At 00:30 am, everything was excellent; personal, local, coffee and snacks. Very good option to kill time (until they close at 2:00 am). Good airport and good McDonald's (which I almost never go to because I don't like it).

The Asian cleaner who was present in the afternoon was not friendly. She was really rude when we asked her to clean the table from the food that was on the table. Her response was rude and she asked us to cook the food when the food was not ours and she said not to use the table even though the restaurant was very crowded. She was rude.

I have noticed several times now that some employees speak neither German nor English. When I asked for my coffee in a cup, I was given a to-go cup. Even the branch manager said “they said cup” “Yes porcelain and not Togo cup”. Mc Donalds actually wants to act and be perceived as a sustainable company. For this it would be important to train the employees on awareness (09/01/2024 - approx. 9:00 a.m.)

You don't have to pay any more to drink coffee in a cup, as you get it in a cardboard cup regardless of the price. I asked the employees about it and a correction in the system was deliberately not made. This is fraud.

We were there at 1am on Friday and there was a very long queue. Why? Only 2 of 8 terminals were on. The rest switched off. Don't understand why no effort was made to serve the endlessly long line. We left.

Clean McDonald's. The food arrived promptly and everything else was also one-way! There is enough parking space and there is also a McDrive

Useless staff who put a McMuffin there for 20 minutes. There are many staff but everyone works with the worst attitude- even the third world performs better than this place. They should be fired and work at a fast food restaurant for the rest of their life’s earning the minimum wage

We had 2 McMuffins, they were okay. Plus a scrambled egg wrap with bacon, which was an absolute disgrace. Add coffee and tea and you're off for €17. There's free rudeness at 5:30 in the morning. Coffee was more cold than warm, by the way. You should really only have breakfast here if nothing else is open.

40 minutes!!!! Waiting time from ordering to delivery - is it still possible??? You lose your appetite, the plane doesn't wait! And the tables outside are disgustingly dirty too.

The place was freakishly busy and I didn’t receive my food on time. They refused to give me a refund. I had to catch my flight and left without food so technically, I can’t review their food.

I've tested around 50 McDrives in total so far and they've always been friendly and helpful and today I had the first McDrive... The employees were standing in front of the McDrive eating. That means they had been sitting there for 20 minutes. This McDrive no longer had anything to do with a 24/7 McDrive. We arrived at 3am to grab something. We were refused entry and told they were cleaning, even though they were just sitting outside and talking. Then you asked if we clean at home, which I think is an invasion of our privacy...just inappropriate and rude!!...I'm still pissed!

Very nicely decorated and clean McDonalds compared to others seen around the world. Food is what it is. Easy to order using the screen but you also have the option of ordering at a desk. Service was efficient and it's easy to track your order on the screen.

The first restaurant was relatively empty (at 11:30 p.m.), but the ordering area was still full right up to the central area. The people who didn't pay at the terminal or take their food with them are probably still standing there today💀. A Big Mac sauce was also made into a sour cream. Otherwise quite ok.

Completely overwhelmed employees, terribly bad service, it has nothing to do with “fast” food anymore. We didn't get a receipt due to a cash register error and no employee could give us one, so we waited 30 minutes. Never here again

It's really annoying that you can no longer buy water at the counter in the McCafé area. We were under a lot of time pressure and actually just wanted plain water. Bravo?! The employee said we had to order it at the order terminal and then get in line. Nothing else was open shortly after 11 p.m. So we continued without water. Hence zero stars!!!

I’m usually here because of work. But this 24 h opening time is not it if you can’t provide the services. There was only 2 out 10 order mashine on and a cashier. When it was my line they shout down the mashine. After that I go to the cashier and he just walk away to put all the table numbers away. 😂 feeling like a joke. I’m not mad at the workers but if YOU CAN’T PROVIDE THE SERVICE THEN DONT DO IT!!! I’m not asking for much.

Stay away from these burgers... they're just junk refined with sugar and chemical ingredients. I'd rather starve than consume anything...

Totally electronic order. Love the multi language machines. This McDonalds has local delicacies like German cinnamon rolls and big morning Chicken with their Schnitzel and the breads are to die for. Loved the coffee choices see my pictures. Also seating out is refreshing.

It's really not recommended. The food was subpar even for McDonald's food. The staff couldn't speak any German and almost no English, so the communication was a bit difficult and the atmosphere; Well what can you say, there is a Mc.Donalds airport

Bad service - bill (quittung) was not printed at the kiosk and have to search myself what I have ordered at the delivery counter to get my order, also ignored my complaint as ice cream was tasting plastic.

I don't generally think much of fast food, but sometimes you can't avoid it, even if it's just for ice cream. I wanted to treat myself to an ice cream with a voucher... but a foreign citizen came and changed the paper roll in the middle of my order. What can I say, the voucher no longer worked. In the end, after some clarification, I got my ice cream. I wanted to take something else with me but then I didn't feel like it anymore. 🤷

Like every other McDonalds. Can't complain about it.

Some interesting items. Service was fast. Some shady characters do hang around the airport and near this area so be mindful.

In drive you don't get the nice "Welcome to McDonald's" but rather a growl. Which is associated with a weak hello. As if he was biting into his burger and his mouth was full.

Today there were problems with the coupons. I went to the checkout to ask if it was just me, a line formed behind me with the same problems. I've been waiting for my food for 20 minutes, which is ridiculously slow for McDonald's, especially at the airport. When I first asked, I was told in a rather unfriendly manner that I should sit down and wait because I had chosen table service. After another 10 minutes I pointed out to a very nice service person that I was waiting forever for my order. I was then answered that the process cannot be accelerated, although many other tables ordered much later and have already received their food, and with much more content than the order I ordered. I would like more organization!!!

Pretty well attended "Mäccers"...everything worked out for us. Contrary to the crowd, we ordered at a counter that was a little out of the way. With an Asian lady. This recorded everything perfectly for us. And a friendly employee brought the food to our table. All in all a pleasant visit.

I really liked this Macdonald's because of its very polite employee with red hair, sorry I can't remember her name, thank you. But there is one minus, that the toilet is not in the building itself, but you have to go to terminal 2. But in general, I liked everything.

Waited 45 minutes for two chicken burgers, one coke and one caramel.coffee shake . No comment.. and yes no future visits are planned.

Bought fries with ketchup to take away (ketchup 50 cents extra). Then I rushed to the arrival gate to find that the ketchup was missing. Complaint was not accepted because I could have already used the ketchup... absolute disgrace and lousy service

It's a shame to have to wait 10 minutes for a latte macchiato and watch the lady at the coffee counter almost fall asleep and prefer to have private conversations with a fellow countryman instead of processing my order!!! I would have liked to pour the coffee onto her counter and say thank you with a smile, but my German upbringing didn't allow that!

Definitely avoid if you are in a hurry, absolutely incompetent staff! I missed my train after having to wait forever for my order. (+30 mins). The store wasn't even that full. 3(!) people in front of me had already complained because the goods weren't complete. Of course, I was also missing the Curly Fries. I then spoke to the dark-skinned employee with a black headband, who wasn't interested in my problem at all and only answered curtly and snidely before I was ignored again. As if that wasn't enough, they were forgotten twice and I had to go to the counter again. After another complaint, I was greeted with a smug smile and the words “Perhaps. “Create another train.” passed. An apology never came from her lips during the entire conversation. By the time I received my curly fries, my own order was of course cold. Staff here still clearly needs training in terms of both speed and politeness - never again!!

A regular McDonald's, with the same pattern and quality I see worldwide. I have ordered this McPlant combo and it was really delicious, loved it. The prices are great, specially considering it is located in the heart of Munich Airport.

Good McDonald's. The food was hot and fresh and the coupons from the app were redeemable. Unfortunately we had to enter them manually because the scanner on the order terminal was broken. There were still plenty of places to eat outside. Unfortunately, due to the location, it was very crowded, even though it was already the afternoon.

Visited the McDonalds in Munich Airport. Large restaurant, not too busy, usual standard menu, slightly more expensive than UK. We'll organised and quick service. Good translation of menu.

By far the worst McDonalds I have ever visited. The place where you eat was full of trash. Coca cola was warm with no bubbles, tasted like fake cola, but the worst of everything was the atmosphere. There is a kebab shop nextdoors that plays Arabic music that can be heard all over the place.I felt like I was at the bazar in Morocco.

We're not McD fans when it comes to taste (lots of salt and sugar), but at the airport you can get your stomach full quite quickly for fair money. So that's exactly what fast food is intended for. There is also a café that makes really good coffee and also offers some delicious desserts.

I didn't like the airport at all, it was the first time I visited Germany and I lost the myth about the punctuality and discipline and organization of the Germans, I had a feeling the whole time of wanting to leave and not come back, the Next time I travel I will avoid stopping here.
