Never again!!!! The order wasn't accepted until an hour later… You could maybe overlook that, since this branch at the main train station might be busy, but I absolutely cannot understand the rest!! Wrong cheese on one sub and hardly any meat or tuna on the subs. Plus, they couldn't be reached by phone because the phone was switched off. I really wouldn't recommend this Subway to anyone!! The only positive thing was the friendly Lieferando driver!!

The cakes here are simply delicious! I've tried many varieties, but what impressed me most is that they're baked fresh daily and have just the right amount of sweetness—not too sweet. The fillings are rich, tender, and creamy; you can taste the baker's passion. The shop is clean and smells wonderful, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The prices are absolutely reasonable considering the quality. I will definitely be back and recommend them to my friends. They truly deserve 5 stars!

Yesterday, my son and his friend ordered food for €22 at the Subway station in Augsburg's main train station. After 20 minutes, the food still wasn't ready. When they inquired, they were told it would take another hour. Since their train was leaving in 8 minutes, they asked for a refund. However, the restaurant refused to give them the money back. Absolutely outrageous! A fast-food restaurant with a 1.5-hour wait is unacceptable. And then not even refunding the money is, in my opinion, pure fraud. We will never be customers there again.

We were waiting for our train, hungry, and a bit cold. So we went to this Subway to get something to eat and warm up. The order had to be placed via a terminal. The whole Subway experience of seeing what toppings you want on your sub was lost. The ingredients weren't visible to customers, which, combined with the overall hygiene of the place, raised concerns for us. The restaurant consists of tables and benches that are far too close together (see photos) and was unpleasantly dirty. The tables and floor hadn't even been roughly cleaned or wiped down (see photos). Adding to our already hygiene concerns, and after using the terminal, I wanted to wash my hands. Unfortunately, the restaurant doesn't even have a sink, let alone a toilet for customers. Besides that, contrary to expectations, it wasn't warm in the restaurant. The sandwich was okay, but with very little chicken (see photo). Next time I'm in Augsburg, I'll avoid this place or only order takeout, as it feels extremely impersonal.

My partner and I ordered something online that was delivered incorrectly, so we wanted to call this branch to report it. Well, the phone line was unmanned that day, let alone reachable. It was as if the phone was switched off, like a mobile phone. It's a shame; this is how service can be detrimental when it's nonexistent. The automated ordering process (service screens) obscures the view of the food preparation and leaves no room for individual requests. Despite the low number of customers (only two tables occupied), most tables were not clean. The subs were rather sparsely filled compared to other restaurants in the chain (adjustments during preparation were not possible, see above).

Never again. No service at all and a complete rip-off. The store consists of a counter with three terminals for ordering. Behind the counter are two employees whose sole job seems to be preparing the sandwiches. They don't take orders. Subway is currently running a 2 for 1 coupon promotion. I ordered a 15cm sandwich for my wife and myself, but the code wasn't read. The employee assured me this wouldn't be a problem. In the end, however, I only received one with a gleeful smile and a nod to the terminal, inviting me to order another one (at the regular price, of course). Customer focus looks different. If Subway's goal is to win customers with this promotion, they've achieved the opposite thanks to this employee. I won't go to Subway again. But customer satisfaction doesn't seem to matter to the company; they'd rather set up terminals everywhere and hire low-wage workers for maximum profit. Customer service with a difference. The opposite of DIN EN ISO 9001 (customer satisfaction, customer-oriented behavior, etc.).

We were at Subway today with the new concept – ordering only via a terminal. Well, if this is rolled out nationwide, we probably won't be visiting Subway in the future. Why? Even though we were the only ones in the store, it took over 20 minutes for me to get my sub. The rest of us waited even longer. On the one hand, time is lost at the terminal, and on the other, other orders were obviously being processed first. I've also waited 15 minutes at a regular Subway, but it was also very busy. But okay, that could have been a coincidence, and otherwise the wait time is fine. The main criticism, however, is that it completely eliminates the individuality. That's what made Subway special. I might as well go to a competitor and hope it's somewhat suitable. For example, I want less lettuce and more onions. Just a little Caesar sauce and a bit more Chipotle sauce, etc. Now it's just the same old stuff, based on the employee's discretion and desire. My wishes have no place on the terminal! Conclusion: I'll be avoiding these types of Subways for now! I hope this doesn't catch on, at least not in its current form! P.S. My Sub was okay in the end, but just not the kind I usually like.

We wanted to get something 30 minutes before closing time, but the lady told us it was closed. We then left the store, and a customer came in and ordered a sub. She didn't say anything to him, then more people came, and only we were turned away. I find that outrageous. Out of frustration, I only got ONE cookie and waited almost 30 minutes. Customer service is important. Anyone who can't handle people shouldn't work in the restaurant industry.

There's only one person working at the Subway branch who can't provide proper service. The sandwich was poor quality and didn't look normal either. I ordered a Pepsi from the vending machine, but the price was higher than the price listed on the fridge. The drinks fridge was empty, and when the drinks were brought out of storage, they were completely warm. There wasn't even any ice to chill my drink. The best thing would be to close this branch. Double charged my credit card for my entire order (40€ for one sandwich and drink), forgot my order after i was ordering and served four other people before I had to remind them that I ordered. Then Refused to refund their incorrect charge to my bank account even after i showed them the receipt and charge on my phone! While ordering, I would be asked three times if i wanted salad on the sandwich and I answered every time in German, the worker would forget, and ask again, and he did this multiple times. One other worker who i assume was the manager even aggressively accused me of not paying after I had received everything and paid, and the colleague who was standing next to him, who actually took my order moments ago, was too impaired to tell the manager that i had already paid, until i reminded him. It was all very bizarre. The three male workers were acting like they had taken illegal substances with how much they were forgetting stuff, messing up, and slurring their words. I am providing the receipt, proving the incorrect purchases and this was shown to the employees, who still refuse to acknowledge that this was an incorrect payment despite me showing that these charges all occurred at the same time. 13/4/2025

The worst service I've ever had at a subway. It was not busy, there were only two people ahead of me, and I still had to wait 15 minutes for my food. The server was too busy chatting and laughing with his buddy and did not care at all about customer service. Paid 1 euro extra for avocado and the person scraped the last scraps out of the bin and put 1/4 of a scoop on my sandwich. I had to ask him to please prepare more. I'm sorry to say, but after 15 years (eating there almost every week), we will avoid this Subway. Why? - Four self-service terminals have been installed. It may be that this works faster, BUT I can't keep an eye on the service person. Is that important? Yes, despite the wishes being entered digitally (formerly verbally), they were unfortunately not taken into account. We realize that “good” service staff are hard to find. That's why it was easier to correct "misunderstandings" in the past. Due to allergens/intolerances, this 50 euro purchase unfortunately went straight into the bin :( - Even when asked to enclose the receipt, it was ignored. - Even a complaint later on site after another arrival (because the food was bought to take away) couldn't they help me without a receipt (mind you, the proof of payment by card was there!)? - and while I'm about to let go of my frustration. You can give away your app/coupon/promotions. No matter how much loyalty points you collect... on average something new comes out every 1 or 2 years. Sometimes the points can be taken over and sometimes not. I don't care whether you as a franchise company can do anything about it or not. Long-term customer loyalty looks different to me...

I ordered through Lieferando and called the restaurant because my waiting time was constantly increasing instead of decreasing. I was told on the phone that no order had been received. For this reason, I ordered the same thing again via Uber Eats. Without telling me, the restaurant then prepared and delivered both orders. When I asked over the phone how this could happen, it was only answered on the 8th call and when I explained what it was about, I simply hung up again. It's a completely normal Subway branch. This is a bit hidden on the edge of the main station. The service is completely fine. The products and prices are like any Subway. In my opinion, it's only worthwhile to eat something here with a really good coupon. If you come outside of peak hours, you don't actually have to wait at all. During peak times you should plan for longer waiting times. The positive thing is that you can easily order via the app and that discount campaigns and coupons are accepted.

The food was good. On the menu the fries are a joke for the price. Then it's better to order a footlong and skip the menu. You get more out of it there. Otherwise you can easily sit down in between. When I was there it was clean and pleasant. The service was a bit impersonal. There is still room for improvement when it comes to interpersonal relationships. Newly renovated and newly opened. Subs are very tasty. But 12.49 for a footlong chicken teriyaki with guacamole without a drink and without a cookie is extremely crunchy. You think twice about doing it again so quickly. In return I get 6 liver loaf rolls with mustard at Yormas 🤣

Ordering online was possible, but never arrived. The employee didn't greet us when we entered and asked after 5 minutes what we were waiting for. Was completely overwhelmed by the situation. Overall, very run-down staff... I'm used to a lot of things from Subway, but the store is really horrible.

No bread, not some vegetables, and no worker with communication skills at 7pm! The workers couldn't get along, the lady simply says she has no idea how long it takes them to finish bread and yet they keep people waiting for half an hour! Plus a lack of manners. Nothing “baked”!

Habe hier vor ein paar Monaten Veganes Teriyaki gehabt (zum mitnehmen). Das war ungenießbar, da das Zeug einfach schon gammlig war. Entschädigung bis heute nicht erhalten.

Unwirklich Ort. Grundsätzlich selbes Menü wie in jedem anderem Subway auch. Personal war grad am lästern, da kommt man als Kunde irgendwie ungelesen, wurde am Ende doch bedient. War aber eher Slow-Food. Ein paar sehr wenige Tischen bereit zum hinsetzen, jedoch bei über 40°C wegen fehlender Lüftung/Klimatisierung eher nicht geeignet. Hier nicht nochmal.

Zu wenig Personal für einen Subway der direkt am Bahnhof ist, bei einem Mitarbeiter pro Schicht kann man kein gutes und schnelles essen Erwarten, bitte Personal aufstocken

Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen diesen Subway nicht zu besuchen. Die Atmosphäre und der Service sind sehr schlecht. Das Personal ist in Ordnung, aber nicht besonders Kundenorientiert. Oft sind nur wenige Zutaten verfügbar, ich werde diese Subway-Filiale in Zukunft meiden.

Eigentlich hole ich mir hier gern mal was nach einer Fahrt, leider ist die Dame dort grundsätzlich so dermaßen unfreundlich, dass ich mir das in Zukunft überlegen werde. Leider habe ich auch meistens das zweifelhafte Vergnügen, von ihr bedient zu werden..Die Subs sind aber wenigstens gut.

Das Essen schmeckt, aber das Personal wirkt derartig unmotiviert und unfreundlich, dass es unverschämt ist. Es werden Handschuhe getragen, mit denen Geld angefasst wird und keine Begrüßung, keine Verabschiedung.

Ich wollte mit meiner Freundin ein SUB bestellen die blonde Mitarbeiterin die seid 3 Stunden aus hat hat uns bedient nachdem keiner vorkamm Lieferando stand da weil keine Bestellung gemacht wurde nach 3 Mal auffordern vom mitarbeiter kam die kleine Kollegin dann vor.

I've never experienced anything like this before: two completely incompetent employees who couldn't even redeem two vouchers, give the correct change, and refused to include the receipt. I've never seen anything like it, and I'll never go to a store like that again. I advise everyone to stay away!
