Burger King in Dorfen

Tried the new kebab-style wrap today. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment because the dough felt rubbery and tasted like cardboard. And the filling definitely lacked sauce. Full stars for the service: The vending machine spit out only water instead of Coke Zero. A helpful employee immediately rushed over and brought me a freshly poured Coke. Great. 4 stars for the ambiance, because you can make yourself comfortable in this branch.

Positives+ Clean restaurant. Friendly service. Negatives- The food. The buns seemed to have been sitting in the display for hours; they were very dry. The lettuce and tomatoes were apparently out, as was the sauce. The tortilla is half bread. The fries weren't fresh and cheesy. I've seen much better at BK elsewhere. They also forgot something in the order. If you're starving, yes, but otherwise, better not.

In brief: - Crispy Chicken bun about two years old - Big King almost without sauce or lettuce, burger patties crumbly and dry; and isn't there a tomato on them anyway? - Tortilla was almost entirely tortilla, it felt like biting into a cardboard box - Chili Cheese Nuggets forgotten - Fries were abysmally bad, chili cheese fries had almost no chili or cheese - Wings okay, curly fries okay. Overall: that was crap...

In the top third of the German Burger King league. Clean, friendly service, and the burgers are fresh and delicious. I'll be back.

The man behind the counter preferred to enjoy chatting with a colleague who had pointed me out to him twice. If it's company policy to ignore customers because a Burger King employee doesn't feel like serving customers, bankruptcy is inevitable! People, go across the street to Mc Donalds! FOOD IS ONLY AVERAGE BUT SERVICE IS MUCH BETTER!!!

The burger was okay, but the fries were once again really bad. Burger King used to always have good fries. Now, for the third time in a row, I've received really old, leathery fries. Please throw them away if they've been sitting around for too long. Considering you can now eat in a restaurant for that price, it's questionable why anyone would put themselves through that. And the restrooms here seem to always run out of soap. I have no idea, is it the staff's fault, or are they just cutting corners wherever possible? Customers notice, even if nothing is said at first. Eventually, no one comes anymore. 🤷🏻‍♀️

After the McDonald's opened in Dorfen, which didn't care about quality and lost its reputation after just a few weeks (that there's always something missing from your order, always...), Burger King is and remains the best place in Dorfen for American fast food. The food is fresh, the staff is friendly and fast. I'll be back anytime.

It's actually a cool place, but while ordering at the machine, just before paying, it says the prices have changed during the order and it will cost about one euro more. It then says at the bottom that there could be various reasons. Order canceled. It's not about the amount, it's about the principle.

It's your usual Burger King, it's hard to rate it separately, but everything was fine with the service and the food.

When I pointed out to the service guy that I was waiting for my order, it turned out that it had been made and given, only a pity that it wasn't for me. Of course I received my order, but the stress and nerves that accompanied me at ttm are indescribable. The tables in the yard were dirty and under the tables were cigarette butts and food remains.

Unfortunately only extremely loud and intrusive music and an ice-cold restaurant due to the air conditioning.

Unfortunately, no lasting improvement can be seen. A disaster when it opened, the staff had no idea how to build burgers. Then a short-term improvement through a personnel swap. Now unfortunately almost back to the old level. That's why we prefer to drive on to Burger King in Mühldorf.
