McDonald's in Oberding

My experience at this establishment was extremely negative. The staff was incredibly rude and incapable of assisting when the machine failed to print my order. When I asked for help, instead of resolving the issue, their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. Things got even worse when the supervisor arrived. He was even ruder than the staff, responding to my concerns with condescending remarks such as telling me to “relax” and “calm down,” despite the fact that there was no reason for such comments. Additionally, there was a significant language barrier, as none of the staff could communicate properly in either German or English, making the situation even more frustrating. Overall, a very disappointing experience that I would not want to repeat.

It's like every other MacDonald's

Very practical because located near terminal 2. The restaurant is often crowded and the service, therefore, a little slow.

On Sunday afternoon: - No more water available! - No more ketchup in stock! And: Employees steal the Monopoly competition coupons from the cups! Absolutely bad...

All fresh and tasty. Table service forgot to bring an ordered item twice in the row, immediately provided the misssing item when pointed out.

10/10 I have diabetes now because of Mace's but it was very disgusting

Cozy, big room, not loud light music

A nice and modern branch of the chain, which is overall quite noisy but tidy. The seats are arranged comfortably and structured and exude the charm of coziness. Since the frequency of use was quite high, service was still quick. Everything was freshly made. The only drawback: no toilets - at least there was a notice on the doors that the toilets can be found in Terminal 2.

Eater was quality fresh. Employees are very nice, provided you are nice to them too. !

Too few employees. Hence long waiting times. Tables are dirty too. Food is swapped.

There is a lot of space but it takes a long time to receive your food

My favourite place at 4am before I start my early shift. Amazing that you can order Chai Latte and Sausage McMuffin at that time of the morning. Warms my heart on bitter cold mornings. Thank you to the amazing people who get up even earlier than I to prepare it all and serve it up with a smile.

Completely electronic ordering with multiple languages. Ample space to accommodate large crowd. There is Christmas market setup just outside of this. Thankfully they have good number of veg options available too. Overall good!

There were three burgers I didn't want

Finally a McDonald’s in Europe that services American style breakfast. Food was quick and as expected. Somewhat modernized location with some nice outdoor seating too. Reasonable prices.

Really nice view outside because of the Christmas market, cool atmosphere and it wasn't crowded. The food was OK.

You get Mc cafe at the normal mc counter then you have to go back to the mc cafe counter to get sugar and lid.. totally illogical

There are enough seats and some also offer power sockets. The cappuccino tasted good, but the mini pancakes were probably old. Because these were hard. Regardless of whether it's cheap or expensive, something like that doesn't work!

It's twice the price in Japan! I was surprised when I ate my breakfast Mac. Good memories now.

My chicken nuggets had gristle in them but great fries

The worst breakfast I ever had. It spoiled my morning mood. I ordered Big Morning Farmer Duo Grande with hot chocolate. The burger was so bad and lukewarm warm. The hot chocolate was not at all warm almost cold. The entire chocolate powder was seen as a large lump at the bottom. It seemed like the employee was in no mood of heating the milk and the burger was stale. Also the Franzbrötchen was cold! Was baked from last day! My order number #ORD 48 -KS. 51

I went to the Mc Donald at Munich Airport today, November 30th, 2024 at around 6 p.m. And I am absolutely dissatisfied. I ordered via the app using the payment method cash. The cashier was very unfriendly and didn't say hello even though I did. When I asked if I could please have a table stand because I would like to have the food brought to the table, I was told in a very unfriendly, mushy tone that I should pick up my food myself. Strangely enough, other guests had their food brought to their table because they were given a table display. Unfortunately, I didn't get a table display. Even after asking several times, I didn't get a table display. I'm assuming the cashier is from some African country. As an Asian citizen, I feel very discriminated against. We waited 18 minutes for our food. The tables were super dirty. The lady who brought us the food was super rude when she put it in front of us. A mayo was missing and the one extra request we had (no ice in the cola) was completely ignored. The mcrib and the spicy nuggets were no longer really warm and there is no toilet and therefore nothing to wash your hands. The only thing that was really good were the fries.

Typical McDs located between the two terminals. No security checks to leave the building. There are the usual normal food available Big Macs, etc, but we did notice, though, that they had a larger variety of food to order on the menu than back in the UK.

Such bad service, they didn't pack all of my 6 sauces!!! Very unreliable You should choose new employees who have a bit more head!!! I'll never go there again I have to give it a star because otherwise I can't send it!!! In my opinion it is -10000 stars

A spectacular place with incredible views!

I liked it. The morning burger with egg was delicious. The service is fast and friendly. What more does a hungry person need.

The food is excellent, as in all, the staff tries to give advice to anyone who needs to choose, the atmosphere spoils the environment a bit, but in any case it is pleasant to stay, I will visit again.

Great McDonald's between Terminals 1 & 2 and always busy. A refreshment before or after the flight and we move on.

I was just eating at the McDonald's in question, of course without any particular expectations, but then: WOOOWWWW. I've never had so much sauce on my mcsundea or my double chili cheeseburger burger in many years and branches. Jacob liked it too. 10/10 spicy nibbles

Nice spot of peace between all the stress of travel

Last week we wanted to eat something quick before our flight. Since it was 4 a.m., we wanted to have a normal burger menu, since breakfast is actually only available from 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. But since there was a gentleman in front of us who really wanted to have breakfast, the screens were switched to breakfast at 4 a.m. because of him. We then had to order. We had to wait almost half an hour for the McMuffin Bacon & Egg, McWrap Scrambled Egg Bacon and McToast Cheese, the screen was full of orders. None of the employees felt responsible for putting the ordered items on a tray, the small thermal bridge was already overcrowded and nothing was moving forward. For a McDonalds, where things should be quicker, it's pretty weak.

I waited for a long time while my food was ready and my number didn't appear on the screen and the employee didn't call my number. She prepared the food, put it on the table and set about preparing the other meals. I ended up with very cold potatoes.

Worst ever. Never heard of Mcdonald in my life that charges 1 euro for one ketchup although i ordered combo + mcnuggets. Never come back again

It is what it is , but here at least you can sit outdoors under the large glass atrium and get some fresh air if waiting for a flight. Latte good but think it’s a bit pricier than non-airport locations.

As is the case at McDonald’s, it’s always good

McDonald's smaller size. Service as usual. Parking spaces are limited, but I've always found one so far.

2€ more for the smart menu?!?!?! Just because the branch is at the airport!!! This is a stupid impudence, especially since the normal prices are still advertised on the homepage. And if the airport location supposedly requires higher prices, it should at least provide its customers with a toilet... In this branch you have to use the airport toilet, which is 100 m away. We're fed up and won't go to McDonald's anymore.

Don't accept vouchers even though McDonald's advertises them. Long waiting time. To get enough you have to spend a good 17 euros. Far too expensive without vouchers. For that money I can also go to a decent restaurant.

Peak of impudence! An employee (Afro-German?) of this McDonald's branch at Munich Airport was opposite us as a family on April 16, 2021 (50th birthday of our mother & wife!) very displeased, cheeky and disrespectful just because we entered this McDonald's branch with a medical surgical mask and not an FFP-2 mask, but this employee himself had also worn a medical surgical mask. Unbelievable!

The food was really cold and had probably been standing there for a long time

I came here specifically because our place in Eching is currently closed. The lady (young blonde) on mc Drive (10/1/24 at 3:50 p.m.) was incredibly arrogant and rude. Directly spoken in annoyance. Because the code didn't show her all the things I wanted. When I asked her nicely, she got annoyed and said “there’s nothing.” And then she walked away and asked me if I wanted the rest or not. Of course not. As if I'm leaving any more money there with such disgusting sayings. I'll never go there again. If you're reading this. Find another job, ideally one where you don't have to deal with customers.

Long line and because of the ordering terminals you have no idea how long it will take. But the main thing is that you pay beforehand. Modest system... If you don't get a note printed out because the thing is broken, then no one can help you because no one there speaks English or German properly or is interested in any way....

Unfortunately much more expensive than other McDonalds. The M Burger costs €9.99 here while it costs €7.49 in Freising or Erding. There is usually a lot going on here and therefore the waiting times are a little longer. The reception at McDrive is poor because it is located in an underground car park, which can be annoying when ordering via the app. In addition, here at McDrive you can often wait over 10 minutes for your food. Was usually here around 3 p.m.

Clean and all But super unfriendly, simply dont let me order or look on the menu from mc caffe counter. Make me order somewhere else and then since i dont know the offers, i simply order an americano. Which they also make me walk with them somewhere else to give me a single product, for which i already stand next to the coffee maschine. Is this how service in ger works?

I ordered the vegan burger and vegan nuggets, they gave me the real chicken and that’s just lazy and cruel when someone specifically orders a vegetarian meal. No matter what your food choices are, you should receive what you ordered. I just ate meat for the first time in 10 years and I realized it after I already took a bite. The manager told me to go buy more food and he did not care at all that they messed up. I work in the food industry and I know that fast food isn’t the same as a normal dining experience but you should at least be able to do your job. 0/0 experience. I’m going to go throw up now.

Very busy and frequented McDonalds. It's worth ordering in advance via the app, otherwise there may be longer waiting times. I usually order in advance at the baggage carousel and then take it with me there after the exit.

Underground. Order at a “fast food restaurant” at the airport and wait endlessly. When you ask how long it will take you are ignored! When I asked again it said 1 minute, that was half an hour ago. We have to get to the flight! Absolute no-go!

At 00:30 am, everything was excellent; personal, local, coffee and snacks. Very good option to kill time (until they close at 2:00 am). Good airport and good McDonald's (which I almost never go to because I don't like it).

The Asian cleaner who was present in the afternoon was not friendly. She was really rude when we asked her to clean the table from the food that was on the table. Her response was rude and she asked us to cook the food when the food was not ours and she said not to use the table even though the restaurant was very crowded. She was rude.

I have noticed several times now that some employees speak neither German nor English. When I asked for my coffee in a cup, I was given a to-go cup. Even the branch manager said “they said cup” “Yes porcelain and not Togo cup”. Mc Donalds actually wants to act and be perceived as a sustainable company. For this it would be important to train the employees on awareness (09/01/2024 - approx. 9:00 a.m.)

You don't have to pay any more to drink coffee in a cup, as you get it in a cardboard cup regardless of the price. I asked the employees about it and a correction in the system was deliberately not made. This is fraud.

We were there at 1am on Friday and there was a very long queue. Why? Only 2 of 8 terminals were on. The rest switched off. Don't understand why no effort was made to serve the endlessly long line. We left.

Clean McDonald's. The food arrived promptly and everything else was also one-way! There is enough parking space and there is also a McDrive

Useless staff who put a McMuffin there for 20 minutes. There are many staff but everyone works with the worst attitude- even the third world performs better than this place. They should be fired and work at a fast food restaurant for the rest of their life’s earning the minimum wage

Large bright McDonalds overlooking the airport courtyard. We were served very friendly at our place.

We had 2 McMuffins, they were okay. Plus a scrambled egg wrap with bacon, which was an absolute disgrace. Add coffee and tea and you're off for €17. There's free rudeness at 5:30 in the morning. Coffee was more cold than warm, by the way. You should really only have breakfast here if nothing else is open.

40 minutes!!!! Waiting time from ordering to delivery - is it still possible??? You lose your appetite, the plane doesn't wait! And the tables outside are disgustingly dirty too.

The place was freakishly busy and I didn’t receive my food on time. They refused to give me a refund. I had to catch my flight and left without food so technically, I can’t review their food.

I've tested around 50 McDrives in total so far and they've always been friendly and helpful and today I had the first McDrive... The employees were standing in front of the McDrive eating. That means they had been sitting there for 20 minutes. This McDrive no longer had anything to do with a 24/7 McDrive. We arrived at 3am to grab something. We were refused entry and told they were cleaning, even though they were just sitting outside and talking. Then you asked if we clean at home, which I think is an invasion of our privacy...just inappropriate and rude!!...I'm still pissed!
