Order incomplete again. Objectively, the McDonald's on Falbenholzweg in Schwabach is getting worse and worse. It's just annoying. I've never experienced this before at BK. No stars.
Were there on April 9th. It was my 3 year old daughter's birthday and she really wanted the pink toy from the Happy Meal.
When I asked if that would be possible, I received a rude answer. No, just what we give you and no exchange.
Simply incredible. You can make a 3 year old child happy on her birthday.
Why are people so bitter and unloving?
It's already closed, I just drove past it. Property completely cordoned off with banners etc. But I don't think it's such a shame. In the end the quality was bottomless.
I just wanted to go to the toilet and paid 50 cents, then I came out and then an employee told me that I hadn't paid and then she wanted me to pay, which I did because I had to catch my train, so I paid 1€ instead of 50 cents.
The "restaurant" is unfortunately very dirty, which is due to understaffing. This may also have been the reason for the extremely snippy way in which the complaint regarding my fermented-tasting milkshake was handled. I wasn't willing to demand a replacement, but merely to point it out. But without at least smelling it and throwing it directly into the trash, then putting out a new one without asking is unfortunately not the right way to handle a complaint. I wish you continued good business, but please with more self-reflection.
Made me wait forever for 6 nuggets just because someone in the MC Drive placed a huge order. Then even people who also had 6 nuggets in their menu got their food before me. The order wasn't even on the display after 10 minutes, but the tray was there with the order number. If I hadn't asked a second time, I would have waited longer...
There are no ordering terminals, the ice cream/shake machine was out of order, the McCafe was already empty and in general the team in the kitchen didn't really seem well-coordinated. To be fair, however, it has to be said that the order was processed quite quickly, for an order without a terminal.
I ordered online and stated that I wanted it to be brought to the table and the employees didn't go about their work and left the tablet at the counter and that doesn't work when it was stated that it should be brought, regardless of whether it was ordered online or on site at the terminal, this has to be followed up
