McDonald's in Dinkelsbühl

Small, unfortunately not much to add to the café and toilets very dirty!

Despite visiting on a weekend, there weren't many customers, and orders were ready very quickly. The staff keeps the tables clean, which is a nice touch.

I ordered a cold matcha latte and got a warm matcha latte, then I said I ordered an extra cold one, so I said it specifically and the lady from McDonald's just said they didn't have it anymore, then I just thought to myself, I heard the other lady tell me that and then I shouldn't have ordered one instead of just making a warm one, also why isn't a cold one available, I don't understand, it's no different apart from the ice cubes and cold milk instead of warm milk and on top of that it was a small cup, I've bought matcha from other places a few times now and it was never such a small cup. And from my friend who has a kaba, a cold kaba for €5, well, no more words.

Unfortunately, the staff is very rude. Courteous is a different story. The guests should be king. Unfortunately, that doesn't apply here.

Fast service, clen environment, not so crowded and it was a Sunday. Good overall ✌🏻

You can really see how the staff doesn't want to work, or at least doesn't work quickly during peak hours, like 6:30 p.m. You have to wait a long time for your food. The quality of the food isn't exactly top-notch either! The MC could definitely use an upgrade!

Unfortunately, it took a very long time, and I had to go back because something was wrong and something was forgotten. Then they ask you, annoyed, if that's possible, because they can't exchange it... So if I order a chicken and a wrap, then I don't want a MC RIP. And if I order a milkshake, I want that too, without being asked why.

I'll never go there again. The staff doesn't speak German. You're treated like you're in a cowshed. No one speaks German, and no one says hello or talks to anyone. They don't deserve any stars at all.

The food is good. But there are McDonald's with prettier chayas... Everyone at this McDonald's is dead. However, I can recommend the Old Town to every gooner! Beautiful chayas everywhere! GG

The wait was truly embarrassing. The staff were completely overwhelmed. The icing on the cake was that we had ordered two junior bags, so there should have been two toys. But only one of them came with a toy. When we asked why only one of the junior bags came with a toy, we received the following answer: "Your children can take turns playing with one of the toys!" From then on, my patience was gone, and I left the store while my family was still eating inside. What was happening outside was the icing on the cake. The employees had blocked the entrance to the McDrive with a stack of Euro pallets. Then a young man arrived with a pallet truck and tried to move the stack aside. Apparently, he had never used a pallet truck before. He pumped for five minutes without the forks lifting. Just as I was about to leave to give him the tip that he needed to switch the pallet truck from drive to pump mode, he disappeared and then came back with a colleague who showed him how. I searched for the hidden camera for a while, but couldn't find one!

The opening hours listed on Google are incorrect. The wait at the counter is too long, even though it's quiet. Two of the ladies on the staff are there to chat outside, though. But that spoon is really disgusting. Is it supposed to be fresh???

Big Mac menu, here it is, quick and hot. That's how it should always be.

Was disappointed by MD last time, but this was good

We had to wait 37 minutes for our food after lunch, which I could understand! The worst part was that the burger was completely cold! I don't think fast food is the same! The staff were hopelessly overwhelmed and preferred to take their break together. Absolutely terrible!

Unfortunately, I have to give it one star – zero would be more appropriate. I ordered two Iced Coffee Shakes Caramel and instead received two paper cups with ice cubes, whipped cream, and a bit of caramel – no sign of a shake anywhere. When I asked about it, I was brazenly accused of having already finished the shake – an absolute disgrace! I've rarely experienced such disrespectful and rude behavior. Never again!

Good service, food is brought to the table.

Waiting times at Mc Drive are catastrophic

I was shocked by the current prices at McDonald's. A Big Mac chicken costs €6.49. Extremely overpriced and not worth the money. The meat had no flavor of its own.

Well, we ordered a lot again, and somehow something always gets forgotten, whether it's for the kids' food or for us. Then you only notice it when you get home, or a few minutes later, turn around, and Dan claims you've already eaten it. So, I'm not getting anything from there anymore, sorry. And Dan is also very rude. I'd rather drive 100 km away to McDonald's, where the staff are friendly and they look after you.

As always at McDonald's. The food is tasty, but for me, it's too packed. The price is actually way too high, but sometimes you need something quick. The restaurant is clean, but there was trash lying around outside.

The impression was a dirty place. Tables weren't cleared—almost all of them—or wiped down. Restrooms were dirty.

The new opening hours starting at 9 a.m. are a disgrace for McDonald's. Why even serve breakfast then? It's often very dirty, and most of the time you get burgers that are so poorly assembled that you end up having to eat the individual pieces.

It all depends on when you get there and who's serving you. Sometimes it's incredibly slow, and you can wait half an hour to get anything, and then half of it is missing or misunderstood. Other times, everything goes very quickly and the service is super friendly. The interior and exterior are showing their age, and the restrooms are usually dirty and lack soap or paper towels.

The worst food I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. I waited 30 minutes for 3 cheeseburgers and they came out cold, the fries were from yesterday, and the juices were cold water, if I could try.

You pay for glasses at the counter, they say how do you have the glasses there and say I have other things to do than choose the right color, which is rude

I met my wife here, there were an incredible number of young people (anti-social), three of them were puking in the bush, and a lot of them were crawling around, it was incredibly unpleasant to be there, unfortunately the waitress couldn't speak German after I asked several times about a product, that was probably the last time there, I haven't felt as unpleasant as I have there in years.

Staff very unfriendly, wanted to order something, but unfortunately it wasn't possible. Because the employee was completely overwhelmed at the drive-in.

What a shame, we were at Mc Drive this evening. We ordered via the app and paid via PayPal, unfortunately the payment was released too late, but that wasn't a problem. We then ordered again and paid in cash. Afterwards we wanted to spontaneously reorder something at the counter via the app and redeem it with the points. We were spoken to so stupidly by the gentleman at the counter (very fat, Austrian dialect). What else could we think of? We have only spent €7 here so far and now we still wish he would close right away!? We were insulted too. I've never experienced anything so cheeky before, and I'll also be complaining about this gentleman. It's unbelievable to be so disrespectful to customers...

Made me wait forever for 6 nuggets just because someone in the MC Drive placed a huge order. Then even people who also had 6 nuggets in their menu got their food before me. The order wasn't even on the display after 10 minutes, but the tray was there with the order number. If I hadn't asked a second time, I would have waited longer...

It's fine on the go, would not eat there otherwise. My teenage brother likes it.

Absolute crap. First the burger was raw inside, then the fries were way too salty and then I burned my face because of an apple turnover.

I only had a €200 note and wasn't allowed to pay with it. Burger loveless as with every MC.

The food, especially the chikenburger, has recently dried up completely and there is hardly any meat available. You have the feeling that you're just breadcrumbs with meat smeared on it that's dry, so you'd better go to Subway because at least you know what's going on your bun.

I really travel a lot and when you don't have much time when you're on the road, you go to McDonald's and I have to say it's by far the worst place I've ever been to. Incomplete, incorrect order with some cold fries and the wrong burger, which also tasted poor.

A catastrophe. Ordered takeaway food at the terminal, for which we had to wait over half an hour - at McDonald's. When we arrived home, we were annoyed to find that the order wasn't even complete. After such a long wait, you can at least assume that at least the order is complete without having to check it...

It's a shame that this MC has developed so negatively. I once enjoyed coming and was always warmly welcomed. Unfortunately, the quality of the service has declined massively. The humanity and professional competence also leave a lot to be desired. It's a shame for the few colleagues there from the "old school" who are now unfortunately being treated in the same way. Luckily there is now the subway next door! Update: Unfortunately, things are getting worse! How can it be that a Mc runs out of food? Absolute no-go! Update 2: It's slowly becoming damaging to McDonald's reputation! Ordered using the app and paid with PayPal but the order doesn't come in because the hardware is broken. You have to show the proof of purchase then they will put together the goods you paid for. Update 3: The latest joke... "we no longer accept orders via the app". Not serious, right??? Update 4: Unfortunately, there are more and more strange people at the tables outside drinking the beer they bought in the gas station next door.

Dirty shop. It took 20 minutes for a simple menu. First accepted the money, then reached into the fries with my hand full of jugs. No hello, no goodbye. No thanks. I've seen a lot of good McDonalds from the inside and this one even tops McDonalds at big city train stations.

Absolute juice shop! Out of 10 orders, 8 are incorrect. This is how you can rip off your customers. You pay expensive money and then you don't even get everything. Sorry, but even my 7 year old son could do the job.

We visited the children's colliery in Dinkelsbühl and my children were very hungry on the way back. For this reason we stopped here. The food is McDonalds standard. We were lucky and got fresh fries. That's not the rule with the chain. The competitor's chicken burger tastes better because the sauce matches the patty. Friendly service and quick service. However, the pepper was out.

Even though there weren't many guests, it took forever. I had to wait 15 minutes for fries and 2 chicken burgers and then the fries were cold too.

If you can see where and how you are working, you should wear gloves. Especially if you ask why gloves aren't worn and you get the answer: "Why?" Just cheeky and have no idea.

This staff is absolute nonsense!! Don't get anything done!! Can't keep up with the orders but takes more and after waiting for over an hour the food was cold!

It's rare to get such hot food and fries that were ready at McDonald's

Last time the hamburger was burnt. Before that, I paid separately for two more sauces, but they didn’t give me any at all. One time, instead of two chili burgers, they put regular cheese burgers. And it was also that they made the same ice cream, although I ordered two different ones. They do not provide straws for drinks. In Nuremberg and other cities everything is very tasty, but here the food tastes like cardboard. I do not advise.

Waited 25 minutes in MC Drive for 2 Mc menus. Then as I was driving away I realized that my Big Tasty was missing. Immediately parked in the parking lot and went in with colleagues to file a complaint. An annoyed employee just asked what he should do now? I could have just put the burger out. My colleague then confirmed that the burger was indeed missing. The employees didn't want to know anything about it and just said that next time I should check everything immediately during handover. Long story short. Paid €14 for a portion of fries with a drink. Can't tell...

Very slow, that's no go for fast food!

At MC Donalds in Dinkelsbühl it is not possible to offer special offers such as free cola etc. Only available in Dinkelsbühl! Bad leadership.

We often ate at McDonald's in Dinkelsbühl when we didn't have much time, but when you go through the drive-thru and take away something is missing in 9 out of 10 cases! We were just there to take away and got everything except the big Mac that we ordered! Something like that doesn't work if you pay for it!!

Staff steal from you! I had a basketball with me and put it down. We quickly grabbed some food from the counter and saw exactly how the employee cleaned up the ball. I asked him about the ball and he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. Dog.

Unfortunately, cleanliness, friendliness and service have become worse and worse over the last few years. So annoying today that I complained. Ordered and paid for 3x chocolate sauce for the MC flurry - hardly any sauce was received. When I asked to refill it, the annoyed employee grabbed my cup, held it under the sauce dispenser and squeezed as much as it could. The dispenser was empty. Instead of refilling it, she gave me the cup back in annoyance: there you go! I was slightly speechless, for over 4 € it was an impertinence and I'm kidding... It's a shame - we don't go to the MC in dkb anymore!

Unfortunately, waiting times are getting longer and something was always missing during the last collections. In my opinion, the interior is only heated sparingly, so it doesn't invite you to linger. It's a shame, it was much better.

When you talk about eating at McDonalds you don't have "5 star" expectations anyway. But service was terrible and the store seemed much too small. If you stand inside for more than 10 minutes you get sensory overload from the hustle and bustle of workers.

By far the worst McDonald's in this area! Staff who don't feel like it. With luck, lukewarm fries and burgers. Although customers arrived very slowly, many portions of fries were still ready and when I left they were still being kept warm. The burger was simply loveless, swimming in ketchup, as were my clothes. Staff are usually not capable of criticism. A little tip on the side. Only order with a special request, e.g. fries without salt or burgers without cucumber, then it will come fresh. And of course the first rule: always check everything, because something is usually missing... It's time for a Burger King in dkb

Der letzte Laden. Es tut mir leid ich bin normal keiner der eine Googlebewertung schreibt. Aber wenn ich 15 Minuten vor Ladenschluss nur noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten bekomme da alles geputzt wird kann das nicht sein. Wenn es heißt es ist bis 1:00 Uhr Küche auf dann sollte das auch so sein. Auf Nachfrage wurde man noch unsanft angesprochen.

Essen soweit ok Mitarbeiter verstehen/sprechen schlecht deutsch oder gar nicht. Beschämend für ein Milchshake gab es nicht einmal ein Röhrchen sowas haben sie nicht.

Essen war Mc typisch und ging schnell. Ladesäule wurde nach hinten verlegt und Funktioniert.

Langsamster Mc den ich kenne. Im Mac Drive wird man erst mal mit den Worten „ einen Moment, bitte…“ begrüßt und am Fenster wartet man dann auch noch mal ewig, obwohl innen nicht mal Gäste bestellen.

Essen war soweit ganz gut. Nur einen Kritikpunkt habe ich. Mein zweiter MC Rib welchen ich zuhause gegessen hatte war komplett ohne Sauce

Das schlechteste McDonalds in der kompletten Umgebung. Die offiziellen Öffnungszeiten sind von 10:00 - 1:00 Uhr. JA, das ist lange! Keine Frage. Um 00:30 haben ein Kumpel und ich das Essen bestellt. Um 00:50 (!!!!) kam das Essen mit der Info dass doch in 10 Minuten zugemacht wird. Einfach lächerlich.

Dreckige Tisch und die Preise sind mittlerweile der Wahnsinn. Da kann man mittlerweile normal Essen gehen.

Wenn man bei McDonald's mal als Familie alles auch so bekommt wie man es bestellt hat ist das mittlerweile ein Qualitätsmerkmal des Service. Essen: naja Franchise halt

Die Produkte sind ja hinreichend bekannt. Man könnte glauben, in den Soßen sei ein "Lockstoff", der einen an dieses "Zeug" gewöhnen soll. Wenn´s schnell gehen muss, ist McDonald natürlich die richtige Adresse. Wir waren "Nur" am Autoschalter, aber ungewöhnlich und Sterne-Würdig: Bereits an der Sprechanlage eine freundliche Bedienung: Eine junge Männerstimme mit leichtem Akzent mit sehr höflichen und geduldigen Fragen und Antworten - das ist echt selten und darum auch erwähnenswert !!

Als wir bestellt haben und auf unser Essen gewartet haben müsste wir erstmal zuschauen wie eine Bedienung sich hinter der Theke ein fettes Eis rein zieht. Um noch auf das Essen zu kommen, das war der schlechteste und wiederwertigste Burger den ich jemals bei Mc Donald bestellt hatte

Eine einzige Katastrophe. Es waren fast keine Gäste da, trotzdem mussten wir auf die Bestellung fast 20 Minuten warten. Das Essen war nicht mal frisch und nur lauwarm. Teilweise wurde auch einfach anderes Essen eingepackt als bestellt wurde. Auf meine Reklamation kam nur von der (Achtung Ironie an) "netten" Dame (Ironie aus) die vermutlich sowas wie eine Schichtleitung darstellen sollte, dann gehen Sie doch woanders hin wenn es Ihnen nicht passt. Die Wagen für die leeren Tabletts quollen auch über. Von den verdreckten Toiletten möchte ich gar nicht erst anfangen...

1Stern für alles, Service gibt es nicht, an der Kasse bestellen geht nicht, nur am Terminal möglich. Gut das es andere Möglichkeiten gibt als hier zu kaufen...

A mc D is a solid 3 at best. Giving this one a 4 because its toilets are clean!!! Something i never found in any Mc Donalds so far.

Nie wieder Wir mussten fast 25 Minuten auf unser Essen warten und als ich den Manager drauf ansprach, rollte er die Augen, musterte mich von oben bis unten auf eine sehr arrogante Art und sagte, ich solle mich nicht so anstellen Vor 10 Jahren, hätte ich ihm das Tablett durchs Gesicht gezogen In den Toiletten gab es kein Toilettenpapier und das Restaurant selbst war auch in einem sehr ekligem Zustand

Wollte was beim Mcdrive was bestellen, der Typ am Terminal meinte ich soll vor fahren und als ich vorne am Schalter war meinte er ich soll am Parkplatz 1 warten, er würde gleich kommen. Hab da dann ne halbe Stunde gewartet aber leider kam keiner. Bin dann zu Subway.
