Subway in Neuburg a.d.Donau

Yesterday we were there and the employee was unfriendly to us.

Very good food, nice staff and good restaurant

When we were there there was a construction site in the shop, so the ambience was poor. Otherwise it was a great shop, good food and nice staff

First of all: I'm usually really satisfied, but today I ordered vegan teriyaki as always and got half a shredded chicken... Unfortunately I only discovered it when I got home... I'm sorry but that's not possible 🤨

Top Edit: Employee redeems the sub-points in the app without asking. This only becomes noticeable afterwards when the points in the app are fewer than before the purchase. It's annoying when you collect the points so you can redeem a footlong at the end.

A very good branch with good employees

First of all, I like going to this subway and overall I'm always satisfied. Unfortunately not today... When I was preparing it, I made precise statements and they only partially listened and paid attention - but the sandwich was ok. It didn't ask for the SubApp. I just wanted to open the app and have it scanned, but I had already pressed cash because she saw the €20 note lying on my wallet and just took it down... no points for me. I would have liked to have made a review with the receipt, but unfortunately this is no longer possible, so via Google.

Stale atmosphere... the bread was very crumbly and tasteless. Waiting time too long. From the time it came out of the oven until I received it, everything was cold again. Nothing again

I was there wanting to have offers on paper and the employee was rude because she is incredibly unfriendly. After that I showed her that I wanted other offers and then she appeared to me with them (you take the one without). Menu or you don't get it) she was small with glasses and red hair very rude

Bacon as an additional charge which was not mentioned. These 'chips' are inedible. We actually wanted menus for the children. Then everything was calculated individually. The voucher from Schlemmerblock is therefore not implemented properly here. Very disappointing. The sandwiches here are grossly overpriced. But actually it's good, the children don't want to go there again.

Food is exceptionally tasty, of course Subway is generally really good - but especially here! What is it about? I believe in Trevor, he is truly the best man. His subs always look delicious and not just slapped together. The man deserves a raise!! After the renovation, the ambience is really first-class and invites you to linger. The price is absolutely good when you compare it to other fast food chains - but don't forget that there is definitely much healthier food on the table here.

Yes, it worked and tasted good. I just think it's a shame that Subway is so underestimated. Food is much better than other chains, I just have to think about what I want in it.

Sandwiches are dry. The coffee is bitter. I couldn’t find another place in the city to sit and drink coffee and finish my work tasks, so I settled on this one. There is only one outlet for the entire room. But since I couldn’t find any alternatives, I came here for 2-3 days to work for 1-2 hours. Wi-Fi is so terrible that it was distributed from the phone. But most importantly, on the 3rd day, an employee told me that I could no longer sit here with a laptop. I can only drink coffee and eat. It was he who conveyed the words of the director, who was watching in the cameras. Considering that the hall is completely empty during the day and I am the only visitor who always bought coffee and a sandwich, I think this is at least a strange request. I sincerely wish the staff a change in leadership.

Great subway in Neuburg. Super friendly staff. Free WiFi and free refills for drinks. Parking spaces in front of the restaurant are scarce, especially during the day. But there are enough parking spaces in the immediate vicinity.

The taste is good, but it was better. All you can drink was probably abolished to get rid of customers... You are forced to drink from the bottle or buy a coffee cup...

Unfortunately a total failure. I wanted to have spices on my SUB. I can't get my spices everywhere. My half SUB wasn't 15 cm tall either, but smaller. My friend's almost all of the meat was missing, unfortunately we saw it too late otherwise we would have complained.

Got no complaints. Love the idea of subway that you can customize your own sandwhich and I had really good memories built in one of their stores. Perfect to go with friends and just grab a quick bite and your friends always have a diffrent sub.

Ich wollte eigentlich 4⭐️ Sterne geben weil zu heiß im Laden war aber Essen und Service war Top deswegen 5⭐️. Gerne wieder 😊

Eine Klimaanlage wäre eine lohnende Investition. Der Kunde wird von bemüht freundlichen Sandwich Artisten zügig professionell abgefertigt. Das Essen war ok, viel kann da ja nicht schiefgehen, ist ja kein Burger King 👑.

Standart Subway, die mitarbeiter sind irgendwie komisch und unfreundlich. Es gab keine gewürze. Sub war Kalt als ich ihn bekam.

Am besten Gefällt mir die Zusammensetzung von Abwechslungsreicher Nahrung die ich Individuell gestalten kann, das I Tüpfelchen waren die äußerst Netten Damen hinter der Theke die das Sandwich liebevoller Belegt haben als ich zuhause von daher klare Empfehlung 😉

gemütlich eingeräumt, allein mit den sitzbänken schon :) und nochmal 5 Sterne an die zwei blonden Damen hinter der Theke. Sehr sympatisch und freundlich. genauso auch unterhaltsam😁👌

Wenn man sich mal richtig unerwünscht fühlen möchte und unfreundlichen Service erwartet, ist man hier richtig. Standardqualität der Sandwiches.

Parken vor der Tür ist glückssache, ansonsten zu meinen Besuchszeiten immer angenehm voll. Hab immer einen Sitzplatz bekommen und bin schnell bedient worden.

Alle sehr nett, Qualität gut. Wird leider alles sehr schnell kalt. Günstig ist was anderes.

Ich war schon öfter hier in dem Subway. Gerade nach dem Spaziergang ist es super schnell was zu bekommen. Der heutige Mitarbeiter, 08.10.2022, ein Mann im Alter zwischen Mitte - Ende 30, war super symphatisch! Mit seinem bayrischen Dialekt, sehr zügigen Arbeiten, seinem Humor würde ich öfter kommen. Er hat unsere Brote auch länger getoastet, nachdem er sah, dass diese noch ein wenig blass waren. Ihr habt hier einen Top-Mitarbeiter, Lob an vor allem ihn!

Sehr leckere Sandwiches. Alles wird frisch zubereitet und ist auch frisch. Die Mitarbeiter sind schnell und freundlich. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es kaum dort. Schwer einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Dieser Subway ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. An den Preisen kann man leider nichts machen. Etwas zu teuer meines Erachtens.

Ich habe ein vegetarisches Sub bestellt, der Mitarbeiter hat sogar extra gefragt, ob er die Handschuhe wechseln soll (diese waren aber sogar beim Kunden vor mir gerade erst frisch gewechselt worden, aber dieser besagte Kunde hatte etwas mit Fleisch). War zwar für mich nicht nötig, die Handschuhe zu wechseln, aber die Frage ist sehr lobenswert, da ja viele Veganer/Vegetarier darauf achten. Auch sonst hat alles gepasst.

Immer wieder gut hier zu sein. Gehen auf Kundenwünsche ein. :) Kann mich nicht beschweren. Edit: 5* -> 3* Zeiten haben sich geändert, auch leider Subway (Neuburg). Auf Kundenwünsche wird nicht immer reagiert. Leider sind auch die Preise in die Höhe geschossen, das sich ein Besuch leider für diesen Preis nicht mehr lohnt. Rip VIP-Card.

Essen sehr lecker und super Auswahl. Könnte jedoch etwas günstiger sein.
