Update 2024: The beautiful Tuscany design has given way to a sterile hospital facility, the new subway concept is reminiscent of an operating room or a pharmacy. Large portion of fries/potatoes bought for €3.40 without sauce. The portion was very small in my opinion

Wanted to eat here for lunch today. I told the gentleman behind the counter my order. After this was ignored twice despite contact, and the customers after me seemed to be more important while I was there, I simply left. If you don't feel like doing your job, just go home. Very easy ! Thank you for this shitty treatment of the customer.

Subs cold because “the oven has been broken for a while anyway”. Points were not redeemed last time when collecting "Sorry, we'll do that next time", suddenly no longer valid today. Bring it into shape or close it.

Nach dem Training noch schnell hungrig und gut gelaunt zu SubWay... große Erwartungen und dann die herbe Enttäuschung. Nach langer Wartezeit trotz geringer Auslastung nur Salat und Tomaten auf meinem Sandwich. Die Definition von "alles drauf" hätte wohl nochmals präzisiert werden müssen. Wo waren meine Jalapenos? Alles in allem lustloser Auftritt hinter der Theke.
