Very very slow. We ordered 1 menu, 1 burger to take away There was 1 person ahead of us and it took 15 minutes for them to prepare it…

Fast, tasty, but unfortunately also expensive. As expected. The two stars are merely a reflection of the value for money.

We ordered 4 menus with table service. When got delivered our menus 3 items were missing, and we had go back and collect them. Ruined our appetite.

Disgusting place, scum, and inhumane behavior. I had a problem, a major woman problem. I desperately needed to go to the restroom, and a short, curly-haired blonde lady wouldn't let me go there! This woman should be fired immediately, and someone new should take her place! This woman had already insulted acquaintances of mine, as well as my closest friend! She shouldn't be allowed to work there, let alone in the area! Next time, I won't be friendly and will start arguing. That's completely unacceptable. DISGUSTING HUMANITY!!!!!

My 20 chicken nuggets were forgotten

Ordered 9 regular nuggets and got 20 veggie nuggets and 20 chicken nuggets, no veggie nuggets

Overall, McDonald's is good, quiet, and pleasant. In the summer, there are sometimes a lot of flies, as is the case everywhere in Bavaria. Unfortunately, the McFlurry doesn't taste good at all—it's like powder with water, not real ice cream, just lumps. When it melts a bit, it becomes watery. For the price, it's disappointing. McFlurry tastes much better in other countries.

We wanted to pick up an online order through the drive-thru. No one answered for a long time. We then drove to the front, only to be seen and ignored by the employees.

Rude employee throws us out half an hour before

We were just there for breakfast, it wasn't rush hour, only about 6-8 people, but I still had to go back to the counter three times because it was missing from the menu, and this wasn't the first time😡

I don't recommend an older woman who always works evenings, including at McDonald's. Today I had a fly in my fries.

Amazing Staff members! I asked if they had a specific toy from the Happy Meal and it didn't look like it, but she went in the back just to check if there was one left. She actually came back with the one I wanted and actually looked for it just because I asked about it. Not only that but once someone saw that the cash register was without someone and we were standing in front, they asked what we want to eat. Every person working seamed to be in a good mood, working together and being there for you. Another staff also helped with the toy to clarify what we were looking for. Great team, thank you so much! You made my day.

I've only ever been here in the afternoon. The prices are like those of a "highway" McDonald's, even though the branch is not located directly on the highway. The food and drinks taste as always. I find this McDonald's relatively large and comparatively clean - compared to other McDonald's. The staff work with different motivations. As soon as the branch management is there, things always go quickly. I would particularly like to point out that you can still go to the toilet here for free. I think that's great.

It's exactly how you imagine a fast food restaurant to be. The food is correspondingly good. The service is very good. The amount of trash is still a problem. The toilets are too small and an imposition even for people without disabilities. Wheelchair users cannot use the toilets ☹️ Stars deducted because of the toilets and the rubbish!!!! TIP: If consumed on site, use porcelain plates and glasses.

App will be deleted and from now on it will only go to the competition! Lousy scam to save money is really the last thing here. The food meets the usual MC Standard and delivered without an unnecessarily long waiting time. Service is nice and courteous. The children's slide may need maintenance and shading.

Hello everyone, I came here with my family on July 26, 2024 at 9 p.m. We ordered food and then wanted to look for a seat. We noticed that without exception all of the tables inside were dirty, sticky and had leftover food on them. After we found a table that was reasonably clean, an employee from McDrive came with our food. I pointed out to her that all the tables were dirty and asked her to wipe them down. To which she replies "yes, there's nothing you can do about it." And left. The tables are still dirty. This is service from the lowest level and I can't have to eat at dirty tables. In this respect, McDonald's has slacked off quite a bit. I find that sad and disappointing. People probably clean here with dirty rags. Tables are so sticky. Disgusting

The food is good. However, the employee sits outside on the terrace and gives everyone her tik tok or insta to listen in at full volume. Really absolutely anti-social behavior. Even for a McDonald's it sucks.

Very fast service, with very hot food, which you can't expect anywhere else. Very clean

Fast food, the service hasn't improved, employees are friendly and helpful, but they keep forgetting the sauces on the menu, it's always annoying when you have to go there a second time to pick it up. Two things were missing from an order (25 euros) and I'm not talking about a sauce.

I had bad experiences with this McDonald's in Mindelheim. There are more and more customers with a migrant background (although I have no objection here) who verbally harass the guests. Same on January 13th, 2024. I cannot understand why the staff accepts that they only enter the McDonald's to charge their cell phones, eat their own food (in this case chips) and verbally harass the customers. This has happened to me several times here in Mindelheim. I definitely won't be visiting this McDonald's again. Nothing like this has ever happened to me in Türkheim.

The staff is friendly and service-oriented. Due to the extreme price increase in all branches, McD. simply avoided in the future. For the same price I can get a pizza including a drink at an Italian restaurant...

What is MC Domald supposed to be like? It's the same everywhere. It was packed when we were there around 1 p.m. We were offered to bring the food to our table even though all the staff were extremely stressed and still super friendly. For this 10 🌟✨️ 🌟✨️ 🌟✨️ 🌟✨️ 🌟🌟 Thank you very much.

Finde es lustig, dass meine Bewertung jedes Mal aufs neue einfach gelöscht wird. Aber dann kann ich meinen Frust immer mehr rauslassen 🤣 Drive-In ist die reine Katastrophe. Ich glaube tatsächlich ich habe noch nie die Bestellung erhalten welche ich bestellt habe. Jedes Mal fehlt was. Das beste Beispiel war: Habe meinen Bruder vom Feiern abgeholt. Er wollte 20 Nuggets und einen Cheeseburger. Er bekam 20 Nuggets. Der Cheeseburger war nicht dabei. Und so geht das jedes Mal dort. Also kleiner Tipp: schaut euch die Bestellung an und fahrt erst dann weg.😜

Der Laden ist an sich super, leider haben sie die Öffnungszeiten gekürzt was wirklich bescheiden ist. Das Essen ist soweit in Ordnung aber immer wieder gibt es Probleme. Das Personal, ist wie man es mittlerweile von McDonalds gewohnt ist, zu 95% bestehend aus nicht deutschsprachigen Mitbürgern. Nicht allzu nett sind sie leider.

Leider war es gerade sehr laut, als wir dort waren, Fußball Kids waren essen, auch im Drive war einiges los, daher hat es sehr lange gedauert

Für einen MC Donalds extrem langsamer Service am Drive in. Wenn man sich auf die Schnelle einen Burger mitnehmen möchte, sollte man zum nächsten McDonald’s nach Türkheim fahren. Hier wartet man egal, ob viel am Drive in los ist oder nicht, sehr lange. Ca. 10-15 Minuten

Das Essen war richtig schnell fertig, geschmacklich typisch McDonalds, Personal nett und die Atmosphäre in der Filiale positiv!

Service und Freundlichkeit fehlten

Der Chai Latte aus'm MC Cafe war wie immer vorzüglich, aber was dachte sich der Architekt über das Lichtkonzept der Deckenbeleuchtung? Diese unstrukturierte Anbringung der leuchten löst in mir ein Gefühl des Unfrieden aus. Und ließ mich mein Getränk nicht in vollen Zügen genießen.

An der Kasse sehr unfreundlich. Bei der Ausgabe war ok. Drei Sterne weil Ausnahmsweise mal nichts vergessen wurde.

Essen war wie üblich bei Mc Donalds. Pommes natürlich nur noch lauwarm. Eis für 1,99€ ein Witz. Nur der Rand des Bechers bis zur Hälfte gefüllt. Innen komplett leer. Obwohl recht wenig los war mussten wir erst einen sauberen Tisch suchen. Alle verschmiert. Stehen bleiben dürfte man auch nicht. Sonst wäre man am Boden festgeklebt. Der erste Besuch seit langem. Und mit Sicherheit für lange Zeit

Schon noch wie McDonald's, aber etwas unpersönlich. Das Essen war sehr frisch und gut. Etwas erschrocken war ich über die Preise bei Kuchen und Kaffee. Einfach zu teuer!

Also ich habe eigentlich wirklich keine schlechte Erfahrung mit diesem McDonald’s gemacht…aber ich hab keine Ahnung was in den letzten paar Wochen/Monaten passiert ist ich finde es dort nicht sehr sauber vor allem Toiletten nicht. und es schmeckt einfach nicht mehr gut das Essen hat teilweise paar Tage alt geschmeckt und in meinem Essen war ein Finger Nagel war absolut nicht appetitlich…habe mein Essen liegen gelassen und bin einfach gegangen einfach nur ekelhaft. Ich werde dort nicht mehr essen 🙅‍♀️

Mcdonalds mindelheim finde ich als einen sehr schönen Restaurant..mit freundlichen Personal, gemütliche Atmosphäre

Essen kann auch mal schnell gehen. Aber trotzdem will man ein warmes Essen. Die Burger liegen sehr lange in der Auslage und man bekommt nicht viel für sein Geld. Mussten nochmal nachkaufen um satt zu werden. Preis-Leistung grottig!

McDonalds in Mindelheim total unfreundlich die Personen. Tuhen auf die Burger statt Gurken Peperoni rauf und ohne Sauce so was eckiges hab ich noch nie gesehen/gegessen.

Gestern mussten wir feststellen, dass sich optisch schon was sehr toll verändert hat. Es sind die Schilder oberhalb der Theke. Diese werten die ganze Sache noch richtig auf ( fanden wir ). Punktabzug gibts für unsete Nachspeise. Hatten wie öfters Eis mit Karamell- bzw. Schokososse. Nur die "Sparmassnahmen" vom Eis werden schon immer extremer 😤 Mittlerweile ist der Becher nur noch gestrichen voll und die nach oben ragende Spitze vom Eis, gibt's nicht mehr. Ansonsten alles wie erwartet und ok👍

Поскольку я часто и много езжу по командировкам, проблема "где бы поесть" имеет особую значимость. Я не фанат фастфуда, но по крайней мере эта сеть предлагает еду предсказуемого качества и почти 24/7. Ресторан в Миндельхайме не исключение. Есть веранда, где можно посидеть теплым майским вечером. Для не владеющих немецким имеется плюс в виде интерактивной панели для заказа с возможностью оплатить картой.

Da ich sehr viel unterwegs bin, bleibt mir oft nichts anderes übrig, als schnell mal zwischendurch Fastfood. Und da bevorzuge ich einfach McDonald's. Wie in fast allen anderen Fillialen gibts eigentlich nichts zu kritisieren. Optik, Sauberkeit und Schnelligkeit alles kein Thema. Heute gibts allerdings einen Punkt abzug, da mein Bic Mäc fast kalt war und ich erstens ausgehungert und zweitens zu faul zum reklamieren war.

Ein guter Standard-McDonalds in der Nähe von Bad Wörishofen direkt an der Autobahnauffahrt. McCafe ist integriert. Ausreichend Parkplätze.
