McDonald's in Oberding

Very, very long wait times; people who ordered via the machine also had to wait a very long time. I waited about 20 minutes for food... I ordered via the app and wanted to pay in cash at the cash register. Only after 10 minutes did someone come and say I should do it at the coffee shop... The fries were very, very good and warm. And the burger was cold. The restaurant is nicely decorated.

Unfortunately, it's very disappointing considering it's a large store. They're currently offering vouchers again. However, none worked at the airport. It's a disgrace to pay full price despite vouchers, given the mass tourism! The next point of criticism is the toys in the Happy Meal. The toys on display weren't even there, just cardboard toys from the 2022 Minions movie and the DC cards in the metal box. It's a real shame. My daughter was looking forward to one of the games on display, like Lotti Karotti. Such a large store with crowds all day long should really be well-stocked! One small general comment: The toys used to be better in the 90s and 2000s. Maybe something will change again.

Indian workers who don’t have a clue what they’re doing, you get what you would expect

In the middle of the MAC, a nice place to be with children. Very friendly staff and prompt service.

It’s an airport McDonalds - what do you want? It’s crazy busy all the time and so they could let it go downhill, but they have not. Clean, efficient, quick - how could you give it less than 4 or 5 stars unless you’re just mad at something. Oh, and they have a super bakery with cakes and muffins most McDonalds don’t have. Yeah, I’ll go stars for that!

Service way too slow, 30 minutes to bring our food

If the vouchers aren't valid at the airport McDonald's, I don't think that's a good thing. Even if there are huge advertisements outside the airport saying that a McDonald's Smart Meal costs €5.99, and they tell you at the McDonald's that it's not valid there, that's not great either! In short, I'm not going there anymore. I'm often at the airport for work, so I have to go to another one.

Unfortunately, they don't accept coupons. The app says "Currently unavailable" for all coupons. What a shame.

The usual standard. Suitable for a quick snack at the airport. Sitting in the atrium is quite pleasant. Today (May 30, 2025, approximately 2:00 p.m.), the tables outside were uncleared and dirty. Careless guests, minimal service.

The burger was a joke and it didn't taste good either.

Very poor service. Only part of the order was delivered. The rest sat on the preparation table for about 10 minutes. I only received it after asking. Disaster, and communication was very difficult. Unfortunately, not a good MC.

I was there shortly after 11 p.m. Half of the ordering machines were broken. It took a while for the three burgers 🍔 to be ready. The tables weren't clean and hadn't been wiped down in a while. Unfortunately, this branch doesn't have restrooms, but they point out that they're located near the airport.

Service was quick, this was packed at 06:00pm with tourists but this is just outside the T2, terminal

No play areas for children. No restrooms. If you just want to go to McDonald's for the food, you'll get the usual service with subpar cleanliness.

The place makes a very nice impression for a chain. The staff takes care of the cleanliness of the tables inside and outside. Despite the high traffic, we quickly received our order.

First of all, you have to mention that you've just returned from Mallorca and are already horny because the divine alcohol week is over. Then you trudge into a McDonald's for so-called "fast food." So you order a Big Tasty Bacon, no fast food at all, you wait half an hour for your burger, and the place is completely empty, not a soul for miles around. If you go to the counter, you're insulted and rejected by some migrant workers in an unknown language. Then they steal your own burger, and your order to eat in is packed up to go. My colleague also has to wait 20 minutes for hot water; let me guess, the kettle is broken. On top of that, the worst music in the world is playing there. And then there's a REGULAR French fry hidden in my curly fries. Overall, not a great stay!

First time eating here in years. We had our order brought to us via table service. It was very quick, and everything was as it should be. Thank goodness there are good McDonald's branches!

The service is excellent. We were there on May 5, 2025 at 6:30 a.m. and the lady at the serving desk was very courteous and service-oriented, I've never experienced anything like that at McDonald's! In general, McDonald's is very large and clean.

We had to wait over an hour for our order after a tiring flight. Afterwards the food was bad and cold! I would not recommend this fast food restaurant to anyone.

So slow. Only one person to sort 20+ orders, questionable management of resources, processing speed is slow and staff easily overwhelmed.

Ordered an espresso and a normal coffee. They gave me a number for table service and I had them in cold cups without saucers without spoons or sugar. Never happened in a McDonald's, terrible management and there wasn't even a crowd....

It worked. Pushy staff. The rating has been forced! Or does he stand next to me until I'm finished.

Order was so quick. When I order, didnt even have to wait after I sit the place that I choose. They bring my meal to me right away. They know how to treat people in general. Recommended.

Good atmosphere. Tables were spaced adequately that eventhough there was a lot of people, it didn't feel tight at all.

I ordered a small coffee via the app and wanted to tell the employee straight away to please only fill it half full. I spoke to him politely three times but was ignored. It wasn't until the third time that he turned around in annoyance and rudely told me to wait - while at the same time he was chatting with a colleague about irrelevant things. Despite my wishes, he filled the coffee and rudely told me that the coffee was ready. He claimed he was making a new one - but brought back the same one. I left it on the table. This kind of behavior is disrespectful and completely inappropriate in customer service.

Very bad McDonald's. Not recommended! Fries were very soft, not hot. Chicken nuggets, not crunchy. The most disgusting thing, the Sprite, was without carbon dioxide because it had obviously been sitting around for a long time.

Busy place. Loads of customers outside enjoying the lunch at the tables. Despite the crowds collected my meal earlier than expected. Had a drive-thru in the basement parking garage. If walking from the airport (8 minutes) don't be fooled by the drive thru sign. The restaurant is to the left .

Nice ambience but the slowest mcdonalds i have ever been in and everything is overpriced, coupons don't work and you have to worry whether you catch your flight, even if you have an hour left. Better avoid this place..

A well-designed and very clean McDonald's, making it a comfortable spot for a quick bite at the airport. The food was standard McDonald's fare—nothing special but exactly what you'd expect. The fries were great, but unfortunately, the chips were inedible. Overall, it is a convenient option with a pleasant atmosphere.

Unfortunately the unfriendly service I have ever experienced. Have an employee complain in broken English why you are sitting at a quieter table to the side and then pay 25 euros (!!) for 2 burgers, Fanta and fries, where the burger lies in the box in pieces. Unfortunately, neither the service nor the quality received are right for the price.

We were there for lunch yesterday. We were greeted warmly at the entrance by a nice gentleman in a white shirt. The decor seemed very new, there were even candles and fresh tulips at the table and there were still many large tables free. A calm, relaxed atmosphere. Everything was very clean, the food was fresh and brought to the table quickly. The nice employee then came to the table and asked us if everything was okay. Later he went around with a tray and you could try a new burger. Didn't feel like I was in a fast food restaurant at a busy airport.

Attentive staff, warm service, quick service

Prices are not expensive like the airport. Restaurant staff are legendary polite. We got great service. They also have table service. Open area and smoking is very advantageous. You can come again and again just for this quality of staff. Luckily there was no line, Everything was perfect. Service was very fast.

The staff at this place doesn’t know what service means. They don’t have any empathy for kids, so if you are a family with children pls. Avoid this place. You’re not welcome here. That was our experience and just trying to avoid other families with kids.

Unfortunately the opening times are not correct. It's really stupid when you get information on the Internet before you arrive and then find yourself in front of closed doors! :( Open from 5:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.!!

Great, I went there very late in the evening while waiting for my train and the service was impeccable. I came across a friendly young man who helped me carry my tray because I had my suitcase. The restaurant is clean and well-kept, it's fast. 👍
