The worst service I've ever had at a subway. It was not busy, there were only two people ahead of me, and I still had to wait 15 minutes for my food. The server was too busy chatting and laughing with his buddy and did not care at all about customer service. Paid 1 euro extra for avocado and the person scraped the last scraps out of the bin and put 1/4 of a scoop on my sandwich. I had to ask him to please prepare more. The sandwich making counter was also extremely dirty and looked like it had not seen a wet cloth all day. Save yourself the annoyance and eat anywhere else other than this dump.

I'm sorry to say, but after 15 years (eating there almost every week), we will avoid this Subway. Why? - Four self-service terminals have been installed. It may be that this works faster, BUT I can't keep an eye on the service person. Is that important? Yes, despite the wishes being entered digitally (formerly verbally), they were unfortunately not taken into account. We realize that “good” service staff are hard to find. That's why it was easier to correct "misunderstandings" in the past. Due to allergens/intolerances, this 50 euro purchase unfortunately went straight into the bin :( - Even when asked to enclose the receipt, it was ignored. - Even a complaint later on site after another arrival (because the food was bought to take away) couldn't they help me without a receipt (mind you, the proof of payment by card was there!)? - and while I'm about to let go of my frustration. You can give away your app/coupon/promotions. No matter how much loyalty points you collect... on average something new comes out every 1 or 2 years. Sometimes the points can be taken over and sometimes not. I don't care whether you as a franchise company can do anything about it or not. Long-term customer loyalty looks different to me...

@Franchisee Thanks for the reply. It's about the company in general. I know that the new Green Medical Practice space concept is a requirement from Milford that all branches must gradually adopt. And you can't help the fact that some of the products unfortunately taste very different than they did 15 years ago. But you really don't have to use these touchpads before touching your sandwich. For example, you can't say that you want this on one half and that on the other, or a little more of one and less of the other. There are cookies marked as sold out, but they are on display at the checkout. You can no longer see the ingredients and there is only communication when it comes to paying. These screens are optional for owners and I'm just not a fan of them at all. VG Update 2025: Unfortunately, the new ordering system is annoying. You really don't have to copy everything on the Mac Update 2024: The beautiful Tuscany design has given way to a sterile hospital facility, the new subway concept is reminiscent of an operating room or a pharmacy. I almost expected Em-Eukal instead of Cookie on the menu. The two sandwich artist Talahons are somehow likeable, but the sub is very spartan. I ordered through Lieferando and called the restaurant because my waiting time was constantly increasing instead of decreasing. I was told on the phone that no order had been received. For this reason, I ordered the same thing again via Uber Eats. Without telling me, the restaurant then prepared and delivered both orders. When I asked over the phone how this could happen, it was only answered on the 8th call and when I explained what it was about, I simply hung up again. Since it was an order worth over €50 and it came twice, I'm now stuck with the costs. I feel ripped off and ripped off. I will never eat at this restaurant again and I would advise anyone else not to.

Very sad. They renovated and modernized everything, but first the app doesn't work properly, then the offer doesn't work on the terminal, so the young, hard-working employee who unexpectedly has to do the shift alone has to enter it at the checkout while the store is full and 5-7 orders are waiting, it beeps from the kitchen and the phone rings all the time. It's crazy how you can expect something like that, I would have closed the shop alone. This is how burnout occurs at its finest. The young lady did a really great job considering the circumstances. She was supposed to be branch manager. And the overall concept was rethought.

It's a completely normal Subway branch. This is a bit hidden on the edge of the main station. The service is completely fine. The products and prices are like any Subway. In my opinion, it's only worthwhile to eat something here with a really good coupon. If you come outside of peak hours, you don't actually have to wait at all. During peak times you should plan for longer waiting times. The positive thing is that you can easily order via the app and that discount campaigns and coupons are accepted.

Staff friendly and helpful. The tandoori sandwich was good. Unfortunately, the Philly cheesesteak sandwich was really not good. Whoever put this on the menu has probably never eaten it themselves. The meat must be extremely thin. It was way too thick and flaxy. Hard to chew. A matter of taste, of course. But I just know it. It wasn't busy, but unfortunately all the tables were dirty.

The food was good. On the menu the fries are a joke for the price. Then it's better to order a footlong and skip the menu. You get more out of it there. Otherwise you can easily sit down in between. When I was there it was clean and pleasant. The service was a bit impersonal. There is still room for improvement when it comes to interpersonal relationships. But it's nothing that makes the visit unenjoyable.

Order via Lieferando at around 9:15 p.m. Delivery time according to Lieferando (before ordering) approx. 30 minutes. Actual delivery time (confirmed by Subway!) 10:45 p.m.! 5 before that, Subway canceled the order because they were already closed. After 90 minutes of waiting, we didn't even get food and wasted so much time that most of the other providers were already closed...

I just ordered 1 sub 1 footlong cheese chicken wrap and 1 cookie The sub was inedible, as if the bread was 2 days old, it was so hard that you couldn't enjoy it garnet and I eat at subway several times a week and know how it should be, but their sub was good as garnet, very disappointing. Customers are not leftovers recycling. But the footlong wrap and the cookie fit perfectly

Newly renovated and newly opened. Subs are very tasty. But 12.49 for a footlong chicken teriyaki with guacamole without a drink and without a cookie is extremely crunchy. You think twice about doing it again so quickly. In return I get 6 liver loaf rolls with mustard at Yormas 🤣

Unwirklich Ort. Grundsätzlich selbes Menü wie in jedem anderem Subway auch. Personal war grad am lästern, da kommt man als Kunde irgendwie ungelesen, wurde am Ende doch bedient. War aber eher Slow-Food. Ein paar sehr wenige Tischen bereit zum hinsetzen, jedoch bei über 40°C wegen fehlender Lüftung/Klimatisierung eher nicht geeignet. Hier nicht nochmal.

Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen diesen Subway nicht zu besuchen. Die Atmosphäre und der Service sind sehr schlecht. Das Personal ist in Ordnung, aber nicht besonders Kundenorientiert. Oft sind nur wenige Zutaten verfügbar, ich werde diese Subway-Filiale in Zukunft meiden.

Habe das Restaurant gestern besucht und muss sagen, das war mein miesestes Subway Sandwich bisher. Die Auswahl an Gemüse war reduziert (kein Mais und Spinat), das Meatless Chicken wurde in geringerer Menge als üblich auf mein Sandwich gegeben. Trotz gleicher Bestellung wie immer, schmeckte mein Sandwich nicht. Das einzig leckere war der Cookie. Des weitern bekommt man nicht das übliche Körbchen, wenn man vor Ort isst. Außerdem hat das Restaurant ein sehr düsteres Ambiente, ist dreckig und keine Toiletten. Mein Besuch wurde außerdem dadurch getrübt, dass Eltern ihr Kleinkind inklusive Straßenschuhen auf ihrem Tisch haben sitzen lassen. Pfui.

Einfach nur Spitze! Wir haben für die Firma bestellt, wirkliche eine große Bestellung, womit die Filiale Donauwörther schon massiv überfordert war. Wir haben für einen Kollegen noch zusätzlich einen glutenfreien Sonderwunsch und auch der wurde liebend gerne erfüllt, wir wurden gut beraten, die Ware war absolut einwandfrei und wurde uns fehlerfrei ausgegeben. Alle waren begeistert, weiter so! Gerne wieder.

Das Gute war, dass die Cola ziemlich kalt war. Dafür allerdings das Fleisch, das Brot und so allem im gesamten eiskalt. Salat hat ausgeschaut wie von letzter Woche, keine Becher, kein Chicken Breast, keine Tabletten. Sonst fühlt man sich wie in der Gefängnismensa und die Verkäufer machen nicht so einen seriösen Eindruck. Wenn ich nach diesem Besuch keine Salmonellen bekomme bin ich überaus glücklich!!

Had lunch at this Subway in Augsburg, and it was a solid experience overall. The ingredients were fresh, and my sandwich was made exactly as I ordered. The staff was friendly and worked quickly, even though there was a bit of a line. The restaurant itself was clean, with enough seating, though it can get a bit crowded during peak hours. One small downside was that they were out of a few bread options, but that happens sometimes. Prices are standard for Subway, and it’s a reliable choice if you want a quick and customizable meal. Would definitely stop by again.
