McDonald's in Oberding

I only gave the food 4 stars because I don't generally want to give McDonald's five stars. Regardless, I would like to give the friendliness of the staff and the ambiance five stars.

Very unfriendly staff. They don't accept AHS vouchers, even though they said they could be redeemed there. At other restaurants, like the Airbräu, it worked fine.

We arrived from a 14-hour flight and wanted two coffees to go. We ordered them at the ordering terminal as planned. After 20 minutes, there was no coffee in sight. When we asked for it, we were given cold coffee (black – we ordered it with milk and sugar) in a cup. When we asked for it in our ordered to-go cups, the employee refilled the cold coffee, but there was still no trace of milk and sugar. DISAPPOINTING

Disgusting from top to bottom. It was later and the only option but still should not have chosen it. McDonald’s should rescind their franchise license that’s how bad it is here. The food is positively revolting, the service is like being on a joke show but the only joke is you and how much you’re paying for absolute crap. I’d rather eat dirt than anything from here again. Save your money.

Old McDonald should try harder now that many cuisines are available all around.

I ordered a small coffee via the app and wanted to tell the employee straight away to please only fill it half full. I spoke to him politely three times but was ignored. It wasn't until the third time that he turned around in annoyance and rudely told me to wait - while at the same time he was chatting with a colleague about irrelevant things. Despite my wishes, he filled the coffee and rudely told me that the coffee was ready. He claimed he was making a new one - but brought back the same one. I left it on the table. This kind of behavior is disrespectful and completely inappropriate in customer service.

The food and drinks are as good as usual. The table service is poor. (The cappuccino didn't come with the requested sugar, spoon, or saucer.) Restrooms are only available at the airport, not at McDonald's. Unfortunately, there's no sign of them.

We always drink our cappuccino at McCafè before we fly off on vacation. The staff at the coffee counter are very friendly.

No toilets, but otherwise good. Still, one star so that things can change; even in the provinces, things are better than here.

Close to the airport, there are indoor and outdoor spaces

Due to a flight delay, we received meal vouchers from the airline. The kids wanted to go to McDonald's, so I first asked the cashier if they accepted the vouchers. After she said yes, I went to the order screen with the kids and gave them our order. Back at the checkout, I wanted to pay with the vouchers, but the store manager came over and told us—in a loud and unfriendly tone—"No, we don't accept them. Who knows if the vouchers are real?" It was a very unpleasant situation for us to be treated so rudely in front of everyone.

The two waitresses, who don't speak German well, didn't understand my question about my order and simply ignored me. They even skipped my order. After 20 numbers had already been called for me, I almost had to shout for another employee to finally bring me my order.

We wanted to have our order delivered to our table. When nothing arrived after 25 minutes, I decided to inquire, but it turned out that the order had somehow been lost (we had already paid around €50). After a long discussion, an employee finally agreed to complete the order. Absolutely outrageous—not recommended!

After my flight with my client, Alex, I made a quick detour with us. I think it's perfect; you can sit outside and eat as usual, the location is perfect, and the roof is also perfect. Everything's great.

This McDonald's has no restrooms. Food preparation takes an extremely long time. Many employees don't speak German at all.

The order was brought to the table and took 15 minutes, even though it was quiet. Then, first, the cream on the latte was missing. A MC Toastie was missing. Sweetener wasn't added. And the breakfast items were cold, too. The only positives: It was clean, and the staff was friendly and refilled the items.

They can't count to 6. I ordered and paid for 6 cheeseburgers and got only 5.

The food was okay, but there should be restrooms. Especially when traveling, you should be able to wash your hands before eating. Looking for a restroom somewhere in the airport while the food is getting cold isn't a good option either.

Very slow in the evenings. Staff are always well-trained (we had to call the manager to redeem points).

Really quick to prepare, feels fresh and tasty

My favourite place at 4am before I start my early shift. Amazing that you can order Chai Latte and Sausage McMuffin at that time of the morning. Warms my heart on bitter cold mornings. Thank you to the amazing people who get up even earlier than I to prepare it all and serve it up with a smile.

Nice guy, but it's absolutely ridiculous that they don't accept vouchers! Simply cheeky! It's just so Allresto can line their pockets. Sure, it doesn't matter to tourists, but for the people who work at the airport or live nearby, it's completely ridiculous...

No bathroom or place to wash your hands...in a restaurant where you eat with your hands, shameful. Mediocre service and high prices.

This McDonald’s is great because it has several international menu items including garlic pepper chicken nuggets which were amazing. Unfortunately my Big Mac fell apart easily but it tasted good. The chicken sandwich didn’t have its cheese melted and the waffle fries were also very good.

For a McDonald's of this frequency, it's very clean (!), well-maintained, and well-designed. Hats off!

Shocked by this Mc do. I ordered a sandwich without cheese. I thought I had done the right thing and had clicked on the screen correctly, specifying without cheese. Unfortunately, I received my sandwich with cheese and the lady told me that I had not clicked correctly. She sent her manager to explain this to me. How can I tell you that I was shocked by his behavior, he YELLED at me in front of everyone and was BORDERLINE physically aggressive and told me that my mistake was costing him dearly because he had to redo the sandwich. We are talking about a sandwich!!!!!! I thought I had broken a gold object at one point!!!! This has never happened to me in France or anywhere else. We were talking about a Simple sandwich, I was really speechless! I will never go back there again in my life!!!!

Clean, modern, and comfortable place with fast service and decent food, and with vegetarian options. I go there about once a month

After consuming the Planted Burger and the Planted Nuggies, I felt nauseous within minutes. This was followed by hours of vomiting and, at times, diarrhea. I couldn't make out with my date anymore and had to stay home for several days.

A typical German McDonald's. Clean, fast, good fast-food taste, and, of course, conveniently located near the airport. It's not a Michelin-starred restaurant or a regular restaurant, but you get what you expect. The prices are sometimes a bit higher than usual.

The burgers only look delicious in advertising. The toilet must be visited from the airport. Only if things should go quickly and the hunger annoys.

I ordered a cappuccino, which was unfortunately served cold. It tasted as if it had already been made and extra milk had been added afterward.

Actually, it's a nicer McDonald's compared to others, but beware: there are no restrooms or even a place to wash your hands! Unbelievable. And at the airport, with such a large branch, it's completely unacceptable.

You get something to eat right at the airport—what more could you expect? Unfortunately, you don't always get everything you ordered...but that's generally the case with fast-food chains. They always check what you've ordered. That should happen to me at some point in my job.

We were here due to a flight cancellation. We had ordered several things, including two Happy Meals to go, for a family of four with two small children. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the hotel, we discovered that the toys were missing from both Happy Meals. This led to great disappointment for our children. The next morning, shortly before departure, I went back to complain about the missing toys. The manager gave me one, but refused to give me the missing toy for the second Happy Meal, saying, "Anyone could ask for it." Furthermore, the friendliness could still be improved. Mistakes can happen, but a company that targets children should be more accommodating when it comes to business-related errors and not make them happen at the expense of the children.

I've never experienced anything like this at McDonald's. I ordered a Big Taste without onions and tomatoes, with extra sauce. When I opened the bag, I noticed that nothing had been added and wanted to complain. An employee then took the burger to the kitchen, gobbled it all up with her hands, and gave it back to me. At over €10 for a burger, that's outrageous! It's not hygienic either.

I think this store has a nice environment and a large space. The price will be one or two euros more expensive than normal.

Long wait times. Service was unfriendly and incompetent. However, the cashier was very nice. We ordered on-site and only got takeout after approaching and asking about our order.

Very nice McDonald restaurant, nice and clean, but there were few issues when I was present, we ordered Samurai Burger, and got other burger, so we asked employee what burger this is, the employee refused to say what burger was this, and insisted on seeing receipt which we had in hand, then employe decided to get manager, to tell what burger this is. They came to conclusion that, is Fili Steak (or something like that) then the receipt was shown, apologies was made, the right burger was made. But, the workers Ernest and Milo (not sure that I’m writing the name right) deserve special appreciation, Ernest was really welcoming worker, nicely doing his work, and Milo was doing a hard work, not only he cleaned up non-stop no break, but also he was welcoming nice person, the McDonald doesn’t have toilet so I asked milo and he guided me to the nearest one step-by-step, I’m sure I will visit again because of him, he deserves a raise for sure.

Located in the middle of the airport, there's plenty of space, including outside. It's covered by the airport's enormous dome.

Everything you expect from a McDonalds. This is the first one where a manager has ever asked me about my experience and if the food was good.

A McDonald's like many others. It's just at the airport, good for passing the time. I'm just starting to get annoyed by the requests to write reviews, so only 3 stars. The employees are very nice. Everything's fine so far. :)

McDonald's McCafe is just wonderful in Europe. This one is no exception. Clean, upscaled furniture, and really good croissants and latte!

Was good service even too busy, crew very friendly and approachable.

Very unpleasant experience. Just because I took a long time to order, they took my coat from my seat and threw the bread in the paper bag into the garbage bag. How embarrassing! The burger was small enough, but it cost 6 euros. I had to swat flies while eating... The seats with plenty of sockets were a small plus.

The burger was super disgusting

We were forced to arrive after 10 p.m. because we were coming back from vacation and nothing else was open, and the fridge at home was empty! We had two cheeseburgers, one McChicken meal with curly fries, small fries, and two ketchup options. The only edible items were the cheeseburgers! The fries were hot but not crispy, the curry fries were too hard on the outside and still raw on the inside. Simply disgusting. The McChicken had been carelessly thrown together, and the cheese was still cold and not as melt-in-the-mouth as advertised! Not worth the high price!

Last order 11:45 PM, July 15th This gives me the same feeling as when the last flight/bus/train is canceled.

McDonald's, and you can't use the app or the coupons. It's a real rip-off. The fries weren't cooked properly. I ordered a Coke without ice. There are no restrooms either. A really bad experience.

It was terrible there. The staff were unfriendly and irritable. The tables outside were dirty, the food wasn't even warm, and everything tasted terrible. I won't go there again.

I just bought an ice cream yesterday. The ice cream was already completely runny by the time I got it. This store is getting worse and worse.

Real busy but still fast service

The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, especially at the tables. Furthermore, this restaurant is participating in fewer and fewer promotions, which is a real shame.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. And I mean it carefully. We waited an hour for our order. We were almost the last ones in the restaurant AFTER closing time. We had to give our receipt to get our order. Of course, nothing was good: no sauces, bad drinks, no napkins, etc. UNACCEPTABLE

The tables are almost always smudged and dirty. Unfortunately, this branch is participating less and less in coupon promotions, which is a real shame. Since these two points have been true for the past four years, I can only give it 2 stars overall.

One of the better McDonald's locations. Table service is very good. There's a large covered area for outdoor dining. There are no restrooms in the restaurant, so you have to go into the terminal building.

Nice service, food comes quickly

Unfortunately, my experience wasn't good. I didn't get anything because none of the codes worked. It works perfectly at every other McDonald's restaurant, but not here. I didn't get anything, but my friends did. Then the next problem arose. He paid for 6 nuggets, but he only got 5.
