McDonald's in Abensberg

Trotz vollem Innen-, gut besetztem Außenbereich und dauerhafter Kolonne am Drive In wurde uns unsere Bestellung für vier hungrige Erwachsene schon nach wenigen Minuten freundlich und vollständig von zwei Mitarbeiterinnen raus gebracht. Gewohnte Qualität. Sehr lebendige Zu- und Ausfahrt, viele nutzen die Gelegenheit und präsentieren Ihr Auto. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Essen in Ordnung, aber die Einrichtung könnte Mal erneuert werden.

Auf der Terrasse steht leere Tablets Rum ob wohl die Mitarbeiter öfters draußen sind

Im Prinzip wird eigentlich immer etwas vergessen sobald man mehr als ein Menü bestellt .

Gerade ne lauwarme Cola ohne Kohlensäure im McDrive bekommen… bei 35 grad Außentemperatur :( Peinliche Nummer, keinen Stop wert!

4 Halb leere mc flurrys bekommen

Wie man an Hand der anderen Bewertungen dieser Mc Donalds Filiale sehen kann ist es hier eher mittelmäßig. Aber der Mitarbeiter Namens Nico ist so freundlich und kompetent dass er alleine schon die 5 Sterne Bewertung für die Filiale einholt. Endlich jemand der in perfektem deutsch und super Manieren einen höflich bedient. Und das alles schnell und ohne Probleme. Von allen Mc Donalds Filialen in denen ich im laufe des Lebens war, war noch nie jemand so nett freundlich und kompetent, daher habe ich Ihn nach seinem Namen gefragt um extra wegen ihm 5 Sterne da lassen zu können. 👍

An und für sich ein normaler Macces, aber wie oft da sachen vegessen werden für die man zahlt, gleicht schon fast an Absicht… entweder fehlen komplette Burger oder Soßen.

Bestellung unvollständig. Lauwarme Pommes. Personal unfreundlich.

Der Besitzer spart an der Klimaanlage. Drinnen waren es 30 Grad. Das ist keine Respekt für die Gäste

Bestellung am Tisch kam unvollständig, am Tresen wurde mir auf meine Reklamation das fehlende Produkt "heiße Tasche" (sie war lauwarm!) wortlos in die Hand gedrückt. Die Pomnes waren lauwarm, die Burger waren ok. Und es war nicht viel los im Restaurant/McDrive

Ich hatte spontan Kaffee Besuch und brauchte Kuchen und andere Nachspeisen. Ich hab mich so geärgert!!! Es ist eine Frechheit für ein Kuchenstück das 2cm breit ist soviel Geld zu verlangen. Zum größen Vergleich liegt der Cakepop von dem Laden auch daneben.... Mc Rib siehe Foto, eine Frechheit wie der rein geschmissen wurde!

Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht über den Kundensupport. Mein Anliegen wurde schnell gelöst. Ansonsten kann ich mich nicht beschweren. Schnell und immer freundlich.

Beim Drive-in ist es so: Wenn man etwas bestellt, bekommt man oft nicht das, was man eigentlich bestellt hat. Mcwrap spice bestellt und normalen Warp bekommen

Meistens gut, aber ständig wird was bei Bestellungen vergessen oder vertauscht. Gestern waren keine Spielzeuge beim Happy Meal für die Kids. Sie waren sehr enttäuscht. Nach einem Telefonat wurde zwar gesagt, dass ich am nächsten Tag wieder hinfahren soll und die Spielzeuge erhalte werde, aber nochmal 20 km fahren für die 2 Spielzeuge ist auch nicht rentabel....

“Ich war heute bei McDonald’s und habe mir voller Vorfreude Shaker Nuggets bestellt – ihr wisst schon, die mit dem fancy Gewürzbeutel zum Selberschütteln. Tja… Plot Twist: Die Nuggets waren da, die Vorfreude war da, aber der Shaker-Beutel offenbar im Urlaub. 🧳 Ich saß dann also da wie ein DJ ohne Musik, hab meine Nuggets angeschaut und mich gefragt, ob ich jetzt einfach selbst Gewürze erraten soll. Vielleicht war das ja ein interaktives Erlebnis? ‚Finde dein eigenes Aroma‘ oder so. Liebes McDonald’s-Team: Wenn ich einfach nur normale Nuggets wollte, hätte ich nicht die Premium-Version mit Überraschungseffekt bestellt. Das nächste Mal bitte entweder den Beutel dazu legen… oder mir direkt einen Salzstreuer und eine Lebensberatung mitgeben. 2 von 5 Sternen – für die Nuggets. Der Shaker-Beutel hat leider nicht eingecheckt.“

Die Bedienungen an der Theke waren total unfreundlich, die gibt es gar nicht, sie sagten nur: „Bitte, danke“ und runzelten die Stirn. Ich esse zwar gerne bei McDonald's, aber diese Filiale werde ich definitiv meiden.

Sonst immer zufrieden, heute aber trotz richtiger Beschriftung die falschen Getränke. Außerdem waren Essiggurken auf einem Burger, auf den keine Essiggurken gehören, was den Geschmack komplett verändert hat. Pommes haben so geschmeckt als wären sie vor 3h gemacht worden und nun nochmal aufgewärmt.

Essen gut, Personal nett sind aber nicht die schnellsten, Terminals brauchen 3 h zum reagieren, bestellen ist hier auf diesen Geräten kaum möglich ohne Geduld und Zeit

Ist leider einer der schlechtesten McDs in denen ich je war. Das Ambiente ist in Ordnung. Aber der Service und das Essen sind wirklich sehr verbesserungswürdig. Die Fries sind schlapp und kaum durch, gegenteiliges gilt für die Burgerpatties, egal welcher Sorte. Die sind wahlweise trocken, oder fast roh. Es werden teilweise sogar bei Nuggets die Soßen vergessen, oder bloß eine mitgegeben. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist baseline, aber es wirkt immer sehr gehetzt und hektisch. Leider nicht gut!

Der McDonald’s in Abensberg macht insgesamt einen guten Eindruck. Der Laden ist sauber, ordentlich und modern eingerichtet. Bestellungen liefen bei meinen Besuchen reibungslos und alles war wie erwartet. Zu manchen Uhrzeiten ist natürlich ein bestimmtes Publikum vor Ort, das gehört bei einem McDonald’s aber einfach dazu. Insgesamt aber ein gepflegter Standort, an dem man unkompliziert eine Pause einlegen oder schnell etwas essen kann.

Bei einem McMenu Big Mac den Big Mac vergessen muss man auch erst mal hinkriegen.

Mäci hat allgemein nachgelassen . Speziell Abensberg jetzt , immer wieder relativ kalte Burger , Pommes lau , .... war schon besser

Dieser McDrive ist eine Totalkatastrophe. Extrem lange Wartezeiten gehören hier offenbar zum Konzept. Von Fast Food keine Spur. Bestellungen müssen immer kontrolliert werden, weil ständig etwas fehlt – absolute Mindestanforderungen werden nicht erfüllt. Die Mitarbeiter wirken dabei masslos überfordert, was weniger ihr persönliches Versagen ist als ein offensichtliches Führungs- und Organisationsproblem. Der heutige Höhepunkt: McDrive wegen technischer Probleme komplett ausgefallen, nachdem man bereits angestanden hatte. Ergebnis: Alle Autos mussten wieder rausfahren. Keine Kommunikation, keine Lösung, keine Entschuldigung. Diese Bewertung richtet sich ausdrücklich an die Führung von McDonald’s Deutschland: So ein Dauerzustand ist inakzeptabel. Diese Filiale muss dringend in den Griff bekommen werden.

Sehr schmutzige Toiletten, einmal wurden die Soßen vergessen. Der Service war recht schnell.

Das brot immer hart und nie wird das essen vollständig gebracht

Ich komme, auch wegen und mit Kindern, öfter zum McDonald's. Dieser hier in Abensberg ist etwas besonderes. Top sauber. Das Personal ist Extraklasse, extrem aufmerksam, freundlich,flott und gut gelaunt. Die gute Laune ist direkt ansteckend und es ist zu spüren das das Team sehr gut zusammen passt. Wie üblich bei McDonald's sind die Zugänge Barrierefrei. Die Herren Toilette ist etwas klein und verwinkelt, aber stets sauber. Parkplätze sind genug vorhanden. Ich bin kein großer Fast Food Fan, aber hier fühle ich mich direkt wohl, die Speisen sind immer frisch und heiß. Wir sind 1x Woche dort. Wer McDonald's mag sollte hier Stop machen. Ich kann es sehr empfehlen.

Es ist wirklich gut, es hat eine Terrasse und einen Kinderspielplatz, und der McDrive ist auch schnell. Heute, 12. Dezember 2025 Ich habe die Nase voll von diesem McDonald's und dem in Abensberg. Jedes Mal, wenn wir hingehen, holen wir Essen zum Mitnehmen, aber es fehlt immer irgendetwas, selbst ein Burger, Pommes oder Wasser. Jetzt fehlen auch noch das Kinderspielzeug und die Servietten. Zum Glück essen wir zu Hause; wenn wir auswärts essen würden, womit sollten wir uns denn abwischen? Mit den Ärmeln? Es ist so frustrierend, ständig die Bestellung kontrollieren zu müssen, damit sie ihren Job auch richtig machen. 17. Dezember 2025 Antwort Ich wohne weder in Mainburg noch in Abensberg, deshalb hole ich mir immer Essen zum Mitnehmen. Ich habe die Bewertung für diese beiden McDonald's geschrieben, weil ich sehr oft dort bin, und bei keiner Bestellung ist nicht irgendetwas falsch oder fehlt nicht immer etwas. Ich möchte nicht nach Hause kommen und feststellen, dass etwas fehlt, und dann noch 10 km nach Abensberg oder 25 km nach Mainburg fahren müssen. Deshalb bewerte ich nicht jeden McDonald's einfach so; ich habe nur diese beiden bewertet. Und falls es Ihnen aufgefallen ist: In meiner ersten Bewertung habe ich beiden 4 Sterne gegeben. Danke.

Obwohl nix los wartet man hier am Drive immer mindestens 5 Minuten. Heute waren es sogar 10, und das obwohl kein weiteres Fahrzeug am Drive war.

⭐☆☆☆☆ So einen schlechten Service habe ich lange nicht erlebt. Die Mitarbeiter sprechen kaum Deutsch und sind offensichtlich nicht in der Lage, einfache Bestellungen korrekt aufzunehmen. Ich habe einen McRoyal TS mit extra Zwiebeln bestellt – geliefert wurde extra Käse. Das ist kein Versehen mehr, das ist Inkompetenz. Unverständlich, wie so ein Laden überhaupt noch läuft. Da ist jeder Dönerladen professioneller, günstiger und kundenfreundlicher. Für mich definitiv das letzte Mal.

Also ich finde dort es ehrlich gesagt schon gut es ist nicht weit entfernt du Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett fragen ob wir Hilfe fragen oder wenn es uns alles passt. Hört nicht auf andere die auf kleine unnötige Sachen beschweren geht dahin es lohnt sich ehrlich.

The toilets have smelled terrible for years; it's almost impossible to breathe. Otherwise, no problems. I wanted to contact customer service. In my opinion, they just use AI to keep me busy or brush me off. Apparently, they have no interest in improving anything. McDonald's response here is that the ventilation was out of order for three days during my visit; they don't even know when I was there.

Very nice new MC, overall satisfied.

Payment via the app was now only possible by card.

Many thanks to McDonald's for the quick explanation. We were surprised that the nesting area at McDonald's M was covered with plexiglass and iron spikes. McDonald's responded to the review and stated that the stork nest was successfully relocated to a better location. 👍🏼

This early Saturday evening, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive, the service was fast, and the menu was lovely. Top!

It's okay. For McDonald's, this is all very good. I know other fast food restaurants that were very bad. McDonald's pays attention to cleanliness. There are very nice seats. The order is delivered quickly.

Toilets smell of urine etc. and the tables aren't cleaned either. What kind of hygiene is that?

There were no shakes or ice cream products available to order. Employees themselves were confused and couldn't answer the question about these products. Products have been unavailable for more than four weeks. McDonald's has not commented and refers customers to the franchisee, who also hasn't commented. Here's another good example... no one wants to take responsibility.

It's just a McDonald's. Bad food, poorly served, by poorly trained, underpaid staff, in an establishment that's only sporadically cleaned. But it's typically cheap (relative to the service, not really, but let's just ignore that for now) and fast. You know what you want, you know what you're getting, and you keep coming back. What more could you want? For example, it would be nice if the lids were attached to the cups in such a way that they stay on while you drink, preventing the liquid that was actually intended for consumption from spilling all over the interior of the car. I don't know, you have to know.

The McFlurry is huge. I love the taste of the ice cream. Flurry is twice as big as the one in my town.

My food was forgotten. When I pointed it out after 20 minutes, I was told it would be remade. But then, another 10 minutes later, I was brought the old food that had originally been forgotten. The fries were cold...stone cold. And I had to wait 35 minutes for my food...

I used a voucher to order breakfast with coffee and side dishes via the app. As with many branches, the reception inside on my smartphone was rather poor; I don't know why that's often the case. It was very quiet, almost nobody here. Accordingly, I received my food very quickly; it took less than five minutes for the cappuccino, which I ordered in a porcelain cup, and the two side dishes, both of which were still very warm, almost piping hot. So everything was fine. The restrooms were fine and relatively clean. Not ideal, but certainly usable. The connection is very good, only three minutes from the B16, so you don't have to drive through the city if you're just passing through.

Very dirty, there are food scraps everywhere. The ashtrays in the garden are overflowing. The restrooms are worse than those on the highway. The staff prefers to take a break or smoke instead of cleaning up. The food is cold, the cheese isn't melted. We won't go there anymore. When we submitted a written complaint directly to McDonald's, we were simply told that it would be forwarded to the franchise partner. No response for almost two months.

I haven't seen a McDonald's this clean in a long time. The tables were clean, and the restrooms were really clean compared to the McDonald's I usually go to. Food as usual... tastes just like McDonald's.

The stuff was friendly and food was 10 out of 10. The place was clean and nice vibes.

At this point, the stuff is really just a joke. It feels like everything's been around for days, and the portions are ridiculous. It's time to stop going there. But the prices are getting more and more outrageous. How can that be?

The service is very high and staff.

Doesn't even deserve one star. The food is absolutely terrible. I've had holes in my burger three or four times. It looks like it's been nibbled on. Theoretically, you might as well just throw your money in the trash. If you complain to the staff about the food, you're simply ignored. This doesn't happen every now and then; it happens ALL THE TIME. Never again!

Hello everyone. First of all, this isn't a comment made out of annoyance. And not a comment specifically directed at the Abensberg branch. We're just here every now and then. I'd like to remain objective. Every now and then, we (a family with two children) like to go to McDonald's. The zeitgeist that everything is getting more expensive for us consumers is certainly not only noticeable at McDonald's. What I've always struggled with, however, is wanting more out of our wallets while simultaneously downsizing the product. This happened again today at McDonald's in Abensberg. The large bag of fries that we ordered three times totaled the equivalent of one large bag of fries if it were really full. That's neither fair nor family-friendly. As I said, products are getting more expensive, I understand that. But then please deliver a strong product while maintaining the same level of quality. And one more thing I don't like. The issue of straws for soft drinks. Where's the problem? McDonald's' ecological footprint certainly won't be affected by the use of straws for kids. There are certainly other adjustments that need to be made. Thanks for reading

I ordered three McWraps today. All without cheese, as I have severe lactose intolerance. When I got home, I realized that all three wraps had cheese. What's up with that? Can't your staff even understand and follow basic instructions? As a result, all the wraps were inedible for me. I was able to give the food away to family members so as not to waste food, but that's not the point. It would be nice if your staff could read. In general, the Abensberg branch is getting worse and worse.

Friendly staff and a clean store. Unfortunately, sauces are often missing, or the burgers are sometimes packaged incorrectly. The taste is typical of McDonald's.

Outside 36 Celsius inside 40 Celsius. Air conditioning was not working or was turned off. We went in and immediately came out. Priceless! I feel sorry for the workers in the kitchen in such conditions! In times like these, if the air conditioning breaks down, it should be shut down until it is repaired. Outrageous!

They serve completely stale Coke and lukewarm food. Not even an apology! Why would they? The place is doing great!

Waited 20 minutes at the Mc Drive for Chicken McNuggets even though there was only one car in front of us. The Coke was warm and still carbonated. Really horrible. It only gets worse in Mainburg. Impossible. Regards.

Update May 30, 2025: Now there are even wheelie demonstrations. The show organizers really always come up with something new. You can only get a show this good at the Ritz Carlton. Update December 30, 2024: If you can't wait for New Year's Eve, you should check out the outdoor area. The professionals that the traffic lights have given us provide plenty of colorful entertainment. The food and service are okay. The car shows in the parking lot, which are only possible thanks to Merkel's policies, are top-notch, though. There's entertainment for every musical taste.

Dear Sir or Madam, I was just ordering food with a friend at half past two, it closed at 3 a.m., paying and waiting about 10 minutes. If anything, I was eating when a friend called me and wanted to know what I wanted to know when the nice Chinese employee comes to us and says that we'll close soon, okay, everything's fine, then he comes again and says I should please eat faster, seriously, what's the point of that? You can let the guests eat in peace, or no, at some point there will be two employees standing behind you and telling you to go faster I didn't eat my fries, 9 nuggets were there. I took my things and left. It was at 3:5 a.m. of course I was angry. I said that I should let the guests who were there eat in peace and then I left again, no stress. The Chinese employee ran after me and just said that he would notice my face. I didn't even do anything. I was a little angry and said that they should let me eat in peace and I would have left again

Hygiene is probably not taken into account, just as the body defends itself against “food”.

This McDonald's has a top location, the food is delicious. Clean and fun to order food there. People like to go here.

Stopped for breakfast on the way back from vacation. Very clean and not overcrowded. The staff is friendly and quick. Driving the 8 kilometers off the highway was worth it.

Nice and modern McD restaurant. Unfortunately, I either won't be able to get takeaway there in the future or I'll have to check every bag before I drive home. Sauces were once again missing, yesterday the Nacho Cheese Snackers from a coupon campaign. Mistakes happen, but if it happens on 2 out of 3 orders, it may be unsustainable.

Service was rude, wrong order brought to us. We then “received” the correct order, but something was missing from the order. My colleague had a har in his double cheeseburger. Fries very salty. We had to wait a long time at the cash register to pay (approx. 5 minutes) and Dan waited for the food again. If it would work I gave 0 stars!!! Not recommended!

Really, really bad service 👎 You order food from Mc Drive. Everything is veggie, check to see if it says VEGGIE on the packaging. Then drives home and ends up getting normal nuggets and burgers in a VEGGIE packaging!!!!!!! And of course the whole thing is only noticeable at the first bite. Then ALL the sauces are forgotten, for nuggets, fries, 5 sauces in total!!! This has happened so many times in the last 3 months. Either something is forgotten or there is something else in the packaging or you get something else. It's really sad how bad the service is at THIS McDonald's. Wasn't always like that But unfortunately he's only getting worse

I'm so disappointed you pay money to get what you didn't order now I not only have to check if everything is inside but also what is inside!! I definitely ordered an MC Crispy and paid extra to have my hash browns and bacon on it instead I got fake meat on it that I don't eat because I don't eat a chicken burger for no reason!! In addition, my partner's burger (also MC Crispy + Rösti) is without salad, without sauce and with bacon, we didn't order that, we are incredibly angry because it wasn't the first time...

Unfortunately everything took far too long! Food was cold! The Big Rösti didn't have any sauce on it! Unfriendly staff at the checkout and in the service area!! We urgently need to work on this!

Unfortunately, despite the announcement, the company is unable to ensure that the ever-increasing amount of rubbish from the neighboring parking areas, especially in front of the kindergartens, the outdoor swimming pool and the tennis court, is kept clear on a weekly basis . Really sad!

I was thrilled with my visit to this McDonald's branch. The modern interior is super appealing and invites you to linger. The staff was not only incredibly quick, but also super friendly and helpful. A small technical problem when ordering was resolved immediately without me having to wait long. And the food? Was at the table in no time and tasted excellent. A completely successful visit!

It's just McDonald's for after the late shift..

Unfortunately the service is getting worse and worse. Something is always missing, burgers are cold, fries are weak. At the drive-in you can easily stand around for 10 minutes +, even though no one else is there. And before the standard answer comes. I usually get the food home and don't drive out again to complain about anything. It's very annoying because the prices are now at an upper level, or in some cases can even be described as outrageous. Keyword: Filet-o-Fish

The wrong change was given, the burger was cold and unfortunately rock hard. I ordered a BigMac with extra cheese that I paid for but didn't get. Was the last time. -ADDENDUM- Of course, I would have contacted the staff immediately, but it was a drive-in order and when I noticed the "burger" I was already out of reach. Apart from that, I assumed that the employees had a certain level of competence, but I was disabused of it, unfortunately.

I deleted my last review because it was written out of an emotional impulse. McDonald’s response made me look at the situation from an objective and rational perspective, and I absolutely agree. I therefore apologize for the previous review. My intention in a review is not to put a company in a bad light, but rather to point out shortcomings in order to enable changes in a more positive direction. I understand that operating McDonald's as a whole is challenging and that human errors also occur. I also understand that more mistakes can happen during busy times. It is unfair to rate the entire company with just one star based on one negative experience and that should not be the case. That's why I would like to correct my review. Overall, from my subjective point of view, I rate the McDonald’s in Abensberg 4 out of 5 stars. One star deducted because in the last few years I have often not been given the complete order when I ordered. This happened again today when I was buying McDonald's breakfast, where my wife, my child and I were the only ones in the car in McDrive. My recommendation would be to integrate an additional check as a work routine into the current process in order to counteract this negative spiral. Ultimately, as a customer, you only want to get what you pay for and not have to look suspiciously into the bag every time you order to see if something is missing. Since reviews are carefully checked here, I assume that an improvement is already being worked on. I am aware that existing structures and guidelines cannot be changed with the snap of a finger, but it would be desirable if the situation improved soon. As an entrepreneur knows, the greatest natural lever for growth is creating win-win situations.

I paid extra for cheese with the hamburger. There was no cheese. So I brought it to the attention of an employee. They fiddled with my burger with their hands without gloves. They slapped the cheese on it and that was it. Cold cheese. So you can tell the workers don't feel like it. I paid for my food and not for him to be fumbled like that. I won't come again. I was there on August 5th, 24 at 3 p.m. When answering: I know what I saw and I have photos of the burger. McDonald's Standard- Quiet location

First we didn't get enough change back and Dan waited a good 20 minutes for food. This time at least I didn't forget anything... Employees totally overwhelmed and unable to issue orders correctly. It's just become miserable.

No normal person makes so many mistakes in one order to not even pay Dan all the remaining money and also give the order to Dan to another person even though you can see the person's face
