told me that he have to get it from back it will take time, then again i asked him for vegetarian margarita pizza he said that i would have to wait for long time. I don’t know what was his problem but he was definitely unhappy to serve vegetarian food. Very unfriendly behaviour, won’t recommend to my worst enemy

Actually quite good, but the pizzas and burgers are very small, for a pretty high price.

I always pick up my pizza and cheeseburgers there. Everything is ready within 10 minutes at the most. Very friendly service staff! The pizza and the burger taste excellent.

Dirty, smelly, food was cold and still expensive, corn on the cob was old and disgusting. Service staff unmotivated. I never experience anything different at Kentucky right now, no matter where. Was the last visit.

Food was good and staff very friendly, the ambience was better than expected for a restaurant on the highway.

There were 4 errors in one order. Unfortunately, we only noticed it on the highway and it wasn't worth turning around. They just hung up on the phone in an annoyed manner and didn't respond to the customer. The food tasted like any McDonald's. -Double cheeseburger instead of double chicken burger -Croissant instead of Franzbrötchen -Drink 1 on the menu was simply not packed in the bag -Drink 2 in the menu was simply not put in the bag I thought there was something about hanging up on the phone.
