McDonald's in Oberding

Unfortunately the table was dirty, the table service woman was super inattentive and let my drink completely spill over. Fries half raw.

The service is excellent. We were there on May 5, 2025 at 6:30 a.m. and the lady at the serving desk was very courteous and service-oriented, I've never experienced anything like that at McDonald's! In general, McDonald's is very large and clean.

Bad service and delay in providing food The workers' treatment is not good

So slow. Only one person to sort 20+ orders, questionable management of resources, processing speed is slow and staff easily overwhelmed.

We had to wait over an hour for our order after a tiring flight. Afterwards the food was bad and cold! I would not recommend this fast food restaurant to anyone.

Ordered an espresso and a normal coffee. They gave me a number for table service and I had them in cold cups without saucers without spoons or sugar. Never happened in a McDonald's, terrible management and there wasn't even a crowd....

It worked. Pushy staff. The rating has been forced! Or does he stand next to me until I'm finished.

Order was so quick. When I order, didnt even have to wait after I sit the place that I choose. They bring my meal to me right away. They know how to treat people in general. Recommended.

Good atmosphere. Tables were spaced adequately that eventhough there was a lot of people, it didn't feel tight at all.

I ordered a small coffee via the app and wanted to tell the employee straight away to please only fill it half full. I spoke to him politely three times but was ignored. It wasn't until the third time that he turned around in annoyance and rudely told me to wait - while at the same time he was chatting with a colleague about irrelevant things. Despite my wishes, he filled the coffee and rudely told me that the coffee was ready. He claimed he was making a new one - but brought back the same one. I left it on the table. This kind of behavior is disrespectful and completely inappropriate in customer service.

Well, MC Donald, everything fit and was fresh.

Very bad McDonald's. Not recommended! Fries were very soft, not hot. Chicken nuggets, not crunchy. The most disgusting thing, the Sprite, was without carbon dioxide because it had obviously been sitting around for a long time.

Busy place. Loads of customers outside enjoying the lunch at the tables. Despite the crowds collected my meal earlier than expected. Had a drive-thru in the basement parking garage. If walking from the airport (8 minutes) don't be fooled by the drive thru sign. The restaurant is to the left .

Nice ambience but the slowest mcdonalds i have ever been in and everything is overpriced, coupons don't work and you have to worry whether you catch your flight, even if you have an hour left. Better avoid this place..

Terrible experience. Theres a specific woman who worked at service. She is terrible. They made our food with her bare disgusting filthy hands. Disgusting place and service.

A well-designed and very clean McDonald's, making it a comfortable spot for a quick bite at the airport. The food was standard McDonald's fare—nothing special but exactly what you'd expect. The fries were great, but unfortunately, the chips were inedible. Overall, it is a convenient option with a pleasant atmosphere.

Unfortunately the unfriendly service I have ever experienced. Have an employee complain in broken English why you are sitting at a quieter table to the side and then pay 25 euros (!!) for 2 burgers, Fanta and fries, where the burger lies in the box in pieces. Unfortunately, neither the service nor the quality received are right for the price.

We were there for lunch yesterday. We were greeted warmly at the entrance by a nice gentleman in a white shirt. The decor seemed very new, there were even candles and fresh tulips at the table and there were still many large tables free. A calm, relaxed atmosphere. Everything was very clean, the food was fresh and brought to the table quickly. The nice employee then came to the table and asked us if everything was okay. Later he went around with a tray and you could try a new burger. Didn't feel like I was in a fast food restaurant at a busy airport.

Attentive staff, warm service, quick service

Prices are not expensive like the airport. Restaurant staff are legendary polite. We got great service. They also have table service. Open area and smoking is very advantageous. You can come again and again just for this quality of staff. Luckily there was no line, Everything was perfect. Service was very fast.

The staff at this place doesn’t know what service means. They don’t have any empathy for kids, so if you are a family with children pls. Avoid this place. You’re not welcome here. That was our experience and just trying to avoid other families with kids.

Unfortunately the opening times are not correct. It's really stupid when you get information on the Internet before you arrive and then find yourself in front of closed doors! :( Open from 5:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.!!

Great, I went there very late in the evening while waiting for my train and the service was impeccable. I came across a friendly young man who helped me carry my tray because I had my suitcase. The restaurant is clean and well-kept, it's fast. 👍

Best McDonald’s I’ve had across many countries. Spain, Italy, australia, America. This one was the best, good portions, the burgers looked like the pictures which never happens, and tasted great. The store is clean and has a nice ambient

The principle of fast food was not understood here. I spent my break waiting for my food and in the end, of course, I didn't have time to eat it because my train wasn't waiting! The excuse given was that the number I wanted to use for table service did not appear in the overview, even though the number was "clearly visible" on the table the entire time and employees walked past me several times! If you offer something like table service you should make sure that it works! Really weak and never again! I didn't get my money anymore either!!

After a long day at school, eating at the McDonalds here was very appropriate. The atmosphere, the taste and the speed of the food were great, and the employee Ernesto made us feel very welcome. 10/10 would love to come back!

Table service didn't bring the food and after asking half an hour later it was as if I was bothering the worker there. Don't use the table service if you are in a hurry (which is mostly the case since it's an airport)...

My experience at this establishment was extremely negative. The staff was incredibly rude and incapable of assisting when the machine failed to print my order. When I asked for help, instead of resolving the issue, their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. Things got even worse when the supervisor arrived. He was even ruder than the staff, responding to my concerns with condescending remarks such as telling me to “relax” and “calm down,” despite the fact that there was no reason for such comments. Additionally, there was a significant language barrier, as none of the staff could communicate properly in either German or English, making the situation even more frustrating. Overall, a very disappointing experience that I would not want to repeat.

Very practical because located near terminal 2. The restaurant is often crowded and the service, therefore, a little slow.

On Sunday afternoon: - No more water available! - No more ketchup in stock! And: Employees steal the Monopoly competition coupons from the cups! Absolutely bad...

10/10 I have diabetes now because of Mace's but it was very disgusting

All fresh and tasty. Table service forgot to bring an ordered item twice in the row, immediately provided the misssing item when pointed out.

Cozy, big room, not loud light music

A nice and modern branch of the chain, which is overall quite noisy but tidy. The seats are arranged comfortably and structured and exude the charm of coziness. Since the frequency of use was quite high, service was still quick. Everything was freshly made. The only drawback: no toilets - at least there was a notice on the doors that the toilets can be found in Terminal 2.

There is a lot of space but it takes a long time to receive your food

My favourite place at 4am before I start my early shift. Amazing that you can order Chai Latte and Sausage McMuffin at that time of the morning. Warms my heart on bitter cold mornings. Thank you to the amazing people who get up even earlier than I to prepare it all and serve it up with a smile.

Completely electronic ordering with multiple languages. Ample space to accommodate large crowd. There is Christmas market setup just outside of this. Thankfully they have good number of veg options available too. Overall good!

There were three burgers I didn't want

Finally a McDonald’s in Europe that services American style breakfast. Food was quick and as expected. Somewhat modernized location with some nice outdoor seating too. Reasonable prices.

Really nice view outside because of the Christmas market, cool atmosphere and it wasn't crowded. The food was OK.

You get Mc cafe at the normal mc counter then you have to go back to the mc cafe counter to get sugar and lid.. totally illogical

There are enough seats and some also offer power sockets. The cappuccino tasted good, but the mini pancakes were probably old. Because these were hard. Regardless of whether it's cheap or expensive, something like that doesn't work!
