Great food! The waiters and kitchen staff are fast! Portions are generous and reasonably priced. A great selection of regional beers. The menu is also available in English.
Even with a larger group, everything went smoothly, and we didn't have to wait long for drinks or food.
We'd love to go back!!!
By the way, the Schäuferla (a kind of fried dumpling) was delicious and had a crispy crust, even in the evening! 😍
I'll never set foot in this store again. Unfriendly and very dirty. I caught the owner, Gudrun, washing her dirty shoes, some of them covered in horse manure, in the kitchen where they wash vegetables. I confronted her about it and was fired. Dear people, if your health is important to you, please steer clear of this store. PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF. Kind regards
We waited for three quarters of an hour only to find out that most of the dishes were sold out. Likewise the non-alcoholic beer. The service was alone on Sunday evening with a larger company. We then left because everything we wanted was sold out.
Were there for the first time in winter. It's okay to quickly satisfy your hunger or stop for a drink. The price-performance ratio is right.
We went there on our mountain bikes in the summer and it was really nice to sit in the beer garden under the trees and the food was really good back then.
We found the food delicious. Above all, you can still get real schnitzels here. I had vegetarian food which was very tasty. Salad also fresh and tasty. We'll be back.
Nice, rustic, old-style pub. Cards are still tapped there and there are two daily specials that are freshly prepared. Beer also delicious. All at affordable prices.
In terms of location, this would actually be the best beer garden in Augsburg. Unfortunately, there isn't much on offer in terms of quality. The so-called Aperol Spritz is mixed using an original Aperol bottle. But it tastes like a juice and champagne spritz. That's pretty bold. I hope for new tenants or a rethinking of the existing tenants.
There is a Japanese menu. It said, but it wasn't available on the day we went. However, there is an English notation below the German notation.
The staff were nice, the food was delicious, and the price seemed reasonable for a tourist spot!
You can also use credit cards for payment. There is also a restroom, so you don't have to worry about using the restroom while sightseeing.
The schnitzel was delicious!
Some time ago I reserved a table for 12 people to eat goose last night. So when we arrived yesterday everything was dark and the restaurant was closed 😲 When we called we were told that it was closed for renovations. It would probably have been a mistake to let me know. Hello????? That doesn't work at all. Luckily, the Simon winery next door still had space for us.
👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Food is only edible if the super nice lady with the Franconian dialect is there. If the lady with the strange dog tattoo on her arm is there, the food is inedible. The fries are still raw inside, the meatball on the meatball roll is cold. Hamburgers and cheeseburgers taste like fries, fat, and the sausages are already a third brown on the inside and sticks hard
