I ate at Subway in the Abensberg shopping center with my boyfriend on Thursday, April 3rd. I have to say, I've rarely experienced such friendly service and such dedication at Subway. We felt really comfortable. The friendly man who was on duty at the counter at 4:30 p.m. was very informative and explained to us what ingredients he had. He also recommended a few things and put them on our sandwiches, and we were really impressed. It was delicious. We'll definitely come back again to experience it again and enjoy it.

The unfriendly female employee and the overall service were a disaster. In my opinion, it ruined the taste of the food. The menu for two, which was actually calculated to cost €19.99, was suddenly €29.99, with the explanation that I would have liked extra cheese, even though there was no mention of a price increase. Unfortunately, I can't reply to the owner's message, but here's my comment: The extra cheese was simply added on top, and no one asked if it was included, and yet you can tell the guest that there should be a price increase. In my opinion, management should provide training for the franchise owner and employees on "how to treat customers."

It's just a subway, what can you say about it? Food is good, Trita does a solid job. Especially if you're on a diet, you can really visit the sub here and there.

Ordered a sub and a churro to take away yesterday. Sub was ok, but the churro could have killed someone. Rock hard, and that for the price. The 0.25ml cola for 3 euros is also really awesome. Too bad for the money.

I've eaten at Subway a lot because I think the food is really good. The sandwiches are fresh, can be put together individually and I enjoy them every time. I would definitely give it five stars for the food alone. However, there are a few points that cloud my overall experience. The branch is often much too small - there are hardly any seats, and if there are any available, they are often dirty and unkempt. Unfortunately, this makes staying there uncomfortable. The delivery service also leaves a lot to be desired. It happened several times that the change (e.g. two euros) was simply not given out. In addition, the orders were often late and sometimes the drinks ordered were missing. Although it was promised that they would be delivered later, that never happened.
