Rude to the point of not being possible anymore. All the products you want are thrown on it. I've never experienced anything like that in a subway. New order. I ordered online today. Wrong bread, no extra cheese or extra meat on it. Ultra little sauce. I understand when there's a lot going on, but you should take time for each customer and fulfill their wishes, especially if you're already paying for them. I don't just do my job half, I do it completely. The next time, if there is a next time, I won't stand around and watch. Thanks

Nice subway, the construction site right next to it is a bit unsightly, but the food is good, the employees are friendly and do their job very well

Unfortunately we were really disappointed today. The 50% discount promotion for a 30cm sub is running. I deselected a few things from my sub because I can't tolerate them and added a few things. We picked up the sub and when I unpacked it at home, I noticed that it had been filled completely incorrectly. I called and we came over with the sub. This one was looked at and I got a new one (which was also almost done wrong). We ask what they will do with the old sub. They said they would throw it away. We thought we could take this with us before wasting food (my partner could have eaten this). This was not agreed to. It was thought that in every restaurant you have to throw away the wrong food. Which seemed very strange to me because I worked in the same field and we preferred to give things away rather than waste food. So we wanted to buy it at a reasonable price. We pay €4.25 for it, the seller wanted to sell it to us for a higher price, which of course was complete nonsense. It seemed to us as if he was blaming me for the fact that they had to throw it away because I couldn't eat it. So my sub was already made for me for free, we just think the food waste is a real shame, which is what we said there. We found it even sadder that he wanted to sell it to us for a more expensive price. We had to drive 30 minutes because of their carelessness, which they took for granted. Unfortunately we won't be eating there anymore due to food waste. There are so many ways to not waste food these days.

After the last feedback I was worried about going there. But because there was no alternative, I went anyway and was pleasantly surprised. The sandwich was as you would expect, the service was nice, the cleanliness was good. Nothing special, just a normal, good subway. Totally okay.

Bread burnt The service was unfriendly and couldn't speak any German, she didn't understand anything at all. Go into the vegetables with your dirty gloves!!! Simply disgusting! It also took her so long to serve us that the food was cold! Plus the coupons didn't work because she didn't know how to do it!

Fast, friendly service, large selection of sandwiches and salads, I find the quality of the ingredients to be different...I wouldn't put beef on my sandwich anymore, for example...I like chicken, though.

Lady changed her gloves without asking after I ordered Plantbased Teriyaki! I was very happy about this attention.

Since things are now only done impersonally using "machine ordering" and even the smallest amounts can only be paid with a card, I probably won't visit this subway branch often anymore. There are other subways within a 20km radius. I will take another subway as long as personal orders and cash payments are still possible there.
